The article examines the mechanisms of analysis of aggregate financial flows of economic entities. Analysis of the formation and movement of financial flows showed that, despite the widespread use of financial indicators in the analysis, today there is no integrated assessment of the state of financial flows of a group of economic entities that form the commodity-production subsystem (СPS). The authors propose to analyze the formation of financial flows using the structuring of financial flows and reflect their state within the СPS. This approach, as well as a number of financial indicators, takes into account data that assess flows by type of activity in their ratio. At the stage of formation of the financial system of СPS, the relationship between the change in the results of the functioning of СPS-forming business entity and the efficiency of financial flows is established through a block of indicators. First, absolute, then relative, and then get integrated indicators. The calculation of relative indicators is based on the comparison of the obtained values with the normative ones, which are determined by a vector that reflects the directions (positive or negative) of changes in financial flows, based on a specific stage of development. The assessment of the formation of financial flows of СPS-forming economic entities is able to show the main sources of funding and identify the centres of consumption of finance within the СPS. An autocorrelation model and an adaptive Brown model were used for prediction. In the first step, the characteristic regression method determines the best regression function - the most appropriate for the available values of financial flows for certain periods of time. The second step calculates the regression parameters using the least squares method. It is concluded that the constructed model is consistent with the experimental data. The presented developments reflect the developed and proposed algorithm for analyzing the formation of financial flows of СPS-forming economic entities, which differs from existing approaches using not only financial indicators but also a block of indicators that characterize the ratio of financial flows. This allows to increase the objectivity of the assessment of financial flows in the process of economic system development

AbstractAlmost from the inception of the textual analysis of the Hebrew Bible, scholars recognized that certain textual variants were caused by the interchange of letters bearing graphic similarity. This article focuses on a small number of interchanges between the Masoretic Text (MT) and the Samaritan Pentateuch (SP) and studies their possible paleographic context. The central claim of the paper is that it is possible to identify the scripts used in which the changes occurred and in some instances, even the specific stage of development of the script. The paleographic conclusion that arises from the evidence presented is that the Samaritan version developed from earlier versions that were transmitted in Paleo-Hebrew and in square script, or that the Samaritan version was transmitted in its early stages in both of these scripts. The SP itself reached us in a still later script, the Samaritan script, which developed from the Paleo-Hebrew script.

Two non‑parallel lines will be named as bi‑lines. The relationship between the definition of the bi‑lines function and linear regression functions of the distribution mixture is considered. The bi‑lines function parameters are estimated using the least squares method for an implicit interdependence. In general, values of parameter estimators are evaluated by means of an approximation numerical method. In a particular case, the exact expressions for the parameter estimators were derived. In this particular case, the properties of the estimators are examined in details. The bi‑lines are also used to estimate the regression functions of the distribution mixture. The accuracy of the parameter estimation is analyzed.

The article examines the impact of various socio-economic and financial indicators on the resilience of Russian regions. For each region, the integral index of resilience is calculated, and its correlation dependence with the selected indicators is revealed. The study confirms the relationship between fiscal resilience and socio-economic resilience of the regions. The analysis of panel data for 75 regions from 2007 to 2016 shows that there are significant differences in the dynamics of indicators in different periods. In particular, the degree of exposure to the negative effects of the crises of 2008—2009 and 2014—2015 in non-resilient regions is higher than in resilient ones.

Researchers often want to examine the relationship between a variable of interest and multiple related outcomes. To avoid problems of inference that arise from testing multiple hypotheses, one can create a summary index of the outcomes. Summary indices facilitate generalizing findings and can be more powerful than individual tests. In this article, we introduce a command, swindex, that implements the generalized least-squares method of index construction proposed by Anderson (2008, Journal of the American Statistical Association 103: 1481–1495). We describe the command and its options and provide an example based on Blattman, Fiala, and Martinez’s (2014, Quarterly Journal of Economics 129: 697–752) evaluation of a cash transfer program in Uganda.

In this paper, the ram of boring and milling machining center is taken as the research object. A new method that hydraulic pull rods compensation is proposed to solve the problem of deformation compensation of long stroke ram of boring and milling machining center. Firstly, the method of finite element analysis is used to get the laws of ram deformation and the relationship curve between the ram deformation and the stroke of ram. Secondly, the preliminary calculation value of pull rods compensation force is derived based on the theoretical analysis of material mechanics. The relationship curve between compensation force and the stroke of ram is obtained by finite element analysis and polynomial least squares method. Finally, the analyzed results are as follows: the laws of ram deformation distribution is accurately predicted by the used method, the deflection error of the ram is well controlled, and the machining precision is significantly improved.

