The relevance of this study is due to the practical significance of the issues of using game mechanisms in the process of teaching mathematics, the lack of research into the issues of symbiosis of game and didactic technologies in mastering complex mathematical knowledge, the need to search for effective technologies to establish how they affect the development of students and the formation of a modern style of thinking. The analysis of global trends and practices of introducing elements of gamification into the education system has shown that the mastering of complex knowledge and patterns of mathematical activity, the solution of problem areas of mathematics at different levels of learning and complexity is carried out by a complex of mathematical and information methods without the integration of game elements. It has been substantiated that gaming technologies in combination with the informatization of mathematical activity give a powerful motivational charge to the study of mathematics, actualize the processes of self-organization of cognitive activity, and contribute to the development of a probabilistic style of thinking. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and effective methodological support for the process of professional development of mathematics teachers in the context of gamification in mathematics study with the effect of developing a probabilistic style of thinking. The authors have developed an arrangement mechanism and determined the content of scientific and methodological support for teachers working in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide additional educational services in the context of gamification in education. The developed materials, in particular, include evaluative case tests for identifying competence deficiencies in teachers, which ensure the formation of a probabilistic style of thinking based on gamification processes by managing the information saturation of the motivational field of learning. In addition, the authors proposed an additional professional education program for teachers, Mathematics in Gaming Activities (Business, Didactic and Intellectual Games) , and developed new forms of certification and assessment materials (gamification-based didactic solutions and effective practices). Using the concept of gamification, it was possible to demonstrate the activation of cognitive and motivational structures, in particular, the effective development of a probabilistic style of thinking in the process of mastering complex mathematical knowledge through its adaptation to school mathematics. The results of the study allow making it possible to bring the process of teaching students and developing their personalities to a modern qualitative level using current achievements in the field of digitalized education.

Distance education is essentially the basis for the development of educational institutions that provide innovative services, which cannot be obtained elsewhere. It is believed that distance education is a substitute for the traditional as part of simplifying and cheapening the learning process. At the same time, the leading global trends suggest the need for the development of elements of self-education and the expansion of the geographical nature of educational offers. The relevance of the study is that it is necessary to distinguish between the use of distance education methods in the traditional sphere and the sphere of training professionals. The paper presents the concept of the need to integrate elements of distance education in the process of preparing university teachers. The authors believe that teachers in drawing up courses and applying learning technologies use the same techniques as in distance learning. Therefore, the use of distance learning technologies can be shown as the basis for the development of advanced training programs and additional professional education. The authors proposed a study on the need and sufficiency of the use of distance education technologies and the possibilities for their integration into the process of postgraduate education. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that the possibilities of self-development of teachers are fully disclosed, not only as subjects of the educational process but also as subjects of training.

The article is devoted to a topical issue of the economy and society of the 21st century - the search and scientific substantiation of methodological techniques and tools for the formation and effective use of human capital in the regions of Russia. To achieve this goal, traditional general scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, survey. It is substantiated that vocational guidance work with the young generation of Russians contributes not only to their professional and personal self-determination, but also to the successful implementation of the accumulated human capital. The development of the phenomenon of vocational guidance is considered in a historical retrospective in the context of expanding the boundaries of human freedom in the socio-economic system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the applied aspect of vocational guidance work in high school - a certified program of additional professional education “Perspective: Your Path to Success”. The article presents a career guidance project based on the program “Perspective: Your Path to Success” and implemented in Vologda on the basis of the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The uniqueness of the program lies in keeping a diary “Turn on 35!” The concept of which includes three sequential and complementary blocks: motivation, self-knowledge, resource map. The first block of the diary is devoted to the motivational component in choosing a professional path. The second block is aimed at self-knowledge and compilation by students of an individual “selfie screen” reflecting the inner world. The third block is a resource map of the region, which consists of up-to-date information about enterprises and organizations of the Vologda region, about the prospects for employment and career growth in the region. It is this aspect that determines the scientific novelty of the work. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that a similar project can be applied in other regions interested in highly effective development and preservation of human resources.

