<p> The research was conducted begins on government policy on implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh. Pesantren’s education pattern has emphasized more on strengthen professional fields simultanously and strengthenIislamic scope dan akhlakul karimah (character education). Qualitative method was used in this study with descriptive approach. Result showed that curriculum currently used in pesantren is refer to <em>dayah salafi</em> (<em>traditional pesantren</em>) in Aceh, which used Kitab as main source of knowledge in teaching process. While media used in teaching process were Arab’s Kitab, video, playback of religious lectures, and wall magazines. The methode used in teaching process were advice, teacher exemplary, teaching and counseling, habituation of religious practice, motivation straightening, coordination with santri’s parents, and coordination with dayah’s stakeholder, morals coaching output, and reward and punishment methods.</p><p><br /><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian dilakukan berawal dari kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh. Pola pendidikan pesantren memiliki tradisi dan kultur akademik yang lebih menekankan pada penguatan bidang profesional secarasi simultan, serta penguatan pada bidang-bidang keislaman dan pendidikan <em>akhlakul karimah</em>. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan <em>deskriptif</em>.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang berlaku di pesantren semuanya mengacu kepada kurikulum dayah salafi di Aceh dengan menjadikan kitab sebagai sumber utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. Media yang digunakan pada proses pembelajaran adalah kitab-kitab Arab, tayangan vidio, pemutaran ceramah agama dan pemanfaatan <em>madding</em>. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan meliputi metode nasehat, keteladanan guru, bimbingan dan pendampingan, praktek dan pembiasaan amalan ibadah, pelurusan motivasi, koordinasi dengan wali santri, koordinasi dengan stakeholder dayah, <em>out put</em> pembinaan akhlak dan <em>reward</em> serta <em>punisment</em>.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to describe the forms of illocutionary speech acts in the animated film Upin & Ipin in the series "Seronoknya Wisata Air". In addition, this study also describes the form of character education contained in the animated film. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source in this study obtained conversations in the animated film Upin & Ipin obtained from Television. Data collection techniques in this study used the note taking technique, by noting every conversation that contains illocutionary speech acts. The data validity technique in this research is in the form of theory triangulation, data analysis using interactive analysis. The results of the study show that in the animated film Upin & Ipin the series of "Water Tourism" contains illocutionary acts. For example assertive, directive and expressive. In this study, researchers also found the value of character education contained in the Upin & Ipin animated film "Seronoknya Wisata Air", for example disciplinary value, creative value, value of achievement and friendly values.Keywords: Illocutionary Speech Acts, Upin & Ipin Animated Film, Character Education

This study have some purposes. First, to analyze the implementation of developing dicipline students' character in school. Second, to analyze the school strategies in maintaining the developing character of students' discipline. Third, to identify obstacles in fostering the character of students' discipline. Fourth, to found a solution in fostering the character of students' discipline. Meanwhile, this research used qualitative method by using interview technique, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of students' discipline character is seen at the students who come late in school, the rules enforced by the school adhered to all participants in the school, is not independent of the school's character education is well developed through a supportive school culture. School strategy in maintaining the character of student discipline is by providing motivation, encouraging students to obey the rules through banners displayed in every corners of the school and apply reward and punishment system. Meanwhile, the constraints that face for this problem are often encountered in school in the formation of student discipline character that is the delay of students coming to school and lack of parental support in disciplining children. Hence, as the solving of problem, the school giving some advice to the student's about to don't come to school and also make a cooperation solution with student's parent by sent letter, that called warning letter. Then, by the cooperation with the parent could to overcome the students' dicipline problem.

