This research conducted in KepulauanYapen Regency Province of Papua. Objectives of this research to: (1) knowing and explaining internal factors (weakness and strength) and factors of external (threat and opportunity) farming system of local coffee KepulauanYapen Regency Province of Papua, (2) Formulating for development strategy of farming system local coffee correct to be applied in KepulauanYapen Regency Province of Papua. Method used in this study is descriptive analysis method. Determine of location done by purposive. Data part of primary and secondary data. Samples of respondent counted 40 and for Analysis of data using SWOT method. Result of SWOT analysis and IFAS-EFAS matrix show development of farming system district Kepulauan Yapen Province of Papua reside in II quadrant with weakness factor and opportunity more uppermost than threat and strength. Weakness more uppermost at that is exploiting of land in farming system of local coffee, plantation local coffee which have is old, not plant superioring seed of local of coffee, widespread land of farming location and the limited officer of extension agent (PPL). While opportunities which must be exploited wide of farming area, land is fertile and climate supporting growth coffee crop.Using superioring seed will be able to increase product and productivity local coffee. Formulation of the core strategies that should be used as a local coffee farm development strategy in KepulauanYapenRegency namely; optimizing land, improving farming techniques,  to establish areas of local development of coffee farming an affordable, performing a selection  of local coffee varieties and build the garden collection, increase farmers’ land ownership status are certified, Pursue partnerships and improve human resources/ farmers local coffee in KepulauanYapen Regency.

Natural attractions Labuan Cermin Lakes one of the potential of this attraction to be developed in order to increase investment, employment, business opportunity and ultimately to improve the welfare of society. The development of tourism sector in the economy has a trickle-down effect to other sectors. This study aims to identify the conditions of the environmental setting Subdistrict Biduk-biduk in terms of the socio-economic and cultural as well as the structure of the population, analyzing the perception of tourists to the natural attractions of Labuan Cermin Lakes, analyzing the growth of travelers who make Danau Labuan Cermin as a tourist destination, analyze the economic valuation of resource benefits environment and natural nature Labuan Cermin Lakes and designing models of development and management of Labuan Cermin Lakes nature in a sustainable manner. The method used is descriptive analysis method, analysis Travel Cost Method and SWOT analysis by respondents as many as 100 tourists and is supported by other primary and secondary data. The results based on primary and secondary data, Subdistrict Biduk-biduk with an area of 3.002.99 km, tropical climate and altitude of 1 (one) to 3 (three) meters above sea level. The total population of 5,631 inhabitants with a growth of 3.38% in 2014. The majority of fishermen and coconut plantations for copra. There are three tourist destinations, Labuan Cermin Lakes, Kaniungan Island and Bidadari Waterfalls. Perception rating of the facility Labuan Cermin Lakes is quite satisfactory with the percentage of 30% and the perception of tourists to services is 51%. Trend tourists who come to the tourist attraction of Labuan Cermin Lakes continue to increase from year to year with forecasts in 2016 to 2021 there was an increase of 12.4% annually. The magnitude of the economic value of natural resources and environmental benefits nature Labuan Cermin Lakes, 100 respondents from eight zones pay to enjoy the natural scenery of Lake Labuan Cermin Rp.1.099.437,- and if in 2015 as many as 22 504 tourists then obtained the value of tourism resources of Labuan Cermin Lakes Rp. 24,741,741,500,- as well as the surplus value amounted Rp.2.969.008.980,- travel traveler growth at 12.4% per year. Shape the direction of the development strategy of Labuan Cermin Lakes nature in a sustainable manner, Labuan Cermin Lakes facilities must have a good support for, the development of additional recreational facilities, development of creative entrepreneurial community and increased accessibility to Labuan Cermin Lakes.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The development of the fisheries and marine sector absolutely must be done to increase the production and competitiveness of fisheries and marine products. The Government of Indonesia has established several areas as minapolitan areas, one of which is West Sumbawa Regency as a minapolitan area for seaweed development. Besides seaweed, the minapolitan area has many other potentials that can be developed to improve the competitiveness and added value of the minapolitan area. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the potential of the Minapolitan Area, analyze the internal and external factors of the Minapolitan Area, and formulating the development strategy of the West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan Area. This research was conducted from October to December 2020, in Labuhan Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency, which was selected by purposive sampling. The data used include primary data from the interview results of respondents and secondary data from several related agencies. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West Sumbawa Regency minapolitan area apart from being a seaweed development area also has other potentials such as capture fisheries, marine and inland aquaculture, tourism (small islands, beaches, seaweed education), agricultural food crops, plantations, and animal husbandry. West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan area development strategy, is a SO (Strengthness-Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes the strengths to seize opportunities or aggressive strategies which include Encouraging investment in the Minapolitan area, Diversifying fishery and agricultural processed products, Increasing development and optimizing use facilities and infrastructure of production, processing and marketing activities of agricultural products in a broad sense and tourism, increasing the potential of agriculture and fisheries and tourism in order to expand employment opportunities and facilitate and accelerate licensing and investment service rules.

