Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran power point dengan media konvensional pada kelompok siswa dengan gaya belajar visual dan gaya belajar auditorial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2, menggunakan tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest). Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 4 Yogyakarta dan SMAN 9 Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 dan SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 83 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji beda anova dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point dan media konvensional dimana rerata hasil belajar dengan media power point lebih tinggi dibanding menggunakan media konvensional baik itu pada kelompok gaya belajar visual dan kelompok gaya belajar auditorial. Terdapat interaksi antara media pembelajaran dan gaya belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Ekonomi.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, gaya belajar, hasil belajar ekonomi THE EFFECT OF INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA TOWARD ECONOMIC LEARNING OUTCOMES JUDGING FROM LEARNING STYLES OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLAbstractThis study aims to determine differences in economic learning outcomes in students using learning media power point with conventional media in visual style student groups and students auditory style. The technique of data analysis using descriptive analysis and difference test of two-way ANOVA. The results showed: There are differences in learning outcomes of students who learn by using power point media and using conventional media where the average of learning outcomes with power point media was higher than using conventional media in the visual learning style group and the learning style group. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) menguji perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan group investigation (GI); (2) menguji perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan GI pada siswa dengan gaya belajar visual; (3) menguji perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan GI pada siswa dengan gaya belajar auditorial;  dan (4) menguji interaksi pengaruh antara model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar geografi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Kupang yang tersebar pada 12 sekolah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dan terpilih 2 sekolah sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan GI pada aspek kognitif  dengan p = 0,374 > 0,05; pada aspek afektif dengan p = 0,645 > 0,05, dan pada aspek psikomotor dengan p = 0,969 > 0,05; (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan GI pada siswa dengan gaya belajar visual, pada aspek kognitif dengan p = 0,009 < 0,05; pada aspek afektif dengan p = 0,014 < 0,05 dan pada aspek psikomotor dengan p = 0,024 < 0,05;  (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar model earth science community dan GI pada siswa dengan gaya belajar auditorial, pada aspek kognitif dengan p = 0,042 < 0,05; pada aspek afektif dengan p = 0,026 < 0,05 dan pada aspek psikomotor dengan  p = 0,017 < 0,05; (4) terdapat interaksi pengaruh model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar geografi, pada aspek kognitif dengan p = 0,008 < 0,05, pada aspek afektif  dengan p = 0,004 < 0,05 dan pada aspek psikomotor dengan p = 0,006 < 0,05. AbstractThis study aims to test: (1) the difference in the learning outcomes through the earth science community and group investigation (GI) models, (2) the difference in the learning outcomes through the earth science community and GI models among students with the visual learning style, (3) the difference in the learning outcomes through the earth science community and GI models among students with the auditory learning style, and (4) the interaction of the effects of the learning models and the students’ learning styles on the geography learning outcomes. The study employed the quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The research population comprised all students of state senior high schools (SHSs) in Kupang city in 12 schools. The sampling technique was the simple random sampling technique and 2 schools were selected as the research subjects. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is no difference in the learning outcomes between the students learning through the earth science community and GI models in the cognitive aspect with p = 0.374 > 0.05, in the affective aspect with p = 0.645 > 0.05, and in the psychomotor aspect with p = 0.969 > 0.05.(2) There is difference in the learning outcome through the earth science community and GI models among the students with the visual learning style in the cognitive aspect with p = 0.009  < 0.05, in the affective aspect with p = 0.014 < 0.05, and in the psychomotor aspect with p = 0.024 < 0.05. Pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi alternatif pelaksanaan pembelajaran ditengah pandemi coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring tentunya akan berdampak pada keefektifan dari capaian pembelajaran itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa kelas X jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMKN 2 Blitar berdasarkan 4 indikator keefektifan pembelajaran, yakni mutu pengajaran, tingkat pengajaran yang tepat, insentif dan waktu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik probability sampling jenis simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar 106 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa berjalan efektif, hal ini terbukti dari perolehan hasil rata-rata sebesar 70.4% yang berada pada kategori efektif. Indikator mutu pengajaran kategori efektif (70.4%), tingkat pengajaran kategori efektif (76.1%), insentif kategori efektif (67.1%) dan indikator waktu kategori efektif (65.4%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi berbasis data bagi pihak sekolah terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang telah dilaksanakan. Sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan evaluasi dalam menyusun kebijakan yang tepat untuk menciptakan pembelajaran daring yang efektif serta dapat dijadikan bahan kajian peneliti lain. The Effectiveness of Distance Learning for Students in Correspondence Subjects Distance learning was an alternative for learning in the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The implementation of online learning would certainly have an impact on the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The implementation of online learning would certainly have an impact on the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning for class X students majoring in Office Automation and Management (OTKP) in correspondence subjects at SMKN 2 Blitar based on 4 indicators of learning effectiveness, namely teaching quality, appropriate teaching levels, incentives, and time. This research was survey research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was chosen based on probability sampling technique, simple random sampling, with a sample size of 106 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative and descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of distance learning for class X students was effective. This is evidenced by the average result of 70.4% which is in the effective category. Teaching quality indicators are effective category (70.4%), effective category teaching rate (76.1%), effective category incentives (67.1%) and time indicators are effective categories (65.4%). Results of this study can provide data-based information for school regarding the implementation of distance learning correspondence has been implemented, can be used as an evaluation material in formulating the right policies to create learning online effectively and can be used as study material for other researchers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar IPS, (2) pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS, (3) antara metode dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VII B, VII E, VII H dan VII J, yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Validitas instrumen diukur dengan rumus analisis faktor, dan reliabilitasnya dengan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Normalitas data diuji dengan rumus Kolmogorof-Smirnov dan homogenitas data diuji dengan rumus Levene Test. Uji hipotesis dengan teknik Two-way Anova satu pihak dengan taraf signifikansi 0, 05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dan hasil belajar dengan metode Think Pair Share lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar dengan metode Problem-Based Learning; (2) terdapat pengaruh antara gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dan hasil belajar dengan metode Think Pair Share lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar dengan metode Problem-Based Learning pada kelompok gaya belajar visual; (3) hasil belajar dengan metode Think Pair Share lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar dengan metode Problem-Based Learning pada kelompok gaya belajar auditorial; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS. This research was a quasi experiment using the 2x2 factorial design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta. The sample was VII B, VII E, VII H, and VII J classes, which was established using the simple random sampling technique. The data collection used a test and questionnaire. The instrument validity was measured by using the product moment formula and its realiability was measured by using Cronbanch’s Alpha. The data normality was tested by using Kolmogorof-Smirnov and the homogeneity test was tested by using Levene Test. The hypothesis of this research was tested by using the two-way Anova technique at the significance level of 0,05. The result of this research shows that: (1) the achievement in IPS of the students taught using the Think Pair Share method is higher than that of those taught using the problem-based learning method; (2) the achievement of the students taught using the Think Pair Share method is higher than that of those taught using the problem-based learning method for group of visual learning style; (3) the achievement of the students taught using the Think Pair Share method is higher than that of those taught using the problem-based learning method for group of auditorial learning style; and (4) there is no interaction between teaching method and learning style in influencing students’ achievement in IPS subject matter. Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar fisika peserta didik dan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 33 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif dan angket minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0063 < 0,05) dan ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed)  lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) Abstract: This article aims to determine the influence of online learning with virtual labs on the learning interest of students ' physics and to know the influence of online learning with virtual labs on cognitive learning outcomes of student physics. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the experimental design of one group Pretests posttest. This research sample is a student of class X MIPA 1 which amounted 33 people determined with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are cognitive learning results test and Angket learning interest learners. Data analysis results can be concluded that there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the learning interest of learners with a value of sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.05 (0.0063 < 0.05) and there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the outcome of the students ' cognitive learning with a sig (2-tailed) value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in mathematics learning outcomes and the effectiveness of google classroom-assisted learning in terms of learning styles on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research used an experimental research method with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The population of this research is the seventhgrade students of one of the public junior high schools in Sleman. The sample of this study amounted to 54 students consisting of class VII C and VII D. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, similarity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: (1) there are differences in learning outcomes in bold learning assisted by google classroom; (2) bold learning assisted by google classroom is more effective in terms of visual learning styles; (3) bold learning assisted by google classroom is not more effective in terms of auditory and kinesthetic learning styles.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

