Introduction. The study of the physiological status of representatives of power structures at different stages of service is very relevant.Purpose: a comprehensive assessment of the functional state of the body of OMON fighters before and after a 4-month business trip on perform a special task associated with health and life risks. Materials and methods. 34 OMON fighters of the Komi Republic were examined before the trip and after a 4-month trip to the North Caucasus, where they constantly experienced stress. To assess the functional state of the body, a complex of anthropometric, physiometric, psychophysiological, physiological and biochemical studies was used.Results and its discussion. Before the trip, the fighters showed an increase in the time of the visuomotor reaction, the index of functional changes, the myocardium index, the centralization index, the activity index of regulatory systems, blood pressure indicators and other changes that indicate the activation of free radical oxidation processes, and the appearance in individuals of prenosological and even premorbid conditions. In most of the examined patients, a shift in the autonomic balance was found towards strengthening the sympathetic link in the regulation of heart rhythm. Hypovitaminosis was found in many fighters. After a trip, the functional state deteriorated in most indicators (increased blood pressure, personal anxiety, cholesterol, etc., decreased life index and hemoglobin content, etc.) and the number of people with depleted regulatory systems almost doubled.Conclusion. In general, the body of OMON fighters experiences increased functional stress with signs of obvious stress both before a trip to an area dangerous for health and life, and in the first days after returning to places of permanent residence in the North. In this regard, they need additional health and rehabilitation measures related to optimization of the regime of work and rest, activation of physical education, rationalization of nutrition and strengthening the work on the psychological impact.

A variety of factors influence the performance of schoolchildren. The main factors are psycho-emotional stress and systematic physical activity that requires a constant tension of body's regulatory systems aimed at mobilizing the functional body reserves. The analysis of blood pressure enables to estimate quantitative and qualitative changes in the regulation of the cardiovascular system. The combination of the Stroop test and the monitoring of the cardiovascular system make it possible to assess not only attention and cognitive function parameters, but the phases of the stress response of regulatory systems as well. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between stress factor and the functional state of adolescent cardiovascular system. In the context of stress factor (Stroop test), the circulatory system of students gets activated, and its indicators vary differently among boys and girls. At rest, girls have the lowest performance of the circulatory system. Before the test, heart rates vary in boys and girls in different ways. In the course of our study, we have found out a direct relationship between heart rate, blood pressure before and after psycho-emotional load that testifies the predominance of the sympathoadrenal system activity. We have revealed the arterial hypertension is determined by physiological and social factors. Prevention of arterial hypertension in existing standards of schools requires reconsidering and improving of educational approaches, especially in terms of physical education.

