: Brinzolamide is a treatment option for glaucoma. As glaucoma is the third leading cause of blindness, there is a need for analytical methods to obtain an effective drug with great precision and accuracy. Even if brinzolamide is official in IP and USP, different analytical methods still need to be brought in one place, which would help attain better results and easy comparison for other analysis specifications and procedures. This review helps to understand and gather different analysis techniques or biological fluid techniques of brinzolamide in a dosage form. These techniques include UV spectroscopy, HPLC, LC-MS, and TLC densitometry.

BF is Beta-adreno receptor antagonist and used as an AntiHypertensive Drug. BF gives the blocking action on β1-adrenergic receptors in the heart and vascular smooth muscle. The present review compiles the various approaches implemented for quantification of BF in bulk drug, pharmaceutical matrix and biological fluid. This review represents more than 50 analytical methods which include capillary electrophoresis, HPLC, HPTLC, UV-Spectroscopy, UPLC, impurity profiling and electrochemical methods implemented for estimation of BF as a single component as well as in multicomponent.

Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate and Emtricitabine are very effectively used in the prevention of HIV-1 infections. They are generally administered as tablets. These are Nucleotide Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NtRTIs), an acyclic nucleoside phosphonate (nucleotide) analog of adenosine 5′-monophosphate. Emtricitabine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate reveals equally prevention of the enzyme that is HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. For determination of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Emtricitabine in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form, several analytical methods including UV, HPLC, UPLC and HPTLC techniques are reported in literature. For qualitative and quantitative estimation of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Emtricitabine these analytical methods can be used and also for the related degradants in bulk formulations and biological fluid. The present paper illustrates the review on analytical methods which involves the estimation of the antiviral drugs. <p><em>The Nagari Manggopoh community has a tradition of commemorating the day of one's death which takes place on the third, seventh, fourteenth, fortieth, hundredth, and thousandth days, but the community does not yet understand the educational values. The focus of the research is educative values </em><em></em><em>in the tradition of commemorating the day of death, and their implications for strengthening Minangkabau traditional values. The object of this research is the Islamic community in Nagari Manggopoh that carries out a tradition of commemorating one's death by analyzing the educational values </em><em></em><em>contained in it. The population in this study is the community who carry out the tradition of the commemoration of death. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews, then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, with inductive, deductive, and descriptive methods. </em><em>The results of this research showed that there were some educative values contained in the tradition, namely sociological, cultural and cultural educational values, historical, and leadership.</em><em></em></p>

To develop two Chemometric-assisted analytical methods like UV spectrophotometry and RP-HPLC methods for the quantification of Atorvastatin calcium (ASC) and Aspirin (APN) in the capsule dosage form. Chemometric models used in UV spectrophotometry were Principal component regression model (PCRM) and Partial least-square regression (PLSR). Both the models were applied for the drugs in the calibration ranges of 4-20 and 30-150 μg/mL for ASC and APN respectively. Total of nineteen laboratory prepared mixtures were used for calibration and prediction set of the models. In addition, RP-HPLC method by using chemometric approach for was developed using C18 column at room temperature with a mobile phase of acetonitrile: methanol: triethylamine (53.1:11.9:35 v/v/v), pH- 3.0, with detection at 275 nm. PCRM and PLSR models were evaluated by statistical parameters and RP-HPLC method was optimized by using Response surface methodology. The developed methods like UV and RP-HPLC by using chemometrics showed almost similar results and both the methods can be used for their analysis.

One form of honey adulteration is label adulteration for some premium honey such as uniflora honey from the honeybee species Trigona sp. One of the analytical methods that are currently developing and have the potential to perform the classification of premium honey in Indonesia is the UV spectroscopy method. In this study, an investigation was carried out on the effect of dilution on the performance of UV spectroscopy in the process of classifying Indonesian honey with different honeybees. A total of 4 types of honey samples with 10 samples each were used in this study. The honey sample was then diluted using distilled water. Each type of honey was given two dilution treatments, namely 1:20 (volume: volume) dilution of 5 samples and 1:40 (volume: volume) dilution of 5 samples. Spectral data were taken using a UV-visible spectrometer with a wavelength of 190-1100 nm (Genesys™ 10S UV-Vis, Thermo Scientific, USA) using the transmittance mode. The results of spectra analysis generally show that the sample with a 1:20 dilution has a higher absorbance intensity for both the original and modified spectra. The PCA results for each dilution showed that the honey samples could be separated into four different clusters for both 1:20 and 1:40 dilutions. The results of PCA analysis using all samples showed that the honey samples were classified into eight different clusters showing a significant effect of differences in honey sample dilution on the classification process of honey samples based on differences in the types of honeybees.

