This study is to obtain data related to the correlation of community leaders' leadership and the socio-cultural environment (independent variable) with community participation in handling Covid 19 (dependent variable), both varcial (each independent variable) or together. The line of thought in this study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The sample involved 100 community members, which is 20% of the total 520 population in the RW. 06 Padurenan Village, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City, and selected by proportional random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was calibrated before use. This study produces data: (1) that the leadership of community leaders has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in preventing Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.669 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0 ,01). (2) that the socio-cultural environment has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in handling Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.697 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01).

The results to be obtained in the research are the relationship between public perception and community participation in overcoming Covid 19, the relationship between responsibility and community participation in overcoming Covid 19, as well as the relationship between perception and responsibility together with community participation in overcoming Covid 19. This research is correlational quantitative, involving 100 community members in the RW. 08 Cipondoh Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, which was selected by means of Proportionate Random Sampling. Data were obtained through a calibrated questionnaire. From the research, data obtained: (1) that public perception has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in handling Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.731 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (2) that responsibility has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in the response to Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.661 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (3) that public perception and responsibility together have a positive and significant relationship with community participation in the prevention of Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.808 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01).

Taekwondo is one of the popular martial arts for the young, teenagers, and adults. One of the kicks that are often used and effective to attack opponents in a match is the Dollyo Chagi kick. Balance and flexibility have an important role in creating optimal kick. To determine the relationship between balance and flexibility with ability of dollyo chagi kick in taekwondo athletes in Denpasar. This study was an observational study using a cross sectional design. The study was conducted 4 days at 4 dojang in Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using the cluster random sampling, with a total of 64 subjects participating in 12-16 years. Based on the Spearman rho non parametric analysis test obtained a weak and significant relationship between balance with the ability of dollyo chagi kick, with a value of p=0.034 (p<0.05), and also obtained a moderate and significant relationship between flexibility with the dollyo chagi kick ability, with a value of p=0.008 (p<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis test was conducted to determine the relationship of balance and fleksibility with the dollyo chagi kick ability and obtain a value of p=0.001 (p<0.05) and a correlation value (R) of 0.469. Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

One of negative behavior that is mostly done by adolescents is bullying, this behavior is prevalent in the school enviroment. Generally, the factor that influence bullying behavior are family factors, shool factor, peer factor. The focus was on the influence of parenting style because it has a correlation between parenting on an aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting to bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 N Senior High study approach. The total population was 48 respondents. The result of study by using the Chi Square statistical tes tah there is a significant relationship between parenting of bullying behavior in Bolangitan N 1 School with a value (p value: 0,000). It can concluded there is a significant relationship between parenting style towards bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 Senior High School. It suggest that counseling can be held about bullying behavior and its response to adolescents.

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition. One cause of stunting is poor parenting patterns such as feeding in the first 2 years after birth. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best nutrition a baby receives in the first 6 months of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding with the decrease of stunting in children aged 6-23 months in Sosor Lontung Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency.  This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample of this research was children aged 6-23 months as many as 39 people. Data collection was carried out by interview and measurement of children's length / height. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used Chi Square test with ƿ-value <0.05. Based on the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with ƿ-value 0.037. The results showed the percentage of stunting in children aged 6-23 months was greater in children who were not given exclusive breastfeeding (50%) than those who received exclusive breastfeeding (17.65%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with a value-value of 0.037. That is, exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of stunting is getting smaller. It is hoped that all babies will receive exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby can grow optimally.

