Abstract Cardiovascular diseases(CVD) and frailty are common health problems among the elderly. This research aims to investigate the hotspots and frontiers of the field of cardiovascular diseases with frailty. Data of publications between 2000 and 2021 was collected from the Web of Science(WoS) and CiteSpace was used for analysing the hotspots and frontiers of cardiovascular diseases with frailty research from high-impact countries, institutions, authors, cited-references, cited-journals, high-frequency keywords and burst keywords. The results showed that the United States, England and Canada were the leading countries in research of cardiovascular diseases with frailty. Other countries and regions lagged behind these developed countries. There is a need to establish cooperation between developed countries and developing countries. Research hotspots focused on frailty in the elderly with CVD, exercise intervention, assessment for CVD patients with frailty, quality of life and common diseases related to CVD with frailty. The frontier fields include care and intervention of CVD patients with frailty, social frailty and validation of CVD with frailty.

In the past 16 years, research on mitophagy has increasingly expanded to a wider range of subjects. Therefore, comprehensively analyzing the relevant progress and development trends on mitophagy research requires specific methods. To assess the hotspots, directions, and quality of results in this field worldwide, we used multiple tools to examine research progress and growing trends in research on the matter during the last 16 years (from 2005 to 2020). We also compared the quantity and quality of the literature records on mitophagy published by research institutions in China and other developed countries, reviewed China’s contribution, and examined the gap between China and these developed countries. According to the results of our bibliometric analysis, the United States and its research institutes published the most papers. We identified cell biology as the most commonly researched subject on mitophagy and AUTOPHAGY as the most popular journal for research on mitophagy. We also listed the most cited documents from around the world and China. With gradually increased funding, China is progressively becoming prominent in the field of mitophagy; nevertheless, the gap between her and major countries in the world must be closed.

The article is devoted to the introduction of innovations in the development of labour potential of enterprises as a factor in improving the economic potential of the country. The possibility of using effective innovations used in the practice of the world's leading countries (including Germany, Great Britain, France, the United States and Japan) in the field of professional development of personnel is mentioned. Mechanisms for improving the efficiency of the system of professional development of staff are proposed. Attention is focused on the involvement of social partners in the organization and control over the quality of vocational training. In order to study effective forms and methods of professional development of staff and the introduction of social innovations in this area, developed and tested in other countries, it is necessary to take into account elements of foreign experience. This is especially justified and extremely relevant today in connection with the active processes of statehood of Ukraine and administrative reform. Contradictions between the needs of modernization of national enterprises and the lack of professional, highly qualified workers, specialists representing the newest activities (there are hundreds of them in the world every year), deteriorating quality of training - all this inevitably has a negative impact on social and labour relations. The main economic interests of the social partners in the field of labour, above all, prevents the desired income. Ukraine will quickly lose the existing advantages in personnel training in the absence of a system of continuous training of employees. The consequence of this situation is the transformation of Ukraine into a «supplier» of cheap labour for European countries and other developed countries. In Ukraine the development of vocational training is an important condition for both the provision of production with highly qualified personnel and increasing its efficiency. However, it has certain shortcomings and requires a change of approach both on the part of the state and on the part of employers, which determines the prospects for further research.

Abstract Introduction Despite the fact that necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is one of the reasons for morbidity and mortality in the newborn intensive care units, the literature indicates no bibliometric studies that made a holistic evaluation of the publications on this issue. This study aims to make a holistic evaluation of NEC publications to reveal the latest developments and trend topics. Materials and Methods Bibliometric analyses were performed by retrieving all the publications in Web of Science (WoS: Web of Science Core Collection database maintained by Clarivate Analytics) database between 1980 and 2018 using the “necrotizing enterocolitis” keyword. The correlations between economic productivity, humanity index, and performances of the countries on the topic of NEC were investigated with Spearman's correlation coefficient. Results A review of the related literature indicated 2,968 publications on NEC between 1980 and 2018. Of these publications, 1,690 (56.9%) were indexed in the article document category in WoS. There was an important increasing trend in the number of publications after 2006. Results of the present study showed that the Journal of Pediatric Surgery and Journal of Pediatrics were the top effective journal that contributed to the literature in terms of publication productivity. The top productive country that produced most publications about NEC was the United States (863, 51.1%). Conclusion Research on NEC is conducted in a limited number of countries. There seem to be more research opportunities in the developed countries because survival rates of premature babies having a disease like NEC are lower in the undeveloped countries, and survival rates are higher in developed countries due to appropriate intensive care conditions. Therefore, undeveloped countries should be supported in terms of NEC and provided with funds.

