Amount of taxes serves as life blood for government. This paper aims to recognize reasons/causes of tax avoidance and evasion in Pakistan. Relationship between variables of reasons/causes of tax avoidance and evasion are also examined. A questionnaire is developed after reviewing literature to collect responses. Data are analyzed using percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance, central limit theorem, cumulative normal distribution calculator, factor analysis, and correlation technique. Results indicate that all variables of reasons/causes of tax avoidance and evasion in Pakistan are correct. Furthermore, there exists a highly significant positive relationship between individual variables of reasons/causes of tax avoidance and evasion in Pakistan at 100% significance level.

The aim of the study was to find the role of socio-demographic factors of teachers' discipline styles and classroom management approaches. The study was designed in relational survey method. The universe of the study was composed of teachers serving in high schools in Zeytinburnu district. Using convenience sampling method, 317 teachers accepted to participate in the study.To collect data, a demographic information form, the Teacher Discipline Styles Inventory and the Classroom Management Approaches Scale were used. The data were analyzed via the SPSS 21.0 program. T-test and ANOVA were used for the groups with normal distribution. In addition, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between the variables and the scale. Significance level was taken as p <.05.As a result of the study, it was found that the teachers used conciliatory style at the highest rate, followed by supportive style, and they used abdicative style at the lowest rate. In addition, it was found that the teachers adopted democratic approach at the highest rate in classroom management, followed by laissez-faire and autocratic approaches. Also, there was a significant positive relationship between supportive style and abdicative, conciliatory, coercive, negotiator styles. However, there was no significant relationship between supportive style and autocratic and laissez-faire classroom management approaches. Finally, a significant positive relationship was found between supportive style and democratic approach.

LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH ACADEMIC SUPERVISION AND WORK DISCIPLINE STRENGTHENINGThe purpose of this study was to empirically determine  the enhance of teaching effectiveness. Research respondents were permanent teachers of private high schools in Bogor City. The number of samples were 131 teachers who were established by using proportional random sampling technique. The method used was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and partial analysis where a significance level of α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and the teaching effectiveness where the correlation coefficient of ry1 = 0.824. Secondly, there was a very significant positive relationship between work discipline and the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.66. Thirdly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and work discipline together with the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.84. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline. Results of the SITOREM analysis indicated that several priority indicators need to be improved, such as; assessment of work results, problems solving assistance, self-control during working, teachers’ willingness to carry out obligations, sucessfullness in conducting learning activity, and successfulness in managing learning activity. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline.

In this paper the Susceptibility to Interpersonal Influence (SUSCEP) Scale (Bearden, Netemeyer, & Teel, 1989) dimensionality in Turkey is explored. Susceptibility to interpersonal influence is a general trait that varies across individuals for which a person's relative influenceability in one situation tends to have a significant positive relationship to his or her influenceability generally. A survey of 268 university students in Antalya, Turkey was conducted using the structured questionnaire of the SUSCEP. Susceptibility to interpersonal influence has been conceptualized as being either informational or normative. The factor analysis of the data consistently revealed a two-factor correlated structure. A comparison of normative and informational scores based on individualistic/collectivistic culture was also made.

