This research is presented to anticipate the future steps of class XII students in making a decision regarding their interests through the collaboration of teachers and counselors. Data collection in this study uses observation and interview techniques. The data of this study were obtained from BK teachers or counselors at SMAN 1 Patianrowo Nganjuk, East Java. Data analysis in this study uses narrative analysis. The subject is students in class VII of SMAN 1 Patianrowo. These findings reveal that many of the students have not been aware of their interests. Learners are directed more in academic matters only and have not led to the development of the potential of students such as direction of the students' interests. Few of the students can develop the interest they have because the teacher is more focused on academics and the counselor is more focused in dealing with problems experienced by students. The collaboration process of the classroom teacher and counselor is carried out in the form of recorded and unrecorded. Recorded collaborations such as the conduct of scheduled aptitude interest tests in class X and class XII early. While not recorded like communication between class teachers and counselors related to the interests of students through analysis in the daily lives of students. This is an effort to find out the interests of students from an early age which is then reaffirmed by the procurement of scholastic tests at the beginning of entering class XII. In conducting group counseling, counselors use the opportunity in spare time or when there is a class that is not in the learning process to do group guidance in the classroom. While for personal guidance, the counselor calls one student at a time. However, not all must be called, but many of the students voluntarily come to see the counselor by themselves for guidance.

The cultivation of spiritual values to learners is a very vital step in shaping the characteristics and character of the human person, because the internalization of spiritual values is closely related to the cultivation of religious values, and is part of the formation of adolescent character as the next generation of religion and nation. This research is to find out the process of planting and internalizing spiritual value education conducted at The Senior high school of Mafaza Institute located in the Maguntapan Bantul area of Yogyakarta, while the type in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, while the subject in this study is teachers or teachers at this institution as well as some M.A. Mafaza students. While the data collected passes through the process of interviews, observations and documentation which then the author of the data analysis to draw conclusions. The results of this study show the following: 1). The process of planting and internalizing values and spiritual in this institution is carried out with an understanding of the material in the classes. 2). Then as a follow-up in the form of application in programs and activities such as requiring mandatory congregational prayers, sunnah worship and others, there are also activities such as the loving mosque and the the Adiwiata program. So from there it is seen that all aspects in value and spiritual, namely the aspect of Aqidah and Worship become the center of attention in planting to their students. So that it covers everything, either in the pattern of vertical relationship (Servant-Godnya) or horizontal (Servants and Environment).

The purpose of this research is to produce a decent and effective digital photo video media for the subject of composition for the students of class XI Multimedia of Vocational High School. The development model used is the ADDIE model. To determine the feasibility of the product is based on expert test ie media experts and content experts. To know the effectiveness of the product is based on a comparison of learning result test between experiment class and control class at SMKN 1 Dlanggu Mojokerto. Based on the results of expert test data analysis obtained conclusion that the learning video media developed feasible to use in learning. The result of the value of pre-test and post- test conducted in control class and experimental class by using t-test obtained t-count is 13,11 and by using t-test distribution table with significant level 5% obtained t-table = 2 , 68, thus the video learning media declared effective. The conclusion of this study indicates that the video learning media subjects composition of digital photos declared feasible and effective for students class XI Multimedia Vocational Secondary School.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media video mata pelajaran komposisi foto digital yang layak dan efektif bagi siswa kelas XI Multimedia Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk didasarkan pada uji ahli yakni ahli media dan ahli isi. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan produk didasarkan pada perbandingan tes hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di SMKN 1 Dlanggu Mojokerto. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data uji ahli diperoleh simpulan bahwa media video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil nilai dari pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh t-hitung adalah 13,11 dan dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh t-tabel = 2,68, dengan demikian media video pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media video pembelajaran mata pelajaran komposisi foto digital dinyatakan layak dan efektif bagi siswa kelas XI Multimedia Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan.