This study aims: To determine differences in learning outcomes of students of class X by using media power point To determine the differences in the results of class X student using animation media. This type of research used in this research that the type of research experiments. The subjects of this study consisted of an experiment I, using media power point and experimental group II were using media animation using animasi.Populasi media in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng. Sampling with purposive sampling technique, so the sample is X.is.1 class and X.is.2 SMAN 2 Bantaengdengan consideration the average value of report cards are not much different for subjects geografi.Instrumen research use tests and assignments, while analysis Data processed by using the t test. The results showed that : Results of study on X.is.1 class based on learning outcomes obtained 28.40 .While X.is.2 33,80. tcount>ttable)(t=5,22and table = 7.42)Dari these data it can be concluded that the use of media is more animated films increased compared to the use of media slides ( power point ).

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

Chemical and Microbiological Quality Characteristics of Dried Octopus (Octopus sp.) Marketed in North Konawe Regency Southeast Sulawesi ABSTRACT         The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of chemical composition (water, ash, protein, fat, and carbohydrate) and total bacteria (TPC) of dried Octopus. Data analysis of this study used descriptive analysis. The sampling technique of this study are used simple random sampling and used the survey method. The results of the highest chemical composition of the treatment was found at water content  S1 19.89%, ash S3 13.63%, protein S2 46.99%, fat S3 5.82% and carbohydrate S2 10.19%.  The best Total Plate Count (TPC) result was found at S2 3.8 × 104 Cfu/g Keywords: Chemical Test, Octopus (Octopus sp.) Dry, and Total Plate Count (TPC).ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik komposisi kimia (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat) dan total bakteri (TPC) terhadap gurita kering. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survei. Hasil penelitian komposisi kimia perlakuan tertinggi kadar air terdapat pada S1 19.89%, kadar abu tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan S3 13.63%, kadar protein perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada S2 46.99%, kadar lemak perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada  S3 5.82% dan kadar karbohidrat perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada S2 10.19%. Hasil Uji Total Plate Count (TPC) terendah terdapat pada S2 3.8×104 Cfu/g.Kata kunci: Gurita (Octopus sp.) kering, Total Plate Count (TPC) dan Uji Kimia.