Abstract. This study aims to know the relationship between social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents. Participants in this study were 400 adolescents in Kupang City (200 girls dan 200 boys) using convenience sampling. This research uses the quantitative approach with  Social Dominanca Orientation7 (ODS7) adaptation scale and Conflict in Adolescent Dating Relationships Inventory (CADRI) adaptation scale as data collection methods. The hypotesys’s result using Spearman correlation technique obtained that correlation coefficient in this study is 0,102 with a significance level is 0,042 (p < 0,05). The data shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents in Kupang city. It means that the higher social dominance orientation of adolescent, the higher tendency to commit violence in dating relationship, and vice versa. The present study aimed to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and administrative creativity among principals in Karak. That was explored from the perspective of principals and teachers at Karak, Jordan. A questionnaire was used to fulfill the study&rsquo;s goals. The sample consists from 1200 teachers and 50 principals. It was concluded that the emotional intelligence and administrative creativity levels of principals in Karak are moderate from the respondents&rsquo; perspective. It was also concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship &ndash; at the statistical significance level of (a &le; 0.05) - between emotional intelligence and administrative creativity among principals in Karak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara keterlibatan dalam organisasi BEM dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis, (2) hubungan antara keterlibatan dalam organisasi dengan sikap demokratis, dan (3) hubungan antara keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap demokratis mahasiswa STKIP Weetebula. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi. Jumlah populasi 30 orang pengurus BEM STKIP Weetebula. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket pada 30 mahasiswa tentang keterlibatan organisasi dan sikap demokratis, serta angket observasi untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kritis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Uji hipotesis adalah uji parametric dengan rumus korelasi product moment untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel, yaitu keterlibatan dalam organisasi dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap demokratis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara: (1) keterlibatan organisasi dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis. (2) keterlibatan organisasi dengan sikap demokratis. (3) keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan sikap demokratis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka keterlibatan mahasiswa STKIP Weetebula dalam organisasi BEM memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap demokratis.Kata kunci: keterlibatan organisasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap demokratis mahasiswa THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INVOLVEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION OF STUDENTS' EXECUTIVE BODY AND THE CRITICAL THINKING SKI1LS AND DEMOCRATIC ATTITUDES OF STUDENTSAbstractThis study aims to find out the relationship:  (1) between the involvement in the organization of SEB and the critical thinking skills, (2) between the involvement in the organization of SEB and their democratic attitudes, and (3)  between the critical thinking skills and their democratic attitudes. This  research was  a correlational   study using  the quantitative approach. It was a population study; the population comprised 30 students who were board members of SEB of STKIP Weetebula. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires on the involvement in the organizations and democratic  attitudes to 30 students and those on their critical thinking skills to several lecturers. The data analysis technique was the correlation technique. The hypothesis testing employed a parametric test using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study are as follows. (I) There is a significant positive relationship between the involvement in the organization of SEB and the critical thinking skills. (2) There is a significant positive relationship between the involvement in the organization of SEB and the democratic attitudes of students. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between the critical thinking skills and the democratic attitudes. Based on the analysis finding, the result show that the involvement in the organization of students’ executive body has significant positive relationship with the critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes of students of STKIP Weetebula of the regency of Sumba Barat Daya).Keywords: involvement  in organization, students'  critical  thinking skills and democratic attitudes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi pada Financial Advisor di agen asuransi “X” Yogyakarta. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sejumlah Financial Advisor di agen asuransi “X” Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala, yaitu Skala Komitmen Organmisasi (18 Aaitem) yang mengacu pada aspek-aspek komitmen organisasi yang dipaparkan oleh Allen and Meyer (1990) r = 0,943 serta Skala Kohesivitas Kelompok yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi kohesivitas kelompok oleh Forsyth (1999) r = 0,942. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi (R = 0,680 dan p = 0.000, p< 0,01), makin tinggi tingkat kohesivitas kelompok, makin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci : komitmen organisasi, kohesivitas kelompok  GROUP COHESIVENESS AND ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT AMONG FINANCIAL ADVISORS IN INSURANCE FIRM “X” YOGYAKARTA Abstract This research objective was to verify the relationship between group cohesiveness and organization commitment among financial advisors in insurance firm “X” Yogyakarta. Hypothesis of this study was there is a positive relationship between group cohesiveness with organization commitment. The subjects of the research were some financial advisor in Insurance agent “X” Yogyakarta. This research used two scales, namely : (a) Organization commitment scale (18 items) that refers to the aspect that presented by Allen and Meyer (1990) r = 0,943 and (b) Group cohesiveness scale (20 items) that refers to group cohesiveness dimension that presented by Forsyth (1999) r = 0,942. Data analysis employed Pearson’s product moment correlation technique. The result showed that there were very significant positive relationship between group cohesiveness and organization commitment (R = 0,680 and p = 0.000, p< 0, 01) the higher group cohesiveness level, the higher organization commitment. Keywords: organization commitment, group cohesiveness

The research aims to find out: (1) a significant positive relationship between participating in training with job satisfaction of learning citizens, (2) a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction and (3) a significant positive relationship between participating in training and achievement motivation together with job satisfaction of citizens learning. The study population was all citizens studying the Tanjung Balai City Course and Training Institute with a total of 72 people. The entire population was sampled as a study. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Requirement test is performed to test the normality, linearity, and independence of the independent variables. Data analysis techniques used correlation and regression and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlations at the significance level α = 0.05.  The research findings show: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between training and job satisfaction It means that the higher and more positive the training, the higher and more positive job satisfaction by making an effective contribution of 20.00%. (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between achievement motivation and job satisfaction. This means that the higher and more positive achievement motivation, the higher and more positive job satisfaction by making an effective contribution of 9.90%. And (3) there is a positive and significant effect together between participating in training and achievement motivation with job satisfaction. This means that the higher and more positive training and achievement motivation, the higher and more positive job satisfaction by making an effective contribution of 30.20%.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior at football supporters of Semen Padang FC. This type of research is quantitative correlation with 70 subject which are Spartacks football supporters who were in Padang city. Subject retrieval is using incidental techniques. The data is processed by using a Product Moment Correlation technique. The hypothesis test results prove that there is a significant positive correlation between conformity with consumptive behavior at Semen Padang FC football supporters. There is a very significant positive relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior So it is advisable to football supporters to selective in buying the football attribute, both in quality and quantity Keywords: Conformity, consumptive behavior, supporter   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada kelompok suporter sepakbola Semen Padang FC. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek 70 orang Spartacks yang berada di kota Padang. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik incidental. Data diolah menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada suporter sepakbola Semen Padang FC. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif sehingga disarankan kepada suporter sepakbola agar selektif dalam membeli atribut sepakbola, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas.  Kata Kunci: Konformitas, perilaku konsumtif, suporter

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the interest and motivation of choosing senior high schools. Subjects in this study were students in 1 Krayan East Kalimantan, with the purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is Product Moment .Motivation variable data analysis choosing a school with a variable interest in showing the value of r =0.475 with a significance level of p =0.000. There is a significant positive relationship between interest and motivation in students choosing school SMP Negeri 1 Krayan. The determinant coefficient of 0.225, meaning interest variable contribute effectively in motivating choose schools as 22.5 %, while the remaining 77.5 % is influenced by other factors such as the intrinsic factor consisting of passion and desire to succeed, hopes and ideals of extrinsic factors that consists of awards in learning, conducive learning environment and engaging learning activities .Keywords: Interests, Motivation Choosing Schools.
