<em>This article aims to analyze public consumption actions as a practice model that will create a new model in understanding consumption patterns to become consumptive. The pattern of public consumption in its development has shifted due to the availability of modern technology and facilities. The approach used in this paper is library research, with data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis with the aim of obtaining valid inferences and can be re-examined based on the context. the presence of technology as a representation of facilities in meeting needs is able to encourage the creation of social change, such as the spread of consumerism culture, changes in dress and lifestyle modes where these conditions are institutionalized in the cultural structure of society so that consumption of goods is not based solely on the logic of needs, but will include substantial someone's emotions. The situation systematically shifts traditional values and leads to global behavior. Consumption towards the construction of consumptive society is a conceptual and historical illustration for all of us to further understand the shifting consumption into consumptive practices.</em>

This article aims at analyzing community consumption as a practice model which will create a new model in the understanding of the consumption to the consumptive pattern. In its development, community consumption pattern brings about a shift because of technology and modern facility availability. An approach used to write this report is library research, while the analysis technique applied is a content analysis aiming at getting a valid inference and can be reobserved based on is context. The presence of technology as a representation of facility in the fulfillment of needs are able to encourage the creation of social change, like the spreading of consumerist culture, the change of fashion and lifestyle mode where this condition is institutionalized in a community culture structure so that consuming goods do not only depend on the needs logic but also cover to someone’s emotional substance. That situation systematically shifts traditional values and directs to the global behavior. Consumption towards the construction of consumptive society becomes a conceptual and historical illustration to understand the consumption shifting to the consumptive practice.

This study aims to analyze the urgency of consumption in the economy and the implementation of Islamic values in public consumption behavior. The data used was time series data to food consumption on Indonesian from year 2011 to 2014. The analysis was conducted with qualitative method using the analysis techniques library research, are deskriptive analysis. The result shows that consumptive behavior becomes a habit Indonesian society, so the community income mostly just for consumption. Islam provides a solution that balanced consumption behavior that is not tabdjir and not ishraf.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang urgensi konsumsi dalam perekonomian dan implementasi nilai Islam pada perilaku konsumsi masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data seri waktu (time series) terhadap konsumsi makanan di Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2014. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tekhnik analisis library research yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Hasil-hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku konsumtif menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga penghasilan masyarakat sebagian besar hanya untuk konsumsi. Islam menawarkan pola konsumsi yang seimbang yaitu tidak tabdjir dan tidak ishraf.

This study aims to determine the rational fiqh about zakat and grants in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). This research method uses a qualitative concept, with a normative juridical approach in concreto and legal synchronization, while the Risert library research type (literature) and data analysis techniques use the contents analysis method with the benefit of measuring instruments. The result is that zakat and grants have an important role in life berketuhanan, community and state, in the science of fiqh propulsion has maqashid hifzu al-Maal (memlihara treasure) for the sanctity of property, the soul also keep the despicable nature for the benefit of the afterlife, so that the sacred property of property other people. Zakat and grants are compulsory logging and circumcision, both of which are dimensions of good deeds, namely the dimensions of worship, social and economic. Awareness of the ummah in performing zakat, as well as the idolatry that is given to the authorized institution to manage and distribute it, while implementing regulations as a provision in accordance with KHES Article 684 that the State has the right to withdraw zakat and penalties for people who are reluctant to pay zakat, this can improve economic welfare the ummah and significantly reduce poverty.

In this study we try to describe polygamy in the perspective of Syadz adz-Dzari'ah, namely prevention, because it is feared that there will be conflicts within the family, between wives and husbands, between other wives, and between children. This research is a comparative literature study, the study material comes from literature sources. The technique of collecting data is by means of observation data collection (organizing data). Second, through library research. namely seeing, observing, seeking. The approach uses qualitative. The data were then collected and analysis techniques were carried out. The results of the data analysis were written in descriptive form. Data analysis used the content analysis stage, comparative analysis (content analysis and differentiating analysis). analyzing polygamy in the perspective of Syad ad-Dzari'ah. Polygamy when it causes ongoing conflicts and is unable to provide legal solutions, it is better to avoid it because when conflicts and disputes occur, the household will not be realized as sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah and barakah families. Even though marriage aims to find happiness, tranquility, blessings and all one's actions after marriage have the value of worship.