Introduction. Maintaining and strengthening young athletes’ health is very important since a growing body is more sensitive than an adult one. The overload on young athletes’ bodies’ functional systems is much higher compared to their peers who do not engage in intense physical activities and sports. This study aimed to assess the functional changes in the body of young athletes practicing sports games in the training process. Materials and methods. The functional state of the body of young athletes practicing five types of sports (volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, and handball) was studied on a representative group of 94 people, of which 50 (53.2%) males and 44 (46.8%) females with an average age of 17.7 ± 0.19 years. The cardiovascular system, central nervous system, respiratory system, and musculoskeletal system were investigated. The functional state assessment was carried out, taking into account the degree and direction of changes in the dynamics of training of individual indicators and integral indicators. It was determined the degree of risk of developing adverse functional changes. To identify premorbid states, we establish the type of self-regulation of blood circulation. Results. The obtained results in this study indicate that significant changes express the biological significance of the response of athletes to the conditions of training in the indices of the functions of the cardiovascular and central nervous systems and the musculoskeletal system. The indices of the functional state of the young athletes’ body at the end of the training changed in both directions. The degree of their severity fluctuated within limits from little too clearly expressed values. On the part of the cardiovascular system, an acceleration of heart rate from 60.1 ± 0.93 to 123.1 ± 0.93 beats/min (p < 0.001) was noted, an increase of systolic blood pressure from 101.1 ± 2.84 to 129.2 ± 1.40 mm Hg. (p <0.001), diastolic arterial pressure from 65.8 ± 1.60 to 76.3 ± 1.20 mm Hg. (p < 0.001), pulse pressure from 33.5 ± 2.35 to 71.5 ± 0.85 mm Hg. (p < 0.001), systolic pressure from 78.3 ± 1.75 to 84.2 ± 1.06 ml (p < 0.001), minutes volume from 4.3 ± 0.22 to 10.3 ± 0.11 l (p < 0.001), total peripheral resistance from 934.2 ± 42.11 to 1646.4 ± 37.61 dyn•s/cm5 (p < 0.001). On the part of the central nervous system, there was an increase in visual motor reaction from 236 ± 20.0 to 389 ± 5.3 ms (p < 0.001) and the auditory-motor reaction from 160 ± 3.8 to 256 ± 7.7 ms (p < 0.001). Young athletes who play volleyball have a higher load on the cardiovascular system. Functional changes are more pronounced in female athletes. The risk of developing unfavorable functional changes was noted for 15 physiological indices. The relative risk varied within 1.03-2.45 for boys and 1.04-2.90 for girls. The most pronounced risk is characteristic for total peripheral resistance (RR = 1.60), minutes volume (RR = 1.58), systolic pressure (RR = 1.55) in boys and systolic pressure (RR = 2.35), minutes volume (RR = 2.21), systolic arterial pressure (RR = 1.75), diastolic arterial pressure (RR = 1.73) and peripheral blood pressure (RR = 1.52) in girls. Conclusions. When playing sports games, a specific professional environment for different types of sports games is formed, this harming the functional state, performance, and health of young athletes.

Introduction. Psychic retardation and its correction in children is an important problem in children’s psychoneurology. It is necessary to extend the variety of treatment methods, also by means of osteopathy. The analysis of the cardiac rhythm vaiability gives information about the functional state of the body and permits to follow its dynamics.Research objectives. Evoluate the influence of osteopathic treatment on the functional state of children presenting psychic retardation (according to the data of the spectral analysis of the cardiac rhythm variability). Research methods. An osteopathic evaluation and an analisys of the cardiac rhythm variability were held in a group of children presenting psychic retardation (31 boys aged from 5 to 7) before and after three osteopathic consultations. The statistical data processing was held with the use of the Wilcoxon test.Results. All the children presenting psychic retardation had somatic dysfunctions and tension of the body’s regulating systems (according to the evaluation of the data of the cardiac rhythm variability). After the course of osteopathic treatment on the background of correction of somatic dysfunctions all the children presenting psychic retardation showed decrease of the tension of the regulatory systems. The vegetative balance was achieved and the body’s adaptive capabilities improved.Conclusion. The results of the research permit to recommend the use of osteopathic techniques in combined therapy of children presenting psychic retardation, as well as the use of the analysis of the cardiac rhythm variability for evaluation of the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment.

Research  background  and  hypothesis.  Traditional  time  series  analysis  techniques,  which  are  also  used  for the analysis of cardiovascular signals, do not reveal the relationship between the  changes in the indices recorded associated with the multiscale and chaotic structure of the tested object, which allows establishing short-and long-term structural and functional changes.Research aim was to reveal the dynamical peculiarities of interactions of cardiovascular system indices while evaluating the functional state of track-and-field athletes and Greco-Roman wrestlers.Research methods. Twenty two subjects participated in the study, their average age of 23.5 ± 1.7 years. During the study standard 12 lead electrocardiograms (ECG) were recorded. The following ECG parameters were used in the study: duration of RR interval taken from the II standard lead, duration of QRS complex, duration of JT interval and amplitude of ST segment taken from the V standard lead.Research  results.  Significant  differences  were  found  between  inter-parametric  connections  of  ST  segment amplitude and JT interval duration at the pre and post-training testing. Observed changes at different hierarchical levels of the body systems revealed inadequate cardiac metabolic processes, leading to changes in the metabolic rate of the myocardium and reflected in the dynamics of all investigated interactions.Discussion and conclusions. It has been found that peculiarities of the interactions of ECG indices interactions show the exposure of the  functional changes in the body at the onset of the workload. The alterations of the functional state of the body and the signs of fatigue, after athletes performed two high intensity training sessions per day, can be assessed using the approach of the evaluation of interactions between functional variables. Therefore the evaluation of the interactions of physiological signals by using time series analysis methods is suitable for the observation of these processes and the functional state of the body.Keywords: electrocardiogram, time series, functional state.

