The aim of this paper is to know the decreasing of the quantity student’s misconceptions after given a Refutation Text in Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model by researcher. The hydrostatic pressure misconceptions consist of four sub-misconceptions. This research is a quantitative research with weak experimental design. Sampling technique applied purposive sampling and has involve 32 students on 9th grade of junior high school in Pandeglang, Banten, Indonesia. The diagnostic test is a multiple-choice form with three-tier test (TTT) format. The result of this research founded that there are decreasing of the quantity of student’s misconception on the hydrostatic pressure. The largest percentage decreasing of the quantity of student’s misconception is on the misconceptions 1 about 79.31%. Misconceptions 1 is the magnitude of Hydrostatic Pressure inversely proportional to it area surface. For the future research, suggested to combine strategies or methods for optimal decreasing the quantity of student’s misconceptions

This study is aimed at finding out what appropriate methods to be usedin writing lesson seen from the students’ creativity especially for studentswho have high creativityand low creativity. This study used quasi experimental research. The population of the research was the eighth grade of a Junior High School in Wonosari in the academic year of 2013/2014. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The sample in this study was 64 students covering 32 students of E as experimental class and 32 students of C as control class. The data or the students’ writing scores were analyzed in terms of their frequency distribution, normality, homogeneity, then ANOVA and Tuckey tests to test the research hypotheses. Based on the result, the research findings are: CWS is more effective than MWS in writing lesson; the high creativity students produced better writing rather than the low creativity student; and the interaction of teaching methods and the students’ creativity is existing in this writing lesson. In short, Collaborative Writing Strategy (CWS) is effective to teach writing for the eighth grade of a Junior High School in Wonosari, Gunungkidul. Then, the research result implies that it is better for the teachers to apply CWS in teaching and learning process of writing, to improve the students’ writing achievement, CWS needs to be used in the classroom activities, then future research can conduct the similar research with different sample and different students’ condition.

This research is aimed at describing (1) the characteristics of items about a diagnostic test of circle material in mathematics, (2) how significant the percentage of students' types of errors in answering the questions, and (3) the diagnosis of students' difficulties in answering the questions based on DINA model. This research is quantitative descriptive research involving eighth graders of junior high school in East Lombok regency as the population. The sample was chosen by a proportionate random sampling technique, consisting of 105 students for preliminary field testing and 416 students for main field testing. The instrument of this study was a diagnostic test using a four-option multiple-choice format. Data on students' responses were analyzed using the R program with CDM (Cognitive Diagnostic Model) DINA model, which requires underlying attributes for each item. The results show that: (1) the diagnostic test instrument had met the qualitative and quantitative content validity; (2) the percentage of students' answers retrieved from the conceptual error is 18.47%, 9.99% is interpretation error, the procedural error is 7.80%, and counting error is 14.57%; (3) based on the results of the analysis with DINA model, students' error in answering the questions of the circle material in mathematics are dominantly caused by students' lack of mastery on solving problems associated to the circumference of a circle, that is, (A28) the ability to calculate the length of a path, and (A29) the ability to calculate many rounds on wheels.

