<p>The more advanced information technology, the more frequently for banking institutions including BRI Syariah to follow and to use it as a part of service system, that is called as electronic banking. The growth of technology will change banking transaction system radically that eventually will change banking culture. The transaction through electronic banking will ease the customers in doing transaction therefore they are able to opt various services related to their need. <br />Tabungan Faedah BRISyariah delivers affordable and easy service by using electronic banking in which all the transactions are free of charge. It starts from cash withdrawal, money transfer to BRISyariah ATM network, BRI Bank, Prima and Bersama. However, since May 6 2015, there was a transaction charge change especially for transaction in Issuer ATM that is BRI ATM, Prima and Bersama. Since the regulation was applied, the number of transactions also changed. According to the data of BRISyariah Issuer ATM transaction from January to December 2015, the total transaction declined. This research is aimed to discover the influence of transaction charge change of ATM card in faedah banking account to the costumers’ proclivity in BRISyariah KC Semarang.<br />The transaction charge change of ATM card having positive influence and significance towards the costumer’s proclivity. The transaction charge such as cash withdrawal, money transfer, and balance check which is very expensive makes the customer’s proclivity declined. It is proved by the value of t-count is 2.878 &gt; t-table which is 2.024 by the degree od significance is 0.000 below 0.05.</p>

The Difference

Whether the service system, operation mode, support system for agricultural product logistics is perfect or not directly affects the whole development of agricultural product logistics. The most obvious characteristic of agricultural product logistics in U.S is it takes the developed agriculture information flow as the foundation of developing agricultural product logistics. This article compares the infrastructure, information technology in agricultural product logistics and quality of talents in agricultural product logistics information between china and U.S; it could tell that the difference is huge. China should introduce advanced information technology in agricultural product logistics, and gradually realize automation and networking in logistics operation of agricultural product.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Despite increasing technological dynamism and plausibility in many environments, poor services continue to be rendered because the IT solutions that are selected, deployed and used by the Nigerian banks are challenged by both technical and non-technical factors. The challenges could be attributed to lack of evaluation, causing ineffectiveness, inefficiency, and inconsistency in the processes, interactions and activities where IT solutions are applied. Thus, the study’s objectives is to identify, examine and gain an understanding of the factors that influence the selection, deployment and evaluation of the IT solutions that are used by the Nigerian banks. The interpretivist approach and qualitive method were followed. Following the interpretivist paradigm, the analysis was conducted using the hermeneutics approach. Based on the findings and interpretation, a model was developed, intended for actors that have stake in IT solutions in the two banks, to gain better understanding of the factors that can influence evaluation.

Abstract. Information technology architecture planning for Baubau Village using TOGAF ADM. Babau Village is a village located in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Currently, Babau Village has implemented information technology as a centre for information and administrative services. To improve the quality of service to the community, existing information technology needs to be further developed because the amount of information in the system will continue to increase along with population growth. The problem faced if information technology is not developed is a system performance problem. For further development to be more focused, research on an information technology architecture design for Babau Village. The design using TOGAF ADM is a blueprint and a roadmap for the development of advanced information technology services. The aim is that the existing business processes within the Babau Village related to information and administrative services continue to develop according to the needs of the community and the organizational management of Babau Village.Keywords: enterprise architecture planning, TOGAF, ADM, Babau VillageAbstrak. Kelurahan Babau adalah sebuah kelurahan yang terletak di Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, teknologi informasi yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena jumlah informasi yang ada dalam sistem akan terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Masalah yang dihadapi apabila teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan ialah masalah kinerja sistem. Agar pengembangan tahap lanjut lebih terarah, penelitian mengenai sebuah perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk Kelurahan Babau. Perancangan yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM tersebut merupakan blueprint dan juga roadmap untuk pengembangan pelayanan teknologi informasi tahap lanjut. Tujuannya ialah proses bisnis yang ada didalam Kelurahan Babau terkait pelayanan informasi dan administrasi terus berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan pengurus organisasi Kelurahan Babau.Kata Kunci: arsitektur teknologi informasi, TOGAF, ADM, Kelurahan Babau

Currently the development of information technology has an important influence in the development of learning systems, one of which is technology in the multimedia field. Multimedia technology is an indispensable tool for the learning process. The use of text, images, audio, video, and animation in learning helps students to quickly understand learning material. Multimedia also provides opportunities for educators to develop learning methods so that they get maximum results. AMIK AKMI Baturaja is a computer college that has not fully utilized information technology in its learning, especially in the field of Multimedia. For this reason, researchers conducted this research for the development of learning at the Campus AMIK AKMI Baturaja. This study aims to produce a multimedia-based learning media at AMIK AKMI Baturaja which can be a driving force for student learning achievement. In this study using a research method of literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The media development method uses MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely concept (needs analysis), design (design), material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. . The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning system presented in the form of e-learning. This media is expected to have a positive influence in increasing student achievement and learning independence.

Reporting system (SPT) starts the expansion of information technology online & real time, namely e-Filing. With an existence of e-Filing provides convenience to taxpayers in reportin tax returns. The purpose of this study’s to look at the factors that affect interest in taxpayer behavior toward the use of e-Filing at KPP Pratama Manado. E-Filing makes a good contribution to Taxpayers and by using e-Filing, a Taxpayers can feel the benefits, wich one is convenience when delivering taxes. Taxpayers interest in using e-Filing is based on perceptions and the experience gained by taxpayers on e-Filing. Factors of usability, convenience, security and confidentiality, and human resources have a positive influence, so that the benefits of e-Filing can be felt by all Taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Manado.Keywords: e-Filing, taxpayers, SPT