Stress is an individual's adaptive response to various external pressures or demands and produces a variety of disorders including physical, emotional and behavioral disorders. Final year students often experience feelings of stress so that it can interfere with concentration to attend lectures and can even hamper completing education in a timely manner. There are several ways of managing stress, one of which is using aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is a non-pharmacological therapy, which is a type of therapy that applies direct body contact and has a therapeutic effect that combines physiological effects, caused by massage on the body, with psychological effects, which are derived from essential oils. The general purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of aromatherapy on blood pressure and stress levels by using the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale in final semester students. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design approach, in 28 intervention groups, namely respondents who were given lavender aromatherapy massage and 28 respondents in the control group. The univariate analysis was conducted to show frequency distribution and bivariate analysis was conducted by independent sample T-test and dependent sample T-test. The results showed that there were significant differences in systolic blood pressure before and after the intervention in the intervention and the control group with a p-value of 0.01 < 0.05. Whereas the stress level variable found that there is no difference in stress levels in the intervention and the control group before and after the intervention with p-value 0.169> 0.05.

Increased blood pressure (hypertension) or decreased (hypotension) affecthomeostasis in the body cause interference with the transport system of oxygen, carbon dioxide,and other metabolic outcomes. Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease prevalence andmortalityis quite high, especially in the developed and developing countries. Data Riskedas 2007 theincidence of hypertension in Indonesia reached 31.7%. Meanwhile, the data Bengkulu CityHealth Office incidence of hypertension as much as 30 According to IDHS (2012) the percentageof participants who experienced hypertension injectables is 0.5% of the number of acceptors. Thestudy aimed to determine differences in blood pressure at the injection acceptors before and afterthe use of injectables 1 month. Design research is an analytic survey with cross sectionalapproach. The population is around the injection acceptors in Puskesmas Nusa Indah Bengkuluin 2013 as many as 604 people. The sample totaled 86 acceptors taken by purposive sampling.The data is then processed by univariate and bivariate analysis. From the results of 86 researchnote acceptors injecting 1 month, blood pressure injection acceptors 1 month before and after theuse of injectables has average - average 9,070. Statistical tests obtained p = 0.000 <α = 0.05, thatthere are significant differences between the blood pressure before and after menggukan 1 monthinjectable contraceptive. For health care workers is expected to provide information andeducation to health 1 month injectable contraceptive acceptors.

The results of the research performance of the neuromuscular system of boys and girls aged from 20 to 28 years old, living in the North for over 15 years and have a different experience of tempering procedures. Mean age was 22.8 years. Indications tremors were recorded before and after local cold exposure, based on comparing the body&#180;s response in all groups surveyed. It is proved that the local cold exposure affects the parameters of the neuro – muscular man (tremorogrammy) in three groups of subjects (group 1 to 15 people is not quenched, 2nd group of 15 people hardenable less than a year, the third group of 15 people hardenable 2-xs). Were calculated and statistical indicators obtained amplitude – frequency characteristics of signals, calculate the area and the matrix of pairwise comparisons tremorogramm three groups of subjects before and after exposure. Quasi-attractor showed the greatest difference in comparison with the stochastics and the matrix of pairwise comparisons in trained almost do not change before and after cold exposure, which is indicative of a high adaptation to cold exposure.

