Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kebijakan Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha pada Universitas Brawijaya dan Universitas Negeri Malang di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif yang berbasis kasus pada kedua universitas pelaksana PMW dengan metode evaluasi program dengan model CIPO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Konteks evaluasi, suatu perencanaan PMW merujuk pada latar belakang, landasan formal dan operasional pelaksanaan, tujuan, dan manfaat bagi pemangku kepentingan dengan capaian evaluasinya tinggi; (2) Input evaluasi, adanya perbedaan mekanisme pengalokasian dana bantuan antara PMW-UB dan PMW-UM yang menyebabkan capaian evaluasinya moderat, sedangkan pada indikator lain capaian evaluasinya tinggi; (3) Proses evaluasi, terdapat enam belas kriteria evaluasi yang berkategori tinggi, enam kriteria evaluasi yang berkategori moderat dan dua kriteria evaluasi yang berkategori rendah; sedangkan (4) Output evaluasi, indikator mahasiswa yang berwirausaha dan unit usaha yang dikembangkan mahasiswa dengan evaluasi capaiannya rendah.Kata kunci: Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha, Model Evaluasi CIPO EVALUATION OF STUDENT ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM WITH CIPO MODEL IN BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY AND THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF MALANGAbstractThis research is aimed at evaluating the implementation of the Student Entrepreneurial Program policies at Brawijaya University and the State University of Malang in East Java. This study uses a case-based evaluative approach at both University, Brawijaya University and the State University of Malang with program evaluation methods. The model used in this research was CIPO model. The results showed: Context evaluation, a PMW planning refers to background, formal foundation and operational implementation, purpose, and benefits for the stakeholders to the achievement of a high evaluation; Input evaluation, the difference in the mechanism of allocating funds between PMW-UB and PMW-UM is causing moderate evaluation outcomes, whereas the other indicators of high achievement evaluation; Process evaluation, there are sixteen high-category evaluation criteria, six criteria of moderate categorization and two low evaluation criteria; and outputs evaluation, indicators student entrepreneurship and business unit developed a student with low achievements evaluation. ABSTRACT Home visit is a responsive service that is urgent, so it needs to be implemented immediately to help students solve problems faced. If home visit is not done well, the problem will have a more complex impact on students. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of counselors according to or not with the standards and professional counselor evaluation criteria for Comprehensive (Evaluation Model South Carolina) counseling guidance to make decisions or follow-up the programs that have been implemented. The research method used is descriptive evaluation using the Model Evaluation Discrepancy. This model measures the difference between performance standards and real conditions that have been implemented. The instrument of this research is using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that home visits conducted by counselors at Santa Maria Malang Middle School in the category "close from standard". Keywords: home visit, model evaluation discrepancy

This study constructs a new travel risks’ evaluation model for freelancers to evaluate and select tour groups by considering the interdependencies of the evaluation criteria used. First of all, the proposed model adopts the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) to identify suitable evaluation criteria for evaluating travel risks. Six evaluation criteria and 18 subcriteria are obtained. The six evaluation criteria are financial risk, transportation risk, social risk, hygiene risk, sightseeing spot risk, and general risk for freelancer tour groups. Secondly, the model uses the analytic network process (ANP) to determine the relative weight of the criteria. Finally, examples of group package tours (GPTs) are used to demonstrate the travel risk evaluation process for this model. The results show that the Tokyo GPT is the best group tour. The proposed model helps freelancers to effectively evaluate travel risks and decision-making, making it highly applicable to academia and tour groups.

The paper presents a critique of evaluation in Higher Education in the light of transparency, accountability and comparability at Higher Education Stage. It is observed that prevalent fallacies in the evaluation process restrict the comparability of scores achieved by the degree-holders; in this, lack of correspondence in the instructional objectives, curricular modes of transaction, evaluation criteria and needs at the societal level come into picture. It is asserted that use of randomizers for appointment of examiners at the State/National Level is the need of the hour. Suggestion is made that innovations in examination process be carried out by C.B.C.S. and Universities and institutions of eminence be tried out at the higher education level; this may help break the tedium attending education processes at the higher education level.

