The research objective was to describe the improvement of student learning discipline through habituation of Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. The data type of this research is descriptive qualitative using three data analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which includes field research (Field Research) with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. Data were collected from 33 grade V students, 17 male students and 16 female students. Class V was taken as the sample because grade V children are in the high grade level between grades IV, V, VI. This research was conducted for 40 days starting from 23 July to 8 October 2019. The results of this study indicate 1) thatwith the implementation of the practice of the Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District, which is held every Tuesday to Friday at 06.30 - 07.00, the Duha prayer is carried out in congregation starting from grade I to grade VI, the number of cycles of dhuha prayer from the school recommends a minimum of 2 cycles of prayer in advance to improve time discipline and get used to performing Duha prayers. 2) the percentage of the implementation of this Dhuha prayer habit has an effect on increasing student discipline in learning; 3) The condition of the place used for the Dhuha prayer is inadequate, because it uses the school yard field by laying out a mat, so it takes time to prepare for the Dhuha prayer.

This study aimed to describe the management of Biological Laboratory at MAN in Banjarmasin; and measures needs assessment conducted to make a representative Biology Laboratory at MAN in Banjarmasin. The field research (field research) is carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach, so that the depiction of the factual reality on the ground can be compared with the criteria or standards established in theory. The results showed that: (1) MAN Biological Laboratory in Banjarmasin already managed the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring; (2) Biological Laboratory MAN 1 and MAN 3 still managed together with the science laboratory the other because there is no special room, but the manager and the different administrations, whereas Biology Laboratory MAN 2 has been implemented in particular, because it already has the space as Service Standards minimal (SPM) SMA / MA; (3) Needs assessment has been carried out in accordance manager assessment steps, although it has not been made in writing in accordance analysis of the context of school infrastructure, so it is not maximized in the fulfillment of biology laboratory.Keywords : needs assessment, biology laboratorium, MAN

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of audio-visual (movie) learning media on Islamic Culture History (SKI) subjects conducted in the first semester of class V MI Ma'arif NU 01 Sokawera Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in the academic year 2012/2013. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research does not start from theory deduction, but starts from the field, namely empirical or inductive facts by studying a process or discovery that occurs naturally, recording, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting and drawing conclusions from the process. From the results of this study, the authors draw the conclusion that in the learning process there are several stages carried out by the teacher, namely: the delivery of material with the lecture model; giving reinforcement through audiovisual media (film screening); group discussion; group presentation; and giving questions. The development of Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia lately increasing. One reason is the strong belief in the Muslim community that banking and conventional financial institutions contain usury which is prohibited by Islam. The presence of Agritama Srengat Blitar BMT as Syari'ah savings and loans is intended to be a more innovative alternative in financial services, the financing process is also not complicated. The absence of an element of usury to Murabahah financing, and the ease of the process and conditions for financing, does not make more and more bad loans. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, while the type of research is field research, and the method of collecting data is observation, interview and documentation, which is using three steps, data reduction, file presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that: 1). Financing procedures at BMT Agritama Srengat Blitar use 5C analysis (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) and take into account a maximum radius of 10 km, but this does not apply to existing customers and customers who get recommendations from partners. 2). The implementation of Murabahah financing management has not been in accordance with the murabaha management function which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Where the planning of murabahah financing is devoted to agriculture and animal husbandry, but in practice it is not appropriate, then in the implementation of murabahah financing using a wakalah contract it is signed together with murabahah. And the supervision conducted by BMT Agritama is not routinely visited to the place of business. Keywords : financing manajement, murabahah

In essence, the success of female students in the learning  in Gontor not only with intelligence possessed, but there are other factors that will influence this, that factor was the ability to speak Arabic. Arabic language skills is the ability of a person to has the ability to speak include: the ability of hearing, speech, reading, and writing skills are good and right. One of the parties responsible and plays an important role in instilling the ability to speak Arabic in ITTC Darussalam Gontor is master of class, because master of class is as representative headmaster and Director of KMI. Moreover, a new student class 1 KMI much needed next grade level This research is a qualitative descriptive field research, data collection techniques used are: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, and 3) Documentation. And to analyze the data, researchers use Miles and Huberman, namely: 1) Data Reduction, 2) Presentation of Data, and 3) Withdrawal Conclusion and Verivikasi Data. Therefore, the role and efforts master of class 1 in imparting language skills is required. From the analysis conducted, the researcher concludes that: 1) The role of the homeroom teacher in instilling the ability of the language is very important, and the role is: a) Motivate and teach students to be able to have language skills, b) Teaching Arabic with props and requires students to bring dictionary, c) Provide new vocabulary, d) Provide good example, e) Guarding to participate in the following language activities.

<p class="07KatakunciKeywords">This study aims to determine the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village. How the people of Wonosoco Village carry out, interpret, and how the Reresik Sendang tradition is seen from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques obtained through the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings from this study indicate several important points: First, the tradition of Reresik Sendang is a form of effort by the people of Wonosoco Village in preserving the natural environment based on Islamic teachings. Secondly, in the implementation of the Reresik Sendang tradition, there are still rituals which are Hindu-Buddhist teachings. The community interpreted that the Sendang Reresik tradition is a form of gratitude to God Almighty, as well as a form of respect for the ancestors. Third, viewed from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village, there is a meeting point in it, which sees nature as a "sign" of God.</p>

