Problem and goal. The article deals with the processes of development of the modern information society and various educational programs, which contributes to the need for the use of information technology in the educational sphere. The aim was to identify the features of the development of educational electronic publications and resources for the International baccalaureate program, a comparative analysis of the program and a comparison with the existing program of education in Russia on the Federal state educational standard. This made it possible to take into account the peculiarities of methods of work with resources and assessment of tasks by students in this program, as well as to develop educational electronic resources for the International baccalaureate program in the discipline “Design” and to evaluate the effectiveness of these resources as tools of work. Methodology. Development of a system of educational electronic resources and teaching methods for these resources in the discipline “Design” in the framework of the international baccalaureate program are carried out through the analysis of curricula, manuals, dissertations, materials of conferences on FSES and International baccalaureate, study of scientific literature on approaches and methods for the development of electronic systems for the evaluation of the results of training, observation, organization and conduct of pedagogical experiment and analysis of its results. Results. The analysis of the FSES and the International baccalaureate training program to identify the features of the educational process in each of the programs under consideration. Various approaches and technologies to the evaluation of learning outcomes, including the system of electronic assessment are considered. On the basis of the data obtained, an educational electronic resource on the discipline “Design” within the framework of the International baccalaureate training program was developed, consisting of evaluation tasks, work with which was based on the use of information and communication technologies, and a system for evaluating the results of these tasks for grade 6. Conclusion. The results led to the conclusion that the organization of training in the discipline “Design” in the framework of the International baccalaureate program with the use of educational electronic resources will contribute to a significant increase in the interest of primary school students to the study of this subject area and, in the future, a more conscious choice of direction of training in the field of informatization. The presented method of teaching and developed educational electronic resource on the discipline “Design”, built to meet the requirements of the International baccalaureate program, will improve the efficiency of learning by students.

Today the world is in the process of rapid informatization and digitalization of society in all its spheres. The way and pace of life of a modern man is not similar to the life of previous generations. The spread of the coronavirus disease, known as COVID-19, has necessitated acceptance and adaptation to new working and learning conditions for educators from different countries. Educational institutions around the world are responding to numerous prohibitions and quarantine rules with the transition to distance learning. The crisis has already caused an online boom for education and forced teachers to be preparedto deal with this atypical situation. The most powerful source today is digital technology, or as they call it - digital learning tools, which implies competent use of the latest gadgets. Of course, global changes in public life cannot take place without changes in the educational space, so our education system now follows the experience of advanced European countries and implements many programs for the formation and development of digital literacy, including at the educational level. Definitely, Ukrainian education system follows the experience of advanced New Ukrainian School provides for the widespread use of information and communication technologies by each teacher in their own professional and pedagogical activities, which is an essential way to update and informatize the education content in different education institutions of our country. This process is impossible without the systematic use of electronic educational resources (EER) during the educational process, because they definitely create a modernized content of educational space and provide equal access to educational online materials to each participant in the educational process regardless of location, age or other aspects.

Transition to distance education in spring 2020 led to the overuse of information and communication technologies by the participants of the educational process. The aim of this study was to characterize the patterns of using electronic devices in high school students, their parents, and teachers in the settings of traditional brick-and-mortar education and distance learning. We created online questionnaires that were used to survey 200 high school students, 389 teachers and 251 parents before the transition to distance learning and also 658 teachers and 500 parents after the transition. Statistical analysis was conducted using Student’s t test, χ2, and Pearson’s contingency coefficient; relative risks were calculated using fourfold contingency tables. Differences were considered significant at p ≤ 0,05. After the transition to distance learning, the number of electronic devices used by each student increased for 96.6% of the surveyed students; the average screen time also increased. About 80% of the surveyed parents reported that their children had more health complaints; of them, 60% reported symptoms typical of computer vision syndrome. We established a correlation between the readiness to cut down on screen time and the subjective assessment of vision as perfect or good by the respondents (Pearson’s contingency coefficient 0.3; p ≤ 0.05). Our study confirms the relative risk for subjectively assessing one’s vision as satisfactory or poor in individuals who use ED on a daily basis; the risk is 1.13 for students, 1.41 for parents, and 1.27 for teachers (p ≤ 0.05). The study proves that eliminating screen time from daily activities for at least one day per week is an effective measure for preventing vision disorders.

The modern labor market, focused on the level of the technological progress, makes a set of requirements for university graduates, which are based on fluency in a foreign language. The protracted period of the pandemic forced to transfer the educational process in universities to an online format, for which the entire existing potential of e-learning of universities was used (electronic information and educational environment + modern information and communication technologies + competencies of teachers). But the question is whether the employer will be satisfied with the results of teaching young specialists a foreign language through ICT alone. The article makes an attempt to analyze the positive and negative aspects of teaching a foreign language, exclusively using the electronic information and educational environment of an organization. The research methodology and methods. The source base of the study are scientific and journalistic articles on the topic, information from the official website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation "Portal of Federal State Educational Standards". In the research the methods of structural analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization were used.

