Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari implementasi kebijakan nilai penawaran di bawah 80 % terhadap kualitas pekerjaan konstruksi di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yang bersifat asosiatif kausal yaitu menggambarkan pengaruh dari variabel bebas (independent variable) terhadap variabel terikat (dependent variable) dengan menggunakan analisis statistik uji-t, dan uji-f. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling sebanyak 48 responden terhadap Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) kegiatan jasa konstruksi. Hasil temuan menunjukan  bahwa implementasi kebijakan dari segi organisasi, interpretasi, dan penerapan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah positif, artinya kalaupun implementasi kebijakannya diperbaiki, dan dimensi variabel dari organisasi ditingkatkan, interpretasinya diperbaiki, dan penerapannya diperbaiki maka akan mempengaruhi kualitas pekerjaan konstruksi menjadi lebih baik. Dimana besaran peresentase nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R-Square) diperoleh sebesar 87,7 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar (1-R2) =12,3 % dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar model, dengan besaran pengaruh dari masing–masing variabel untuk organisasi 18,4 %, interpretasi 46,6 %, dan penerapan 23,5 %. The purpose of this study as to determine the effect of the implementation of the bid value policy below 80 % 0n the quality of construction work in Bandung Regency. The method used in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques that are causal associative, which describes the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable using statistical analysis t-test and f-test. The sample in this study used a probability sampling technique to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of construction service activities. The findings show that the implementation of policies in term of organization, interpretation, and application has a significant effect in a positive direction, meaning that even if the policy implementation is improved, and the variable dimensions of the organization are improved, the interpretation is improved, and the application is improved, it will affect the quality of construction ork for the better. Where the percentage value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) is obtained at 87,7% while the remaining (1-R2)=12,3% is explained by other causes outside the model, with the magnitude of the influence of each variable for the organization 18,4%, interpretation 46,6%, and application 23,5%.

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

More and more manufacturers are involved in meeting the needs and desires of customers, causing each company to set orientation to customer satisfaction as the main goal. There is a tendency that customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction can be influenced by the quality of services provided by the company. This research was conducted at the Timor Megah Hotel Kota SoE, TTS Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality that can be measured by several dimensions, including: tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction Timor Megah Hotel. The independent variable (X) of this study is the dimension of service quality consisting of tangibles (X1), responsiveness (X2), reliability (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). While the dependent variable (Y) of this study is customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling technique, with a total sample of 99 people with the criteria of having stayed more than twice and staying period for 4 years (2015-2018). Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and literature study. After the data is collected, the data is then analyzed using descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. From the analysis it is known that tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the analysis can also be made mathematical equations: Y = 3,568 + 0,150X1 + 0,245X2 + 0,209X3 + 0,192X4 + 0,362X5. The coefficient of determination obtained shows that 87.2% of the level of customer satisfaction is influenced by tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy.   Keywords: Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and services on student satisfaction Study Program Economic Education Faculty of Education Social Sciences IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Procurement of facilities and services starting from the needs of students, so that the success or failure of facilities and services provided can be seen from the perception of students on the quality of facilities and services which is a total assessment of the benefits of facilities and services provided to students. In this case, student satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of facilities and services provided in accordance with the required. The population in this study are the students of Economics Education program level I to IV as much as 402 respondents. Sample taken 10% with probability sampling technique equal to 40 respondents. Technique of gathering datamenggunakan instrument in the form of kuesioner. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test), and test of coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the variables of the facilities have a significant effect on the students 'satisfaction, while the service variable has no significant effect on the students' satisfaction. F test results show that the means and services have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the students of Economic Education Study Program of 58.3% based on the R2 value of 0.583 with the significance of 0.000.Keywords : Facilities, Service, and Students Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Pengadaan sarana dan pelayanan dimulai dari kebutuhan mahasiswa, sehingga berhasil atau tidaknya sarana dan layanan yang disediakan dapat dilihat dari persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang merupakan penilaian total atas keunggulan sarana dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Dalam hal ini, kepuasan mahasiswa akan tercapai apabila kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang disediakan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi tingkat I s/d IV sebanyak 402 responden. Sampel diambil 10% dengan teknik probability sampling sebesar 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel sarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan variabel pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebesar 58,3% yang didasarkan pada nilai R2 sebesar 0,583 dengan signifikansi 0,000.Kata Kunci : Sarana, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of endorser credibility on purchasing decisions of NEO Coffee products and how much influence is given. The theory used to measure the effect of endorser credibility (independent variable) is the TEARS Model Theory proposed by Shimp (2014) and for purchasing decisions of NEO Coffee products (dependent variable) using Kotler and Keller's (2009) theory. The method applied is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis techniques and explanatory techniques that use simple linear regression parametric statistical analysis tools. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 70 respondents of the 2019 Palembang NCTzen Community Consumers who consumed NEO Coffee Products with a purposive sampling technique. The findings from the analysis of the data in this study were obtained through hypothesis testing using the ???? test that itungcount greater than abeltable where itungcount 8.404> abeltable 1.994, which means that there is an influence of endorser credibility on purchasing decisions of NEO Coffee products, and the effect exerted at 50.9 % and the rest are influenced by other factors. The linear regression equation obtained is ????̂ = 8.269 + 0.879 ???? which means that each addition of one endorser credibility value will give an increase of 0.879 to the decision of purchasing NEO Coffee products among 2019 NCTzen Palembang community members who consume NEO Coffee products.

