<p align="center"><strong>PENYATUAN ZONA WAKTU INDONESIA DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA WAKTU IBADAH</strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><em>Ahmad Junaidi</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong><em> ‘Indonesian economical development extensive and speedy committee’ (KP3EI), at March 12 2012, unifies Indonesia zones which is now divided into three parts. These three time zone divisions, according to KP3EI, affect amount aspect of entities inefficiency. This paper tries both to elaborate implications that the unification effects to praying zones of Moslem community and to seek an alternative formulae for ideal time zone of Indonesian Republic (NKRI). The writer sees that the idea of those three zone unifications will affect s</em><em>}</em><em>alat time schedule reduction up to an hour for territories base on western Indonesian time zone ‘WIB’ (GMT +7) and vice versa for territories base on eastern Indonesian time zone ‘WIT’ (GMT –9). The territories base on central Indonesian time zone ‘WITA (GMT +8) is fixed due to its own base.    The change from ‘WIB’ and ‘WIT’ to ‘WITA’ +8 is to effect second calculation results; but because that change value does not reach a second that can probably be neglected. The ideal zone of Indonesian territories, according to writer, relates not only to ‘religious’ activities but also to work activities. so that the three time zone divisions are the only solution. </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>zona waktu, penyatuan, implikasi, s</em><em>}</em><em>alat</em></p>

In order to calculate the shallow foundation for moreappropriate, the paperbuildinga simplemodel in line with the actual situation of reinforced shallow foundation andcalculates, thereby improves the existing analysis method. By analyzing themodel of shallow foundation reinforced by supplementary pile, the paper getsthe method for the new model, and combined with the specificexample. Then we compare theresult between the simple model calculation and theanalysis of finite element software Midas/GTS. The analysis of specific exampleshows that, the calculation results of this new simple model and finite elementsoftware are in substantial agreement, and satisfied the safety requirement,and achieves the ideal target.It has a certain practical and reference value,because itcan be quickly and conveniently to calculate the bridge shallow foundation.

This research purposes to evaluate the implementation of the drainage project in Jl. Mulawarman, Gg. Arjuna, Sepinggan. This research uses the CPM (Critical Path Method) and the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). Based on the budget plan, time schedule, weekly report, documentation and interview found that the result of the CPM with two critical paths are work activities. The first critical path are: Activity A (Mobilization and Demobilization), Activity C (Landfilling activity), Activity F (Concrete works K-175, Ready Mix). The second critical path are: Activity A (Mobilization and Demobilization), Activity E (Begisting work for black channels), and Activity G (Plain U24 Concrete Iron Works). Meanwhile, the result of PERT has 49% chance to be completed with the project duration of 18 weeks.

The near-field characteristics of the ideal electric dipole are analyzed in this paper. A practical ultrafast band antenna near field FDTD is made and the near field distribution of the antenna is studied by numerical simulation. The calculation results show that the FDTD method is used for the analysis of feasibility and reliability of the near-field communication antenna.

Excessive use of electricity had some negative impacts. In this research, the Arduino ESP32 integrated with the WiFi module, the PZEM-004T V3.0 electric current sensor to detect the electric current used, DHT22 temperature sensor to measure the temperature and humidity of the room air, BH1750 light sensor to measure the intensity of light entering the room and SPDT Relay  connected between the microcontroller and the lamp. Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Algorithm which was a cryptic system as part of the intelligent system methodology applied to control automation in fans with fuzzy input variables was temperature and humidity as well as the automation of lamp usage applied fuzzy logic mamdani with fuzzy input variables were the intensity of incoming light and the time zone. Defuzzy's calculation results based on rules and have been tested on fan and lamp automation obtained 100% accuracy. Aside from being automatic, this system were also applied manual control through the Blynk application only to the function (ON / OFF) and monitored real time electricity usage in the IDR value remotely with the Internet of Things method based on Microcontroller and IOS or Android. This research could help homeowners in saving electricity.

Modern materials and technologies for strengthening drainage and upland ditches, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. When choosing the type of reinforcement, the railway design engineer must compare the options for the types of reinforcement of ditches in terms of various criteria: reducing labour and resource intensity, duration of construction work, increasing durability, improving environmental friendliness, the need for special equipment, and others. An ideal point method is proposed for solving a multicriteria deterministic problem of choosing the type of ditch reinforcement. A prototype program of the decision support system for choosing the type of reinforcement using the ideal point method has been developed. The program contains four areas: the source data area; the calculation area; the guide to the types of ditch reinforcement, which separately identifies innovative types of ditch reinforcement; the area of calculation results and recommendations. With the help of the program, the test problem of choosing the type of reinforcement is solved. Of the three alternatives, a concrete roadbed is recommended-an innovative strengthening of the ditch.