The article presents such aspects of the organization of interactive learning as technologies combination and creative approach while useing them in the process of students self-education. The possibilities of informatization are analyzed and the main directions of its use in the educational sphere are determined new opportunities for the development of students ' thinking; the selection of individual methods of obtaining knowledge through independent work with the help of information and computer technologies as a factor of convergence of educational institutions. Interactive studying made it possible to take advantage of group and individual forms, thanks to the group form of training, opportunities were provided to cooperate, establish interpersonal relationships, and learn about the world around us together. This form was implemented in compact groups of students who are united by a common educational goal, and it consists in direct guidance of the teacher through the tasks offered to the group by him. A methodology has been developed, the main tasks of which are to reveal the significance of information technologies in general and professional education, to clarify the psychological and pedagogical aspects of mastering disciplines, to reveal the practical significance of methods and means of the latest information technologies, the prospects for their application. The ways of developing a creative approach to perform laboratory and practical works, the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for independent study of the educational process, analysis of various methodological problems and psychological and pedagogical situations are shown; increasing the effectiveness of using new information technologies in learning, activating their cognitive activity, creativity, finding new knowledge with an independent research character. The criteria of students independent work (according to the manner of management and control of the teacher in quality of knowledge; by the degree of mandatory as mandatory, established by educational plans and working programs; recommended and vaulted: according to the degree of demonstration of creativity: reproductive, reconstructive, heuristic and research. The formation of students independent activity with information technologies has been developed. The method of skills forming of students independent activity in the "Moodle" is specified. В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности изучения сложных технических дисциплин путем совершенствования образовательных технологий через использование инновационных цифровых средств и ресурсов, основанных на визуализации учебных элементов. Цель статьи — рассмотреть сущность визуализации учебной информации, которая направлена не только на демонстрацию инженерных процессов и систем, но и на активизацию познавательной деятельности обучающихся и стимулирование мотивации к изучению специальных дисциплин будущей профессиональной деятельности. Теоретическая значимость статьи заключается в обосновании необходимости использования цифровых технологий визуализации для обеспечения эффективности изучения сложных инженерных дисциплин. С помощью созданного визуального фрейма работа позволяет обучать на практике будущих педагогов профессионального образования разрабатывать, модифицировать и использовать в дальнейшем компьютерные модели для подготовки инженеров. В статье по-новому на трех уровнях рассматривается сущность визуализации учебных элементов, что важно при использовании данной технологии в образовательном процессе. The article deals with the issues of increasing the efficiency of studying complex technical disciplines by improving educational technologies through the use of innovative digital tools and resources based on the visualization of educational elements. The purpose of the article is to consider the essence of visualization of educational information, which is aimed not only at demonstrating engineering processes and systems but also at activating students’ cognitive activity and motivating them to study special disciplines of future professional activity. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the justification of the necessity of using digital visualization technologies to ensure the effectiveness of studying complex engineering disciplines. The practical significance is presented through the created visual frame, which enables high-quality training of vocational training teachers in the development, modification and further use of computer models for engineering training. The article considers the essence of educational elements visualization in a new way at three levels, which is important when using this technology in the educational process.

