This study aims to analyse impact of foreign ownership to value of non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The independent variables consist of Total Foreign Ownership, Foreign Institution Ownership, and Foreign Company Ownership. The variables control consist of size, age, dummy director. Variable dependent is Company Value, using Tobins'Q ratio. The research sample is 72 companies with purposive sampling sampling technique. Period of data is 5 years, from 2014-2018. Data panel regression using as data analysis method. The results showed that Total Foreign Ownership and Foreign Institution Ownership positively and still significantly at level of <15%. While Foreign Company Ownership has a positive but insignificant relationship to the value company. Size, Age, dummy director is not influence to value company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan asing terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen terdiri dari Kepemilikan Asing Total, Kepemilikan Institusi asing, dan Kepemilikan Perusahaan Asing. Variabel kontrol terdiri dari Ukuran perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan dummy Direksi. Variabel dependen adalah Nilai Perusahaan, diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Periode data 5 tahun, yakni dari 2014-2018. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kepemilikan Asing Total dan Kepemilikan Institusi Asing berpengaruh positif dan masih signifikan pada tingkat < 15% terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sementara Kepemilikan Perusahaan Asing memiliki pangaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan dummy direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction and trust both directly and partially to customer loyalty using JNE's freight forwarding service in Palu City. The independent variables in this study are satisfaction and trust. While the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The method used in this research is descriptive descriptive method. This type of research is descriptive causal. Empty sample of 75 respondents with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression using spss 21. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship to customer loyalty by using JNE freight services in Palu City. partially satisfaction and significant loyalty to customer loyalty using JNE freight forwarding services in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan baik secara serempak maupun parsialterhadap loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang JNE Kota Palu.Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan dan kepercayaan.Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah loyalitas pelanggan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kausal. Sampel berjumlah 75 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisisregresilinear berganda dengan menggunakan spss 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang JNE di Kota Palu. secara parsial kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang JNE di Kota Palu.

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho  in  Palu  City.  The  independent  variables  used  in  this  study  are  Exterior  (X1),  General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) and Interior Display (X4), while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction  (Y).  This  type  of  research  is  quantitative.  The method  of  this  research  is  descriptive causal. Samples used in this study are 100 respondents and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Store Atmosphere elements consisting of Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in  Palu  City.  Partially  Store  Atmosphere  elements consisting  of  General  Interior,  Store  Layout,  and Interior  Display have  a  significant  effect  on  consumer  satisfaction  at  Cafe  Refresho  in  Palu  City. While  the  Exterior  element  partially  have  no  significant  effect  on  consumer  satisfaction  at  Cafe Refresho in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Variabel  independen  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah Exterior (X1), General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) dan Interior Display (X4), Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan konsumen (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kausal.  Sampel  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  yaitu sebanyak  100  responden dengan  bentuk  pengambilan  sampel menggunakan  teknik  purposive  sampling.  Metode  analisis  data yang digunakan  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  metode  analisis  regresi  linear berganda.  Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak elemen Store Atmosphere yang terdiri dari Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, dan Interior Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Secara  parsial  elemen  Store  Atmosphere  yang  terdiri  dari  General Interior, Store Layout, dan Interior Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Sedangkan  elemen  Exterior  secara  parsial  berpengaruh  tidak  signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe Refresho di Kota Palu.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence capital structure. The independent variables in this study are asset structure, company size, liquidity and profitability. The population of this research is 43 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. By using purposive sampling technique, as many as 62 companies met the sample criteria. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously asset structure, company size, liquidity, and profitability variables affect the capital structure. The research results partially liquidity variables affect the capital structure. Meanwhile, the variable asset structure, company size, and profitability does not affect the capital structure.

The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of product quality both on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study consist of performance, features, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality; while dependent variable is repurchase decision (Y). The research method is descriptive. Sample consists of 80 respondents who selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method is multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that product quality, consists of performance, feature, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality simultaneously have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Partially, product qualities that consist of feature and perceived quality have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. While performance, reliability, durability, conformance, and aesthetics variables partially have non-significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk baik secara serempak maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja (Performance), Keistimewaan (Features), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), Estetika (Aesthetics), dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian Ulang (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 80 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, company size, profitability and firm value.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

Automotive companies suffered a loss due to a decrease in sales caused by high taxes and the proliferation of manufacturing components.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on value of company, Company size on value of company and profitability on value of company of IDX period 2012-2016, with 6 companies using purposive sampling method. Method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the capital structure do not have positive and significant influence to company value, and company size do not have positive and significant influence to company value while profitability has an effect on company value. This shows that high profitability influences company value in the eyes of investors.

This study aimed to find company value which was influenced by company size, profitability, dividend policy, and liquidity in manufacturing companies for the 2016-2019 periods. The population of this research consisted of 52 manufacturing companies. A purposive sampling approach was used to pick 18 companies over four years, yielding a total of 72 samples.The results of this study suggest that the company size (LN) has a partial effect on company value, profitability (NPM)does not have a partial effect on company value, dividend policy (DPR) on company value has no partial effect on company value, and the current ratio that is used to measure liquidity has no partial effect on company value. Then simultaneously LN, DPR, NPM, and Current Ratio affect PER.

Thepurpose of this study is to test the influence of corporate governance on firm value which is proxiedwith PBV. This research is quantitative and assocative research where data is obtained from annualreport from company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the consumer goods sector in 2013-2017 published by BEI. The population of this study are 46 companies with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and 6 companies are choosen. The data analysis method used is panel regression through several tests including classic assumption test and hyppothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are managerial ownership is significantly influenced firm value, but institutional ownership, independent commisioner, and audit committee has no influence on firm value significantly, and corporate governance simultaneously is significantly influenced firm value.Keywords: Corporate Governance, Firm Value, PBV ABSTRAKCorporate governance merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang sangat penting dalam suatuinternal manajemen perusahaan untuk menjaga kinerja perusahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkannilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdan asosiatif dimana data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia sektor consumer goods pada periode 2013-2017 yang diterbitkan oleh BEI. Populasi daripenelitian adalah 46 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposivesampling dan hasil sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan adalah metode regresi data panel termasuk pengujian asumsi dan kesesuaian model danpengujian hipotesis baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikaninstitusonal, komisaris independen, dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilaiperusahaan, dan corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this study is to find out and test the effect of good corporate governance, company size, dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on the value of companies in the property and infrastructure sectors in 2008-2017 listed securities in Indonesia. This study is a causal study using secondary data. The population in the study amounted to 63 property and infrastructure companies registered with the IDX for the period 2008-2017. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling where the entire population of 35 companies is used as data in this study. The analysis tool used in this study used regression analysis of panel data.
