HUSBAND'S SUPPORT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE INCIDENCE OF POSTPARTUM BLUES IN PUSKESMAS TG.BALAI KARIMUN

Background : The causes of the postpartum blues include predisposing factors which include hormonal factors, physical fatigue, age, parity, pregnancy status, education level and marital status, enabling factors which include socio-economic as well as driving factors which include social support (Mansur in Hasanah, 2014). This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum blues. Method : This study used an analytical survey research method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who gave birth at the Tanjung Balai Health Center, totaling 113 people. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using computer aids through the SPSS program. Result : The results of the chi square statistical test showed that the p value = 0.01, which means that the p value is less than 0.05 (0.01 <0.05). Congclusions : The conclusion is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a relationship between husband's support for the incidence of postpartum blues.

Breast milk consists of the nutrients and immunity needed for the growth and development of babies in the first months. Breastfeeding until the end of two years is recommended because it has physiological and psychological benefits for both mother and baby. Lactation failure is often caused by several lactation problems, one of which is the problem of breast engorgement. Postpartum mothers with breast engorgement due to incomplete emptying process of the mammae with breast pain when it is pressed. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the breast engorgement in postpartum mothers. The research design is a quantitative analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach with a population of 50 respondents and a sample of 35 respondents with purposive sampling technique, data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there is a relationship between breastfeeding techniques and the occurrence of breast engorgement with the results of the chi square test statistical test obtained p-value 0.02α<0.05, there is a relationship between the condition of the nipple and the occurrence of breast engorgement with the results of the chi square statistical test -value = 0.01α<0.05, and there is a relationship between breast care and the occurrence of breast engorgement with the chi square test statistical test results obtained -value = 0.03α<0.05. There is a relationship between breastfeeding techniques, the condition of the mother's nipples, and breast care with the occurrence of breast engorgement. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that arises as a result of prolonged malnutrition. The incidence of stunting arises as a result of long-standing conditions such as poverty, improper parenting behavior, and frequent illnesses due to poor hygiene and sanitation. According to WHO, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is around 8.9 million, in Riau Islands as many as 262 cases, in Batam City as many as 154 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Sambau, Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers aged 24-59 months, with a sample of 58 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data presented in tabular and textual form, data analysis using Chi-square. Result : The results obtained were low economic status (55.6%), and the incidence of stunting (39.7%). The results of the statistical test of economic status obtained a p-value of 0.004, so Ho is rejected. Conclusion :. There is a relationship between Parents' Knowledge of Toddler Nutrition and Family Economic Status with the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers at the Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Sambau, Batam City. It is hoped that parents will pay more attention to the nutrition of children under five so that the incidence of stunting can be reduced.

Background of study: Adolescent is a group that very susceptible to 3 risks of basic adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) includes the aspect of sexuality, HIV/AIDS disease and misused of drugs. A free life, wild and without rules often be the main triggers for the lack of attitude of prevention related to TRIAD KRR. Research Purpose: This research is conducted to find out the relationship between knowledge towards the attitude of preventing three basic threats to adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) among youth street singer (KPJ) in 2021. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique is using probability sampling with purposive sampling and using 33 teenagers from the youth street singer community in Serang Regency as the sample. For the statistical test, this research is using Chi-Square. Research results: Based from the statistic test, obtained the p value = 0,005 < 0,05 (alpha) with 10.267 OR value and 95% value of CI level of confidence between 2.002-52.649. It can be conclude that there is a relationship between knowledge and TRIAD KRR precautionary attitude on youth street singer in Serang Regency in 2021. Suggestion: This research can be used as an initial data or an illustration to be able to develop further research. For an optimized result, another research can be conducted with different designs with another variety of variables and expand the range of respondents number.