Esta investigación replantea la estructura factorial de la ansiedad hacia las matemáticas propuesta por Autor (2006), a través del estudio de una muestra de 1220 estudiantes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. El modelo de ecuaciones estructurales sugiere un modelo basado en cuatro escalas: "Ansiedad hacia la demostración del conocimiento matemático", "Preocupación por la presencia inevitable de las matemáticas", "Ansiedad hacia la acción matemática" y "Ansiedad hacia la actividad matemática en el entorno No formal". Posteriormente, se ha analizado mediante análisis de regresión lineal múltiple (paso a paso), con el objetivo de predecir el rendimiento académico en matemáticas medido a través de la calificación del curso anterior. Los resultados muestran un mayor porcentaje de predicción en el curso más alto, lo que confirma la importancia de la ansiedad como variable predictora en el rendimiento y, por lo tanto, su influencia determinante en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, así como los resultados académicos adquiridos. This research rethinks the factorial structure of the anxiety towards mathematics proposed by Autor (2006), through the study of a sample of 1220 students of Compulsory Secondary Education. The model of structural equations suggests a model based on four scales: "Anxiety towards the demonstration of mathematical knowledge", "Preoccupation with the inevitable presence of mathematics", "Anxiety towards mathematical action" and "Anxiety towards mathematical activity in environment Not formal". Subsequently, it has been analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis (step by step), with the aim of predicting the academic performance in mathematics measured through the qualification of the previous Mathematics course grade. The results show a higher prediction percentage in the highest course, confirming the importance of anxiety as predictor variables on the performance and therefore, its determining influence on the teaching and learning process, as well as the academic results acquired.

The article deals with the problem of using electronic library resources in higher educational establishments, discloses the main directions of application of the relevant digital resources and provides methodological recommendations. The actuality of using electronic libraries with the purpose of raising the qualitative level of professional education of students of philology and their scientific activity is substantiated. The essence of the concept "electronic library" is specified. On the basis of analysis of scientific works, synthesis of educational and methodological ideas, generalization of own experience of pedagogical work, the state of use of electronic libraries in the professionally oriented preparation of future language teachers is clarified, conditions of effective use of resources of electronic libraries in the professional training of future language teachers are determined. The analysis of the use of resources of electronic libraries for support of studies and researches of students of philology has been analyzed. In this context the results of the survey and questioning of students of philology about the activity and efficiency of using the resources of electronic libraries in the educational process are described. It is empirically confirmed that the integration of digital resources of electronic libraries into the traditional system of education of philologists contributes to the increase of internal motivation for learning, activation of independent informative and cognitive activity of students, formation of key and professional competencies. It is emphasized that the efficiency of working out of the resources of electronic libraries in the professional training of future language teachers depends on the level of ICT competence of students and teachers. The prospects for studying the problem of using the resources of electronic libraries as a necessary tool for updating the content and technologies of professional training of students of philology have been determined.

The article deals with the problem of forming the lexical competence of younger teenage pupils with the use of computer games in the process of learning the Ukrainian language, the ways of its solution and the corresponding methodical recommendations are offered. The importance of creating and using computer games in order to improve the quality level of Ukrainian-language education is substantiated. The essence of the concepts of «lexical competence», «educational computer game» is specified. On the basis of analysis of scientific works, synthesis of educational and methodological ideas, generalization of own experience of pedagogical work the conditions of effective use of educational computer games within the limits of Ukrainian-language education are determined. It has been established that the integration of computer games into the traditional Ukrainian language learning system helps to provide internal motivation for learning, activating pupils ‘cognitive activity, forming general and substantive competencies. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of educational computer games in the language training of students depends on the level of professional education, ICT competence and linguodidactic skill of a teacher-translator. The educational potential of an interactive educational game complex is described, which is to stimulate interest in teaching the Ukrainian language and creates opportunities for the formation of lexical competence on the basis of electronic linguodidactics.

Attention is drawn to the fact that the livestock industry occupies a leading place not only in the economy of many European countries, but also is crucial in ensuring their food security. Foreign experience of revival and development of the livestock industry is considered. It is indicated that an important component of ensuring the stable development of each country, the life of society and the livestock industry is state policy. The role of state policy of European countries and mechanisms for its implementation in this important process are defined. It is established that the state policy measures of various European countries focus on the development of programs for state assistance to the development of farms in order to increase their competitive ability, financial support for their producers and provide various types of resources. At the stage of developing a state policy and for the purpose of its effective implementation, a system of means, tools and methods is determined by which the policy implementation mechanism is formed. Common features in the development of animal husbandry in different European countries are identified and its features are highlighted. Taking into account global trends, priority areas for the development of such sub-sectors of animal husbandry as cattle breeding, pig breeding, and sheep breeding are identified. It is noted that for the further effective development of Agriculture and the maintenance of animal husbandry in the most vulnerable rural areas, an important role is played by state regulation mechanisms aimed at social security of existing producers, especially young farmers in areas where agriculture is their main source of income. It is proposed to continue creating appropriate conditions for the full entry of animal husbandry into efficient production and full provision of the domestic market with high-quality, competitive, environmentally friendly livestock products.