Abstract Human Resources (HR) is the main and strategic factor for the achievement of the development of a nationStrong and highly competitive human resources in various aspects will support increased development, both in the economic, health and social and cultural fields. The performance of an organization will be determined by one of the main elements, namely the quality of human resources. Factors that can be used to improve employee performance, including job satisfaction and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between jobs satisfaction and workforce motivation in the health sector in hospitals in Indonesia.The research method is a non-intervention study with a cross-sectional design, conducted by the National Institute of Health Research and Development, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia  through National Health Workforce Research (Risnakes)2017.The study sample was health workers working in 2,325 hospitals, namely General Hospitals (RSU) in the Government, Private Hospital, Military/Police General Hospital, Government Specific Hospital, Private Specific Hospital and Military/Police Specific Hospital. Determination of selected hospitals in each province is done by simple random sampling.  Data collection on job satisfaction and work motivation was obtained through filling out the 2014 happiness measurement survey questionnaires from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS)  by 30 health workers in selected hospitals . The variables studied were the characteristics of respondents (age, sex, education, employment status, length of work, health insurance), hospital characteristics (hospital status, hospital accreditation status, and type of hospital), job satisfaction and work motivation. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and logistic regression models.The results showed that respondents who worked for 10 years and below had a  t significant relationship with work motivation compared to those who worked more than 10 years, with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.0001). There is a significant relationship between jobs satisfaction and work motivation on respondents, with a value of p <0.005 (p = 0.0001). The conclusion, that the job satisfaction of health workers is significantly related to work motivation.   Abstrak Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor utama dan strategis bagi tercapainya keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa. SDM yang kuat dan berdaya saing tinggi dalam berbagai aspek akan mendukung peningkatan pembangunan, baik di bidang ekonomi, kesehatan maupun di bidang sosial dan budaya. Kinerja suatu organisasi akan ditentukan oleh salah satu unsur utama yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia. Faktor-faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, diantaranya kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  adanya  hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja tenaga kerja di bidang kesehatan di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian non intervensi dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Litbang Kesehatan, Kementerian Kesehatan RI melalui Riset Ketenagaan di Bidang Kesehatan (Risnakes) 2017. Sampel penelitian adalah tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di  2.325 rumah sakit (RS) yaitu di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Pemerintah, RSU Swasta, RSU TNI/Polri, RS Khusus Pemerintah, RS Khusus Swasta, dan RS Khusus TNI/Polri. Penetapan rumah sakit terpilih di setiap provinsi dilakukan secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner survei pengukuran tingkat kebahagiaan 2014 dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) oleh 30 orang tenaga kesehatan di RS terpilih. Variabel yang diteliti adalah karakteristik responden (umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status kepegawaian, lama bekerja, jaminan kesehatan), karakteristik rumah sakit (status RS, status akreditasi RS, dan jenis RS), kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan model regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang bekerja selama 10 tahun ke bawah ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi kerja dibandingkan yang bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun, dengan nilai p<0,05 (p= 0,0001). Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja pada responden, dengan nilai p< 0,005 (p=0,0001). Kesimpulan, bahwa kepuasan kerja dari tenaga kesehatan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi kerja.

ABSTRACTThe low level of community participation in the allocation of village funds indicates that the implementation of the village fund allocation still has not fully involved the community in the village financial management process. This is due to the weak leadership influence of the village head as the supreme leader who has full authority and responsibility in managing the region and its community. The low level of community participation has an impact on the lack of community satisfaction and trust in the village administration. This study uses a quantitative data approach supported by qualitative data in the form of in-depth interviews. Respondents consisted of 60 people divided into two categories namelynof community leaders and non-community leaders through stratified random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the leadership of the village head on the level of community participation in the utilization of village funds.Keywords: leadership, participation, utilization of village funds----------------ABSTRAKRendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan dana desa menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dana desa masih belum sepenuhnya melibatkan masyarakat di dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan desa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh lemahnya pengaruh kepemiminan kepala desa sebagai pemimpin tertinggi yang memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab penuh dalam mengatur wilayah dan komunitasnya. Rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat berdampak pada kurangnya kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan data kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif berupa wawancara mendalam. Responden terdiri atas 60 orang yang berdasarkan tingkat ketokohan yaitu tokoh masyarakat dan non tokoh masyarakat melalui metode stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan dana desa.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, partisipasi, pemanfaatan dana desa

