This research aims to measure and analyze the influence of quality of service and the application of sharia principles to consumers at Syariah Hotel Limaran. The data used in this study is primary data. Although the method of data collection used is simple random sampling with a sample of 60 customers of Syariah Limaran hotel, this research also uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial (t) tests, simultaneous tests (f), and determinant coefficients (r2). Results obtained based on t and f test results produce a significant value of 0.05. Then the R Square value of 0.461 indicates that an independent variable can affect dependent variables by 46.10%. While other variables outside this study explain the remaining 53.90%. The study concludes that the quality of service and the application of sharia principles affect consumers' intention in Sharia hotels.

The purpose of this research was: 1) to explain whether there was a Climate of leadership, Organizational Behavior Disciplines Work on performance of Member unit of the police of the Republic of Indonesia Sabhara Resort City of Padang and 2) measure the magnitude of the influence of Climate leadership, Organizational Behavior Disciplines Work on performance of Member unit of the police of the Republic of Indonesia Sabhara Resort City of Padang.This research was conducted in February-March 2016 in Sabhara units of the police force of the Republic Indonesia's resort city of Padang.The sample used in this study as many as 32 respondents using a sampling of saturated. As for the independent variable of climate leadership, Organizational Behavior Disciplines work, whereas the variable dependennya is the performance of members of the police. This research is explanatory research.The method of data collection is the kuestioner. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferensial Analysis.To know how the variables are independent of the dependent variable are partial, used test t. Whereas to know the influence of the variables are independent of the dependent variables simultaneously, use the test F. Assumptions used in the test of validity is if R-female > R-table item is declared valid. R-count shown in the table above, from individual items suggests that R-female > R-table so that the items are declared valid.Based on a test of the validity of the instrument of climate leadership, Organizational Behavior and discipline Work against Performance known to all items stated valid and reliability test results show that the instruments have a high reliability and meets the criteria of a good instrument requirements, i.e., valid and reliability.Free Leadership Behavior variables (X 1) effect significantly to performance (Y), Organizational Climate (X 2) a significant effect on performance, variable (Y) Discipline work (X 3) a significant effect on performance (Y). Hypothesis (H1) until the Union (H3) third.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

This study aimed to find correlations between the quality of life, happiness, and life satisfaction of the general population of Bandung city. There were 370 participants with averageage of 20.7 years, mostly male (55.7%) and with a secondary level of education (SMP-SMA; 57.0%) who completed three questionnaires: (i) WHOQOL-BREF to measure quality of life, (ii) Happiness Thermometer to measure happiness, and (iii) Self-Anchoring Cantril Striving Scale to measure life satisfaction. Multiple linear regression tests were used with happiness and life satisfaction as dependent variables and quality of life as an independent variable. The results showed that the psychological and physical domains of quality of life were significant predictors of happiness and satisfaction of life, where the psychological domain proved significant in predicting all four-time points: happiness today (β=0.039; p<0.05), happiness throughout life (β=0.043; p<0.05), current life satisfaction (β=0.034; p<0.05) and life satisfaction five years from now (β=0.017; p<0.05). Physical domain was similar to psychological except for current life satisfaction (β=0.029; 0.023; 0.014; p<0.05). The environmental domain had been shown to predict happiness throughout life significantly (β=0.019; p<0.05) and life satisfaction five years from now (β=-0.015; p<0.05). The social domain was not found to be a significant predictor. It can be concluded that improving the psychological and physical function of Indonesian people and their environmental conditions will lead them to a happier and more satisfying life.

The effect of Social Support on the Quality of Life of ODHA in Saribattangku KDS Makassar.This study aims to determine the effect of social support on the quality of life of PLWHA in KDS Saribattangku Makassar City. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were 37 people using simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques used normality and linearity tests, and simple regression tests using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study were analyzed by simple linear regression showing the value of F = 14.019 with a significance of 0.003 (p <0.05) which proves that social support has a significant effect on the quality of life of PLWHA in Makassar City, Saribattangku KDS. While the R2 value of 0.221 indicates that social support affects the quality of life of PLWHA by 22.1%. Based on these results, the hypothetical research is accepted.

