This study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and empathy for altruism in class XI of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in SMA N 3 Demak, Central Java. The method used is quantitative. Where the source of the initial research researchers conducted interviews with BK teachers in schools, which was followed up with the distribution of psychological scales in the second study and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was performed using quantitative data analysis. Data validity test is carried out with the application of SPSS 21. The results of the data test results in this study can be useful for BK teachers where it can be a means of making new breakthroughs in providing counseling services in the private and social fields that can be applied both with classical services, group guidance or counseling group.

This study aimed to determine the reality of education and religious insight of madrasah teachers as well as the relationship between education and religious insights with madrasah teachers’ work motivation in Serang District, Banten Province. The method used is descriptive method with case study approach and quantitative data analysis. The research sites were at Sultan Agung Madrasah Tirtayasa, Nurul Huda Madrasah Baros and Raudhatul Ulum Madrasah Anyer. The respondents were 50 councilors in each madrasah. Data collection techniques used in the study were questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Based on the data analysis using statistical approaches and the development of a linear regression formula and multiple regression, correlation values are quite high among the variables of educational insights (X1) with the variables of madrasah teachers’ work motivation (Y); and between variables of religious insight (X2) with the madrasah teachers’ work motivation (Y); as well as between the variables of religious and education insight (X1 and X2) with the variables of madrasah teachers’ work motivation (Y).

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Online shopping is becoming a trend in Indonesia. Seeing the trend m  any new e-commerce began to emerge. And the consumer will try to find out which marketplace can meet their expectations. The purpose of this study is to propose an integrative model of the e-loyalty development process and to test the model empirically and see how big the influence between e-marketing and e-service quality toward e-loyalty mediated by e-satisfaction. For this purpose, data was collected from a sample of 100 consumers in Java Island ie Banten, DKI Jakarta, DI Yogyakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. The selection of samples was done by purposive sampling. The data used in this study is the primary data. SmartPLS has been used for data analysis. Data was analyzed to obtain hypothesis test. The study showed e-loyalty customers at E-Commerce’s website in Indonesia are influenced by e-satisfaction, where e-satisfaction is influenced by e-sequal and e-marketing. Moreover, the result also showed e-sequal affects e-loyalty more strongly than e-marketing with e-satisfaction as mediator.  


Caries are one of the serious health problems in school-age children especially elementary school. Dental caries are one of which is influenced by the behavior of people in maintaining dental and oral health. Public behavior of dental health, one of which is influenced by a person's motivation in the habit of brushing teeth. The aim of the study was to analyse intrinsic and extrinsic motivational relationships in brushing teeth against the index debris score and tooth brushing skills at the students of SDN Sendangmulyo 02, Semarang in 2019. The types of research used are analytical surveys using questionnaires with cross sectional research plans. The samples in this study amounted to 53 samples and used purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis is conducted with the analysis of univariate and bivariate, test the relationship using the test of Spearman rank. Statistical test results showed there was a link between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic students in tooth brushing against index debris scores and tooth brushing skills, where intrinsic motivational variable statistical test results show the value of ρ-value = 0.489 (ρ-value > 0.05) and extrinsic motivation indicating the value of ρ-value = 0.095 (ρ-value > 0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to the index debris score in the students of SDN Sendangmulyo 02, Semarang City Central Java.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the influence of information quality on the decision to choose attractions with trust as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The population in this study is the age category 17-40 years which is infinite who has become followers of @folkindonesia with a sample of 220 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed online then measured by the Likert scale and path as data analysis. The results showed that the quality of information and trust significantly influence the decision to choose attractions. But not with the information’s quality which doesn’t have a significant direct effect without trust as a mediator on the decision to choose a tourists destination. Furthermore, this study also found that information quality has a significant effect on trust. Meanwhile, based on the Sobel test results trust variable succeeded in mediating the relationship between the information quality variable on the decision to choose a tourists destination

The objective of this research is to determine the extent of e-service quality and e-trust influence thee-loyalty in online shopping by combining two research models. This research employs survey by usingpurposive sampling technique to 120 internet users in Magelang, Central Java. The respondents of the research are customer that ever doing transaction more than 2 times in the website. The data analysis was done using SPSS 21.00 and hypothesis testing was through Path Analysis. The research identifiesthat four hypotheses are supported that are the relationship between of e-service quality, e-trust toe-satisfaction and e-satisfaction, e-trust to e-loyalty are positive and significant and one hypothesis isnot supported that is the relationship between e-service quality to e-loyalty is positive but not significant.

This research aims to describes the process of problem solving question of PISA in students. This research use a qualitative of research methods. The subject of this research grade VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Teras amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques are used tests, interviews, and documentation method. In this research the validity of data using triangulation techniques to compare test results data, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis techniques using whereas reduction, serving until the conclusion of the withdrawal measures adapted to the Polya. The results of this research were obtained conclusions high-capable Students can meet all the indicators in the settlement of the question of maximum, medium and low skilled students not consistent in performing the stages of completion of a matter so that insufficient.

Hospitalization does not only cause anxiety of the children, but also of the parents. Parental responses to child hospitalization such as: anger, anxiety, insecurity, uncooperative, frustrated and stressful. One of effort to minimize parental stress is the implementation of atraumatic care by nurses. The objective of this study is to know the relationship between the implementation of atraumatic care by nurses with parental stress during the infant’s hospitalization in perinatology ward, Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The type of this study was non-experimental research, with a cross-sectional design. Purposive sampling Technique was used with total of 95 respondents, whose parents were hospitalized in the Perinatology ward of Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data analysis used kendall tau. The results of this study indicated that there was a relationship between the application of atraumatic care by nurses with parental stress during the process of infant’s hospitalization in the Perinatology ward of Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Kendall tau test results obtained correlation coefficient of 0.889 with p = 0.000 (p value < 0.05). The majority of the implementation of atraumatic care was in the good category, that was 43 respondents (45.2%) and the stress experienced by parents in the low stress category, that was 44 respondents (46.3%). The better implementation of atraumatic care, the lower the stress level of parents. The conclusion was There was a relationship between the implementation of atraumatic care by nurses with parental stress during infant’s hospitalization.

Effects of Relationship in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Corporate Image on the Intention of Consumer Behavior through Customer Satisfaction at Vasa Hotel Surabaya.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the relationship of marketing, marketing communication, corporate image on consumer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The number of respondents in this study was 130 people consisting of 68 men and 62 women. Analysis of this study uses Path Analysis. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, it can be seen that together the relationship relationship marketing, marketing communication, corporate image, customer satisfaction variables simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer behavior intentions.Keywords: Relationship marketing, marketing communication, trust icon corporate, customer satisfaction, consumer behavior intention