Abstract The paper attempts to determine an optimum structure of a directional measurement and control network intended for investigating horizontal displacements. For this purpose it uses the notion of entropy as a logarithmical measure of probability of the state of a particular observation system. An optimum number of observations results from the difference of the entropy of the vector of parameters ΔHX̂ (x)corresponding to one extra observation. An increment of entropy interpreted as an increment of the amount of information about the state of the system determines the adoption or rejection of another extra observation to be carried out.

In the article, the author reflects the existing problems of the fight against corruption in the Russian Federation. He focuses on the opacity of the work of state bodies, leading to an increase in bribery and corruption. The topic we have chosen is socially exciting in our days, since its significance is growing on a large scale at all levels of the investigated aspect of our modern life. Democratic institutions are being jeopardized, the difference in the position of social strata of society in society’s access to material goods is growing, and the state of society is suffering from the moral point of view, citizens are losing confidence in the government, and in the top officials of the state.

The main problem of social life in the community is about how to make the allocation and distribution of income well. Inequality and poverty basically arise not because of the difference of anyone’s strength and weakness in getting livelihood, but because of inappropriate distribution mechanism. With the result that wealth treasure just turns on the rich wealthy, which is in turn, results in the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.Therefore, a discussion on distribution becomes main focus of theory of Islamic economics. Moreover, the discussion of the distribution is not only related to economic issues, but also social and political aspects. On the other side, the economic vision of Islam gives priority to the guarantee of the fulfillment of a better life. Islam emphasizes distributive justice and encloses, in its system, a program for the redistribution of wealth and prosperity, so that each individual is guaranteed with a respectable and friendly standard of living. Islam recognizes private property rights, but the private property rights must be properly distributed. The personal property is used for self and family livelihood, for investment of the working capital, so that it can provide job opportunities for others, for help of the others through zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh. In this way, the wealth not only rotates on the rich, bringing on gap in social life.The problem of wealth distribution is closely related to the welfare of society. Therefore, the state has a duty to regulate the distribution of income in order that the distribution can be fair and reaches appropriate target. The state could at least attempt it by optimizing the role of BAZ (Badan Amil Zakat) and LAZ (Lembaga Amil Zakat) which has all this time been slack. If BAZ and LAZ can be optimized, author believes that inequality and poverty over time will vanish. This is because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim.

Transition of reaction is a short-lived unstable molecule in a reaction which is formed in between the reaction when reactants change into products. Whereas, transition state is just the state before formation of new molecule (involves breaking of bonds of reactants and formation of new ones) Transition of reaction differs from a transition state in that the intermediate has a discrete lifetime (be it a few nanoseconds or many days), whereas a transition state lasts for just one bond vibration cycle. Intermediates may be unstable molecules (in which case they are called reactive intermediates) or highly stable molecules. The difference between them can be better described through the energy profile diagram.