This study aims (1) to determine the income and feasibility of cultivation business using minapadi system (2) to know the level of cost risk, income and profit of farming minapadi, (3) to know the development strategy of cultivation using minapadi system in Sleman District of Yogyakarta. To analyse and interpret the data, it used descriptive analysis method. The location of the research was determined purposively it was in Seyegan Sub District. The number of respondents in this research was 43 farmers which consist of 23 minapadi farmers and 20 non minapadi farmers. The analysis used in this research was income, feasibility, risk and SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the income and profit of minapadi farmers are more than the non-minapadi farmers. The feasibility analysis of farming system in conducting the cultivation using minapadi system and non minapadi system respectively at 1.43 and 1.27, so that these two businesses are worthy to run since the value of R/C ratio was more than 1. The risk analysis shows that in the farm integrating minapadi has lower risk of costs, revenues, and profits. The appropriate strategy for the development of minapadi farming is the S-T strategy which is by utilizing the strengths to minimize the threats.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue and profit in potato cultivation in  Ngablak  subdistrict,  analyze  internal  and  external  factors,  formulate  strategic alternatives, prioritize strategies that can be applied in developing in potato cultivation in  the  Ngablak  subdistrict.  The  basic  method  of  research  is  descriptive  analysis.  The research location in Ngablak subdistrict  Magelang regency. The data used are primary and  secondary  data.  Analysis  of  the  data  were  used:  (1)  Cost,  Revenue,  Income  and Profit, (2) Analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation, (3) External Factor Evaluation, (4) SWOT  Analysis,  (5)  QSPM.  The  Results  showed,  the  cost  potato  cultivationis Rp.11,413,271.00,  revenue  is  Rp.18,631,117.00.  income  to  Rp.7,217,846.00  and  the profit received Rp.4,827,071.00. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that there are four strengths and six weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) shows that there are six opportunities and three threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that  can  be  applied  is  to  maintain  the  quality  and  increase  the  quantity  of  potato cultivation  with  agricultural  intensification,  maximizing  land  for  planting  potato through  monoculture  cropping  systems  and  crop  rotation  as  well  as  utilizing  existing technology and marketing cooperation relationship with more than a middleman. QSPM analysis showed that the priority of strategy can be applied is to maintain the quality and increasing the quantity of potato cultivation with agricultural intensification.

This study aims to analyze the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs based on field observations and recommend appropriate strategies in implementing CSR in the National Park Management ( PTN ) Cianjur Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park. Working methods in this study include the evaluation stage uses a conceptual framework for descriptive analysis and recommendations on technical and drafting stage strategy using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis, CSR program in Cianjur PTN is aggressive ( points 2.22; 1.74 ) is a strategic position. Proposed development strategy that can be implemented that increase the public's understanding, increase community participation, the optimization of the use of funds, and improve the performance extension, Polhut, PEH and operators in the implementation of CSR activities.

Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion.