In this study the researchers analyzed this title because of the low support from educators and parents in developing children's creativity, drawing is not the main priority in developing creativity, and the lack of children's ability to develop creativity drawing activities in early childhood. In analyzing the creativity of drawing in early childhood, it is hoped that educators and parents can find out more in understanding the importance of developing the creativity of drawing activities in early childhood. This research is a library research (library research) that uses primary data sources and secondary data, with data collection techniques: library, and accessing internet sites (Websites). The validity of the data uses method triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction analysis techniques, data displays and drawing conclusions.The results showed that drawing activities in early childhood can develop children's creativity. The process of drawing activities of children is able to create or combine ideas and ideas in divergent and thinking by providing motivation, supporting facilities for creativity, and freedom for children to explore their thinking abilities.

The problem in this thesis is figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry. The reason for choosing the figurative language in William Shakespeare's poetry is because all of his works contain many literary qualities, which are figurative and each of these poems has a beautiful story that is translated into a beautiful figurative form.The purpose of this study is to analyze types of figurative language, figurative language formulas, and figurative language functions in Shakespeare's poetry. In this writing, library research is taken as a data collection method. As for the data analysis method, the researcher describes literary work as a not-based structure that forms it as an internal factor of literature. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques to find data relevant to the research. In data analysis techniques, the author uses a formalist approach, all elements needed to understand the work contained in the work itself. The main purpose for formalist criticism is to determine how elements in Shakespeare's poetry work together with text content to form meaning to the reader.The findings in this thesis are: 1) figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry can be divided into simile, metaphor, hyperbole, personification, and repetition. Simile can be found in Madrigal poetry; Metaphorical figurative languages ​​can be found in four Shakespearean poems, A Fairy Song, Song Bridal, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; personification can be found in two poems Shakespeare, A Madrigal and Dirge; hyperbole can be seen A Fairy Song, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; and Repetition can be seen in three poems of Shakespeare, A Fairy Song, A Madrigal, and Dirge.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

Three Stages

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana cara meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research). Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berupa hasil-hasil penelitian seperti buku-buku ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan sumber lain yang relevan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian meliputi tiga tahapan, organize, synthesize, dan identify. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etnomatematika memiliki relevansi dengan indikator pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, yang meliputi interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan keputusan. Secara keseluruhan, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: geometri, berpikir kritis, etnomatematika This study aims to explain how to improve students' critical thinking skills on learning using materials based on ethnomathematics of geometry. The method used in this research is library research. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of research results such as scientific books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques in this research include three stages, organize, synthesize, and identify. The results of this study indicate that ethnomathematics has relevance to indicators on critical thinking skills, which include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and decision. Overall, it is concluded that students' critical thinking skills can be improved by using ethnomathematics-based geometry materials in the learning process. This article aims to analyze the political action of the community as a model of practice that will create understanding the dominance of economic capital into political tools. The practice of politics in the development has experienced a shift from the dominance of status to economic dominance. The approach used in this paper is library research, with data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis with the aim of obtaining valid inferences and can be re-examined based on the context. The dominance of economics was born as a result of the development of the logic of the consumerist, a political approach that is pragmatic, the growth of false consciousness which creates a society without identity. Economic dominance as a representation of political practices to encourage the creation of social change, such a widespread culture of consumerism and hedonism in political behavior, this condition was instituted in the structure of the culture of the community, so politics is no longer based on rational logic, but includes substantial emotions of a person. The situation systematically shift the values of tradition and lead to the practice of politics. The dominance of economic capital to be an illustration of the conceptual and historical to understand the shift in political practices.

  This article discusses waqf: fiqh review, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia. This study was written using qualitative method with library study as its approach. Data source is in the form of library publications (Library Research). Data types are written narrations or documents contained in publication sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracking the sources of such publications. Data analysis techniques use description analysis. The results of this study show that waqf is reviewed in terms of fiqh, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia has a mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be concluded that waqf as an Islamic fiscal instrument has a strong foundation in terms of fiqh and ushul fiqh and its implementation, especially in Indonesia.