Although innovation and entrepreneurship have been subjects of researchers’ interests for years, nevertheless both the concepts and the relationships between them remain controversial. Since different indices are accepted for the measurement of these categories, the question is whether the relationship between them depends on the choice of measures. The aim of the paper is to indicate the innovation impact on the entrepreneurial process with regard to different measures of these concepts. The research was conducted with the use of regression analyses as a method and yearly data for Polish regions in the period 2003–2018. At the initial stage of the research as many measures of innovation and entrepreneurship as possible were introduced into the estimation of regression function parameters. Statistically insignificant variables were deleted at later stages of research. This research confirms that innovativeness and entrepreneurship are broad concepts and the relationship between them depends on the choice of measures. Saturation with enterprises and saturation with start-ups seem to be more sensitive to innovation than other measures of entrepreneurship. Innovation seen as input, measured by spending on research and development (R&D) has a bigger influence on entrepreneurship than the output innovation measured by revenues from innovative activities. Considering a relatively low level of explanatory power of innovations, it seems they are not the only factor influencing entrepreneurship.

The study in this paper are explain about the studies of medical (medicine) blood type have the same relationship to human character because the blood producing antibodies and antigens. It could determine a person helpless hold strong or weak body, has an allergy to something or not, in the blood also contains various nutrients (like protein) and also the oxygen being supplied to the brain and nerves and body affect performance someone will then be emanated from the attitude of the person and social interaction. As has been explained, but keep in mind, there is blood in the genes, the nature of which is carried in the body/genotif rightly so it is, but we can not ignore the fenotif/nature arising or visible, this trait appear due to interaction between genes and the environment, so even if the person is smart in the intelligentsia and emotional, but grew up in a bad environment is going to be a bad trait. The theory of personality based on blood type can be used as a reference in parenting children through an understanding of the fundamental principles of the application of personality accompanied by parenting. Furthermore, the taking of steps in the care tailored to the stage of development of the child, in the Qur'an explicitly did not mentioned paragraph that discusses about blood type, but in the Qur'an there are blood (ad-Dam), Islamic studies in the study of Children is seen as a mandate from God, forming 3-dimensional relationships, with parents as the central figure. First, her parents relationship with God that is backed by the presence of children. Second, the relationship of the child (which still need a lot of guidance) with God through his parents. Third, the relationship of the child with both parents under the tutelage and guidance of God.

Based on Non-intrusive Polynomial Chaos method, a small sample prediction method for engineering p-S-N curve that has a medium fatigue life is proposed. Parameters in Basquin model are calculated through optimization method based on small sample of observed fatigue life. We establish NIPC polynomials and obtain big sample parameters, obtaining probabilistic properties of parameters with the big sample EDF method. Then the relationship between statistics and stress level are fitted with least squares method. Some new samples are introduced to improve the accuracy of the method. The statistics are updated by Bayesian method. Samples parameters under any stress level are obtained to calculate corresponding fatigue life. Probabilistic properties of fatigue life are predicted, and the p-S-N curve is established. Test observations of aluminium alloy T-2024 are all located in the interval of 95% quantile, showing that the method can effectively predict probabilistic properties of medium fatigue life.

The aim of the article is to summarize theoretical principles and practical experience regarding the relationship between the investment attractiveness of innovative projects and economic growth. The methods of correlation and regression analysis, extrapolation and modeling are used. The subject of the study was the features and patterns of the formation, use and regulation of the policy for assessing the investment attractiveness of company’s innovative projects in modern economic conditions. In the course of the study, an algorithm was developed to assess the size and level of investment attractiveness of the algorithm is based on the allocation of components of the enterprise’s potential. It is indicated that models for evaluating efficiency and cost should take into account not only future cash flows, but also non-financial indicators. Are proposed the construction of a multivariate model based on regression analysis. The essence of this model is to combine the traditional method of correlation analysis with least squares. This approach has the main advantage - relatively high accuracy and low costs in the construction and forecasting.