This research aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction toward coffee products and services in the House Coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado. The Data used in this research is the primary data. The primary data obtained using the technique of the interview directly to respondents, in this case the consumer products coffee in the coffee House Billy Branches Megamas Manado, using a list of questions (questionnaire) as the tool in data collection. The method used in the sampling is sampling accindental. Analysis of the data that is used is a qualitative descriptive analysis is analyzed using the measurement scale Likert attitude scale installation design and presented using the list of the table and numbers. The results of this research shows that the measurement of the level of consumer satisfaction in the house of coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado in terms of coffee products and services achieve total score loading data of 2.090 that shows the number of the index measuring consumer satisfaction of 83.6% and is considered very satisfied. This shows that consumers are very satisfied with the coffee products offered and the services provided by the employees in the House Coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado and to increase consumer satisfaction in terms of product and services, Coffee House party Billy Branches Megamas Manado must pay attention to the quality of coffee products and quality of service offered. This is very important in order to maintain the customers and get more customers and increase sales

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

Quality of service is any activity carried out by the company or hotel in order to meet consumer expectations. The dimensions of the service quality are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Various efforts need to be considered by the hotel in order to satisfy the guests. So is the case with Segara Village Hotel which is a four-star hotel in Sanur. This study aims to determine the quality of service of room attendants at Segara Village Hotel, using the techniques of qualitative-quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were guests at Segara Village Hotel as many as 50 people. Data obtained by questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques and performance level of importance, and the Cartesian diagram. It was found that the factors are a top priority (considered important by guests, but the implementation is felt still less) is the appearance of room attendant, accuracy, reliability, timeliness in cleaning room, the provision of information to the guests, room attendant accuracy, and understanding of what is desired by guests.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of the level of religiosity, the quality of service on saving decisions of the Faculty of Economics students in Islamic banking and information as a moderating variable. The sample used was students majoring in economics in the city of Palu. The type of data used is primary data with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using simultaneous analysis (F test) and partial (t- test). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the level of religiosity and service quality variables significantly influence saving decisions. Partially only the service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on saving decisions (Y). While the religiosity level variable does not have a significant influence on saving decisions (Y), and Information does not moderate or not as a moderating variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. 2) pengaruh secara simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe studi kasus (Case Study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, sampel sebanyak 55 orang sebagai responden, teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dukumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep terdapat kualitas pelayanan Dinas PMPTSP dalam meningkatkan investasi di Kabupaten Pangkep seperti kejelasan tujuan, kejelasan strategi, proses analisis kebijakan, perencanaan, penyusunan program, sarana dan prasarana, sistem pengawasan, dan sistem pengendalian. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the partial effect of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. 2) the simultaneous influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. The type of research that will be used in this research is quantitative research with case study type. The population in this study was 55 people, the sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, a sample of 55 people as respondents, data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variable (quality of service) on the dependent variable (level of investment) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency there was the quality of service of the PMPTSP Service in increasing investment in Pangkep Regency such as clarity of objectives, clarity of strategy, policy analysis process, planning, program preparation, facilities and infrastructure, supervision system, and control system.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari implementasi kebijakan nilai penawaran di bawah 80 % terhadap kualitas pekerjaan konstruksi di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yang bersifat asosiatif kausal yaitu menggambarkan pengaruh dari variabel bebas (independent variable) terhadap variabel terikat (dependent variable) dengan menggunakan analisis statistik uji-t, dan uji-f. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling sebanyak 48 responden terhadap Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) kegiatan jasa konstruksi. Hasil temuan menunjukan  bahwa implementasi kebijakan dari segi organisasi, interpretasi, dan penerapan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah positif, artinya kalaupun implementasi kebijakannya diperbaiki, dan dimensi variabel dari organisasi ditingkatkan, interpretasinya diperbaiki, dan penerapannya diperbaiki maka akan mempengaruhi kualitas pekerjaan konstruksi menjadi lebih baik. Dimana besaran peresentase nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R-Square) diperoleh sebesar 87,7 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar (1-R2) =12,3 % dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar model, dengan besaran pengaruh dari masing–masing variabel untuk organisasi 18,4 %, interpretasi 46,6 %, dan penerapan 23,5 %. The purpose of this study as to determine the effect of the implementation of the bid value policy below 80 % 0n the quality of construction work in Bandung Regency. The method used in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques that are causal associative, which describes the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable using statistical analysis t-test and f-test. The sample in this study used a probability sampling technique to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of construction service activities. The findings show that the implementation of policies in term of organization, interpretation, and application has a significant effect in a positive direction, meaning that even if the policy implementation is improved, and the variable dimensions of the organization are improved, the interpretation is improved, and the application is improved, it will affect the quality of construction ork for the better. Where the percentage value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) is obtained at 87,7% while the remaining (1-R2)=12,3% is explained by other causes outside the model, with the magnitude of the influence of each variable for the organization 18,4%, interpretation 46,6%, and application 23,5%.