This study aims to find out how caregivers in helping children to develop or build discipline from an early age conducted by 3 caregivers of the Orphanage of the White Cross on the Orphanage Children of the White Cross especially against one early childhood. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with case study method, data collection by interview and data analysis with qualitative. In this study there are 3 subjects that help one child in building discipline. The results of the study show that the discipline of children is increasing from previously unattended discipline until now already have good discipline, in building discipline. The way in which the subject tends to be different from the other caregivers. Subjects do not use corporal punishment and it is done in a better way. The way the subject tends to be a subtle way with good advice, real stories, habits, good examples, daily schedules made, gift giving to children.

Go Pong: Learning Media for Basic Techniques of Table Tennis Based on AndroidThis research used development research which was Research and Development (R&D) with 8 stages. The subject of this study was the eighth grade students of Junior High School of 1 Juwana. The data analysis techniques used were test and non-test techniques in the form of interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The results showed the effectiveness test of Go Pong media on learning outcomes that obtained an n-gain index was 0.486 and 0.374 with moderate criteria. While learning outcomes used book got the results 0.263 and 0.07 with moderate criteria. The percentage of Go Pong media completeness was superior at 60% while using books was only 40%. The conclusion of this study is that Go Pong media is very effective to be used for learning compared to book media.Keywords: learning outcomes, Go Pong media, basic techniques of table tennis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan 8 tahap. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Juwana. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah teknik tes dan nontes berupa wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji keefektifan media Go Pong terhadap hasil belajar yang memperoleh indeks n-gain sebesar 0,486 dan 0,374 dengan kriteria sedang. Sedangkan hasil belajar menggunakan buku mendapatkan hasil 0,263 dan 0,07 dengan kriteria sedang. Presentase ketuntasan media Go Pong lebih unggul yaitu 60% sedangkan memakai buku hanya 40%. Simpulan penelitian adalah media Go Pong sangat efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran dibandingkan menggunakan media buku.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, media Go Pong, teknik dasar tenis meja.

Abstract. This research aimed study to determine: 1) the increasing ability of mathematic connection and student’s positive thingking by using Contextual Learning are higher than students or usual learning approach. 2) there was the interaction between learning by students mathematic ability toward the increasing ability of mathematic connection and student’s positive thinking. 3) to determine how the answering process are made by the students in problem solving by using contextual learning and usual learning approach. This kind of research is the quasi experiment. The populations of this research are all of the students in X grade of Tehnical High School with acreditation B where is in Medan and the sample is chosen random sample. Where SMK Medan consist of X Nautic as experiment class and X Tehnical as control class am each consist of 34 students. The instrument used consist of: (1) test students initial mathematic ability, (2) test for mathematic connection and (3) scale for positive thingking, the subject up space. Data analysis are done by using ANAVA two ways. The result of this research shown that (1) the increasing ability in mathematic connection and student’s positive thinking by using Contextual Learning is higher than using student’s usual thinking approach, (2) there were no interaction between learning and student’s ability level to the increasing ability of mathematics and student’s positive thinking. The researcher suggests to use the Contextual Learning as the alternative way for teachers to increase the ability of mathematic connection and student’s positive thingking.Keyword: Contextual Learning, Mathematical Connection Ability, and Positive Student Attitudes

