The objectives of the study are to analyse the use of smartphones for lecturers and students in Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha which are measured based on the supporting factors of the smartphoness application and to analyse its features in academic activities. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using a descriptive analysis method. This study showed that the level of smartphones use to support academic activities is categorized as very high with the motivation factor of 90. 51%. There are 3 groups of features that dominate the use of smartphones namely calculation, storage and documentation. The calculation feature was represented by calculator with the percentage of 99%. The storage feature was represented by contact, gallery, and dropbox with the precentages of 99%, 97%, and 71% respectively. The documentation feature was represented by camera, video and recorder with the percentages of 97%, 81%, and 51% respectively.

The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.

Education is an important concept that prepares society for change and pushes development. The teacher, who is one of the basic elements of the education phenomenon, has important duties. Accordingly, the teacher has a very important place in the life of the students. The aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of the prospective French teachers towards School Experience and Teaching Practice courses and to reveal whether their attitudes differ according to the gender factor. The research has been conducted by means of a descriptive survey model and was carried out with the participation of 18 volunteer students (10 females, 8 males) studying at the department of French Language Teaching of the Faculty of Education at Anadolu University. The quantitative data of the study has been collected with a 5-point Likert-type scale consisting of 30 items. Moreover, in addition to the scale, the opinions of the students on the School experience and Teaching Practice courses have been collected by means of 5 open-ended questions drawn up by the researcher. The qualitative data acquired in this study has been reviewed through the document analysis method. According to the obtained data, it has been determined that the students had positive opinions about these courses. In addition, their attitudes towards ‘School Experience’ and ‘Teaching Practice’ courses have a very high average. This research shows that, these courses make significant contributions to the professional development of students. However, no significant difference was observed in terms of the gender factor based on the opinions of the participants with respect to the aforementioned courses.

AbstrakEmployee engagement merupakan antusiasme karyawan dalam bekerja.  Antusiasme ini  terbentuk karena karyawan merasa engaged sehingga berpotensi untuk  menampilkan perilaku yang engaged. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera di Kabupaten Luwu. Objek penelitian ini  adalah karyawan pada PT Sumber  Graha yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan  dengan jumlah 95 Karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, penyebaran  kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera sudah sangat baik. Rasa engaged atau rasa keterikatan karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut sangat tinggi. Dimensi vigor merupakan indikator dengan nilai tertinggi dan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik artinya keinginan karyawan untuk berusaha dengan sungguh-sungguh dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sangat tinggi. Indikator dengan persepsi terendah yaitu absorption namun penerapannya masih dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor. AbstractEmployee engagement is the enthusiasm of employees at work. This enthusiasm is formed because the employee feels engaged so that he has the potential to display engaged behavior. This study aims to analyze employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera in Luwu Regency. The object of this research is employees at PT Sumber Graha, located in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi with a total of 95 employees. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the implementation of employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera is very good. The sense of engaged to the company is very high. The vigor dimension is an indicator with the highest value and is included in the very good category, meaning that the employee's desire to make serious efforts in carrying out their work is very high. The indicator with the lowest perception is absorption but its application is still in a good category.Keywords: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor.

The current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has become a major focus of the global community because of the many impacts that have been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, both in the fields of health, social, economics, and education. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the economic and social sectors in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The method used in this study is the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected the economic field in Pandeglang District, especially community income in Pandeglang declined during the Covid-19 pandemic and many large-scale Termination of Work (PHK) felt by the Pandeglang community, for the social sector many communities or the government provided food or basic needs assistance to people in Pandeglang who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that the level of community solidarity during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pandeglang District was very high.

The activity of scientific publication is an academic reflection in the field of higher education. This activity has been increasing significantly in the last two years, especially with the regulations of the ministry of research and higher education which regulated publishing research issues in the online journals. Theological College as a higher education under the Ministry of Religion is not immune to the effects of regulations concerning scientific journals. This article aimed to show a biblical reflection on building and improving scientific publications. By using a descriptive analysis method on the text of Luke 1:1-4, the conclusion obtained is that the writing process of the Gospel of Luke reflected the phases of scientific publication, so that it could become a theological reflection for theological colleges to carry out academic activities in building and improving publication activities through online journals.Abstrak: Kegiatan publikasi ilmiah merupakan sebuah refleksi aktivitas akademis di lingkungan sekolah-sekolah pendidikan tinggi. Kegiatan ini telah mengalami eskalasi yang siginifikan dalam dua tahun belakangan, terlebih lagi dengan munculnya peraturan kementrian riset dan pendidikan tinggi yang mengatur publikasi penelitian dalam bentuk jurnal online. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi sebagai pendidikan tinggi yang berada di bawah Kementrian Agama tidak luput dari imbas peraturan yang menyangkut jurnal ilmiah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan sebuah refleksi biblikal untuk membangun serta meningkatkan publikasi ilmiah. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif pada teks Lukas 1:1-4, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses penulisan Injil Lukas merefleksikan fase-fase publikasi ilmiah, sehingga hal ini menjadi sebuah refleksi teologis bagi Sekolah-sekolah Teologi untuk melakukan kegiatan akademis membangun dan meningkatkan kegiatan publikasi ilmiah melalui jurnal online.