In the theory and practice of teaching primary school students great deal of attention is paid to the issue of training effectiveness and, in particular, to the issue of cognitive activity’s activation in students. The relevance of this topic can be explained by the fact that introduction of the Federal State Educational Standards of primary general education requires the teacher to know the new forms and methods of educational process organization, which could be feasible and effective in the modern conditions and interesting for children. In this article the author offers an efficient way of application of art-figurative means during the lessons in primary school. Art is the incentive of cognitive activity activation in children. Emotions give personal sense to received knowledge. The author considers the following forms of work with students: modeling of lessons, development of the technological card of a lesson, business game, and master classes. Students master methodical receptions: “transformation” into natural object, ordering of artistic images, and transformation of one art sample into another. The lessons developed by students were approved in practice at elementary school. Teachers noted positive influence of art means on activation of cognitive activity of elementary school pupils.

Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются возможности использования электронных ресурсов образовательного портала БГУ в учебном процессе. Одним из важных направлений развития системы высшего образования является внедрение информационно-коммуникационных технологий в процесс обучения, в том числе и русскому языку как неродному. В связи с этим появилась настоятельная потребность поиска новых подходов к организации учебного процесса с целью достижения его качества и уровня мировых стандартов. В статье дана информация об «Образовательном портале» и принцип его работы, также рассмотрены функции электронной библиотеки, электронных ресурсов и показаны Возможности Образовательного портала, Портала «Образование на русском» Государственного института русского языка им. Annotation: The article considers the possibility of using the electronic resources of the educational portal of Bishkek Humanitarian University in the educational process. In this regard, there was an urgent need to find new approaches to the organization of the educational process in order to achieve its quality and the level of world standards. The article provides information about the "Educational Portal" and the principle of its operation, also discusses the functions of the electronic library, electronic resources and shows Opportunities of the Educational Portal, “Education in Russian” Portal of the State Russian Language Institute of A.S. The article deals with the formation of information literacy of primary schoolchildren as an urgent problem of modern Russian education. The use of information and communication technologies by all participants in the learning process in primary school is dictated by the requirements of such regulatory documents as the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" and the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The features of the creation of an electronic information and educational environment (EIEE) and the didactic possibilities of using the Moodle distance system during the formation of skills and abilities by younger students, reflecting the required level of knowledge of information culture, are revealed.

A problem of future subject teachers training in conditions of Federal State Educational Standards introduction for various steps of an education system in Russia has been considered in this paper. For teacher�s ICT competence development a training program has been offered and a course �ICT Technical Means in Subject Teacher�s Professional Activity� has been developed. The course consists of two modules: �ICT Technical Means and Their Pedagogical Opportunities� and �Network Technologies and Their Application in Educational Process�. An electronic educational and methodical complex which structure is presented in this paper, being educational and methodical maintenance of this course, has been developed for training process efficiency increase. Preparation results indicators, control�s forms and methods, allowing to define a level of trainees� knowledge and abilities have been offered for the purpose of control and assessment related to training course materials� assimilation extent on two substantial modules. It has been shown that the developed course�s educational and methodical providing allows to optimize the future subject teachers� training process in higher education institution and also in system of professional development and professional retraining of pedagogical workers for the purpose of their professional competence formation in the area of ICT technical means use in educational process.

Introduction. Digital transformation of the educational space resulted in a new problem area associated with the search for solutions to eliminate the existing gap between the pace of digitalization of society and education and the preparation of teachers to work in the digital environment in the context of digitalization of the educational process. The article is aimed at monitoring and analyzing the possible risks of digital transformation in the general education system. Materials and methods. During the study of the possible risks of digital transformation in the general education system, a survey among teachers of general education organizations of Krasnodar region was conducted (122 people). The professional standard "Teacher (Pedagogical Activity in the Field of Preschool, Primary General, Basic General, Secondary General Education) (Educator, Teacher)" dated October 18, 2013 No. 544n and the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (FSES HE 44.03.01 Pedagogical Education) were analyzed and compared. The results of the study. The study aimed at determining the possible risks of digital transformation in the general education system showed that a significant number of respondents noted the following factors as risk zones: technical working conditions of teachers (21.3% of teachers are not provided with the necessary equipment), their ambiguous attitude to distance education (against 72.1% of teachers) and digital transformation of education (against 29.5% of teachers), incomplete understanding of trends in the development of modern education, insufficient level of mastering information and communication technologies (more than 55% of teachers possess ICT at an average or low level). The identified risks are not fully reflected in the professional standard of the teacher, which gives grounds for its significant revision and updating. Discussion and conclusion. Based on the results of the survey of teachers the following recommendations are offered: a) to provide the subjects of the educational process with the necessary computer and telecommunications equipment with high-speed Internet access; b) to create optimal working conditions for teaching staff contributing to the improvement of professional competencies under digitalization; c) to involve more teachers in the development of academic materials posted on Russian educational online resources; d) to implement educational and enlightenment activities among teachers to form ideas about the directions, opportunities and prospects of digital transformation of general education, to generate a new way of thinking of a modern teacher under digitalization.