Service quality based on education to evaluate student satisfaction at MIS Mathlail Khoir. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction as well as to explain the quality of educational services and student satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis with a population of 405 students and the sampling technique is cluster sampling of 100 students assigned to students in class V and class VI. These instruments are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using correlation techniques and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the quality of education services and student satisfaction in the school was said to be high with a mean value of X 75.83 while Y was 48.34. And shows that there is a significant influence between the quality of education services on student satisfaction from the regression equation obtained by Y'= 33.889+0.191X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 10.5% while 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. 2) pengaruh secara simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe studi kasus (Case Study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, sampel sebanyak 55 orang sebagai responden, teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dukumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep terdapat kualitas pelayanan Dinas PMPTSP dalam meningkatkan investasi di Kabupaten Pangkep seperti kejelasan tujuan, kejelasan strategi, proses analisis kebijakan, perencanaan, penyusunan program, sarana dan prasarana, sistem pengawasan, dan sistem pengendalian. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the partial effect of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. 2) the simultaneous influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. The type of research that will be used in this research is quantitative research with case study type. The population in this study was 55 people, the sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, a sample of 55 people as respondents, data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variable (quality of service) on the dependent variable (level of investment) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency there was the quality of service of the PMPTSP Service in increasing investment in Pangkep Regency such as clarity of objectives, clarity of strategy, policy analysis process, planning, program preparation, facilities and infrastructure, supervision system, and control system.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The hypothesis proposed in study is  there a relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The population in this study were280 subjects, and sampled as many as 155 subjects. This research used nonprobability sampling technique that is incidental sampling. Researched measuring instruments used the brand awareness with purchase decisions. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis by using SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,303 with a coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,092 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable it 9,2%.   Keywords: Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions, Pakalolo Shoes.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 orang dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 155 orang yang di dapat melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu incidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan computer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,303, koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,092, sertanilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) pada uji regresise derhana. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Komunikasi. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between service quality and servicescape with customer satisfaction both partially and together. The population in this study were customers of the Main Branch Office BPJS Health Bogor City as many as 457 customers, the sampling technique using the Slovin formula after 231 samples were obtained. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using simple and multiple correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 25.0. The results showed that: 1. Service quality is partially correlated positively to strong criteria with customer satisfaction, 2. Servicescape is partially strongly positively related to customer satisfaction, 3. Service quality and Servicescape together are positively highly correlated with customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient values equal to 0.830 then the functional relationship obtained by the equation Ŷ = 16.043 + 0.550X1 + 0.589X2 and the coefficient of determination or contribution of service quality and servicescape together with customer satisfaction of 0.688 or 68.6%.

Merta Kusuma, Sri Ekowati, Ipan Wahyudi; This study aimed to determineThe Effect of Compensation and Motivation toward Employees’ Performanceof Estate Office (A Case Study on PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau Estate). The population of this study were 40 employees of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air BerauEstate. The sampling technique of this study was saturated sampling where all the population was 40 employees. The data collection method was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this research used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study known that the compensation variable has a significant effect toward the performance of Employees at the Estate Office of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau estate. It is seen from a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Motivation is influential because a significant value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.698. This means that the Employees’ performance of the Estate Office is 69.8% by the independent variable namely compensation and motivation. While 100-69.8%= 30.2%) are influenced by other causative factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Performance.

This research aims to measure and analyze the influence of quality of service and the application of sharia principles to consumers at Syariah Hotel Limaran. The data used in this study is primary data. Although the method of data collection used is simple random sampling with a sample of 60 customers of Syariah Limaran hotel, this research also uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial (t) tests, simultaneous tests (f), and determinant coefficients (r2). Results obtained based on t and f test results produce a significant value of 0.05. Then the R Square value of 0.461 indicates that an independent variable can affect dependent variables by 46.10%. While other variables outside this study explain the remaining 53.90%. The study concludes that the quality of service and the application of sharia principles affect consumers' intention in Sharia hotels.