The current quantitative research was carried out to develop anxiety instruments from grand theories and detailed aspects into indicators to statement items representing theoretical constructs of anxiety in the form of blueprints. The data sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling. The subjects of the study were 98 respondents in total who attended the first grade of junior high school. The current study developed an anxiety instrument by employing aspects from Rosenhan and Seligman. SPSS used in the data analysis process. The data validity test stated that items number 6 and 20 were dropped because their scores were less than 0.300. Meanwhile, items number 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21 were valid because their scores reached above 0,300. Moreover, from the reliability test, it was found that the score was 0.871 which implied that the data was reliable.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: The research was performed in 9th-grade students of three (3) Private Junior High Schools in South Tangerang City. The method is an explanatory survey with quantitative research through the descriptive method, a method designed to determine if two or more variables are connected. The hypothesis test showed: 1) There are significant effects of vocabulary and grammar mastery jointly towards students’ writing skill in recount text at Private Junior High School in South Tangerang City. It is proved by the Sig = 0.000 &lt; 0.005 and Fo = 57.783. The increasing vocabulary mastery contributes 0.395, and grammar mastery contributes to the contribution 0.240 towards writing skill in recount text. 2) There is a significant effect of vocabulary mastery towards students’ writing skills in recount text at Private Junior High School in South Tangerang City. It is proved by Sig = 0.000 &lt; 0.005 and to 5.169. 3) There is a significant effect of grammar mastery towards students’ writing skills in recount text at Private Junior High School in South Tangerang City. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on students' understanding of football material during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach, research that seeks a causal relationship between one variable X and variable Y. The data collection technique used in this study is a survey method with instruments in the form of questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The subjects in this study were students of Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi Junior High School class VIII, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province amounting to 87 people who were determined using the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use statistics with the F test and Product Moment. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of online learning on students' understanding of football material at Junior High School Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the simple linear regression equation Y= 9.610 + 0.413 X and the close relationship between X variable (online learning) and Y variable (understanding football material) which is 0.694 so it is included in the level of a strong relationship. And the contribution (donations) that exist in the X variable to the Y variable is 4.82% while 95.18% is influenced by other variables. From these results, it can be seen that there is an increase or decrease in students' understanding of football material, one of which is influenced by Online Learning at Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi Junior High School, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province.Pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola peserta didik pada masa pandemi Covid-19AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola pada peserta didik pada masa pandemi coovid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, penelitian yang mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara satu variabel X dengan variabel Y. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dengan instrumen yang berupa angket dan tes soal pilihan ganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah kelas VIII yang berjumlah 87 orang yang ditetapkan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan statistik dengan uji F dan Product Moment. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 9,610 + 0,413X dan keeratan hubungan variabel X (pembelajaran daring) terhadap variabel Y (pemahaman materi sepakbola) yaitu sebesar 0,694 sehingga termasuk dalam tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Serta Kontribusi (sumbangan) yang ada pada variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 4,82% sedangkan 95,18% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat meningkat atau menurunnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi sepakbola salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of class VIII junior high school. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP N 2  Kupang and the research sample is class VIII D students with the sampling technique is simple ramdom sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and mathematics learning achievement tests. Data analysis was carried out in two ways, namely the SPSS program. From the results of the analysis, based on the tests of normality, linearity, significance, emotional intelligence has an influence on mathematics learning achievement and was obtained by equation of regression Y = 0,642X and t-count = 4.272 > 2, 052 = t table then, a push H0, it means that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on learning achievement. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on mathematics learning achievement of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Kota Kupang.

Pantai Bondo merupakan salah satu objek wisata pantai yang terdapat di Kabupaten Jepara yang menawarkan keindahan pantai dengan pasir putih. Karakteristik Pantai Bondo perlu dianalisis untuk pengembangan wisata pantai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat dan pengunjung, persepsi responden tentang potensi wisata, dan nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Bondo. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 di Pantai Bondo, Kabupaten Jepara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 responden masyarakat dengan penentuan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan 30 responden pengunjung dengan penentuan responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling serta metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) yang terdiri dari 3 stasiun. Responden pada umumnya berusia dewasa dengan tingkat pendidikan SMP-SMA. Pengunjung mendapatkan informasi secara lisan, sudah datang lebih dari dua kali dengan tujuan rekreasi atau berlibur dengan temannya serta pengunjung memiliki kepuasan dalam berwisata sehingga memiliki keinginan untuk kembali berkunjung. Persepsi responden untuk potensi, daya tarik, dan fasilitas memberikan penilaian yang baik, sedangkan untuk aksesibilitas dan kepedulian lingkungan mendapat penilaian cukup baik dari responden. Nilai Kesesuaian Pantai Bondo untuk ketiga stasiun termasuk dalam kategori S1 atau sangat sesuai untuk wisata pantai dengan rata-rata persentase 92,4%.  Bondo Beach is one the beach tourism object in the Jepara Regency that offers beauty of the white sandy beach. Characteristics of the Bondo Beach needs to be analyzed for coastal tourism development. The purpose of this research were to know the characteristic of community and visitor, respondent’s perception about potency, and value of Tourism Suitability Index of the Bondo Beach. The study was conducted in March-April 2018 at Bondo Beach, Jepara Regency. The method used in this research was qualitative method by spreading questionnaires to 30 respondents using purposive sampling technique and 30 respondents using accidental sampling and quantitative research method using Tourism Suitability Index consisting of 3 stations. Respondents are generally adults with Junior High School until Senior High School education. Visitors get information orally, have come more than twice with purpose a recreation or holiday, come with friends and visitors have satisfy in the tour so have desire to return.  Respondents' perceptions of potential, attractiveness, and facilities provide good judgment, while for accessibility and environmental awareness is considered good enough from respondents. The Bondo Beach Suitability Value for the three stations is included in the S1 or is particularly suitable for coastal tourism with an average percentage of 92,4%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari pengetahuan guru, sikap guru, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan model Concurrent Embedded Strategy. Metode primer penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survei, kemudian dilengkapi metode kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru matematika SMP kelas VII dan VIII di Kabupaten Purworejo. Sampel penelitian adalah 64 orang guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan 5 kriteria, yaitu Sangat Siap, Siap, Cukup, Kurang, dan Sangat Kurang. Analisis data kualitatif terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari: kesiapan pengetahuan guru masuk kategori sangat kurang, sikap guru masuk kategori cukup, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana masuk kategori siap.Kata kunci: kesiapan guru, kesiapan pengetahuan, sikap guru, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana The Readiness of Junior High School Math Teachers in Purworejo for the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 AbstractThis research aimed to describe the readiness of junior high school math teachers in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the teachers’ knowledge, the attitude of teachers, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure. This study used mixed methods with models Concurrent Embedded Strategy. The study primary method was a quantitative research carried out by the survey, and  equipped with qualitative methods conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The population was all the 7th and 8th grade  junior high school math teachers in Purworejo. The sample was 64 teachers established using the stratified random sampling technique. The quantitative descriptive data analysis used five criteria, namely: Very Ready, Ready, Fairly Ready, Poor, and Very Poor. While the analysis of qualitative data consists of data reduction, data display and conclusion.The results show that the readiness of junior high school math teacher in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the readiness of the teacher's knowledge was in the very poor category, the attitude of teachers was in the fairly ready category, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure was in the ready category.Keywords: readiness of teachers, knowledge readiness, teachers’ attitudes, readiness of facilities and infrastructure

