AbstractWork productivity is potential on the survival of a company. The use of contraceptives may affect the physiology of every woman, so it can affect daily activities and resulted in labor productivity. The aim of this study was to determine the contraceptive use effect on labor woman productivity by controlling with age, education and work motivation. Study with cross sectional design involved 71 married women workers of PT. Bomar Makassar who had got married. Data were found by interview using questionnaire on May to June 2015, then analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the study indicate that, there was an effect of contraceptive use on woman labor productivity after controlling for variables as age (p value = 0.011), education (p value = 0.022) and work motivation (p value = 0.028).Withouth being controlled by those variables, a significant result showing an effect of contraceptive use on work productivity was also found (p value < 0.05). The results of multivariable analysis indicate that there were two variables which consistenly affected the productivity, namely work motivation (p value = 0.010) and contraceptive use (p value = 0.010). In conclusion, there is an effect of contraceptive use on woman labor productivity. AbstrakProduktivitas kerja potensial pada kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Penggunaan kontrasepsi dapat memengaruhi fisiologi setiap perempuan, sehingga dapat memengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari dan akan berdampak terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja perempuan dengan mengontrol usia, pendidikan dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian dengan rancangan potong lintang melibatkan 71 pekerja perempuan PT Bomar Makassar yang telah menikah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2015, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja setelah dikontrol dengan variabel usia (nilai p = 0,011), pendidikan (nilai p = 0,022) dan motivasi kerja (nilai p = 0,028). Tanpa dikontrol dengan variabel tersebut, juga terdapat hasil yang signifikan yang menunjukkan dampak penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja(nilai p < 0,05). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang konsisten memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja yaitu motivasi kerja (nilai p = 0,010) dan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi (nilai p = 0,010). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Human resources are a very important factor in an organization both large and small scale organizatio formulation ns. In an organization or company, leadership is one of the things needed to influence performance results. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leadership and work motivation with employee performance at the Benda Baru Health Center in South Tangerang City in 2020. This study used an observational analytic research type with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 48 people and the sample size equal to the total population of 48 people. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires which filled in directly and independently by respondents via google forms. Based on the research results it is known that the leadership variable has a significant relationship with employee performance with p-value = 0.006 and the work motivation variable has a significant relationship with employee performance with a p-value = 0.010. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between leadership and work motivation with employee performance on employees at the Puskesmas Benda Baru Kota South Tangerang in 2020.Keywords: LeadershipWork motivationPerformanceEmployeesABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi baik organisasi dalam skala besar maupun skala kecil. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diisi secara langsung dan mandiri oleh responden melalui google formulir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan p-value = 0,006 dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan p-value = 0,010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di Puskesmas Benda Baru Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2020.Kata Kunci:KepemimpinanMotivasi kerjaKinerjaKaryawan

Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital applies reward and punishment in completing employee work discipline that must be in accordance with hospital regulations. Good rewards and punishments can motivate employees to improve work discipline and help employees achieve effective performance. This study aims to determine the Relationship of Reward and Punishment with Work Discipline in Employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. This type of quantitative research is analytic survey using cross sectional design. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling of 48 employees. Analysis using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%, α = 0.05. The results of the research between reward and work discipline show that there is a significant relationship between reward and work discipline in the employees of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020, p value (0.022) <α (0.05) is obtained. While the results of research between punishment with work discipline that shows there is a significant relationship between punishment with work discipline on employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. From the Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.036) <α (0.05). It is expected that the hospital should pay more attention to the rewards and punishments for employees to further improve discipline, work motivation, work morale so that they can be maintained or further improved and it is advisable to pay more attention to work discipline to employees by giving reprimands or punishment to employees who work discipline is not good so the bias is even better.

                                                         ABSTRACTUD. King Rack Surabaya is a rack production home industry. The production process includes welding of the rack structure. This study aims to analyze the relationship between education, job satisfaction, and work motivation to the work productivity of workers in the welding section of rack production at UD. King Rack, Surabaya, Indonesia. This is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The study sample used a total population of 12 workers. Data were taken in the form of primary data tested with the Spearman correlation test. The results of the analysis show that the majority of respondents graduated from elementary school and the majority of respondents' job satisfaction was high. However, majority of respondents' work motivation was moderate and the majority of respondents' work productivity was low. The results of the Spearman correlation analysis indicate a relationship between education and work productivity (correlation coefficient = 0.475) as well as work motivation and work productivity (coefficient correlation = 1.000). There was no relationship between job satisfaction and work productivity. To increase work productivity, daily standards for the number of racks to be produced by workers need to be set. Besides that, it is important to give praise and appreciation to the workers in order for them to produce racks that are above the work standard. Keywords: education, job satisfaction, work motivation, work productivity

Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya pencapaian suatu tujuan. Pencapaian tujuan yang maksimal merupakan buah dari kinerja tim atau individu yang baik, begitu pula sebaliknya, kegagalan dalam mencapai sasaran yang telah dirumuskan juga adalah akibat dari kinerja individu atau tim yang tidak optimal. Faktor-faktor yang dapat menentukan terhadap kinerja individu yaitu motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengembangan karier, kompetensi, perilaku organisasi, sistem penghargaan/imbalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional atau potong lintang. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian adalah di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru pada Bulan Januari sampai Juli 2020. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 60 orang karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik random samplin. Hasil penelitian yaitu Motivasi kerja p value= 0.012, Kepemimpinan p value= 1, Kompetensi p value= 0, Pengembangan karir p value= 1, Sistem penghargaan/ Imbalan p value= 0.028. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kinerja karyawan dengan Motivasi kerja, Kompetensi dan Sistem Penghargaan/ imbalan dan Tidak terdapat hubungan antara Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan karir    Employee performance is an important aspect in effort to achieve a goal.  Achieving the maximum goal is the result of a good team or individual performance, and vice versa. The failure to achieve the goals that have been formulated also is a result of individual or team performance that is not optimal.  Factors that can determine individual performance are work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, career development, competence, organizational behavior, an honor/ reward system.  This study aims to determine the factors associated with the performance of non-medical employees in Pekanbaru Syafira Hospital in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design.  The location and time of the study were at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital on January to July 2020. The sample of this research was 60 non-medical employees at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital.  The sampling technique used is the random sampling technique.  The results of the research are work motivation p value = 0.012, leadership p value = 1, competence p value = 0, career development p value = 1, an honor/ reward system p value = 0.028.  It can be concluded that there is a relationship among employee performance with work motivation, competence and an honor / reward system and there is no relationship between employee performance with leadership and career development.

The payment of capitation funds affects the motivation and performance of health workers in providing quality services at the Puskesmas. The work motivation of doctors can affect the quality of service and the performance of other health workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the distribution of capitation funds on the work motivation of doctors in Puskesmas in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from Risnakes 2017 research results with cross-sectional design. The sample was all doctors in the puskesmas in Indonesia who were successfully interviewed and had independent variables is 4.012 sample. Data analysis was performed descriptively and statistically using chi-square test and logistic regression. From the results of the study found there is a relationship between the suitability of the distribution of capitation funds with the work motivation of doctors in urban health centers in Indonesia with a P value of 0,000 and PR 1,309 (95% CI 1,153 - 1,487). This means that the appropriate distribution and capitation have an influence of 1,309 times in increasing the work motivation of doctors in Indonesian health centers. The distribution of capitation funds must be in accordance with the workload of doctors at the puskesmas to increase motivation and performance of quality services at the puskesmas and the existing regulations must be regularly evaluated.

Hiperkolesterolemia adalah faktor risiko penting penyakit kardiovaskuler yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian dan kesakitan di seluruh dunia. Penyakit kardiovaskuler yang berdampak kerugian ekonomi dan penurunan produktivitas kerja dapat dicegah dengan mengendalikan faktor risiko terse- but. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan faktor risiko hiperkolesterolemia di kalangan pekerja di kawasan industri Pulo Gadung tahun 2006. Penelitian yang menggunakan desain studi cross sectional ini mengamati variabel independen kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi alkohol, ke- biasaan olahraga, dan obesitas. Populasi penelitian adalah pekerja di 7 jenis perusahaan di kawasan industri Pulo Gadung yang berusia 20 tahun ke atas. Penelitian menemukan prevalensi hiperlipidemia 21,1%; nilai mean kadar kolesterol darah adalah 166,75 mg/dl dengan kadar terendah 77 mg/dl dan tertinggi (332 mg/dl). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara vari- abel tempat bekerja dengan hiperkolesterolemia. Pekerja di perusahaan makanan, percetakan, garmen, dan kimia berisiko tinggi hiperkoles- terolemia (10,11; 6,08; 3,45; 3,55) dengan nilai p = 0,000; 0,004; 0,047; 0,045. Pekerja dengan indeks massa tubuh ≥ 25 berisiko tinggi hiperkoles- terolemia (odds ratio, OR = 1,67; nilai p = 0,004).Kata kunci: Hiperkolesterolemia, pekerja, kawasan industri, indeks massa tubuhAbstractGlobaly, coronary hard desease is a main cause of mortality and morbidity that can caused economic loses. Hypercholesterolemia is one of important risk faktor of cardiovasculer diseases that important to be controlled. The objective of this study is to know the prevalence and risk faktor of hiperko- lesterolemia among wokers in Pulo Gadung industrial area in 2006. The de- sain study used in this study is cross sectional design observes independent variables smoking behaviour, alcohol consumption, physical exercise, and obesity. The research population is the twenty year old or above workers who work in sevent types company in the industrial area of Pulo Gadung. The study paint out the prevalence of hyperlipidemia 21,1%, mean value on blood cholesterol level is 166,75 mg/dl, the lowest is 77 mg/dl and the highest is (332 mg/dl). Workers in food companies, printing, garment, and chemical, has high risk on hypercholesterolemia (10,11; 6,08; 3,45; 3,55) with p value = 0,000; 0,004; 0,047; 0,045). Workers with IMT ≥ 25 have high risk in hypercholesterolemia (OR = 1,67; p value = 0,004).Key words: Hipercholesterolemia, workers, industrial estate, body mass index