The use of exclusive breast milk decreases, due to lack of knowledge and awareness of postpartum mothers, besides the increased promotion of formula milk which causes postpartum mothers to tend to give formula milk. This study aims to determine the relationship between education level and knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding in Batua Puskesmas in 2019. The research design used was cross sectional by taking a sample using Purposive Sampling technique used in 50 respondents at the Pusua Batua Makassar Puskesmas during April to June 2019. Data obtained from questionnaires and processed. The results showed that the Chi Square statistical test between the level of puerperal education with exclusive breastfeeding, obtained p value of 0.304 with (α = 0.05), concluded that there was no relationship between the level of puerperal education with exclusive breastfeeding while Chi Square statistical test between the level of knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding, obtained p value of 0.004 with (α = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding. Based on the results of the above research, puerperal mothers should add information and knowledge through various mass media to prepare themselves to face the role of motherhood, so that babies get exclusive breast milk for up to 6 months.

Health Associated Infections (HAIs) are infections that occur in hospitals. One of the infections that occurs is bloodstream infections. This infection often occurs in patients who are infusions to prevent infection, nurses must use aseptic-aseptic techniques. Nurses' knowledge about HAIs is one of the things that can influence a person to apply sterile principles in order to prevent infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) and the application of the sterile principle of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. The type of research used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sample of this research is the implementing nurse at the Regional General Hospital H. Sahudin Kutacane, Southeast Aceh Regency as many as 33 nurses. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of the study obtained that the majority of nurses' knowledge was sufficient, the application of the sterile principle was good. Chi-square statistical test obtained p value = 0.016, this shows that there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) with the application of sterile principles of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. Suggestions for nurses to pay more attention to septic-aseptic techniques when performing infusions.

Abstract Background : Postpartum mothers who fail to adjust to their new role can experience postpartum blues. Physical fatigue due to the activity of babysitting, breastfeeding, bathing the baby, cradling the baby at any time can cause maternal rest so that the mother's sleep/ rest can be disrupted. Rest/ sleep that is sufficient can reduce the occurrence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. Method: This study is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in the working area of Karangmalang Sragen health center. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and a sample of 31 postpartum mothers from day 3 to day 10 was obtained which had a history of spontaneous normal labor. Univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with Rankspearman statistical test. The results of this study were the age of respondents at most,namely age 20-35 years 90.3%, multipara mothers 54.8%, respondents with secondary education 61.3%, mothers working at home 77.4%, severe sleep disorders 25.8%, experienced postpartum blues 32.3%. Result: The results of Rank-spearman statistical test can be concluded p value = 0,000 and r value of 0.812. onclusion: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between postpartum blues sleep disturbance in the working area of Karangmalang Sragen Health Center.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

Stunting is a global problem faced by the world and often occurs in children aged 3 – 5 years. The negative impact that will be caused by stunting in the 3-5 year age period in the long term is the disruption of children's psychosocial and motoric development. This study aims to see the relationship between motor and psychosocial development with stunting in preschool children (3 – 5 years) at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency. The research design used was a cross-sectional study that assessed the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting in preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years). The population used in this study were all preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years) with stunting in the Puskemas Baluse. The number of samples was 25 respondents who met the criteria for the research sample. The research was carried out at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency from October 5 to 20, 2020. The research instrument used a questionnaire to measure the motoric and psychosocial development of children, while the measurement of stunting used microtoise and children's scales. The closeness and strength of the relationship between the two variables in this study used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that most of the motor and psychosocial developments were in the abnormal category. The test of the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting was carried out using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the P-value = 0.016 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, this indicates that stunting has a significant relationship with the motoric and psychosocial development of children. This study concludes that stunting has a relationship with motor and psychosocial development of children aged 3 – 5 years. Stunting children mostly have an abnormal motor and psychosocial development.

Background : One of the problems that must be considered by young women is their reproductive health. It is very important to inform young women about the menstrual process knowledge so that they will be able to maintain personal hygiene. Lack of knowledge about personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of young girls and personal hygiene behavior. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at SMPN 036 Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all 270 students of SMPN 036 class VIII, with a total sample of 162, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result :The results of the study were obtained from 162 respondents, the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 110 people (68%), and good personal hygiene behavior as many as 152 people (94%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.008 <0.05, conclusion : that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of uterine adolescents with personal hygiene behavior at SMPN 036 Batam City. Advice for teenagers to maintain personal hygiene behavior.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.