This study aims to reveal and describe concept of character building in Riau Malay community. The problem that will be studied is what character building contained in the book Pandangan Orang Melayu terhadap Anak (Malay View of Children) and how the character education is related to the sociocultural life of the Riau Malay community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The qualitative method is carried out by interpreting the text and presenting it in the form of a description. The quality of interpretation in qualitative methods is associated with the nature of social facts. Therefore, this study also uses the sociology of literature theory. The source of the data in this study is the book of Pandangan Orang Melayu terhadap Anak (Malay Views on Children). The result shows that the concept of character building in Riau Malay culture does not only teach character to children but also to parents towards children. Based on the sociology of literature approach, it can also be seen that character building for children in Riau Malay culture is closely related to customs and culture characterized by Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan konsep pendidikan karakter pada masyarakat Melayu Riau. Masalah yang akan diteliti adalah pendidikan karakter apa saja yang terdapat dalam buku Pandangan Orang Melayu terhadap Anak dan bagaimana kaitan pendidikan karakter yang tergambarkan dalam buku tersebut dengan kehidupan sosiobudaya masyarakat Melayu Riau. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara penafsirkan teks dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk deskripsi. Kualitas penafsiran dalam metode kualitatif dikaitkan dengan hakikat fakta-fakta sosial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku Pandangan Orang Melayu terhadap Anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan karakter dalam budaya Melayu Riau tidak hanya mengajarkan budi pekerti kepada anak, tetapi juga mengajarkan budi pekerti kepada orang tua terhadap anak. Berdasarkan pendekatan sosiologi sastra juga dapat diketahui bahwa pendidikan karakter kepada anak dalam budaya Melayu Riau berkaitan erat dengan adat dan budaya yang bercirikan Islam.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Abstract: Complete Systematic Land Registration/ Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) is a land registration program in Indonesia which is targeted to be completed in 2025. The availability of a working map is an initial requirement in the preparation of PTSL implementation. The implementation of PTSL 2018 in Karanganyar Regency targeted to register 35,195 parcels of land. The registration map can be used as a reference for making PTSL Working Maps. Collecting physical data and identifying land parcels can be carried out by the community. This study aimed to (1) find the community participation in preparing working maps at the Land Office of Karanganyar Regency, and (2) know the use of working maps. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and examine the making of a working map. The results of this study showed that the community provided the PBB, DHKP, and CSRT maps in 2014 that used as a basic source for the development of the current PTSL map. Working maps used in mapping a complete village.Keyword: community participation, work map, PTSL. Intisari: Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), merupakan program pemerintah dalam penyelesaian pendaftaran tanah di seluruh indonesia yang akan diselesai pada tahun 2025. Ketersediaan peta kerja merupakan proses awal dalam persiapan pelaksanaan PTSL. Kabupaten Karanganyar dalam program PTSL 2018 menargetkan 35.195 bidang tanah terdaftar. Ketersediaan infrastruktur berupa peta dasar pendaftaran dapat jadi acuan pembuatan Peta Kerja PTSL. Optimalisasi dan simplikasi pelaksanaan kegiatan PTSL dalam pengumpulan data fisik dan indentifikasi bidang-bidang tanah dapat mengoptimalkan partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui bentuk partsipasi masyarakat dalam penyiapan peta kerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) mengetahui pemanfaatan peta kerja. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, guna menggambarkan dan mengkaji setiap proses penyiapan peta kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyiapan peta kerja dalam bentuk sumbangan materi berupa barang peta PBB, DHKP dan CSRT yang dijadikan sumber data pembangunan peta dasar pendaftaran yang selesai pada tahun 2014 dan dijadikan acuan peta kerja PTSL saat ini. Pemanfaatan peta kerja digunakan sebagai pemetaan desa lengkap.Kata Kunci: partisipasi masyarakat, peta kerja, PTSL

Land archive is the living archive of that must be fully maintained. As things goes, Sleman Land Office does digitalization archives to Gambar Ukur, Surat Ukur, Buku Tanah and Warkah by using a web-based application system which is called the Laris application. The research is aimed at finding out the reason why the office is doing digitalization with Laris application and finding out wheter this digitalized archive has been able to replace the original file in the form of paper. This research was conducted with a qualitative method with a descriptive approach Based on research results, obtained information that the digitalization of land records carried out in the Sleman’s Land office which has been done since year 2014 not solely done to change the format of analog files to digital files, but is expected to able provide more comprehensive benefits related to the acceleration of land services so that in practice it uses the Laris application.  However, the existence of this digitalized archive still not able to replace the position of analog archive in manner so that the analog archive is still maintained. Therefore, its important to authentication and legalization so the archive of digitalization result legally strong.

Abstract: Semarang Regency Land Office implemented community empowerment after asset legalization activities in 2009 in Sumogawe Village, namely by providing access to reforms aimed at increasing the potential of community businesses in Sumogawe Village to improve welfare. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of participation of the Semarang Regency Land Office, and the level of welfare after community empowerment in Sumogawe Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, that is by describing as clearly as possible the implementation of community empowerment as an effort to improve the welfare of post-adjudication activities. Data is collected through observation, study of document, and interviews with people of the community. The results of this research are 1) the form of community empowerment in Sumogawe Village after the adjudication activity by providing access to capital to develop the dairy cattle dairy business, 2) the role of Semarang Regency Land Office, by mass land treaties, assisting access to business capital from banks, counseling and mentoring of dairy cattle businesses, and marketing of dairy cow products, 3) The enhancement welfare of Sumogawe Village community is marked by the increase of people's income from the business sector of dairy cow milk.Keyword: community welfare, community empowerment, agrarian reform, access reform. Intisari: Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat pasca kegiatan legalisasi aset tahun 2009 di Desa Sumogawe yaitu dengan memberikan akses reform yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi usaha masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk peran serta Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang, serta tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pasca kegiatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Sumogawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu dengan menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pasca kegiatan ajudikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu 1) bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe pasca kegiatan ajudikasi yaitu dengan memberikan akses modal untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, 2) peran Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang yaitu dengan pensertipikatan tanah massal, membantu akses modal usaha dari perbankan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, dan pemasaran produk olahan susu sapi perah, 3) meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumogawe yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor usaha susu sapi perah.Kata Kunci: kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, reforma agraria, akses reform.

Criticism of the ius constitutum of Indonesia which is still not organized according to the appropriate grading and grundnorm has resulted in a reconstruction of the arrangement of the ius constitutum. The purpose of this paper is to reconstruct the arrangement of the constitutum ius which is spread in various scientific papers by the author. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The conclusion was that efforts had been made to rearrange the ius constitutum, however, if it was not carried out in a focused and thorough manner, there would not be a single national legal system that was unique and suited to the Indonesian situation. The necessity of realizing a national legal system is not just a dream.

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.
