The purpose of this research is 1) To know and analyze the perception of consumers in the brand image (brand image) Channel bags and 2) To determine and analyze the lifestyle (lifestyle) Consumer Channel bag. The population in this study were all women in Malang who bought bags in the online shop, using judgmental sampling techniques can then be determined as many as 100 sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: Consumer perception on brand image (brand image) bags Channel in the category brand catchy / recognizable, where the brand image (brand image) includes a unique logo, zipper logo chanel, stitch-patterned quilt (boxes), the price of comparable quality, have the serial number, made of calf leather and sheepskin, logo channel (2 c mesh), have the original card and rope chains of metal makes the consumer can easy to remember on Channel bag products. Perceptions on lifestyle (lifestyle) Consumer Channel bags can be obtained that the existence of the bag Channel can support activities, interests and opinions of consumers on the presence of products in the category Channel bag either. Lifestyle (lifestyle) consumer purse Channel can be seen that the respondents prefer to work outside the home, hobby of collecting bags, likes to shop, look for the latest fashion handbags. The consumer lifestyle can support recreational activities, family support on activities, knowledge, purchases of goods according to the needs and make the purchase because it becomes a habit.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of Sustainability Reporting on firm value and determine the ability of profitability in moderating the effect of Sustainability Reporting on firm value. This research was conducted on the winners of the Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Awards (ISRA) in 2015-2018. The number of samples taken as many as 13 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis found that Sustainability Reporting has a positive effect on firm value and profitability strengthens the effect of Sustainability Reporting on firm value. This research is a school action research that aims to improve teacher achievement through academicsupervision. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti District. The subjects of thisstudy were teachers of SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti Subdistrict with a total number of 12 people,consisting of 4 men and 8 women. This research was carried out in two cycles carried out based on the stages ofplanning, implementation and reflection. The data used is physical data. The average data analysis technique isdescriptive method. The results showed that teacher achievement motivation in the first cycle was 60.1% withgood categories and the cycle increased to 81.6% with very good categories.

AbstractThis study was conducted to the influents of the Islamic symbolisms toward the decision of consumption buying of the food products. This is a quantitative research. A survey was also involved in this research. Data are also collected through questionnaire to gain an accurate information. Data analysis technique used was a simple regression. The research findings show that Islamic symbolisms have significant influents toward decision to buy food products. That is, t value of p significant is < 0,005 (0,000 < 0, 05) while R square is 0,273 or 27,3 %. In conclusion the influents of Islamic symbols toward the decision on buying have influents as of 27, 3 %. Keywords: Islamic Symbolism, Decision on buying, food products.

This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

A B S T R A C T Investor realized that the stock market gradually decreased during World Cup.The research aimed to analyze the return of market reaction which happenned before, during, and after World Cup 2014 on ASEAN stock market. The sample involved 181 companies were included in LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI index, which fulfilled the reseach criteria. The data analysis technique used was one sampel t-test with quantitative data. Based on the result, can be concluded that Indonesia and Thailand stock markets were higly effected by World Cup. A B S T R A K Investor mengetahui bahwa setiap piala dunia berlangsung, pergerakan saham melambat. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan terjadi penurunan return saham di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa reaksi pasar dalam bentuk return terjadi sebelum, selama dan sesudah piala dunia tahun 2014 pada pasar modal ASEAN. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian.Teknik analisa data menggunakan one sampel t-test dengan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa pasar modal Indonesia dan Thailand sangat bereaksi terhadap peristiwa piala dunia tahun 2014. JEL Classification: G14, M20

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora.
