Innovations in the educational process are necessary because the entire country's future well-being depends on the level of education of young people. Pedagogical technologies are being improved to provide high-quality modern education. In their study, the authors studied the features of innovations in the educational process and pedagogical technologies, the impact of the crisis and global digitalization on it, as well as global trends. The authors determined that the dominant processes and functions for acquiring new knowledge and transferring it to the economy's production sectors are increasingly organized according to the principle of networks and proposed the features and algorithm for the formation of a pedagogical (educational) cluster. To calculate the effectiveness of such a cluster, the authors have developed a complex system of indicators. The recommendations proposed in the study will help universities understand the clustering process, realize its importance, outline development paths and their place in the clustering of the educational process.

Today, the request for continuous education is primarily related to the processes of globalization and socio-economic, socio-cultural and geopolitical transformations that are caused by it. They affect all spheres of life, leaving the question of change of man himself open, demand new approaches to assessingits role in the modern world. The article reveals the main approaches, principles to understanding the essence of the phenomenon of continuous education. The transformations of the concept «Continuous Education» convinces us that we are talking primarily about the education of adults, which is now seen as a subsystem of continuous education, starting from childhood and finishing with adulthood, because in the period of the scientific and technological revolution it is clear that general education and professional preparation, obtained in adolescence, is not enough. Continuous education must last a lifetime. The current stage of continuous education allows us to identify features of unity in the process of its formation, which is due to: the transformation of continuous education into an object of scientific research; creation of a scientific base of continuous education, complex interaction of the sciences of society and man; humanization of education, at the center of which is the studying and education of individuality. The process of continuous education is based on such principles as succession and consistency, taking into account social, economic and political requirements, territorial features, cultural needs of the population. Each of these principles operates in all the structures of continuous education, uniting the subjects of learning with the goals that are formulated in the course of the evolution of education itself and the changes that occur in society. In continuous education, the category of succession is especially important. It becomes the basic basis of continuity. And this raises the problem of choosing special research methods. It was found out that the technology of succession is the implementation of a systematic approach in the construction of the educational process, the use of the set of methods and techniques that ensure the progressive transition of children and students from one level of education to the next, creating conditions for comprehensive development of the child's personality. This technology determines the unity and interconnection both vertically and horizontally of all the blocks of the educational process.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of the training aimed at future teachers of Art disciplines in the context of paradigmatic changes within the system of modern art education. Based on the methods of theoretical analysis, generalization and abstraction, the state of research of the scientific problem has been clarified; the viewpoints of some researchers in this regard have been determined and connected with the ontological content of artistic communication. There have been considered scientific conceptual directions for defining the essence of the “artistic communication” and “ontological aspects of being” phenomena in the context of: philosophical concepts (M. Bakhtin, M. Buber, M. Kahan, V. Frankl et al.), ontological conditions of communication in the hermeneutic paradigm (H.-G. Gadamer, P. Ricœur); ontological ideas of the philosophers-existentialists, representatives of humanistic psychology (A. Maslow, K. Rogers, R. May), theoretical concepts of the ontological dimension of the “being” intended for the subjects of the artistic and educational process (N. Huralniuk, O. Yeremenko, O. Mykhailychenko, O. Oleksiuk, V. Orlov, G. Padalka, O. Rebrova, O. Rudnytska, V. Fedoryshyn, O. Shcholokova et al). The synthesis method enabled us to make a deliberate formulation of the author’s definition. The phenomenology of communication in the artistic and educational projection as a vector of humanistic orientation of the subjects of interaction with an art to the awareness and correction of their own subjective development has been presented. The author emphasizes the implementation of the existence-centred and reflexive approach, which makes it possible to achieve coherence between ontological positions of the teacher and the student in the process of communicating with arts. The author’s position, according to which communication is determined by the deep onto-psychological connection between two individuals oriented to meeting the other type of existence and involves the achievement of a spiritual unity between them in the joint work, has been grounded. Keywords: higher Art education, future teacher of Music, the existence-centred and reflexive approach, onto-psychological aspects, values, meanings, artistic communication.

In this paper, science education is considered as a crosscutting approach, which should be implemented at every level of education (playschools, primary and secondary schools, universities, as well as in lifelong learning). This will make it possible to radically modernize outdated forms of education. Modern education should be based primarily on research because it can protect the educational process from becoming an overt or veiled indoctrination. The training of similar characters is easily exposed to various external manipulations. This approach to education is de facto “education for war” because it doesn’t contribute to the development of holistic personalities that will realize their professional and civic potential in their careers and everyday life. Science education should play a leading role in the philosophy of education for peace offering new style of communication between lecturer (teacher) and student (pupil), as well as an atypical attitude to knowledge, encouraging freedom of knowledge and creativity in the educational process.