The important problem faced by the leaders of a company is how to improve employee productivity, so it can support the achievement of goals. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship work nutrition, technology used and work motivation with work productivity of palm oil harvester PT. Synergy Agro Industry.Type of research used descriptive correlational with cross sectional study design. Sample in this research worker of palm oil harvester PT. Synergy Agro Industry amounted to 59 respondents, with sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis using chi square.The results showed that there is no correlation working nutritional with the productivity of oil palm harvester PT. Synergy of Agro Industry (with p value = 0,114 > α = 0,05). There is a technological correlation used with the productivity of PT palm oil harvesters Agro Industry Synergy (with p value = 0,001 < α = 0,05). There is a working motivation correlation with the productivity of oil palm harvester PT. Agro Industry Synergy (with p value = 0,007 < α = 0,05).The conclusion in this research is technology used and work motivation are factors related to work productivity. Recommended PT. Synergy Agro Industries provide motivation to workers by increasing the number of incentives per day if the target is reached. Keywords: Working Nutrition, Technology, Motivation, Work Productivity

Abstract: Basically, productivity is influenced by three factors namely workload, work capacity, and additional burden due to work environment. Workload is usually associated with physical, mental, and social burdens. General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon provides services to patients with 123 nurses divided into several rooms. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between workload and work fatigue and work productivity of nurses in the Inpatient Room of the General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon. This was an observational analytical study using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used Slovin formula and obtained 56 nurses as respondents. Data were analyzed by using the chi square test. The results showed that the relationship between workload and work productivity obtained a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05), meanwhile the relationship between work fatigue and work productivity had a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05). In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between workload and work productivity as well as between work fatigue and work productivity among the nurses of the Inpatient Room of Bethesda General Hospital, GMIM Tomohon.Keywords: work productivity, work fatigue, workload Abstrak: Pada dasarnya produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu beban kerja, kapasitas kerja, dan beban tambahan akibat lingkungan kerja. RSU Bethesda GMIM Tomohon memberikan pelayanan pada pasien dengan jumlah perawat 123 orang yang dibagi dalam beberapa ruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara beban kerja dan kelelahan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Bethesda GMIM Tomohon. Jenis penelitian ialah observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan sebanyak 56 perawat sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil pengujian terhadap hubungan antara beban kerja dengan produktivitas kerja mendapatkan nilai p=0,001 (α=0,05). Hasil pengujian terhadap hubungan antara kelelahan kerja dengan produk-tivitas kerja mendapatkan nilai p=0,001 (α=0,05). Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan kelelahan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Bethesda GMIM Tomohon.Kata kunci: produktivitas kerja, kelelahan kerja, beban kerja

Puskesmas is a place for health services in the form of health development which is responsible for the technical implementation unit of the District or City Service. Motivation and work discipline are factors that affect employee performance. Employee performance is real behavior that is displayed by employees as work performance that is generated in accordance with their position in a workplace. This research method used a cross sectional design with a total sampling of 50 respondents. The results of the study using the Chi-Square Test can be seen from the results of the statistical test for the work discipline variable, which has a p value of 0.02 0.05, so there is no relationship between work motivation and employee performance in the Tanjung Morawa Health Center work area.

Work environment and workload factors in terms of occupational safety and health aspects may lead to health problems that have an impact on decreasing the ability of the workforce to work physically and debilitating mental acuity to think so will degrade performance. Performance degradation is also influenced by the presence of an unbalanced workload and work motivation. The purpose of this research was<strong> </strong>to know the relationship between occupational health with a performance that is controlled by the workload and motivation of working in a dual role those women workers at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment Yogyakarta.This study was conducted at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment Yogyakarta with cross-sectional design. The samples in this study were 86 female workers were taken by simple random sampling. Uses data collected questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed with the Pearson product moment test, whereas the partial correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression with a significance of p &lt; 0.05. The Results showed there was a significant relationship between occupational health with a performance that is controlled by the workload and work motivation. The motivation of working has the most effective contribution to performance. While the burden of households does not affect the performance of the woman worker with a double role in PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment Yogyakarta.
