This study aims to develop a guidebook for group counseling on modeling techniques to improve self-efficacy in career decision making for vocational students. This research is a type of research and development (R&D). The product acceptance tester of this manual involves 5 experts and practitioners of guidance and counseling. Testing the validity of the content of the manual product using the Lawshe formula and testing the effectiveness by finding the effective contribution (nn effect size) using the Cohen-D formula. The results of the acceptance test data analysis with the Lawshe CVR test obtained a value per item (CVR> 0 or 1) for all items, then the results of the Lawshe CVI analysis obtained a score of 1, then this result means that the value of the content validity of the product content of the group counseling guidebook Modeling technique is high, calculate the effectiveness of the guidebook and get the results 3.17 So based on the value of the effectiveness of the above then according to the criteria. If the value of effect size > 0.50 then the group counseling guide modeling technique is effective to minimize self-efficacy students'in making career decisions. This shows that the level of effectiveness of the modeling technique group counseling guidebook for SMK students is very good, so it is important to develop it for students in school.

ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan fase penting dalam masa perkembangan terutama mengenai kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan pilihan karir masa depannya. Keputusan karir akan mudah dicapai apabila peserta didik memiliki kematangan karir yang baik. Konseling kelompok merupakan layanan yang dapat membantu peserta didik mengatasi hambatan dalam kematangan karir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data dari beberapa artikel, buku-buku sumber, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menerapkan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah karir. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam rangka membantu kematangan karir peserta didik dalam konseling kelompok adalah pendekatan yang berfokus untuk mengubah pikiran negative dan keyakinan maladaptive (CBT) yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) secara efektif dapat membantu dalam mengatasi permasalahan karir peserta didik. Kata Kunci: kematangan karir, konseling kelompok, terapi perilaku kognitif ABSTRACT Teenage is an important phase in the developmental period, especially regarding the ability to make decisions about his future career choices. Career decisions will be easily achieved if students have good career maturity. Group counseling is a service that can help students overcome obstacles in career maturity. The research method used is a literature review that is supported by data from several articles, source books, and other supporting documents. Guidance and counseling teachers can apply group counseling services to overcome career problems. One approach that can be used in order to help the career maturity of students in group counseling is an approach that focuses on changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs (CBT) that are owned by students. The results of the study showed that group counseling services with the Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) approach can be effectively help in solving the career problems of students. This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services for effective symbolic modeling techniques to improve the self-efficacy of class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau. The experimental design used in this study was a one-group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were 72 class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau, totaling 72 people consisting of 3 classes. The sample in this study was grade IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau who had low self-efficacy as many as 13 students who were used as a sample of a treatment effectiveness test. Testing the validity of the self-efficacy scale using the Analyze Correlate Bivariate test through the help of a computer program statistics product and service solution (SPSS) 16.0 for windows. Known value of Z -3,185 with Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 in this study is smaller than ˂ 0.05, it can be concluded that the Guidance Services Group of symbolic modeling techniques is effective to improve the self-efficacy of class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau which is done successfully significantly or effectively to be carried out , this means, the hypothesis is accepted

This research has purposes to test the feasibility of a transactional analysis technique group counseling guidebook to improve the self-esteem of vocational students. The guidebook product acceptance tester involved 5 experts and guidance and counseling practitioners. Testing the validity of the content of the manual product using the Lawshe formula. The result of the research based on content validity analysis is that the CVR value per item is greater than 0 (CVR > 0) and there is no item with a value less than 0 (CVR < 0). Furthermore, the results of the Lawshe CVI analysis obtained a score of 1, it can be interpreted that the acceptance of this guidebook is very high. So based on the value of the acquisition of effectiveness above, according to the criteria, showing an effect size value > 0.50, the transactional analysis technique group counseling guide can be accepted.

Self Efficacy is a belief that a person will be able to carry out the required behavior in completing a task based on his ability can be felt will lead him to think steady and effective. Self efficacy is derived from the desire within a person in a behavior to achieve the desired goal. If not arising from within the individual then what is not desirable is not achieved. Therefore it is important for students to improve their own low self efficacy. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of group counseling with behavioral approach of modeling technique to improve self efficacy of students of SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Rogojampi class X TKJ. Sample number 20 students who have low self efficacy. This research method uses non equivalent design pretest-posttest control group design.

From the results of a needs assessment Sims Exel and observations made by researchers, that the students of class XI MIA five emotional intelligence is still moderate. It can be seen from the overflow of student expression while classmate or when PBM progress. Action Research Guidance and Counseling originated from the problems contained in class XI MIA 5 that emotional intelligence are in the moderate category. This study aims to improve emotional intelligence class XI MIA 5 SMA Negeri 24 Bandung through the implementation of Guidance Services Group. The results obtained in this study a value of instruments that reveal the emotional intelligence of students. The results obtained in the first cycle of a 66.77% increase to 66.80%. In the second cycle with the result of 66.80% increase to 71.99%. Bahwasannya all activities in this research from planning, implementation, observation and reflection greatly affect the success of the action. This is indicated by an increase in the application of emotional intelligence and group counseling services through engineering simulation game MIA 5 Class XI SMAN 24 Bandung. Keywords: Guidance Services Group , Simulation Games

This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.

Abstract: In physics learning a learning is needed which in addition to increasing understanding of concepts can also improve students' self-efficacy, one by one using the PBL model with scaffolding. With scaffolding, educators can provide assistance in stages to students who experience difficulties in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of PBL-based physics learning and scaffolding on understanding concepts and self efficacy. This type of research is the Quasy experiment using a non equivalent control group design. The research was conducted at one of the high schools in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure understanding of the concept is a three-tier diagnostic test consisting of 10 questions, while the instrument for measuring self-efficacy is the observation sheet. From this study, the results showed that PBL-based physics learning with scaffolding was effective against the understanding of concepts and the self-efficacy of students. The value of the effect size obtained is 1.29 with a high category.Abstrak: Dalam pembelajaran fisika dibutuhkan suatu pembelajaran yang selain dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep juga dapat meningkatkan self efficacy peserta didik, salah satungan dengan menggunakan model PBL dengan scaffolding. Dengan scaffolding,  pendidik dapat memberikan bantuan secara bertahap kepada peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek dari pembelajaran fisika berbasis PBL dengan scaffolding terhadap pemahaman konsep dan self efficacy. Jenis penelitian adalah Quasy experiment menggunakan desain non equivalent control group. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada salah satu SMA di Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep adalah three-tier test diagnostic yang terdiri atas 10 soal, sedangkan instrumen untuk mengukur self efficacy adalah lembar observasi.  Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran fisika berbasis PBL dengan scaffolding efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep serta self efficacy peserta didik. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh adalah 1,29 dengan kategori tinggi