The aim was to compare methods of body fat measurement in different BMI groups. An additional aim was to discuss differences reflecting the structural and functional changes of fat tissue. The study group included 130 adult Caucasian women stratified by body mass index (BMI): 18-24.99 (n=30), 25-29.99 (n=26), 30-34.99 (n=33), 35-39.99 (n=30), and BMI≥40 (n=11). Bioelectrical impedance was performed using Tanita TBF 410 GS, Bodystat 1500, and Omron BF 300. A caliper type Best was also applied. Correspondence of four methods with DEXA was assessed using the Bland-Altman and ANOVA analyses. Measurements by BIA were not significantly different from DEXA up to BMI of 30, but DEXA significantly overestimated in the higher BMI subgroup by all three methods. Caliper measurement significantly underestimated DEXA in all BMI subgroups. BIA methods overestimated DEXA for the obese subjects. Tanita did statistically the best. The Caliper test appeared less preferable than the BIA methods, especially in the higher BMI subgroup. DEXA and Caliper measurements seem to be the best estimate of structural (anatomical) fat quantity. We hypothesize that BIA methods could also measure some other physiopathological conditions like inflammation, hydration or cell infiltration of fat.

The result of statistical analysis obtained data on the average blood pressure inthe left group before being given the intervention of 173,76/96,41 while after being given the intervention of 170,29/93,82. On the singing group before being given intervention, the average of blood pressure of 153,06/87,41 and after being given intervention tobe 168/87. Camparative test results in both groups between before and after ihe invention were obtained p – value = 0,00 (p- value p < 0,05). Conclusion was spiritual emotional freedom techneque (SEFT) is more effective than singing to reduce the blood pressurenof the elderly with hypertension in social service home, Pucang Gading, Semarang. One of the body system disorders that is often experienced by the elderly. Namely the cardiovascular system such as hypertension. Hypertension of elderly can caused bad condition such as heartdiscase, stroke and kidney failure, there fore, intervention is needed to maintain blood pressure within normal himits.

Purpose: to identify the health effects of aquafitness on physiological parameters of women of the first mature age. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks set in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical methods; anthropometric research methods; physiological methods (vital index, strength index, Robinson index, Stange test, Genchi test, Kerdo index, Rufier test, index of functional changes (Kettle index); methods of mathematical statistics. We checked the statistical significance of the difference between the indicators before and after the experiment using nonparametric Wilcoxon criteria (p≤0.05), which were used to establish the shifts of the corresponding indicators. The research was conducted on the basis of the fitness club "Sport Live" in Chernivtsi. The transformation experiment involved 24 women aged 21-31 years. Classes were held in accordance with our comprehensive aqua fitness program, which is designed for 6 months. Class duration is 60-80 minutes, three times a week. The program developed by us included exercises from the arsenal of aqua stretching, hydroshaping, aquadance, aquarism, aqua building, aqua taibo. Results. The data obtained on the somatic health of women aged 21-31 years show a significant improvement in the results (p≤0.05) of anthropometry, the functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory system, autonomic nervous system, physical condition and performance. During the conversion experiment, the following indicators improved: life index from 45.96 ± 4.69 to 48.88 ± 0.68; power index from 35.80 ± 1.07 to 43.26 ± 0.71; Robinson's index from 85.72 ± 12.34 to 89.63 ± 10.11; barbell samples from 30. 28 ± 10.32 to 37.78 ± 12.34; Genchi samples from 16.48 ± 4.24 to 25.19 ± 4.58; Kerdo index from 5.23 ± 10.16 to 0.86 ± 8.34; Rufier's test from 12.21 ± 4.26 to 8.03 ± 2.14. Conclusions. The effectiveness of the aqua fitness program for women of the first adult age is confirmed by the results of positive changes in body weight, improvement of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body. The proposed program of classes provides optimization of the level of physical, functional and mental condition, solving problems of correction and prevention of functional disorders in health and allows to meet the needs for leisure, recreation and self- improvement of women of the first mature age.
