The current research is executed in the mainstream of psycholinguistics within which the theory of psychological types has been developing in the last decades. The analysis of an introspective psychological type is carried out in the article on the basis of an art discourse viewing which we are guided by the theory of the identity of K.G. Jung. On the material of the story by V.P. Aksyonov "Ticket to the stars" the introspective type of the personality is being investigated for the first time; it is represented by the personage of the graduate student Victor, the elder brother of the main character of the story – of Dimka. In general, being stereotypic, the analyzed character has a number of the individual traits latently pointing to his professional activity. For the description of structure of the core of a psychological type the typified and individual signs are revealed; the share of these signs in the formation of the studied psychological type is defined. The analysis was carried out with the application of the methods of synthesis and generalization.

Hepatitis C virus contains a second open reading frame within the core gene, designated core+1/ARF. Here we demonstrate for the first time expression of core+1/ARF protein in the context of a bicistronic JFH1-based replicon and report the production of two isoforms, core+1/L (long) and core+1/S (short), with different kinetics.

The article is devoted to the current issue of sexuality. Significant expansion and development of psychologists’ professional activity necessitate creating of generalized classification of individuals and married couples’ behavioral erotic types. The destruction of self-reflection, self-perception and the difficulty of interpersonal understanding are due to the substitution of concepts. The study of sexual-psychological characteristics of behavioral patterns of women in erotic relationships is very important in this regard. The new material on the topic under study is generalized. Erotic imagination functions and erotic images impact on the process of forming a fixed erotic Image of a sexual partner in women are determined. The impact of early life experience (imprinting) influenced on the individual erotic code formation is determined. Several motivational schemes of sexual behavior are described. Authors submit the definition of «individual erotic code» for the first time. «Individual erotic code» is found out as the unified recording system of the individual model erotic behavior and her «ideal partner» reactions on this behavior. The types of women individual erotic code, based on the concept of archetypes (K.G. Jung, D. S. Bolen) study are defined. Types of individual erotic code were named after the ancient Greek goddesses: Artemis, Athena, Hestia, Hera, Demeter, Persephone, Aphrodite. The attention is focused on the deep analysis of individual women erotic code stages realization, such as, the genesis of erotic impulse, the tempting process, the sexual act behavior, the pregnancy, the caring of posterity. Materials of research can be used in the practical work of psychologists and psychotherapists which working both with married couples, as well as in individual work with the client.

The article attempts to understand the author’s attitude to the main character of the novel “Eugene Onegin” by Alexander Pushkin. For the first time, a complete picture of Onegin’s evolution is given. The author proves that the rapture of secular life is just his prehistory; that the search for self-determination of Pushkin’s hero begins with a blues (premature old age of the soul). Communication with Vladimir Lensky makes Onegin reflect on the meaning of life. The highest point of his searches is freedom and peace (at the level of interests of the circus circle). Thoughts on the Onegin’s hypothetical fate are not attempts “to complete” the novel ending, but this is a way to understand the hero more deeply. The poet himself gave an example of such hypothetical thoughts. The “Fragments from Onegin’s Journey” that violate the plot sequence, placed after the notes (end sign), with their tone create a hint in determining Onegin’s hypothetical fate.

In the publication, a technological system of traditional whistling reed pipes produced by folk artists, widespread in Western Polissia, is revealed for the first time in a step-by-step process. The proposed exploration is based on its expeditionary records and material collected by various folklorists and employ- ees of Kyiv and Lviv research institutions, as well as some literary sources. 131 The existence of three types of nozzle instruments, the names of which correspond to the methods of their production: a pipe made from bark, a vykrutka and kolianka are established. Western Polissian folk reed pipes belong to the type of longitudinal whis- tle flutes with an internal cleft formed by the insertion of the whistling device at the upper end of the tube, and with holes placed on the front, sometimes on the back of the instrument. Whistle airphones have specific production features, according to the age group of masters: shepherd children, teens and adults. The easiest to manufacture among the discovered pipe instruments are ones made of bark, which had been previously removed from the branches of bush trees. In the process of removing the bark shepherds told special spells, which were recorded by the author on the researched area. The following two types of tools were made of wood: a kolianka in the form of a longitudinal splitting of the branch into two equal parts, a vykrutka - a screwing out the core of pine wood, which required a masters knowledge of certain empirical and professional skills. The folk pipe instruments played the role of a musical instrument, which corresponded to the individual artistic and aesthetic test of the flute maker and served as an integral part of the Polisian shepherd's everyday life

Whooping cough is a highly contagious disease caused predominantly by Bordetella pertussis, but it also comprises of a pertussis-like illness caused by B. holmesii. The virulence factors of B. holmesii and their role in the pathogenesis remain unknown. Lipopolysaccharide is the main surface antigen of all Bordetellae. Data on the structural features of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of B. holmesii are scarce. The poly- and oligosaccharide components released by mild acidic hydrolysis of the LPS were separated and investigated by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and chemical methods. The structures of the O-specific polysaccharide and the core oligosaccharide of B. holmesii ATCC 51541 have been identified for the first time. The novel pentasaccharide repeating unit of the B. holmesii O-specific polysaccharide has the following structure: {→2)-α-l-Rhap-(1→6)-α-d-Glcp-(1→4)-[β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→3]-α-d-Galp-(1→3)-α-d-GlcpNAc-(1→}n. The SDS-PAGE and serological cross-reactivities of the B. holmesii LPS suggested the similarity between the core oligosaccharides of B. holmesii ATCC 51541 and B. pertussis strain 606. The main oligosaccharide fraction contained a nonasaccharide. The comparative analysis of the NMR spectra of B. holmesii core oligosaccharide fraction with this of the B. pertussis strain 606 indicated that the investigated core oligosaccharides were identical.