This study demonstrates a supplementary classroom technology using an Augmented Reality (AR) application to enhance students in learning Genetics at Junior High School in Thailand. The tool provides visual cards of concepts about Genetics with multiple AR markers (cards). An interactive experience provides students a multiple-choice format to respond to different cases (questions). Using a purposive sampling technique, sixty students from the 9th grade compared and selected AR markers to generate an animated two-dimensional graphic with sound feedback. In addition, the students’ learning scores were compared among the groups of different analytical thinking abilities who used single and multiple AR markers. The results found the potential of using Augmented Reality (AR) in supporting students’ learning especially in improving analytical thinking ability.

Abstract School cooperatives are an economic forum with two or more members and work together to achieve common interests, an formed also established in a school environment whose members consist of school students covering various levels of education in accordance with the current level of education, for example primary school cooperatives, junior high school cooperativas, high school or vocational schools and so on. Financial statement analysis is a tool and technique used in analyzing financial statements that have general objectives relating to data and are closely related to producing estimates as well as conclusions as well as benefits in business analysis. Financial report analysis which in fact is also used in this study includes ratio analysis methods namely ratio of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. Researchers in this case use quantitative research methods, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism as well as used for research that focuses on a particular population or sample, the sampling technique is done randomly, in addition, the use of research instruments as a data collection tool, while data analysis is quantitative statitics with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been set. Research sample is SMK Swakarya Palembang cooperative. The achiement of the final results obtained from this study is SMK Swakarya Palembang cooperative is likuid, because there is no looan to other parties from outside and there is no establishment of a business unit of buying and selling school supplies but not only moves in the savings and loan business unit, is still quite solvable because it is only moving in one area of the work unit that is savings and loans, not profit because there are still many funds that are still in the hands of its members and good enough activity because the funds continue to spin from members lairn to other members. The hope for school cooperatives can develop works units again so as to realize the prosperity of its members. Abstrak Koperasi Sekolah merupakan suatu wadah ekonomi yang beranggotakan dua orang atau lebih dan saling bekerja sama untuk mencapai kepentingan bersama, serta dibentuk juga didirikan di lingkungan sekolah yang anggota-anggotanya terdiri dari siswa sekolah dan meliputi berbagai tingkatan pendidikan sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan yang berlaku saat ini, misalnya koperasi sekolah dasar, koperasi sekolah menengah pertama, sekolah menengah atas atau kejuruan dan seterusnya. Analisis Laporan Keuangan merupakan alat dan teknik yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisa laporan keuangan yang mempunyai tujuan umum juga berhubungan dengan data-data dan berkaitan erat untuk menghasilkan estimasi sekaligus kesimpulan juga manfaat dalam analisa bisnis. Analisis Laporan Keuangan yang pada kenyataannya juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode analisis ratio yaitu Ratio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Profitabilitas. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positifisme, tekhnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, selain itu juga penggunakan instrumen penelitian sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya, sedangkan analisa data bersifat kuantitatif statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah koperasi SMK Swakarya Palembang. Pencapaian hasil akhir diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah koperasi sekolah di SMK Swakarya Palembang adalah likuid,, karena belum adanya pinjaman kepada pihak lain dari luar dan belum adanya pembentukan unit usaha jual beli perlengkapan sekolah tetapi hanya bergerak di unit usaha simpan pinjam, masih cukup solvabel karena baru bergerak di satu bidang unit kerja yaitu simpan pinjam, belum profit karena masih banyaknya dana yang masih berada di tangan anggotanya dan cukup baik aktivitasnya karena dana-dana tersebut terus berputar dari anggota lain ke anggota lainnya.. Harapannya bagi koperasi-koperasi sekolah dapat mengembangkan unit-unit kerjanya lagi sehingga bisa mewujudnkan kemakmuran anggotanya
