Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) kualifikasi pendidikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, (2) sikap inovatif terhadap profesionalisme guru, (3) etos kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru, dan (4) pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap profesionalisme guru IPS SMP di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal-komparatif yang bersifat ex post facto. Penelitian menggunakan populasi sebesar 119 orang guru IPS. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh sikap inovatif terhadap profesionalisme guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh etos kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap profesionalisme guru IPS SMP di Kabupaten Gowa.Kata kunci: profesionalisme guru, kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, etos kerja FACTORS DETERMINATION PROFESSIONALISM OF TEACHERAbstractThe study aimed to know the effect of (1) the educational qualifications of the professionalism of teachers, (2) innovative attitude towards professionalism of teachers, (3) the work ethic in the professionalism of teachers, and (4) the effect of educational qualifications, innovative attitude and work ethic simultaneously in the professionalism of teachers IPS SMP in Gowa. ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The purpose of this research is to reveal the factors that influence vocational school teachers’ readiness to implement curriculum 2013 revised edition in Cilacap regency. The factors are 1) principals’ leadership toward the teachers’ readiness, 2) the impact of teachers’ professionalism toward teachers’ readiness, 3) the impact of the teachers’ training. This research is an ex-post facto research. The method of collecting data used in this research is the mix method. The data was collected by using questioner and interview and then, analyzed by applying statistics descriptive counts mean of the percentage. To confirm the hypotheses, this study used multiple linear regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) principals’ leadership affect teachers’ readiness in the amount of 8.4%, (2) teachers’ professionalism impact the teachers’ readiness in amount of 17.7%, (3) teachers’ training impact teachers’ readiness in amount of 24.1%, and (4) principals’ leadership, professionalism, and teachers’ training simultaneously, affect teachers’ readiness and it is proved by Fcalculate in the amount of 5,403 and significant value (p = 0,001 < 0,05). It meant that the whole result of the three free-variables affects the teachers’ readiness significantly in implementing curriculum 2013 revised edition at vocational school in Cilacap.

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is; (1) To study and analyze the influence of clerical leadership and the workethic of cleric / cleric to the professional competence of teachers at the Qotrun Nada Islamic BoardingSchool Depok jointly, (2) the influence of the cleric leadership on the Teacher Competence at the QotrunNada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (3) the influence of the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to theTeacher Competence at the Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (4) which is more influentialbetween the clerical leadership or the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to the Teacher Competence at theQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample taken is the wholepopulation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the results of the study it was found that the influence of the kyai's leadership on TeacherCompetence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School was not too significant. This is evidenced by the ttest value, sig value of 0.136 <0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is an influence of ustadz/ ustadzah's work ethic on Teacher Competence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School. This isevidenced by the t test value, sig value 0,000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The leadershipof the kya and the work ethic of the cleric / cleric contributed concurrently to the Teacher Competence atQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School at 52.8%, this was evidenced by the f test.Keywords: clerical leadership, teacher competence, work ethic.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, khususnya hasil belajar matematika. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD No 34 Bungung Katammu Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng sebanyak 25 orang yang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar matematika, angket aktivitas belajar, dan angket gaya belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan rhitung sebesar 0,419. Demikian pula terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan rhitung sebesar 0,407. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara aktivitas dan gaya belajar sebagai variabel bebas terhadap hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat. This research is an ex-post facto research. This study aimed to determine the effect of students’ learning activities and learning style to learning achievements, particularly in mathematics subject. The respondents were 4th grade students in SD No 34 Bungung Katammu Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng. There were 25 respondents consist of 11 male and 14 female. The research instruments used in this research are mathematics achievement test, learning activities questionnaire, and learning style questionnaire. Data analysis results showed a positive and significant relationship between students’ learning activities and learning achievements by r 0,419. Similarly, there is a positive and significant relationship between students’ learning style and learning achievements by r 0,407. Thus, it can be concluded that students’ learning activities and students’ learning style effect students’ mathematics learning achievements.