The issues discussed are the Meaning of Sapundu for Hindu Kaharingan Religion in the Tiwah Ceremony for the Community in Tumbang Manjul Village, Seruyan Hulu District, Seruyan District. Seruyan The object of this research is all the people involved in the research. The research method used is the Qualitative Inductive method. The instruments of this research include: observation sheet, interview to find out the meaning of Sapundu for Hindu Kaharingan Religion in Tiwah Ceremony for the Community in Tumbang Manjul Village, Seruyan Hulu District, Seruyan District. Data analysis techniques, the authors use descriptive analysis as follows: data collection, data reduction, presentation data or data display then drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study are the meaning of sapundu for the kaharingan religious community is a place to bind animal victims as an intermediary bodyguard for spirits that died to go to lewu tatau or heaven. Sapundu statue has a function that is as education, especially in Hindu education from Tattwa, Susila and the third ceremony. This is the basic framework of Hinduism. The value of Tattwa education can be seen from the attributes of God, Social can be assessed from human behavior during his lifetime described with the sapundu statue. The religious function in the Sapundu Statue for the Hindu Kaharingan community interprets sacred and sacred acts and symbols that are profane with symbolic interactions Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas yaitu Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindiu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Induktif Kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi : lembar observasi, wawancara untuk mengetahui Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan.Teknik analisis  data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif Sebagai Berikut: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data atau display data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian  ini adalah Makna sapundu bagi masyarakat agama kaharingan adalah tempat mengikat hewan korban sebagai perantara pengawal bagi roh yang meningal untuk menuju lewu tatau atau surga. Patung Sapundu mempunyai fungsi yaitu sebagai pendidikan, terutama dalam pendidikan Agama Hindu dari Tattwa, Susila dan Upacara ketiga hal ini merupakan kerangka dasar Agama Hindu.Nilai pendidikan Tattwa dapat dilihat dari sifat-sifat Tuhan, Sosial dapat dinilai dari tingkah laku manusia pada masa hidupnya digambarkan dengan patung sapundu.Fungsi religius dalam Patung Sapundu bagi masyarakat Hindu Kaharingan menginterpretasikan tindakan dan simbol-simbol yang bersifat sakral dan mensakralkan yang bersifat profan dengan interaksi simbolik

ABSTRACTAt Cornell University we are in the third year of teaching an interdisciplinary, undergraduate course on the physical properties and structures of works of Art, and the modern analytical methods used to investigate them: Art, Isotopes, and Analysis. The challenge is to explain concepts familiar to museum scientists and conservators to a group of 150 undergraduate students with a background that ranges from Art History to Computer Science. Painting techniques (Fresco, Tempera, Oil, etc.) are demonstrated to the class. The analytical techniques involve the interactions of electrons, photons, ions and neutrons with pigments and other materials. This instructional approach serves as an introduction to published analyses of works of art.

Abstract Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the first choice of treatment for rheumatic disorders and other degenerative inflammatory diseases. One of them, indomethacin (INDO), is highlighted in this study. With its analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory properties, it is one of the most powerful drugs used in various clinical trials and therapies related to the mechanism of blocking prostaglandin synthesis, thus reducing and eliminating many inflammatory conditions in patients. To ensure the efficacy and safety of this drug in pharmaceutical and clinical use, precise product quality control is required. Such control is performed with routine pharmaceutical analysis using various chemical methods by which INDO is identified as a separate active ingredient in the multicomponent system of a complete pharmaceutical form. In addition, the determination of INDO is important in clinical practice, where its concentration is determined in different biological samples, ensuring better monitoring of a particular therapy. The most commonly used methods for the determination of INDO are high-performance liquid chromatography (37% of developed methods), voltammetry (16% of developed methods), and UV spectroscopy (11% of developed methods). However, each of these methods must provide precise validation parameters. A combination of analytical methods can lead to more precise results and safer application in practice.

UV spectroscopic method was developed for the estimation of Dolutegravir in bulk and Formulation.The UV spectrum of Dolutegravir in methanol and water mixture showed λ max at 254nm. Beer’s law is valid in the concentration range of 10-50µg/ml. This method was validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD and LOQ. The method has demonstrated excellent linearity over the range of 10-50µg/ml with regression equation y = 0.030x + 0.008 and regression correlation coefficient r2= 0.998. Moreover, the method was found to be highly sensitive with LOD (2.056μg/ml) and LOQ (6.230μg/ml). Depending on results the given method can be successfully applied for assay of Dolutegravir in formulation.