Stress negatively affects the mental health of students, causes anxiety and depression, leads to poor academic performance, lowers level of professional training and success in the future. The purpose of the research is to study the state of mental health of medical students to develop recommendations for the prevention of maladaptation. Materials and methods. 252 5-year students aged 20–29 (22 ± 1,1) years, 168 (66,7 %) females and 84 (33,3 %) males (137 students of Belgorod State University and 115 of Altay State Medical University (ASMU)) were examined by medico-sociological and psychometric methods. Results. It was established that every fifth student of the Belgorod State University and every third of the ASMU did not enter the medical university on their own initiative. Less than half (43 %) of Belgorod State University students and 30.4 % of the ASMU ones are convinced that the choice of profession was correct, 35 and 37.4 % are, consequently, completely disappointed with it. Students of Belgorod State University dealt with training stress factors poorer and, as a result, have more pronounced mental symptoms of training stress, difficulties in organizing the daily regimen, irregular nutrition, and fear of the future. Regardless of the region of studying, the number of students not committed to the medical profession, after 5 years of study, is more than 3 times higher among those who enter the university not on their own initiative. Students of the ASMU hit substances, skipped classes, played computer games and took sedative drugs more often to overcome academic stress. The degree of anxiety before the exams in students of Belgorod State University was higher (9 points) than in their peers from the State Medical University (7 points). An extremely high (8–10 points) level of anxiety before exams was characteristic of 75,9 and 44,3 % of students, respectively. The former were more likely to experience clinically significant panic attacks: 27,7 and 6,1 %. Conclusion. Given the high incidence of social phobia (19,1–24,1 %), depression (22,6–32,2 %) and anxiety (21,9– 27,8 %) among medical students, the development and implementation of psycho-correctional programs aimed at the formation of adaptive ways to overcome stress, reduce anxiety and depression is required. This will prevent the development of psychosomatic disorders and addictions.

A utilização de novas metodologias em sala de aula é um assunto recorrente dentro das discussões sobre o ensino de geografia. Possuindo isso em mente, como produto da disciplina de Oficina em Geografia II da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE) foi elaborado um material didático alternativo com objetivo de auxiliar os docentes na construção de um ensino contextualizado de Geografia. Essa pesquisa objetiva apresentar uma metodologia alternativa para o ensino de Geografia que visa praticar além da ação cognitiva de memorizar um conceito, trabalhando a interdisciplinaridade, a criatividade, o emocional e a cooperação. A proposta foi construir um RPG (Role Playing Game), que é um jogo que se utiliza da interpretação de personagens para criar e contar histórias coletivamente nas quais todos os agentes se tornam ativos dentro desse processo. Realizaram-se os seguintes procedimentos: revisão bibliográfica, seleção e adaptação do sistema de regras. Por fim, produziu-se a aventura de RPG intitulada “A busca pelo arco de Gelo”, que trabalha alguns aspectos físicos do nordeste brasileiro principalmente do estado do Ceará. Após a elaboração do material constatou-se a importância de trabalhar perspectivas para além do conteudismo. Sentiu-se a necessidade de aplicar no ensino básico para mensurar seu real impacto. With that in mind, as a result of the discipline Workshop in Geography II from the State University of Ceará (UECE) was created, an alternative didactic material with the aid of teachers in the construction of a contextualized geography teaching. This research looks to show an alternative perspective for the teaching of geography that aims to practice beyond the cognitive action of memorizing the concept, but also working on interdisciplinary, creativity, the emotional and cooperation. The proposal was to build an RPG (Role Playing Game), which is a game that uses character interpretation to create and tell stories collectively in which all agents become active within that process. The following procedures were executed: bibliographic review, selection and adaptation of the rules system. At the end, it produced an adventure of RPG "The search for the arc of Ice" that works on physical aspects from the Brazilian northeast, focusing on the state of Ceará. After the material elaboration, it was clear the importance to work on perspectives beyond content. It felt the need to apply the didactic resource to measure its real impact. Con eso en mente, como resultado de la disciplina Taller de Geografía II de la Universidad Estatal de Ceará (UECE), se creó un material didáctico alternativo con la ayuda de los maestros en la construcción de una enseñanza de geografía contextualizada. Esta investigación busca mostrar una perspectiva alternativa para la enseñanza de la geografía que tiene como objetivo practicar más allá de la acción cognitiva de memorizar el concepto, pero también trabajando en la interdisciplinaria, la creatividad, lo emocional y la cooperación. La propuesta era construir un juego de rol (RPG), que es un juego que utiliza la interpretación de personajes para crear y contar historias colectivamente en las que todos los agentes se vuelven activos dentro de ese proceso. Se ejecutaron los siguientes procedimientos: revisión bibliografico, selección y adaptación del sistema de reglas.   Palabras clave: Recurso didáctico. RPG Geografía Física.
