Internet marketing or digital marketing, is the fastest growing type of promotion for brands and companies to connect with potential customers. There are as many specializations within digital marketing as there are ways of interacting using digital media. This study evaluates and describes the usage of social media marketing as most common type of digital marketing used for self-promotion of the pharmacy sector in the Republic of North Macedonia. Social media marketing is raising brand awareness by engaging people in discussion online. The most popular platforms for social media marketing are Facebook and Instagram. For the purpose of the analysis, data from social network profiles Facebook and Instagram and from the websites of the 1000 pharmacies is used. This data includes: profile content, frequency of posts of health related articles and products, presence of relevant information and links to sites from which the content is shared, frequency of posting offers and sales at the pharmacy. The conducted research shows that the use of Internet as a digital marketing tool in Republic of North Macedonia is not sufficiently developed, especially when websites are used as a marketing tool for promotion of the pharmacy business and their services. The results show that Facebook as social media is used most frequently for posting health advices, promotion of new products and answering customer’s questions. Promotion of the professional pharmaceutical services is lower than the promotion of products. This leads to insufficient data for the implementation of the principles of evidence-based medicine in daily practice. Sentiment analysis mainly supports sorting out the polarity and provides valuable information with the use of raw data in social media platforms. Many fields like health, business, and security require real-time data analysis for instant decision-making situations.Since Twitter is considered a popular social media platform to collect data easily, this paper is considering data analysis methods of Twitter data, real-time Twitter data analysis based on geo-location. Twitter data classification and analysis can be done with the use of diverse algorithms and deciding the most appropriate algorithm for data analysis, can be accomplished by implementing and testing these diverse algorithms. This paper is discussing the major description of sentiment analysis, data collection methods, data pre-processing, feature extraction, and sentiment analysis methods related to Twitter data. Real-time data analysis arises as a major method of analyzing the data available online and the real-time Twitter data analysis process is described throughout this paper. Several methods of classifying the polarized Twitter data are discussed within the paper while depicting a proposed method of Twitter data analyzing algorithm. Location-based Twitter data analysis is another crucial aspect of sentiment analyses, that enables data sorting according to geo-location, and this paper describes the way of analyzing Twitter data based on geo-location. Further, a comparison about several sentiment analysis algorithms used by previous researchers has been reported and finally, a conclusion has been provided.

This chapter applies the agent-affordance framework introduced in Chapter 2 to the ever-changing information ecosystem in South Korea by identifying changes in key agents and affordances in the country over the past three decades. This is accomplished in the context of co-adapting technological, cultural, political, and legal environments in the country. The chapter provides the background information necessary to explicating the dynamics of information generation and dissemination by and between different agents in South Korea. In particular, it contributes to enhancing understandings of technological, social, political, and legal affordances in South Korea that lay the groundwork for analyses in the subsequent chapters. South Korea’s news media environment, citizens’ use of social media, concerns of misinformation, and issues related to the division of the Korean Peninsula are discussed in the context of agent-affordance interactions. Secondary data analysis is used to document changes in the media environment and ecology in South Korea.

The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and pretest-posttest. The results of the study show that the development of the addition garden media with the help of articulate storyline 3 on the concept of addition is already valid. The results of the pretest and posttest were calculated using the paired sample T-Test analysis technique, the results obtained were count > table or 12,665 > 2,093, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference between before and after being given treatment using the media garden summation assisted by articulate storyline 3 on the concept of summation in the first grade of SDN II Linggasirna. Based on the average results, the posttest value of 87.30 is greater than the pretest of 66.05.
