<em>In the framework of improving agricultural performance, almost all agriculture seeks to make changes to the work system because the system is applied almost unfit for use for agricultural operations especially in the processing of data complex and routine. The main reasons for the use of information technology in data processing of statistical reports pertanin is efficiency, time and cost savings. Besides the increased effectiveness, achieving the output of agricultural statistical data reports correctly is a necessity of every agriculture. Due to the important role of information technology, information technology becomes something that is required to support activities. In this study the authors use Field Researce method is to conduct direct research into the field, from the results of collected data, then the author uses Laboratory Researce method is to process the results of research data in computer labor and then the author also uses Library Research method of conducting library research. From the results of this study can be designed a system of agricultural statistical reports, which in the design is carried out the development of information generated from the old system and there is a way of working from the system itself by using the computer as a tool. It is expected that this information system can help and facilitate employees in processing the data</em>

The progress of the banking system cannot be separated from the role of information technology. In addition to facilitating the company's internal operations, technology tools also aim to facilitate service to bank customers. One side of Information Technology provides not a few benefits to improving services both public services and internal services. On the other hand Information Technology is used by people who are not responsible by committing acts that are against the law, which attacks various legal interests of the people, society, and the state. This study aims to get information about banking crimes that use the skimming method and about legal protection for customers who are victims of skimming crime. The research method is juridical normative, namely obtaining and combining and analyzing data obtained from books, articles and journals and related legislation. The results obtained are that crime skimming is an old mode of customer money burglary which is done by stealing customer data at the customer's ATM with skimmer techniques. Legal protection against customers who are harmed due to the crime of skimming can be carried out by criminal means, namely reporting to the police and the police's duty to arrest the perpetrators. Legal protection through civil law by way of the bank replacing the customer's money after clarifying the transaction against the customer's account

Ketika gender menjadi sebuah alat untuk menganalisis dan mendeteksi fenomena ketidakadilan antara laki-laki dan perempuan di masyarakat, maka feminis dapat menggunakan teori gender untuk membantu menganalisis berbagai bentuk diskriminasi gender yang ada atau mungkin ada dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd salah satu tokoh ilmuan Muslim yang secara terang-terangan mengaku sebagai seorang feminis. Melalui gagasan-gagasannya, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd berusaha membongkar hegemoni sektarian-rasialistik dengan melakukan dekonstruksi terhadap pemaknaan perempuan dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan model pembacaan kontekstual. Artikel ini bermaksud untuk memaparkan gagasan atau konsep dekonstruksi gender Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, baru setelah itu mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek feminitas dan peran perempuan dalam Islam. Metode penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis kajian pustaka atau library research, data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur buku, artikel, jurnal, majalah, dan hasil kajian terdahulu lainnya. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa studi kasus atas pemikiran Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tentang feminitas dan dekonstruksi perempuan dalam Islam telah memicu perdebatan di dalam konteks keagamaan, sosial, politik, dan historis. Oleh sebab itu, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd berusaha untuk memaknai kembali ayat-ayat al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan kedudukan perempuan dalam Islam.   When gender becomes a tool to analyze and detect the phenomenon of injustice between men and women in society, feminists can use gender theory to help analyze the various forms of gender discrimination that exist or may exist in various aspects of people's lives. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd is one of the leading Muslim scientists who openly claims to be a feminist. Through his ideas, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tried to dismantle the sectarian-racial hegemony by deconstructing the meaning of women in the verses of the Koran using model a contextual reading. This article intends to elaborate on Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd's ideas or concepts of gender deconstruction, only then to identify aspects of femininity and the role of women in Islam. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature review or library research, data is obtained from various literature books, articles, journals, magazines, and the results of other previous studies. This study finds that the case study on Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd's thoughts on the femininity and deconstruction of women in Islam has sparked debates in religious, social, political, and historical contexts. Therefore, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tried to re-interpret the verses of the Qur’an relating to the position of women in Islam.

The dimension of religiosity in counseling activities becomes quite significant because counseling is an activity focused on helping individuals/counselees with all their potential and uniqueness to achieve optimal development. This study aims to examine Buddhist mindfulness counseling. The research method employed in this study was the qualitative method using library research, namely literature search utilizing library sources to obtain research data or limit research activities to Buddhist teachings. This study found a study of the basic philosophy of Buddhist mindfulness counseling, human nature, the function and role of the counselor, the counselee's experience in counseling, the therapeutic relationship between counselor and counselee, counseling techniques, and procedures. Human nature consists of a combination of psychic (<em>n</em><em>āma</em>) and physical (<em>r</em><em>ūpa</em>) which influence one another. It aims at purification of the mind, overcoming sorrow and anxiety, stopping physical and mental suffering, attaining enlightenment, and attaining liberation of <em>Nibb</em><em>āna</em>.

