The following report is going to discuss whether the relationship in the title exists. The theoretical approach suggests that both possibilities can happen due to the simple assumptions of the economic theories used in this research. Evidence shows a clear trend for a positive relationship between women’s working hours and the number of single men. However, the trend weakens over the time, possibly due to stabilisation of women’s wages more recently.

Women who work and are married have a dual role conflict, this causes a fear of women to succeed in a working (fear of success). This study aims to examine the relationship of dual role conflict with fear of success in working women. Dual role conflict variables and fear of success are measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 120 working women with accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis using correlation product moment karl pearson analysis (SPSS Version 20 for Windows). Based on the results of the study, it is known that dual role conflict has a positive relationship with fear of success in women who work. There is a significant positive correlation (r0.736 with sig <0.05) between the dual role conflict variable and the fear of success in women who work at 0,000 and the significance value is below / smaller than 0.05. this means that the higher the dual role conflict, the higher the fear of success in women who work and vice versa the lower the dual role conflict, the lower the fear of success in women who work. In the dual role conflict has the most moderate level category with a contribution of 55.84% and the most fear of success has a medium level category with a contribution of 45%.

The labor supply curve is a curve that states the relationship of wages and hours of work. The higher a person's wages the fewer hours they work. The curve should not be appropriate if it is associated with women's working hours, because there are still many women who work a lot but pay little. Especially for women who work on households, how many hours work to work at home and work in the office. The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship of wages and working hours of women, Analyzing the labor supply curve based on Central Java Provincial BPS data on women's working hours and knowing the relevance of the labor supply curve to the current (working women) society condition. From the discussion in this writing is known that many factors that affect the labor supply curve, one of which is the factor of women who take care of the household. So there is a relationship between the labor supply curve with female work hours but is less relevant. The labor supply curve does address wages and hours of work but does not deal specifically with wages, working hours and women. There should be a distinction or an exception to women. especially working hours of working women (as professions) with women who only work as housewives. let alone strengthened from the data of BPS statistics center agency which shows the number of working hours of women more than the number of man hours worked.

_________________________________________________________

Abstract. To advance knowledge of the mechanisms underlying the relationship between leadership and employees’ well-being, this study examines leaders’ effects on their employees’ compensatory coping efforts. Using an extension of the job demands–resources model, we propose that high-quality leader–member exchange (LMX) allows employees to cope with high job demands without increasing their effort expenditure through the extension of working hours. Data analyses ( N = 356) revealed that LMX buffers the effect of quantitative demands on the extension of working hours such that the indirect effect of quantitative demands on emotional exhaustion is only significant at low and average levels of LMX. This study indicates that integrating leadership with employees’ coping efforts into a unifying model contributes to understanding how leadership is related to employees’ well-being. The notion that leaders can affect their employees’ use of compensatory coping efforts that detract from well-being offers promising approaches to the promotion of workplace health.

There are many factors that can lead to internship satisfaction. Working environment is one of the factors that will result to such outcome. However, many organizations discarded the fact of its importance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant relationship between working environment and internship satisfaction level as well as to determine whether the dimensions of working environment significantly affect internship satisfaction. The said dimensions are, learning opportunities, supervisory support, career development opportunities, co-workers support, organization satisfaction, working hours and esteem needs. A total of 111 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and were processed by SPSS program to obtain the result of this study. The results reveal that learning opportunities, career development opportunities, organization satisfaction and esteem needs are factors that contribute to internship satisfaction level. In the other hand, supervisory support, co-workers support and working hours are factors that lead to internship dissatisfaction. The result also shows that organization satisfaction is the strongest factor that affects internship satisfaction while co-workers support is the weakest.

Subject. The working time of workers at any stage of economic development is a value reflecting the level of labor productivity. Any progress in productivity contributes to changes in the volume of labor costs and the number of employed. Depending on the relationship between the total volume of labor costs and the number of employed, the duration of working time per one worker may change (it may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged). Objectives. The study aims to confirm the importance of such a macroeconomic indicator as the number of employed in varying working hours. Methods. The study rests on the comparative analysis of countries with developed economies based on some indicators like dynamics of the working time fund, dynamics of the number of employed, average number of hours worked during the year per employee, etc. The analyzed timespan is 25 years (from 1991 to 2016). Results. The comparative analysis revealed that in the non-production sphere and the economy as a whole the macroeconomic determinants correlate so that the length of working time per worker reduces. When considering the analysis results for the manufacturing sector, no single trend was identified. Conclusions. One of the key factors affecting the change in working hours is the number of employed. The relationship between the working time fund and the number of employed directly determines the dynamics of working time per worker.

Love is more than a close friendship. It acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship. Love is positive in nature and leaves a positive affect on every individual. An individual in love not only feels positive but spreads positivity around. They smile, be kind to other people, behave compassionately with everyone. If the person is happy then he is likely to be psychologically and emotionally healthy. The current study aimed at understanding the relationship between love, affect and wellbeing among young females aged between 20-25 years. The study reported a significant positive relationship between love and positive affect with the significant correlation of 0.29 at 0.05 levels (p<0.05). It was also found a significant positive relationship between love and wellbeing with the significant correlation of 0.58 at 0.01 level (p<0.01). This means that people in love experience positive emotions and healthy wellbeing. The correlation between love and negative affect came out to be insignificant. The correlation turned out to be -0.13. This means that people in love do not experience negative emotions.

The flight activity of aphid pests of wheat potato lettuce and squash is currently monitored in New Zealand using 75 m suction traps However there has been little research comparing aphid suction trap catches with crop infestation levels The relationship between the average number of aphids (Rhopalosiphum padi) sampled from wheat plants and the average number of aphids caught in weekly 75 m suction trap samples was examined A significant positive relationship indicated that numbers of aphids caught in suction traps reflected the numbers of aphids infesting wheat fields In another experiment potato aphid flights (mostly Myzus persicae) caught in a 75 m suction trap were compared with a nearby windvane trap Aphid numbers in both traps reflected similar trends However the suction trap caught approximately 10 times more aphids than the windvane trap Thus 75 m suction traps provide a useful tool for assessing aphid infestation levels in crops

The question of the relationship between faith and reason marks one of the fundamental issues for classical German philosophy. The paper is guided by a systematic interest in identifying some common features in the approaches taken by Kant and Hegel that are also of interest for the contemporary discussion: 1. The specific modernity of Kant’s and Hegel’s considerations, evident in their rejection of the resources traditionally appealed to by religion and rationalist metaphysics; 2. the anti-naturalist conviction that, in contrast to animals, a metaphysical dimension is inscribed into the human mind; and 3. the thesis that metaphysical questions are existential questions arising from an impulse toward freedom, and hence that a purely theoretical approach is inadequate to address them.