Introduction. The paper is concerned with the processes of professional-pedagogical education in modern higher educational institutions and the problems of business and speech culture that face the students involved in educational and cognitive activities. Objective. The objective of the paper is to substantiate the relationship between the activity of students in the educational process and the level of their human development and communicative creativity. The research aimed to develop a methodology to organize an educational process facilitating the actualization of professionally oriented thinking (the ability to understand, reveal, and explain the value of facts and phenomena). Materials and methods. The research methodology is a generalizing analysis of the problems of vocational education, its orientation, and contents at various levels of the specialist’s personality development. The units of practical assessment were self-esteem, speech activity, knowledge of the basic forms of work with words, and interpretation of meaning within the topic of reasoning. Research results.The findings have indicated the relationship between the student’s activity in the educational process and the level of their human development, communicative creativity, business and speech culture, passivity/activity in educational and cognitive activities, the degree of understanding the responsibility for choosing a profession, and the meaning of the “professionally-oriented rapport” concept. The ways of actualizing professionally-oriented thinking have been determined. A methodology for building an interest in the investigative type of thinking and the gradual conscious acquisition of a block of knowledge has been developed and tested. The study has clarified the professional significance of the organizational forms contributing to the development of cognitive and communicative competence of pro¬fessional thought creation. Discussion and conclusion. What are the advantages of the proposed model? It reveals the meaning of what has been learned, expands the desire to understand, conveys the essence of information, develops a professionally-oriented ability to substantiate one’s viewpoint; forms an opinion on science, a scientific subject, theory, and technology in a professionally significant field of activity. The research continues, however, the preliminary findings allow the following conclusions. The result of these actions is positive dynamics in understanding the value of teachers’ professional activity, the formation of a habit of self-organization and learn-and-create activity. Today, the study of the problem of interdisciplinary integration in professional education is a historically formed direction and has been studied by scientists deeply enough. However, within the framework of the implementation of the competence-based approach in teaching, which is the focus of state compulsory education standards, the problem of interdisciplinary integration acquires a new meaning. The essence of the new meaning of interdisciplinary integration is substantiated by the modern socio-cultural conditions of globalization, informatization, interdisciplinarity, and digitalization. Interdisciplinary integration is the applied focus of the components of the educational process of the university (goal, result, content, form and methodology of teaching) and manifests itself in the relationship of academic disciplines with the content and technologies of professional activity of future teachers, as well as in the consistency of the processes of teaching and upbringing at the university. The globalization of education refers to the process of creating a worldwide unified education system, which erases the differences between the educational systems included in it. Informatization of education is a process when the sphere of education is provided with the methodology and practice of the development and optimal use of modern information technologies, focused on the implementation of the psychological and pedagogical goals of training and education. Digital skills in the modern world are necessary and must be complemented by cross-cutting interpersonal skills, as the ability to effectively interact in the current environment of distance learning. In the process of distance learning, video conferences using computer communication, virtual environment, online lectures and seminars are actively used. A distinctive feature of distance learning is computer-based learning, which contributes to the development of digital skills, since it is based on the student's independent cognitive activity, is active and personality-oriented. The above requires the development of digital skills in future teachers based on cross-subject integration. This article examines the problem of developing digital skills in future teachers based on interdisciplinary integration, and also provides a meaningful characteristic of digital skills.