Abstrak Peran teknologi informasi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan baik oleh instansi, perusahaan maupun organisasi. Sebagai salah satu contohnya dengan penggunaan komputerisasi pada perusahaan sebagai alat bantu untuk menyimpan dan mengolah segala bentuk data secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Pada era digital membuat hampir semua industri terdisrupsi tanpa terkecuali industri media massa, baik cetak, radio maupun televisi. Radio menjadi salah satu media yang sangat efektif untuk mempublikasikan barang atau jasanya kepada masyarakat. Pada umumnya cara memesan iklan di radio masih menggunakan sistem manual. Untuk mempermudah dan memperluas jangkauan, maka yang dibutuhkan adalah aplikasi yang dapat memanajemen data melalui komputer dan terhubung ke jaringan internet guna mempermudah proses pemesanan iklan. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta terintegrasi dengan database MySQL pada Radio Yasika Fm Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis web yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan dari pengiklan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai periklanan.               Kata kunci: Radio, Pengiklan, Metode Waterfall, Manajemen, Website Abstract The role of information technology today is needed by agencies, companies and organizations. As one example with the use of computerization in the company as a tool to store and process all forms of data quickly, precisely, and accurately. In the digital era, almost all industries are disrupted without exception the mass media industry, both print, radio and television. Radio becomes one of the most effective media to publish its goods or services to the public. Generally, the way to order ads on the radio is still using a manual system. To simplify and expand the reach, the application is needed that can manage data through a computer and connect to the internet network to facilitate the process of ordering ads. In this research, a web-based application was designed using Waterfall method and PHP programming language and integrated with MySQL database on Radio Yasika Fm Purwokerto. AbstractCovid-19 Pandemic was greaty impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process which was performed at the school but now learning do from home with online learning. Using of information technology is very helpful on learning process in the Covid-19 virus. Online based learning used in this study is learning that utilizes the use of Whatsapp in information communication tools. However, there are some obstacles in he process of implementing learning at UPT SDN 1 Margakaya such as not all students can take part in the online learning process because of the weak internet network and not all guardians of students have handphone andenthusiastic in participating in the online based learning process. This research was conducted to determine the role of information technology in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic of UPT SDN 1 Margakaya. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the whatsapp application based learning has an important role in the implementation of learning, the other than that there are factors that greatly influence the learning process when carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Online learning, Information Technology

The increasing importance of the information revolution and terms such as ‘speed’, ‘disorientation’, and ‘changing the concept of distance’, has provided us with tools that had not been previously available. Technological developments are moving toward Fluidity, which was previously unknown and cannot be understood through modern tools. With acceleration of the rhythm in the age we live in and the clarity of the role of information technology in our lives, as also the ease of access to information, has helped us to overcome many difficulties. Technology in all its forms has had a clear impact on all areas of daily life, and it has a clear impact on human thought in general, and the architectural space in particular, where the architecture moves from narrow spaces and is limited to new spaces known as the ‘breadth’, and forms of unlimited and stability to spaces characterized with fluidity. The research problem (the lack of clarity of knowledge about the impact of vast information flow associated with the technology of the age in the occurrence of liquidity in contemporary architectural space) is presented here. The research aims at defining fluidity and clarifying the effect of information technology on the changing characteristics of architectural space from solidity to fluidity. The research follows the analytical approach in tracking the concept of fluidity in physics and sociology to define this concept and then to explain the effect of Information Technology (IT) to achieve the fluidity of contemporary architectural space, leading to an analysis of the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) architectural model. The research concludes that information technology achieves fluidity through various tools (communication systems, computers, automation, and artificial intelligence). It has changed the characteristics of contemporary architectural space and made it behave like an organism, through using smart material.

Abstract: Based on Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest, the Openness Principle is one of the ten principles as the basis of the implementation of development. This principle is significant because its complex role can lead to conflicts and disputes. In this paper, discussions are divided into two parts: 1) how the implementation is expected to be applied according to the acquisition procedure in theory; and 2) the reality that occurs in the field. The first discussion was conducted by reviewing the applicable regulations and the methods or concepts of development of the openness principle. Meanwhile, the second discussion about the reality on the field was conducted by elaborating case studies regarding problems in land acquisition. The results of this study indicate that there are gaps in the implementation of the openness principle between theory and reality in regards of land scarcity, economic inequality, and information asymmetry among the involved parties. In conclusion, the implementation of the openness principle is significant with the role of information in land acquisition.Intisari: Berdasarkan Undang Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Umum, Asas Keterbukaan adalah salah satu dari sepuluh asas yang menjadi dasar pelaksanaannya. Asas ini menjadi signifikan karena perannya yang kompleks dapat menimbulkan konflik dan sengketa. Artikel ini akan membagi pembahasan menjadi dua bagian: pertama, bagaimana implementasi yang seharusnya diterapkan pada prosedur pengadaan secara harapan, dan kedua, membahas mengenai realita yang terjadi di lapangan. Secara harapan pembahasan dilakukan dengan melakukan library research atau studi terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dan metode-metode atau prinsip perkembangan dari asas keterbukaan. Realitas di lapangan akan dielaborasi dari studi kasus mengenai permasalahan dalam pengadaan tanah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada gap dalam implementasi asas keterbukaan antara harapan dan realitas di lapangan yang bersumber dari kelangkaan sumber daya/tanah, ketimpangan ekonomi dan asimetri informasi di antara para pihak yang terlibat. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi asas keterbukaan signifikan dengan peran informasi dalam pengadaan tanah.
