ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is; (1) To study and analyze the influence of clerical leadership and the workethic of cleric / cleric to the professional competence of teachers at the Qotrun Nada Islamic BoardingSchool Depok jointly, (2) the influence of the cleric leadership on the Teacher Competence at the QotrunNada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (3) the influence of the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to theTeacher Competence at the Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (4) which is more influentialbetween the clerical leadership or the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to the Teacher Competence at theQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample taken is the wholepopulation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the results of the study it was found that the influence of the kyai's leadership on TeacherCompetence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School was not too significant. This is evidenced by the ttest value, sig value of 0.136 <0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is an influence of ustadz/ ustadzah's work ethic on Teacher Competence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School. This isevidenced by the t test value, sig value 0,000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The leadershipof the kya and the work ethic of the cleric / cleric contributed concurrently to the Teacher Competence atQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School at 52.8%, this was evidenced by the f test.Keywords: clerical leadership, teacher competence, work ethic.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

Abstrak: Pajak kendaraan bermotor termasuk pajak daerah yang dikelola oleh pemerintah tingkat satu atau provinsi. Dalam mengelola pajak kendaraan bermotor, pemerintah daerah mendirikan Kantor Samsat dimana kantor tersebut memberikan bermacam-macam layanan seperti Samsat Keliling, Samsat Drive Thru dan E-Samsat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan Penerimaan Pajak dari Samsat keliling, Samsat Drive Thru dan E-Samsat terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Diskriptif Kuantitatif dan di analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Samsat Drive Thru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan Samsat keliling dan E-Samsat secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan Pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Jakarta Timur. Secara Simultan Samsat Keliling, Samsat Drive Thru, E-Samsat berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Jakarta Timur   Kata kunci: Samsat keliling, Samsat Drive-Thru, E-Samsat, Pajak kendaraan Bermotor   Abstract: The motor vehicle tax includes local taxes which are managed by the first or provincial level government. In managing the motor vehicle tax, the local government established the Samsat Office where the office provided various services such as the Mobile Samsat, the Samsat Drive Thru and the E-Samsat. This study aims to determine the effect of partial or simultaneous tax receipts from mobile Samsat, Samsat Drive Thru and E-Samsat on motor vehicle tax in East Jakarta. The analysis method uses quantitative descriptive method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed partially Samsat Drive Thru had a significant effect on motor vehicle tax revenue, while mobile Samsat and E-Samsat partially had no effect on motor vehicle tax receipts in the East Jakarta area. Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate is one thing that really needs to be considered in an organization because after all the organizational communication climate has an influence on the sustainability of an organization, in order to make an organization that is in accordance with what is expected and aspired by the organization and includes members in it. Therefore, the researcher took the title "Analysis of Communication Climate in Employees (Quantitative Descriptive Survey on Employees of the Archives and Library Office of Kuningan Regency)". This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Archives and Libraries of Kuningan Regency, amounting to 42 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the overall communication climate went well, as seen from the 16 items dominated by the number 4 scale with 11 items and the number 3 scale with 5 items. Then it can be seen from the interval class test which is divided into 5 interval classes in the "good" class because there are 36 (85.7%) who are in the interval class range from 55 to 67 who fall into the "good" class and are one class level that is the highest is "very good". The research also shows that there is a good level of closeness between employees. The results of other studies were found on the values of participatory decision making which were seen as lacking. This is because all employees are not involved in decision making, especially when it comes to the top.Keywords: Communication Climate, Organization, Survey, Quantitative Descriptive  ABSTRAKIklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan pada sebuah organisasi karena bagaimanapun juga iklim komunikasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, guna menjadikan suatu organisasi yang sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan dicita-citakan oleh organisasi dan termasuk anggota di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Analisis Iklim Komunikasi Pada Pegawai (Survey Deskriptif Kuantitatif Pada Pegawai Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kuningan)”. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakan Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari 16 item didominasi oleh skala angka 4 sebanyak 11 item dan skala angka 3 sebanyak 5 item. Kemudian terlihat dari uji kelas interval yang dibagi kedalam 5 kelas interval berada pada kelas “baik” karena terdapat 36 (85,7%) yang berada pada range kelas interval dari 55 sampai 67 yang masuk kedalam kelas “baik” dan berada satu tinggkat kelas yang paling tinggi yaitu “sangat baik”. Dari penelitian juga memperlihatkan kedekatan pada tingkat baik yang terjalin di antara para pegawai. Hasil penelitian lainnya ditemukan pada nilai-nilai pembuatan keputusan partisipatif yang dilihat kurang. Hal itu dikarenakan tidak dilibatkannya seluruh pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama saat menyangkut pada bagian atas.Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Organisasi, Survey, Deskriptif Kuantitatif

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.
