The terms “interior designer” and “interior decorator” are often used interchangeably, as if they were identical professions. Although both may have the ability and talent to create beautiful rooms, the two are not synonymous. Interior decorators are primarily concerned with surface decoration, generally refers to someone who deals with finishes, surfaces, furniture, and wall coverings and no government regulation regarding the work of an interior decorator. On the other hand, an interior designer is one who is trained to create a functional and quality interior environment, qualified through education, experience and examination, so a professional designer can identify and creatively resolve issues and lead to a healthy, safe and comfortable physical environment. Referring to that definition, interior design is the art and science of understanding people’s behavior in order to create functional spaces within the building structures, an in the other hand, an interior decoration is the art of decorating to beautify a space. Although an interior designer can also make aesthetic changes to an interior space, the interior designer is a professional licensed with a licensing authority who coordinates design projects with a holistic approach. This effort includes designing the interior architecture, in addition to beautifying the space. Keywords: interior design, interior decoration, comparative study.

Evaluation of environment of seaport is needed as well as our responsibility to nature sustainability. The Alor’s seaport belongs to Pelindo III. In order to know the air quality of Alor’s seaport, we did this study. Our aims are to know level quality of air at Alor’s seaport and compare to the government regulation. This study refers to Pararosaniline (SOx), Saltzman (NOx), Particle Calculation (dust) and decibel (noisy) methods. We used four locations, those are A-1 (Entrance gate of PELINDO (8013’09.12”S, 124031’07.21”E)); A-2 (In front of passengers terminal (8013’08.75”S, 124031’01.60”E)); A-3 (Exit  gate Kalabahi’s seaport (8013’08.2”S, 124031’00.87”E)) and A-4 (In front of port of the people (8011’09.12”S, 124031’07.21”E)). Results show that the averages level of SOx, NOx and dust of A-1, A-2 and A-3 are 103.01, 104.65 and 107.47 (µg/Nm3), 37.87, 30.62, and 39.73 (µg/Nm3), 56.64, 47.47 and 50.72 (µg/Nm), respectively. On the other hand, the level of noisy of A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 are 68.76, 65.69, 65.20 and 73.60 (dBA), respectively. Base on all of data, we conclude that the air quality of Alor’s seaport is still appropriate according to government regulation (PP. No. 4, 1999).

Abstract The Casa da Nostalgia, or “Nostalgic house,” in the Taipa area of the special administrative region of Macau, is a museum devoted to temporary exhibitions reconstructing everyday life in the city, especially in the epoch of Portuguese ruling. Just opposite the museum, on the other side of a large pond, a giant casino, the Venetian Macau, reproduces Venice both with its external architecture and its interior design. The article analyzes these two urban settings in order to develop a semiotic understanding of as many ways of symbolically reconstructing cities. On the one hand, cities can be reconstructed in a nostalgic form; the essay inquires on the origin and the consequences of urban nostalgia; on the other hand, cities can be reconstructed as ersatz. The article further investigates the dialectics between predominantly temporal or prevailingly spatial urban reconstructions, with reference to the socio-cultural dynamics that have changed Macau in the last decades. The article concludes with the methodological suggestion that the study of urban re-constructions requires the combined efforts of several disciplines, jointly investigating why, how, but also to what effect cities are re-built.

To determine the appropriate strategy for the translation of the word fuck and its variants in audio visual translation is indeed problematic. On the one hand, the translator is required to maintain the beauty of the literary value as reflected in the dialogues, including the usage of offensive swear words; on the other hand, he is obliged to comply with the provisions stipulated in government regulation number 13 year 2014 concerning film censorship agency, especially paragraph 6 article 25 which forbids the usage of vulgar, offensive, racist words that have the potential to ignite public unrest. This research is intended to investigate the choice of translation strategy made by the translator. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data in the form of the word fuck and its variants with The Wolf of Wall Street movie as the data source. This study is also intended to compare the results of a similar study conducted by Hawel (2019) which is about the strategy of audiovisual translation from English to Arabic. The results showed that there are similarities in the frequency of the strategies used, namely omission and softening strategies, which reached 75% and 25% respectively in Hawel's research (2019), and omission and mollification strategies which reached 72.9% and 27.1% consecutively in this study. The word mollification in this research is similar to the word softening in Hawel's (2019).