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjabarkan dan menentukan hubungan atau pengaruh rasa ingin tahu terhadap hasil belajar IPA di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian statistik deskriptif dengan metode campuran yaitu metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik di sekolah menengah pertama kelas VII. Penggambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan soal tes pilihan ganda. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan angket rasa ingin tahu sementara soal tes yang diberikan kepada peserta didik merupakan soal pilihan ganda untuk kelas VII pada pokok bahasan besaran dan pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS untuk mengolah data. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah uji korelasi nonparametrik Kendall’s Tau hal ini karena data terdistribusi normal namun tidak linear. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data yang didapat peneliti hasilnya tidak terdapat hubungan antara rasa ingin tahu terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah menengah pertama pada pokok bahasan besaran dan pengukuran. Tidak ada korelasi antara kedua variabel yang diteliti dibuktikan setelah uji korelasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,101 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,05. AbstractThis research was carried out with the aim of describing and determining the relationship or influence of curiosity on science learning outcomes at the junior high school level. The research carried out is descriptive statistical research with mixed methods namely qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The study population was students in VII grade junior high school. Retrieving data using questionnaire instruments and multiple-choice test questions. The instrument used was a curiosity questionnaire while the test questions given to students were multiple-choice questions for class VII on the subject of magnitude and measurement. Data analysis uses the help of SPSS software to process data. The test used in this study is the nonparametric correlation test Kendall’s Tau this is because the data is normally distributed but not linear. Based on the research and data analysis obtained by the researcher, the result is that there is no relationship between curiosity towards the results of junior high school student learning on the subject of magnitude and measurement. There is no correlation between the two variables studied proved after the correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.101, which means greater than 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur puisi dan potret sosial sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk merelevansikan potret sosial masyarakat Indonesia dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado dengan pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi Kerygma & Martyria karya Remy Sylado. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah potret sosial dan relevansinya dengan pembelajaran sastra di SMA dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata yang termuat dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pembacaan dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pembacaan semiotika Michael Riffaterre dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra Rene Wellek & Austin Warren. Berdasarkan pembacaan semiotika terhadap sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado disimpulkan beberapa potret sosial masyarakat Indonesia yang meliputi (1) Potret Modernitas di Negara Indonesia yang terdapat dalam sajak “Zaman Azab“, “Di Atas Azab Pena Berpihak”, “Asap Telah Menutup Kota Perkasa” (2) Potret Kolonialisme dan Ekspansi kapitalisme yang terdapat dalam sajak “Origo Mali“, “Cenderamata”, “Uang” (3) Potret kota, Pembangunan, dan Kapitalisme yang terdapat dalam sajak “Pena”, “Pemain Kambing Hitam”, “Si Miskin”, dan “Apakah Negerinya Masih”. In addition, this study also aimed to relevance of the social portrait of Indonesian society in Remy Sylado’s ten poems with learning literature in high school. Object in this study are a social potrait and relevance to learning literature in high school to ten poems Remy Sylado. The data in this study are words contained in Remy Sylado’s ten poems were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are reading and writing. Tujuan dari penelitian kualitatif ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi barisan ditinjau dari Adversity Quotient (AQ). Kemampuan pemecahan masalah memiliki 4 indikator yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi masalah, 2) merumuskan masalah, 3) melaksanakan strategi, dan 4) memverifikasi solusi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 Siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang yang telah diajarkan materi barisan. Kemudian dipilih subjek berdasarkan tipe AQ yaitu Climber, Camper dan Quitter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket AQ, tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa bertipe Climber mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator dari 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 1, 2, 3, dan 4. Siswa bertipe Camper mampu memenuhi 3 dari 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 1, 2, dan 3. Siswa bertipe Quitter hanya mampu memenuhi 1 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 2. Analysis of students' problem-solving abilities in solving word problem sequence in terms of adversity quotientAbstractThe purpose of this qualitative research was to describe the students' problem-solving abilities in solving word problems in the sequences material in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ). Problem-solving has four indicators namely: 1) overcoming the problem, 2) formulating the problem, 3) implementing the strategy, and 4) verifying the solution. The study was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research subjects consisted of 30 students of class XI IPA 1 of Kesatrian 1 Semarang High School who had taught the sequences material. Then the subject was chosen based on the type of AQ namely climber, camper and quitter. Data collection techniques using the AQ questionnaire, the problem-solving test, and interview. The data analysis techniques of this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that students of the climber type were able to meet all the indicators of the four indicators of problem-solving namely indicators 1, 2, 3, and 4. Students of the camper type were able to fulfill three from four indicators of problem-solving namely indicators 1, 2, and 3. Students' quitter type were only able to meet one indicator of problem-solving, namely indicator 2.

The purpose of this study was to describe how to implement the REACT strategy to develop students’ mathematical representation, reasoning, and disposition ability. This research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study was grade 8 junior high school student in Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study with observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on data analysis results, it could be concluded that REACT strategies can be applied to develop a mathematical representation, reasoning, and disposition ability that engages students actively. Implementation of the REACT strategy runs smoothly and gets enthusiastic responses from students. The application of REACT strategies should be undertaken sustainably so that the learning objectives can be achieved by integrating various mathematical skills that were capable.