Many violence cases as brawls and fights whose committed by juveniles were caused by many factors. This study aimed to find out the relationship between the intensity of watching violence on television with aggressiveness tendencies in adolescents. This study used a quantitative correlation approach that using the intensity watching violence on television as an independent variable (X) and the tendency of aggressiveness as the dependent variable (Y). The sampling technique used random sampling to 69 students of class IX in MTs Negeri 1 Bangil. Measurement of variables used both of two psychologycal scales that constructed by researchers, namely the intensity of watching violence on television scale and aggressiveness tendency scale. Correlation technique of product moment from Pearson was used to analyze data which of calculation helped by SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The result showed that (r) = 0.404; ρ = 0.001 < ρ = 0.01. It means, there is a significant relationship and positive, the higher of the intensity of watching violence on television, the higher of the aggressiveness tendencies in adolescents and vice versa.

ABSTRACTOne of the models applied by Denpasar City in waste management is the 3R Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST-3R) in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City. Some obstacles to the implementation of waste management at TPST-3R such as the lack of community participation in waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of community participation in waste management in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar. The design of this study used analytic observational research, using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The place of this study was in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City, the sample size in this study was 84 heads of households. The results showed that the proportion of community participation in waste management was 38.10%. Factors that significantly influence community participation on waste bank are community knowledge and support from the community leaders (OR = 7.76; 95% CI = 2.19-27.58; p = 0.002) and (OR = 20.26; 95% CI = 5.10-, respectively.Keywords: Waste management, waste bank, level of participation.

AbstrakTracer Study adalah penelitian yang menghimpun informasi tentang sebaran para alumni dan berbagai masukan yang dapat membantu pengembangan kurikulum dan proses pembelajaran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas (FK Unand).Penelitian tracer study di FK Unand 2008 menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Respondennya adalah alumni FK Unand yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling, yaitu berdasarkan keikutsertaan kegia-tan ilmiah dan kegiatan lainnya di FK Unand tahun 2008.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase responden yang puas dan tidak puas terhadap pelayanan akademik sebanyak 55,5% dan 45,5% dari 124 responden. 61,9% responden merasa puas terhadap pendidikan preklinik dan 50,4% merasa puas terhadap pendidikan klinik. Untuk penilaian kompetensi berdasarkan persepsi responden menunjukkan 66,7% merasa kompeten saat menyelesaikan pendidikan. Uji bivariant menunjukkan hubungan bermakna antara kepuasan terhadap pendidikan preklinik dan klinik, tahun masuk dan jenis kelamin terhadap kompetensi (p<0.05).Kesimpulan adalah sebagian besar responden merasa puas terhadap pelayanan akademik dan pendidikan preklinik. Persentase ketidakpuasan terhadap pen-didikan klinik hanya sedikit lebih tinggi dari pada yang puas. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan terhadap pendidikan preklinik, klinik, tahun masuk, dan gender terhadap persepsi responden terhadap kompetensi mereka.Kata kunci :tracer study, alumni, tahun masuk, pre klinik, klinik, kompetensiAbstractTracer Study is a research that gather information about the distribution of the alumni and the various inputs that may help the development of curriculum and learning process in the Faculty of medicine Andalas University (FK Unand) Tracer studies FK Unand 2008 using a quantitative approach with a descriptiveARTIKEL PENELITIAN168analytical method. Respondents are FK Unand’s graduates that selected by purposively random sampling, who followed FK Unand’s scientific activities and other during 2008.The results show the percentage of respondents who are satisfied and not satisfied with the academic services as much as 55.5% and 45.5% of 124 respondents. 61.9% of respondents were satisfied with preclinical education and 50.4% were satisfied with educational clinics. For the respondents' perceptions of their competence indicated the majority (66.7%) felt competent at completing education. Bivariant test showed a significant relationship between satisfaction in preclinical and clinical stage, years in and to their competency (p<0.05).The conclusion are most respondents were satisfied with the academic services and preclinical stage. The percentage of dissatisfaction with clinic stage just slightly higher than who satisfied. There is a significant association between satisfaction with preclinical and clinical stage, year in, and gender to respondent's perception of their competence.Key word : tracer study, alumni, year-in, pre-clinical, clinical, competence
