Halal label was not only related to substances forbidden for a particular religion, but was also associated with many other important things. The talk about halal label issue also meant a talk about health and hygiene. This research aimed to determine the learning level of consumer of the concept of halal-labeled snack; to know how to influence learning, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, and the prices on consumer behaviour of packaged halal-labeled snack, either partially or simultaneously. The effect was determined using a multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through compiled structured questionnaires based on certain indicators addressed to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a convenience sampling technique, where the sample was selected from members of the population willing to become respondents. The choice of location was determined intentionally (purposive). Attitude scale used was Likert scale, and scale variable used was interval scale. The results showed that the consumer learning level on a basic concept of halal contained in a halal label was very high. This was proven with the results of the interpretation of a score interval, i.e. 88.12%. Consumer behaviour towards snacks in packaging labeled halal simultaneously was influenced by learning, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, and price, while attitude and price influenced partially.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world of its 240 million people,88.2% are Muslims. Islamic banks exist because of the public's need for alternative transactions thatare interest-free. However, the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia is still not optimal, one of thefactors is that people are still not enthusiastic about Islamic banks and the lack of intention of thepeople to become customers of Islamic banks. There are several factors that affect the intention interms of planned behavior theory, namely attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behaviorcontrol. So the research aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and perceptionsof behavioral control on the intention of the people of Bekasi city to become customers in Islamicbanks. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are the results ofquestionnaires distributed to 12 districts in the city of Bekasi. The sample consisted of 132 people inBekasi city who were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data were tested partially andsimultaneously. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version22. The results of this study show partially that attitude variables have a positive and significant effect, subjective norm variables have a positive and significant effect, behavioral control perceptions have apositive but insignificant effect on intention to become a customer. Islamic Bank. Meanwhile, attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control simultaneously have a significant positive effect onthe intention to become a customer of Islamic banks. Future research is expected to expand the scopeof research, add variables and other factors and extend the research period.

The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained 17 samples with 5 years of observation so there were 85 units of analysis. Data collection technique used documentation technique. The analysis tool to test hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that variables of liquidity and audit committee have a positive effect on the sustainability report disclosure. Leverage has a negative effect on sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, company size, profitability, company activities, board of directors, and independent commissioners do not affect on sustainability report disclosure. The conclusion in this research is variables of leverage, liquidity, and audit committee can provide an important role in sustainability report disclosure. Purpose Despite various regulatory frameworks to combat unethical conduct, fraud and corruption remain alarmingly high. While whistleblowing is an important mechanism to identify and prevent unethical conduct, there is a lack of empirical studies on this issue in the Malaysian context, especially whistleblowing within the audit firms. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the whistleblowing intention of external auditors in Malaysia and the factors influencing this intention. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that was sent by post to external auditors throughout Malaysia. Participants were selected using a convenience non-probability sampling technique. A total of 274 responses were analyzed. SmartPLS version 3.2.8 was used for the analysis. Findings Professional commitment and independence commitment had a positive influence on whistleblowing intention, supporting the argument that professional factors can increase the intention of the external auditors to whistleblow. Perceived behavioural control had a positive relationship with whistleblowing intention, while there is no evidence to indicate that attitude and subjective norms influence whistleblowing intention. Originality/value This study explored whistleblowing among external auditors in Malaysia by focussing on the professional factors of professional commitment and independence commitment, which were hypothesized to be key factors in intention to whistleblow. These factors were incorporated with a multi-component of attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control, which were derived from the theory of planned behaviour. The findings have implications for the auditing profession because they provide a better understanding of the factors that influence the whistleblowing intention of external auditors.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms on the interest of visiting tourists in Ora Beach. The population of this study are all domestic and foreign tourists who while visiting Ora Beach tourism objects from the period of February to March 2019. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a final sample of 49 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms proved to have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists in Ora Beach. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of the physical environment and attitude which shows that if the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms increase, the increase will be followed by an increase in tourist interest in visiting Ora Beach. Thus it can be said that increasing the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms will increase the interest of tourists visiting Ora Beach. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms on interest in tourist visits at Ora Beach and Banda Island. The population in this study were all tourists who visited 2 tourist sites in Central Maluku Regency, namely Ora Beach and Banda Island. Based on the character inherent in the population, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique with a final sample size of 62 tourists. Testing research data begins with testing research instruments (validity and reliability tests), testing classical assumptions followed by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms which, if an increase, will be followed by an increase in interest in tourist visits. Thus it can be said that the increase in the value of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms will encourage an increase in interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island.

This study developed a model that predicted factors that prompt the intention to take the COVID-19 vaccine among Nigerians. Data were collected from 385 respondents across Nigeria using snowball sampling technique with online questionnaire as instrument. Results indicated that cues to action, health motivation, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control positively predicted the intention to take COVID-19 vaccine in Nigeria. However, perceived susceptibility, severity, and COVID-19 vaccine benefits did not predict the intention to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Further findings showed that COVID-19 vaccine barrier and attitude was negatively associated with the intention to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