Indonesia as a tropical country has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. Each season changes usually have a significant influence in several regions. Pacitan Regency is an area in East Java, part of which is the coast and mountains. Several roads in Pacitan Regency have damaged conditions, including waterlogging, potholes and bumpy conditions. Some factors that cause damaged road conditions include the influence of temperature, rain, and humidity. In this study data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Stepwise method. Where this research is quantitative and ex-post facto research. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is collecting secondary data from several related agencies. Based on the results of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the Stepwise method, it can be concluded that the temperature factor has an influence on road damage, while the rain and humidity factors do not have any effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru IPS bersertifikat pendidik di SMP Kabupaten Magelang secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-postfacto. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji penaruh dengan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda dengan sampel sebanyak 80 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dan kepepmimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap secara bersama-sama  terhadap kinerja guru. Kuatnya kontribusi X1, dan X2 terhadap Y teramati dari besarnya koefisien regresi R=0,884 dan p<0,05 atau memberikan sumbangan efektif 88,4% terhadap kinerja guru IPS bersertifikat pendidik di Kabupaten Magelang. AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of work motivation and the headmaster’s leadership of the teacher’s performances of the Magelang Regency separately and simultaneously. This research is ex-post facto. Data analysis techniques using the test of influence with simple regression and multiple regression with a sample of 80 teachers. The results of this research show that (1) there are positive and significant impacts of work motivation on teacher’s performances; (2) there are positive and significant effects of headmaster’s leadership on teacher’s performances; dan (3) there are positive and significant effects of work motivation and headmaster’s leadership simultaneously teacher’s performances. The contribution of X1and X2 contribution on Y observed by the regression coefficient was 0.884 and p<0.05 or giving effective contribution as much as 88,4% toward the teacher’s performances of Social Studies Teachers Holding Teacher Certificates in Magelang Regency.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of student perception’s on the use of learning media during the pandemic and the motivation towards social studies learning achievement in public PKBM 16 Rawasari . Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Respondents were all students of the Paket B. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and the results of the 2020 module 3 exam. The results of hypothesis testing obtained the following conclusions:, 1) there is a significant effect of student participation’s on the use of learning media during the pandemic and motivation together towards social studies learning achievement, 2) there is a significant effect of student perception’s on the use of learning media during the pandemic toward social studies learning achievement, and 3) there is a significant effect of motivation toward social studies achievement.Keywords: Student Perception’s on the use of learning media, motivation, and sosial studies learning achievement Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi peserta didik atas penggunaan media pembelajaran pada masa pandemi dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar IPS di PKBM Negeri 16 Rawasari. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik program kesetaraan paket B. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan hasil ujian modul 3 tahun 2020. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi siswa atas penggunaan media pembelajaran dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi siswa atas penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar IPS.Kata Kunci: Persepsi Siswa atas Media Pembelajaran, Motivasi, dan prestasi belajar IPS

FAKTOR DETERMINAN PROFESIONALISME GURUAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan terhadap profesionalisme guru; sikap inovatif terhadap profesionalisme guru, etos kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru; dan pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap profesionalisme guru IPS SMP di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal-komparatif yang bersifat ex post facto dengan melibatkan 119 guru IPS tingkat SMP, baik sekolah negeri maupun swasta, yang mengajar di Kabupaten Gowa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Besarnya sumbangan efektif kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap perubahan profesionalisme guru IPS tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Gowa adalah 46,50%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kualifikasi pendidikan guru, sikap inovasi, dan etos kerja perlu ditingkatkan agar profesionalisme guru meningkat melalui penyesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan yang dimiliki dengan standar minimum yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah dan melanjutkan pendidikan yang sesuai/linear dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu sehingga dapat lebih fokus/kompeten dalam bidang tersebut.Abstract This study was aimed at determining the effects of educational qualifications on teacher professionalism; innovative attitude on teacher professionalism, work ethic on teacher professionalism; and the influence of educational qualifications, innovative attitudes, and work ethic simultaneously on the professionalism of social science junior high school teachers in Gowa District. This study was an ex-post facto causal-comparative research involving 119 social science teachers of the junior high school, both public and private, teaching in Gowa District. The data were collected using questionnaires and research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that educational qualifications, innovative attitudes, and work ethic have significant effects on the teacher professionalism. The amount of effective contributions of educational qualification, innovative attitudes, and work ethic simultaneously to the change of professionalism of junior high school teachers in Gowa is 46.50%. Based on the results, teacher education qualification, innovation attitudes and work ethics need to be improved so that teacher professionalism increases through adjustment of educational qualification at the minimum standards set by the government and continuing education that is linear with the subjects that can be more focused/competent.