The demand for health care and social welfare services for the elderly has increased and in Japan, there is a need in the social system to improve the quality of life, especially for those who are disabled. This article directs attention to bed-ridden elderly persons from the standpoint of social problems attending economic development and population changes based on data from Japan, the United States, Sweden, and OECD countries. Compared to the United States, there are more bed-ridden elderly in Japan, and inadequate public resources for caring. Physicians, nurses, care workers, and rehabilitation specialists such as physiotherapist and occupational therapist per 1000 aged sixty-five or over are 89.5 in Japan while 237.4 in Sweden. Japan has the fewest such health and welfare personnel among developed countries. Even with increases in such personnel through the New Gold Plan, future increase in aged population would off-set the effect and the problem of providing care for the elderly remains.

The medical community, researchers and healthcare organizers are constantly challenged by comparing key indexes reflecting the effectiveness of cardiovascular care, primarily for the dynamic assessment and implementation of the world's best practices to reduce cardiovascular mortality. The analysis of health care for patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) is a complex, multicomponent process, the structure and key tools of which differ from country to country. Using different data sources, methodological and analytical approaches creates certain limitations and barriers to the assessment. In order to update the ideas about the modern coordinate system and tools for assessing cardiovascular care, the authors presented practices for analyzing major indexes in Russia, European countries, and the United States. The review presents sources of statistical data, principles for assessing risk factors, cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, and specific features of monitoring the availability and quality of cardiovascular care.

Abstract Objective: The present integrative literature review aimed to verify the scientific knowledge produced about social support for elderly persons with HIV/Aids. Method: A search was carried out in the Lilacs, Medline, Scopus and Web of Science databases for studies published in the last ten years. The final analysis consisted of seven articles. Results: It was found that social support is extremely important in the life of the elderly with HIV/Aids, and a real need for this support was identified. Such support can both contribute to quality of life in many ways, as well as impair the care of those who live with the disease, as the diagnosis, treatment and the entire stigma surrounding this chronic condition directly influence the type and quality of support provided. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this review will contribute to are flection on health practices for the elderly with HIV/Aids.

Introduction: Although infective endocarditis (IE) is rare disease, this disease has importance due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. The exact incidence is not known as it is not a reportable disease. Unlike developed countries, the disease affects the young more than the elderly in developing countries. Most of the time, the diagnosis cannot be made at the first examination and the disease is often overlooked. In order to reduce the mortality and morbidity of this disease, it is important to quickly recognize the disease by following current diagnosis and treatment methods, to identify the causative agent and to treat accordingly. Both the epidemiology and the management of IE are changing due to medical advances. This situation may also be reflected in scientific publications. We aimed to analyze the global researches on IE. Material and methods: The Scopus database was searched for bibliometric analysis without selecting document type. Data were retrieved for the time period January 1, 1940 and Semptember 26, 2021, containing the keywords " Infective’’ and’’endocarditis " in their title. Results: 7911 publications were included in the study. The first publication was made in the year 1891. Most of the publications were research articles [n=5784 (73.11%)] and were from the United States of America (USA) [n =1622 (20.50%)]. Japan, France, United Kingdom and Spain were also in the top 5 publishing countries on IE. Conclusions: Infective endocarditis is still an important reason of mortality, and there are many unanswered questions about the managament and preventation of this disease. This situation reflected the scientific publications. Since this is a global problem, not just some developed countries involved in the IE research, also more countries should be encouraged to participate the studies on IE.
