The development of the fisheries and marine sector absolutely must be done to increase the production and competitiveness of fisheries and marine products. The Government of Indonesia has established several areas as minapolitan areas, one of which is West Sumbawa Regency as a minapolitan area for seaweed development. Besides seaweed, the minapolitan area has many other potentials that can be developed to improve the competitiveness and added value of the minapolitan area. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the potential of the Minapolitan Area, analyze the internal and external factors of the Minapolitan Area, and formulating the development strategy of the West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan Area. This research was conducted from October to December 2020, in Labuhan Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency, which was selected by purposive sampling. The data used include primary data from the interview results of respondents and secondary data from several related agencies. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West Sumbawa Regency minapolitan area apart from being a seaweed development area also has other potentials such as capture fisheries, marine and inland aquaculture, tourism (small islands, beaches, seaweed education), agricultural food crops, plantations, and animal husbandry. West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan area development strategy, is a SO (Strengthness-Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes the strengths to seize opportunities or aggressive strategies which include Encouraging investment in the Minapolitan area, Diversifying fishery and agricultural processed products, Increasing development and optimizing use facilities and infrastructure of production, processing and marketing activities of agricultural products in a broad sense and tourism, increasing the potential of agriculture and fisheries and tourism in order to expand employment opportunities and facilitate and accelerate licensing and investment service rules.

Tamarillo has soft characteristics and contains a lot of water so they are easily damaged if stored in fresh form, therefore it is necessary to have post-harvest handling in the form of processing in order to extend the shelf life. The study aims to analyze the costs, income, and profits, as well as the feasibility seen from the R / C, break event point (BEP), and the added value of various tamarillo processed products. The study was conducted in a survey of all tamarillo processed agroindustry in Wonosobo Regency, which amounted to 6 agroindustries. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The study uses primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data by means of documentation. Tamarillo processed products consist of candied, fruit juice, dodol, wajik, and candied pumpkin. The results showed that the production of candied tamarillo is the most compared to other processed products and can generate the greatest income and profits. All tamarillo processed products are feasible based on R/C, BEP, and value-added criteria. The development of tamarillo agro-industry needs the support of the government and related parties to provide education to consumers about the benefits of tamarillo.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. Abstrak - Sapi potong merupakan salah satu ternak ruminansia yang mempunyai kontribusi terbesar sebagai penghasil daging. Selama ini produksi daging sapi di Indonesia belum mampu memenuhi permintaan dalam negeri yang cenderung meningkat setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah melakukan impor daging sapi dan bakalan antara lain Australia, Selandia Baru dan Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar yang mempengaruhi jumlah populasi sapi potong dan menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha ternak sapi potong. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara serempak variabel tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar terima Ha tolak H0 dan signifikan terhadap jumlah populasi sapi potong. Secara parsial variabel tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar terima Ha tolak H0 dan signifikan terhadap jumlah populasi sapi potong, sedangkan pasar tidak signifikan. Strategi yang perlu diterapkan adalah strategi internal kekuatan dan strategi eksternal peluang yakni memanfaatkan peluang dengan kekuatan yang ada.The Development Strategy Of Agribussiness-Oriented Beef Cattle In District Of Kuta Baro Aceh BesarAbstract - Beef cattle is one ruminants which has the largest contribution as a producer of meat. During the production of beef in Indonesia has not been able to meet growing domestic demand tends to increase every year. Therefore, the government has to import beef and feeder including Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This study aimed to analyze the labor, capital, technology and markets that affect the number of beef cattle population and determine the business development strategies of cattle. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is by using multiple linear regression and SWOT analysis. The results showed that simultaneously variable labor, capital, technology and markets accept Ha reject H0 and significant impact on the number of beef cattle population. In partial labor, capital, technology and markets accept Ha reject H0 and significant impact on the number of beef cattle population, while the market is not significant. The strategy needs to be implemented is the strategy of internal strength and external strategic opportunities that take advantage of opportunities to the forces in the field.

ABSTRAK                                                                        Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peramalan populasi sapi potong, diversifikasi produk daging sapi potong, dan strategi pengembangan sapi potong di Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan di Jawa Timur. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dan FGD dan data sekunder yang diambil dari BPS, dinas terkait, buku-buku referensi dan internet. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis time series menggunakan metode Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) dengan Eviews, analisis nilai tambah dan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari peramalan produksi sapi potong pada tahun 2017 hingga 2022 cenderung meningkat. Diversifikasi produk pengolahan sapi potong yaitu bakso dan abon daging. Hasil analisis nilai tambah, margin untuk keuntungan usaha bakso yaitu 22,18%, lebih kecil daripada marjin pendapatan atau imbalan tenaga kerja yaitu 32,73%. Margin untuk keuntungan industri usaha abon daging yaitu 23,12%, lebih besar daripada marjin pendapatan atau imbalan tenaga kerja yaitu 18,29%. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi kompetitif relatif dan berada pada kuadran SPEKULATIF dengan nilai IFAS 1,99 dan EFAS 3,72. Pengembangan sapi potong di Jawa Timur memiliki peluang yang prospektif akan tetapi produsen belum mampu mengembangkannya.Kata Kunci : diversifikasi, populasi, spi potong, strategi pengembanganABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to forecast beef cattle population, diversification of beef products, and strategies of developing beef cattle in East Java. The study was conducted in East Java. The method used in this study was descriptive and co-relational methods. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews and FGDs; and secondary data taken from BPS, related agencies, reference books, and the internet. The method of data analysis used was time series analysis using the Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) method with Eviews, value-added analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results obtained from forecasting beef cattle production in 2017 to 2022 show an increased trend. Diversification of beef processed products are meatballs (bakso) and meat floss (abon). The results of value-added analysis showed the margin for the profit of the meatball business was 22.18%, relatively smaller than the income margin or labor benefits, which was 32.73%. The margin for the industrial profits of the shredded meat business was 23.12%, which was greater than the income margin or labor benefit (18.29%). The results of the SWOT analysis indicated that the relative competitive position is in the SPECULATIVE quadrant with IFAS value of 1.99 and EFAS 3.72. This means that beef cattle development in East Java has a prospective opportunity but producers have not been able to develop it.Keywords: beef, diversification, development strategy, population

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

AbstractThe decline in fishermen's income was triggered by increased household needs while the income of fishermen's fate seemed to be unbearable. This is also experienced by Neyan in the Coastal Region of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. Their income continues to decline even more often they have no cost for their daily lives. They are in debt which is strangling their necks. They are increasingly desperate because there is no solution offered either from the government or from other relevant parties. Starting from the background, the problem is formulated as follows: 1. What causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. How do they increase their income. The research objectives are: 1. To describe and analyze what causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. To analyze how they increase their income. This research will be carried out in the Coastal Area of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency in 2017 since it was signed a work contract with LPPM. The method in this study is purposive sampling method. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Mereka terlbat utang yang semakin mencekik leher.  Mereka semakin putus asa karena belum ada jalan keluar yang ditawarkan baik dari pemerintah ataupun dari pihak-pihak terkait lainnya.  Bertitik tolak dari latar belakang tersebut maka masalah dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1. Apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah : 1. Untuk mengdeskripsikan dan menganalisis apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2017 sejak di tandatangani kontrak kerja dengan LPPM. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion.