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

The Quantum Teaching learning model is a modification of the various interactions that exist in and around the moment in learning. This study aims to find out more about how to apply Quantum Teaching in measuring students' abilities including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of research field research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is a qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman and Saldana which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo cognitive aspects, namely students are able to think more critically and broadly, students are able to do assignments or exercises and can understand learning well, students able to provide questions and answers properly and appropriately. (2) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspects in the affective aspect, namely: the curiosity of students increases, students become more focused, students' attitudes become more confident and courageous. (3) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo psychomotor aspects, namely: students are able to practice well the learning media is provided, students are able to name the names and parts of the circulatory organs, students are able to show the circulatory organs blood using the medium. Keywords: Quantum Teaching; Learning; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching merupakan pengubahan bermacam-macam interaksi yang ada di dalam dan di sekitar momen dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana penerapan Quantum Teaching dalam mengukur kemampuan peserta didik meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Field Research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek kognitif yaitu peserta didik mampu berfikir secara lebih kritis dan luas, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan tugas atau latihan dan dapat memahami pembelajaran dengan baik, peserta didik mampu memberikan pertanyaan dan jawaban dengan baik dan sesuai. (2) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek afektif yaitu: rasa ingin tahu peserta didik meningkat, peserta didik menjadi lebih fokus, sikap peserta didik semakin percaya diri dan berani. (3) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek psikomotorik yaitu: peserta didik mampu mempraktikkan dengan baik media pembelajaran disediakan, peserta didik mampu menyebutkan nama dan bagian organ peredaran darah, peserta didik mampu menunjukkan bagian organ peredaran darah dengan menggunakan media. AbstractThe research entitled The Study of the Development of Patience of Children 4-5 Years through Queuing Culture at Bina Kasih Terpadu Kindergarten, Rumah Sumbul Village, Sibolangit District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, aims to explore the results of queuing cultural habituation for Kindergarten A students in terms of development. patience. This type of research is field research (field research) using qualitative descriptive methods, which try to reveal the facts as they are. Qualitative research is an indepth study. Field research steps were carried out using descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words, observations of behavior and phenomena. Qualitative research emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, and definition of certain situations in certain contexts. Researching everyday life. The study was conducted on 9 children. From observations, it appears that children push each other and overtake when getting off the school bus, push friends when shaking hands with the teacher, place shoes carelessly on the shelf when entering class, run while washing their hands and run around on the bus when they come home from school. Therefore it is interesting to study the development of patience for children aged 4-5 years through the habit of queuing. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The habit of queuing starts at 08:00 WIB when the children get off the bus, at 08:30 WIB when entering class, at 10:30 WIB when washing their hands and at 11:00 WIB when the children take the bus back home. The results showed that through habituation queuing was able to develop patience in Bina Kasih Terpadu Kindergarten children group A. The conclusion was that children's patience could be developed through habituation. In this case it is the cultural habituation of queuing.AbstrakPenelitian dengan judul Studi Tentang Perkembangan Kesabaran Anak 4-5 Tahun Melalui Budaya Antre di TK Bina Kasih Terpadu, Desa Rumah Sumbul, Kecamatan Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, bertujuan untuk mendalami hasil pembiasaan budaya antre bagi siswa TK A dalam hal perkembangan kesabaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian lapangan (field research) menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang berusaha mengungkapkan fakta apa adanya. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penyelidikan mendalam (indepth study). Dilakukan langkah-langkah penelitian lapangan menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan, pengamatan perilaku serta fenomena-fenomena. Penelitian kualitatif memberikan penekanan pada makna, penalaran, definisi situasi tertentu dalam konteks tertentu. Meneliti kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian dilakukan pada 9 anak. Dari pengamatan tampak anak saling dorong dan mendahului saat turun dari bus sekolah, mendorong teman saat bersalaman dengan guru, meletakkan sepatu dengan sembarangan di rak ketika masuk kelas, berlari saat mencuci tangan dan berlarian naik bus saat pulang sekolah. Oleh sebab itu menarik untuk diteliti perkembangan kesabaran anak usia 4-5 tahun melalui pembiasaan antre. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pembiasaan antre dilakukan mulai jam 08:00 WIB saat anak-anak turun dari bus, jam 08:30 WIB saat masuk dalam kelas, jam 10:30 WIB saat mencuci tangan dan jam 11:00 WIB saat anak-anak naik bus pulang ke rumah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembiasaan antre mampu mengembangkan kesabaran pada anak TK Bina Kasih Terpadu kelompok A. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kesabaran anak dapat dikembangkan dengan jalan pembiasaan. Dalam hal ini adalah pembiasaan budaya antre.

Fundraising activities are essential for the operation of zakat management programs and its operations. In BAZNAS, Tanah Datarregency, it is found that in 2013, the total of zakat fundraising is Rp.8.418.272.757, -, 2014 the total of zakat fundraising is Rp. 8.754.155.665,-, 2015 the total is Rp. 9.179.036.735,-, 2016 the total is Rp. 11.148.298.358,-. While for the following years, it increases signi􀏔icantly. In 2014, Zakat fundraising was enhanced 3.99% with Rp. 335.882.908. It was from Rp.8.418.272.757 to Rp.8.754.155.665. It also increased 4.85% with Rp. 424.881.070 in 2015. It was from Rp.8.754.155.665to Rp.9.179.036.735. It also significantly boosted in 2016 for 21.45% with Rp. 1.969.261.623. It was from Rp.9.179.036.735 to Rp. 11.148.298.358. These facts indicate a precise strategy used by BAZNAS, Tanah Datarregency in doing zakat fundraising. This type of research was field research with qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that BAZNAS, Tanah Datar regency used strategy direct and indirect fundraising. If the muzakki have expressed their willingness to pay zakat through media campaigns and direct fundraising, BAZNAS, Tanah Datar regencyused three ways to ease the muzakki to pay their zakat. First, do direct cutting through UPZ which has been formed to be deposited into the account of BAZNAS Tanah Datar. Second, do "pick up theball", the of􀏔icer of BAZNAS Tanah Datar will collect zakat directly to muzakki’s place. Third, invite muzakki to distribute his zakat through the account of BAZNAS Tanah Datar.