ABSTRACT The box C/D small nucleolar RNPs (snoRNPs) are essential for the processing and modification of rRNA. The core box C/D proteins are restructured during human U3 box C/D snoRNP biogenesis; however, the molecular basis of this is unclear. Here we show that the U8 snoRNP is also restructured, suggesting that this may occur with all box C/D snoRNPs. We have characterized four novel human biogenesis factors (BCD1, NOP17, NUFIP, and TAF9) which, along with the ATPases TIP48 and TIP49, are likely to be involved in the formation of the pre-snoRNP. We have analyzed the in vitro protein-protein interactions between the assembly factors and core box C/D proteins. Surprisingly, this revealed few interactions between the individual core box C/D proteins. However, the novel biogenesis factors and TIP48 and TIP49 interacted with one or more of the core box C/D proteins, implying that they mediate the assembly of the pre-snoRNP. Consistent with this, we show that NUFIP bridges interactions between the core box C/D proteins in a partially reconstituted pre-snoRNP. Restructuring of the core complex probably reflects the conversion of the pre-snoRNP, where core protein-protein interactions are maintained by the bridging biogenesis factors, to the mature snoRNP.

The article presents the full cycle from development and implementation to the complete coverage and analysis of the results of the program of optimization of the development and psychocorrection of social expectations of personality, by an example of the project «Leader’s School» for the first time. A retrospective and comparative analysis of the project implementation experience is presented. The essence of stages of program development is revealed, psychological content parameters of social expectations of personality are investigated. A considerable amount of psychological content parameters, related to the motivational structure of the personality, sense of life orientations, subject control and exspectometric features has been analyzed. The program has been implemented, which has contributed to the positive dynamic changes in cognitive and behavioral readiness for the intended course of events, which in turn allowed the participants of the project group to be able to assess the future perspective, comprehend the content and organizational peculiarities of future professional activity, «take on the role of future work», which made adjustments to social expectations of the subjects, and affected the design of the expected future model. It was assumed that a significant proportion of students turned out to be unprepared to rapidly change their status, which was reflected on the level of social psychological peculiarities of the expected attitude of the individual towards participants in interpersonal interaction (Tp=16,00; Tn=44,00; p≥0,05). It is established that the process of formation of emotional readiness requires long-term external interventions. The author’s position is that the developed program for optimization of development and psychocorrection of social expectations of personality has become an effective, guided tool for solving a number of important social economic problems of the present, which lie in the sphere of interaction «institution of higher education – professional activity».

The paper deals with a historical novel in verse by the celebrated modern Ukrainian writer Lina Kostenko, for the first time analyzing it totally in a synesthetic way — through the component of musicality (namely barcarole principle of poetic creativity). The folklore origins of barcarole in the world culture have been traced, as well as the peculiarities of the absorption of the genre by professional music and literature, especially Ukrainian. Formation of the genre in the creative work of the author of “Berestechko”, who is the poet of a special musical feeling, deserves special attention. Barcarole is one of the forms of modernity in the creative thinking of Lina Kostenko; it is a natural writer’s way of perceiving reality and transforming it into an aesthetic system of artistic work (both in poems and the novel in verse). Being inclined to poetically adopt chamber and solo musical genres, the poetess creates a special voice polyphony in “Berestechko”, where each sense construct of a modern unity, i. e. novel lyric epos and barcarole, sounds both separately and complementarily, and the part of a protagonist merges into “I” of a speaker. The compositional function of barcarole in “Berestechko” is the modeling of a central character of the text. It is hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, spiritually undermined by the recent defeat. The barcarole elements are used for constructing the author’s version of this failure and its consequences, which spread around Ukraine as circles on water; absorbing a soothing rhythm of a song, which can cure the soul with love; shaping the architectonics of the text in the form of 'splashes'-'circles' with poly-functional titles and subtexts. In the genre structure of the novel, barcarole is essential both in the development of the theme and its stylistic implementation. In the unity of the work, one may notice “prelude”, the main part, and “postlude”, each part with its artistic sense. The images typical for a barcarole — water, boat, song, woman, love, etc. — are designed in accordance with the agrarian microcosm of the main character and its symbolic senses. Time flow, self-immersion, and love do not only spiritually heal hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, but give his life a direction and endow his figure with grandeur. The neoromantic potential of barcarole and the novel in verse correspond well and join in the final coda about the unshakable courage and heroism of the Ukrainian warriors.

The objective of this research was to describe the psychological approach of main character in Miss Brill short story by Katherine Mansfield. The result of the research was analyzed by using Freud Theory about Id, Ego, and Superego.  Based on the result, the main character Miss Brill has a strange behavior that is only for attracting the people around her. She can not ignore her subconscious. She looked like happy but in fact she felt lonely. She wanted to be respected and loved by people around her and has relationship with someone. Moreover, she is an independent woman who feels lonely. Id that influences it is the happiness or willingness to get a present from someone special; she is unaware that she needs it. However, because of her loneliness Miss Brill never thinks about it. It is influenced by the superego. The superego can be understood as reflection of Miss Brill loneliness and her willingness to have relationship with other in her life. The individual Ego can differentiate itself from surroundings; it combines to form the core of the personality. Ego controls the direction of action, deciding which one will be satisfied. Characteristics do not change by the time. Moreover, the superego is the moral aspect accordance with the norms of society. It is suggested for the next researcher might be maximize the literary study for this short story to another approach.                Key Words: Psychological Approach; Id; Ego;and Superego
