Kata kunci: Google Classroom, blended-learning, teknologi industri 4.0 ABSTRACTTechnology is always used in teaching and learning process. In industry 4.0, teachers are asked to develop skill in using technology. Learning focuses not only in the classroom but also it should be integrated with blended learning. This situation makes google as one biggest web tool to introduce google classroom (GC) in 2014, GC is expected to be solution to solve the problems such as limitation of time in learning. Unfortunately, many teachers do not know about GC. So, this community services program is expected to help teachers in using GC, especially English teachers. Besides, it is also to improve English language skills, such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. There are four methods of community services program, they are: a) analysis step, b) material arrangement, c) implementation, d) report. The result of community services shows that all teachers as participants do not know about GC, so they are really excited in using GC. Teachers know GC and they can implement in learning and it can be integrated learning. Teachers are easier to manage the class and help teachers to assess the assignment effectively. Nevertheless, the good connection should be determined to support the implementation of using GC.Kata kunci: Google Classroom, blended-learning, Industry technology 4.0

Vocabulary is one of the most important language components in learning the English language. A vocabulary is several English words that are taught to students in the teaching and learning process which goes hand in hand with all four English skills, especially listening. By increasing vocabulary, students’ ability for better understanding in listening, speaking, reading, and writing will likely increase. The more they listen, the more words they will add to their mastering vocabulary. Moreover, many kinds of media may be used to exercise students’ ability nowadays, which include music, video, movies, etc. English movies can provide a great chance for students to learn English vocabulary by listening. This could happen because in watching movies students often hear new words that they may never hear before. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The result showed that by watching English Movie they could add some vocabularies to their memory through listening and watching the scene in the English Movie.

Teaching Arabic at the Islamic university aims to understand Islamic books written in Arabic as well as improve language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Previous research conducted by researchers showed the weakness of students in speaking. The teaching and learning process cause this. The teacher does not use various strategies. He only tells about lessons, limited opportunities for students to talk in class and their respective motivations to talk and discuss in class. The research conducted by this researcher aims to improve speaking skills through role-playing strategies. Role-playing is one of the most effective and exciting teaching methods that help us in the learning process, especially in developing speaking skills. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic State University of Malang, Indonesia Faculty of Economics, EKA class 3. Using two cycles each containing four methods, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that role-playing strategies are useful in improving students' speaking skills. During the role-playing, they do it with confidence without feeling embarrassed or worried, and they can speak fluently, even they can work together to improve their speaking skills while acting in the teaching process.

Keywords: role-playing; teaching speaking skills; teaching strategies

Working with English learners for many years, gives you the opportunity to encounter linguistic obstacles that they face while learning English language as a foreign language. Additionally, teaching for 13 years and observing the learning process, it enables you to recognize the students’ needs and at the same time, detect linguistic mistakes that they make, while practicing the target language. During my experience as a teacher, in terms of teaching and learning verbs in general and its grammatical categories in specific, it is noticed that Albanian learners find it relatively difficult the correct use of verbs in context and even more confusing the equivalent use of verbs in Albanian. Since verbs present an important part of speech, this study aims to investigate several differences and similarities between grammatical categories of verbs in English and Albanian. As a result, the Albanian learners of English language will be able to identify some of the major differences and similarities between the grammatical categories of verbs in English and Albanian; overcome the usual mistakes; gain the necessary knowledge regarding verbs and use them properly in English and Albanian.

Although blended learning (BL) has emerged as one of the most dominant delivery modes in higher education in the 21st century, there are notable barriers and drawbacks in using BL for English language teaching and learning in Vietnamese universities. This study reports on research into the use of BL, conducted through semi-structured interviews with 30 English as a Foreign Language (EFL) lecturers from 10 different universities across the two major cities of Vietnam. The findings revealed that EFL lecturers identified eight groups of barriers and four groups of drawbacks to the successful implementation of BL. The most significant barriers included: lack of infrastructure and technology, institutional policies and support; lack of knowledge, experience and investment in using BL; lack of technological competence and information technology (IT) skills and lack of teaching time to employ web-based technologies and online resources in classrooms. Meanwhile, the most crucial drawbacks were: lecturers’ workload, ineffective use of BL, time consumption and demotivation. The authors point to the underlying factors contributing to these barriers and drawbacks and make implications for how some of these can be effectively addressed through constructive changes to policy and practice.