The length of the Indonesian coastline is based on calculations from the Work Team Standardization of the Island Name reaching 99,000 (ninety nine thousand) Kilometers which indicates that there is potential for salt production in Indonesia. But not all coastlines in Indonesia can be used as salt production centers because of several factors that influence them. However, the salt production sector in Indonesia has become a means of living for businesses in the salt sector, especially the Salt Farmers, so that the salt produced is called people's salt. At present, the people's salt production has not been able to meet industrial needs because the salt specifications and quantity cannot meet the industry's needs so the solution is to import industrial salt. The enactment of Government Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Procedures for Import Control for Fisheries Commodities and Concentration as Raw Materials and Industrial Assistance provides an entry way for imported salt for industrial needs. But on the other hand, people's salt production is currently in the stage of increasing quality and quantity due to weather factors that support and the application of technology that is empowered to support industrial needs are being implemented. In this case a problem arises when people's salt is unable to compete with the presence of imported salt because the industrial needs have been met by the presence of imported salt, so that with this problem the community salt farmers need legal protection in the process of marketing their salt in Indonesia. Keywords: People’s Salt; Salt Import; Protection.

AbstractThough it is controversial, implementing UN as a graduation standard for any students has continued so far. Juridical bases are UU No. 20/2003 regarding National Educational System and Government Regulation (PP) No. 19/2005 regarding National Education Standard. The fact is that UN encourages students to leaarn more actively, teachers to teach better, principals to improve school quality, and parents to focus more on making their children study more enthusiastically. However, still there are parties nit agreeing with the government act. The rejection of UN is based on different interpretations on the existence of Law No. 19/2005, educational decentralization principle, different paradigm in understanding of national education objective, social reality in community, and the educational function. On the other hand, the government should fulfill minimal service standard before they implement educational nationalization.

This last chapter discusses the need for interdisciplinary research and approaches for well-being. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the intersections of well-being with architecture, social sciences, medicine, as well as neuroscience. Recent well-being research shows that we have the amazing ability to reshape our brains, to change our affective mindsets, and to improve our well-being. On the other hand, it is necessary to understand cultural differences and its effects on well-being and to grasp the issue in accordance with the specific context. Therefore, the conclusion tries to understand how design and architecture can contribute to the way we build up well-being. Since interior space is one of the most important determinants of our everyday experiences, its role in well-being as a conscious construct needs to be the most important concern of spatial design.

ECONOMIC ASPECTS 6.1. In Fig. 3 the lay-out of the piggery is mentioned. The stall is renewed and instead of the normal depth of 1.50 m by underslat slurry storage the channels have a depth of 0.50 m. These shallow channels are as a matter of course cheaper but on the other hand facilities for storage of dung and liquid must be build outside the building. In front of the stall a dung and liquid gutter has been build, where the transportbelts are installed. The investments for the filter system of this piggery are given in Table 3. Table 3: Survey of extra capital investment of the filter system, in comparison with the slurry system (£/pigplace) Filter system in both channels 3750 Dung and liquid gutter 1250 Transportbelts 2500 Dung and liquid storage 2500 10000 Estimated reduction by shallow channels 2500 Extra capital investment 7500 Extra capital investment/pigplace 46.90 This price is relatively high on account of the small number of pigs. Other calculations show that the investment costs are lower in comparable stalls with a capacity for 480 and 960 pigs. These stalls are more common, the costs are respectively £ 18 and £ 11/pigplace. Calculations confirm also the expectations that stalls with long channels in longitudinal design are more favourable for this filter system than stalls with short channels in transverse style. 6.2. Annual costs The costs depend first on the capital costs and secondly on the costs of straw. On the other hand savings are possible on building structures and heating system. Besides these factors other savings are possible because some disadvantages of the slurry system can be removed by the filter system; for example costs for fuelexpenditure and slurry disposal. A calculation for a standard plan for 480 and 960 pigs shows that in a comparable stall as in Fig. 3 the extra annual costs for the filter system are slightly higher than for the slurry system; respectively £ 1.11 and £ 0.08 /pigplace. The costs for stalls with transverse and short channels are much higher and vary between £ 3.70 - £ 3.40 /pigplace. Compared with the costs for slurry separation in a slurry disposal centre the costs for the filter system in stalls with long

One of the form of applying the value of democratic in Indonesia is accommodate by the regulation of community organization which is concretely regulated in the provisions of article 28 E Paragraph 3 of the 1945 constitution also in the provisions of law number 39 of 1999 on Human Rights. The existence of community organizations does have a great constribution in the implementation of the state, but on the other hand the existence of people raises the pro and contra. The enecment of government regulation number 59 on community organization established by foreign citizens makes the community more worried if the exixtance of community organizations affect the sovereignty of NKRI because they have different ideology with Indonesia. Based on this, it should be discussed about the organizations in Indonesia. The position of foreign social organizatios in Indonesia is reviwed from the government regulation number 59 of 2016 on community organizations established by foreign citizens and the influence of basic organizations for the sovereignty of NKRI. To answer that question, qualitative method is used  as a means to answer the problem by conducting of normative juridical approach which is done by reviewing the law and the literature. Based on this study, it is concluded that the existence of foreign social organizatios in Indonesia in line with  democracy and human right but also politically can treaten NKRI.