Assessment of the quality of translation is one of the important activities in translation. The translation assessment can be seen from three aspects: accuracy, clarity, and naturalness. This study aims to reveal the accuracy and fatigue of the translation results of students' Arabic-Indonesian official manuscripts, considering that researchers rarely touch the spiciness aspect than the translation's accuracy and reasonableness. This research uses the descriptive analysis method and content analysis model. The research sample is six graduate students in Arabic Language Education at the Indonesia University of Education. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. From the results of this study, the researchers obtained several findings, namely: first, the level of mastery was very high, spread as many as eight data (44.4%), the moderate level of intelligence was spread as many as six data (33.3%), and the level of intelligence lacked as many as four data. (22.2%). Second, the level of fatigue in the translation of the official text for high levels of friction is as many as ten data (55.5%), there are five data (27.7%) for moderate fatigue, and three data (16.6%) is less tired.  So, from the results of this study, it is concluded that fatigue dominates as much as ten data (55.5%) compared to the very high level of mastery where there are only eight data (44.4%).

In order to grow a spirit of entrepreneurial interest in students of the faculty of economics, this must be supported by an entrepreneurial learning system, especially through cognitive, affective, and conative components. This occurs because interest can be formed through direct experience or memorable experiences that provide opportunities for individuals to practice, obtain feedback, and develop skills that lead to personal education and the expectation of satisfactory results. Apart from entrepreneurship education, interest in entrepreneurship is also influenced by family factors, especially parents, which have a strong impact on the choice of entrepreneurial interests and other social environments. Students of the Faculty of Economics have a leadership spirit that will be useful for managing business activities. Having a sociable nature will also provide opportunities to open and develop business access. The ease of accepting suggestions and criticism will provide opportunities for business innovation so that it continues to develop and compete fairly with other business actors. Apart from entrepreneurship education, other factors to foster students; entrepreneurial interest can be done through observations from their family and other social environments. Students whose status work has a huge influence on efforts to foster entrepreneurial interest because work experience can influence career choices by introducing ideas. new, build the necessary skills. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using the descriptive analysis method Fostering Entrepreneurial Interest Among Students in Semester IV, Faculty of Economics, Bangtanghari University, from the 6 indicators in this study it can be seen that the total score of each indicator is very high seen from the scale range, namely between 478.8 - 570. Thus, this research hypothesis can be accepted.

<p>Indonesian Citrus and Subtropical Fruits Research Institute (ICSFRI) has generated a technology of Bujangseta (bearing fruits throughout the year) to increase citrus plant productivity and to support the sustainable availability of citrus fruits in the market. This study aims to identify the characteristics of Bujangseta technological innovation that might influence the adoption of the technology by farmers. The study was conducted in Banyuwangi Regency in November 2019 by using a census method to all 16 cooperator farmers of Bujangseta technology. This present study applied a descriptive analysis method based on the scoring and category of technological innovation characteristics. The results showed that the innovation characteristics of Bujangseta technology were: 1) it was very profitable since tangerine farming with the application of Bujangseta technology generated higher income than that without the application, 2) it was greatly appropriate with the local conditions as all production supplies were locally available, 3) it was easy to be applied because farmers did not suffer any complication to employ Bujangseta practice, 4) it was easily observed since the results of Bujangseta implementation were easy to be observed visually by farmers and 5) it was easily trial-tested as the method of Bujangseta was easy to try and apply. Therefore, this new technology had a very high adoption opportunity rate, showing that the technology had a great chance of being adopted by farmers.</p>

This study aims to describe the performance of agricultural extension workers in Torout Village, Tompaso Baru Subdistrict. This research was conducted in the village of Torout District of Tompaso Baru for 3 months from May to July 2017 of preparation, data collection through the preparation of research reports. Sampling method is done purposively (purposive), on paddy farmer and corn farmer. The method used in this study using primary and secondary. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the performance of agricultural extension in the Village Torout District of Tompaso Baru with 9 indicators which 6 indicators 3 indicators categorized as high and very high. The success of agricultural extension is a requirement of farmers. Agricultural extension that can be realized if supported by the presence of competent trainers. Agricultural extension are expected to have the ability to carry out complex work, on the basis of professional ability specified, including skills to plan, implement activities, solve problems with responsibilities independently at a certain level, managerial skills and be able to follow the development, knowledge and technologies in the field of expertise .

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office