Considering the interaction among anchor cable, frame beam and rock mass, a new model of prestress loss of anchor cable was established. The accuracy and applicability of the new model were verified by comparing the field monitoring data and the calculation results of existing models. In addition, based on the new model, the effect of the re-tension of the anchor cable at different time nodes was analyzed, and the later compensation time of anchor cable prestress was discussed. The research shows that: the accuracy of the new model is higher after considering the effect of the frame beam, the new model can not only calculate the loss of prestress of anchor cable, but also accurately predict the time when the prestress of anchor cable reaches the stable stage. The ideal effect of prestress compensation can be achieved when the anchor cable is re-tensioned at each time point after 20 days of the construction completed. The original prestress loss of the anchor cable is different, and the re-tension effect is also different, the greater the loss of the original prestress of the anchor cable, the more obvious the prestress compensation effect during the re-tension.

This article studied the phenomenon of contestation between orang Sunnah and orang Yasin in Sidodadi, Aceh Tamiang, to gain the recognition of being the most pious Muslim adherent. The research zoomed in on exploring the shape of the contestation and the socio-religious changes that may occur due to the existence of the mentioned contest. The researchers interviewed a dozens of informant, observed their religious practices and the strategy that they launch to propagate their belief and recruit new members. The study showed that the contestation between the two community take place in almost all religious practices. Some of the worth mentions are ritual practices, broadening and enhancing the religiosity of respective community members, or the approach they used in approaching Islam. Apart from that, the contestation between these two groups also triggered the negotiation and reconciliation of Islamic practices of both groups. The reconciliation of religious practice is in accordance with the "culture in between " theory as proposed by Homi K Bhabha in which he believes that truly there are always no clear boundaries between two groups of different credentials. In Sidodadi, the credentials difference of each group to actualize the ideal of Islam in managing the house of God for instance, triggers the struggle of both groups for the control of the mosques and mushollas in one hand, and in other hand it brings out the empathy of each community to revive the religious activities in worship places, though adapted with the credential feature of their respective groups. A highway toll project is an urgent need in this modernization era, especially in our country, which currently has a population of around 250 million people. From the population that has been increasing, In the current era the need for transportation is also growing rapidly, Therefore, a safe and comfortable transportation is needed. Relationship with the occurred of soft soil in the STA. 18 + 000 to STA. 20 + 300, the authors need to provide an analyzing way of handling the soft soil in order to meet the criteria for the settlement criteria. Meanwhile, the purpose of making analysis soft soil improvement using minipile is to find out a technical point still meets the requirements stated in the design criteria. To achieve this goal, analysis of the soft soil improvement in carrying out the analysis and calculations was taken from the results analysis of the N-SPT value and laboratory testing material from the soil investigation of the borehole. The calculation results obtained are in the soil improvement methods at the location which was originally using a minipile it can reduce settlement value < 20 mm/years, safety factor in earthquake condition > 1.10 and time schedule for implementation pilling work on site 1 month faster than the time required when using another methods for each location that has of soft soil content, especially in the section STA. 18 + 000 to STA. 20 + 300.

To analyze the vibration characteristics of mechanical systems from the aspect of vibration transfer, two types of models for vibration transfer path systems were designed, which comprised three subsystems: excitation sources, transfer paths, and receivers. One type of model represented that the systems only sustained unidirectional force excitation, where the transfer paths remained free from the influence of mass parameters. The other type indicated that the systems were subjected to simultaneous excitations of forces and moments, with transfer paths without mass parameter. Because the transfer characteristics of vibration paths directly determine the output response behaviours of the systems, the analysis of path contributions to the vibration responses of system receivers is important in systemic vibration and noise reduction. In order to evaluate the path contributions quantitatively, the concepts of path transfer ratio (TR) and path insertion loss (IL) were introduced and the convenient formulae were derived based on the path transfer force analysis and the path disconnected method in this work. Thereby the measurement of path contributions to the receiver vibration responses within the frequency domain can be accomplished. Through numerical examples, the ideal calculation results were obtained. These conclusions further indicate that the path TR and path IL can be applied as evaluation indicators of path contributions for the vibration transfer path systems.

To reveal the mechanical property on the interface between the surrounding rock and the supporting structure, inducting the definition of the interface, based on ABAQUS software, two finite element models were established to compare and analysis the interaction through the aspects of stress, deformation and plastic region of surrounding rocks and the resistance of supporting structure. At last, compare the simulative and the metrical results. The result shows that the ideal full-constraint between the surrounding rock and the supporting structure isn’t possibility. It becomes more reasonable to define an interface during the numerical analysis and design calculations, the selection of the constitutive relation of the interface is directly related to the accuracy of the numerical calculation results.
