In essence teaching and learning activities are a process of interaction or reciprocal relations between the teacher and students in the learning unit. For this reason, an effort is needed in order to improve the quality of education and teaching, one of which is to choose a strategy or method for delivering learning material so that students can improve their learning achievement. Literature study was conducted to find information about learning, especially the cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI). So that by applying the GI cooperative model can improve learning outcomes and student learning motivation. Learning outcomes are what is achieved by students by involving all the potential they have after the students carry out learning activities. Achievement of these learning outcomes can be known by holding an assessment of learning outcomes tests. Motivation to learn means a tendency and high enthusiasm or a great desire for learning. Cooperative learning is a model of teaching where students learn in small groups and have different abilities. Group type Investigation (GI) learning is the most complex learning model. The core steps of the Investigastion Group's learning model are as follows. (1). The teacher forms groups and calls each group leader to receive assignments / material. (2). Each group leader returns to his group and then discusses in depth the tasks that are obtained with the group members. (3). After being considered enough time for group discussion, each group represented by the spokesperson delivered the results of the group discussion that was listened to by all students. (4). The results of the discussion were read by each group alternately by each group until all groups had their turn to deliver the results of the discussion. The application of cooperative learning model group investigation type can be used as one of the learning models in an effort to improve learning outcomes and student motivation in the learning process. Each stage in investigation group learning is a good assessment material related to teacher observation of student activities and the works produced by students while undergoing the learning process.

Learning is essentially a process of interaction with all situations around individuals. Learning can be viewed as a process directed to the goals and processes of doing through various experiences. Learning is also a process of seeing, observing, and understanding things. In the learning process there are two activities that interact, namely learning activities and teaching activities.Learning is an active activity of learners in building meaning or understanding. Activity learners in undergoing learning activities is one key to success to improve learning outcomes. Optimal learning outcomes are the main goals to be achieved in the learning process. To optimize the learning outcomes of learners required methods and learning models in accordance with teaching materials. The learning process can be done in school, at home, or in the place of study guidance. For learning in school, learners are exposed to a number of subjects, one of them is biology subjects. Biology is one of the subjects received by students in high school. Biology is the study of the structure contained in living things. More simply can be said that biology is closely related to daily life. What we experience, what we do, why it happened and why. Subjects in the subject of biology are generally theoretical, but also the ability of learners to understand the concept to link learning with daily life. One of the biology subject matter in the form of conceptual or theoretical understanding is tissue in plants.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. Currently, Covid-19 is a hot topic of conversation in all countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia itself, a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy was implemented to suppress the spread of this virus so that all activities carried out outside the home must be stopped until this pandemic has subsided. The imposition of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) made the learning system change from a classical system to a Distance Learning (PJJ) or online system. In the Introduction to Management course, student participation was found to be low during the learning process. Lecturers have difficulty determining whether students take learning seriously or not. Often in distance learning, some students deliberately put up a video that has been recorded, so that it seems like they are following the learning process, but in reality, they are doing something else. This is caused by several factors, including media which can be in the form of video lessons and student interest in learning. Looking at the description above, researchers are interested in conducting research that aims to determine the effect of using video learning and learning interest on learning outcomes in the Management Introduction course in the distance learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the D3 Transportation Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, the State University of Jakarta in semester 113 of the 2020/2021 school year. This research is an ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study consisted of 76 students. The data collection technique is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using a multiple regression test. The results of this study indicate that Fcount ≥ Ftable = 13.53 ≥ 3.124 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of instructional videos (X1) and interest (X2) on learning outcomes in the Introduction to Management (Y) course. For this reason, the role of lecturers is indispensable in continuously making creative innovations in developing various kinds of learning media that can increase student interest in learning during the Covid 19 pandemic.
