This research is a classroom action research which aims to determine the improvement of cognitive development in recognizing the number symbol after applying the make a match learning model to the children of A1 TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja group. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two action cycles. The subjects of this study were students of A1 group TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja in 2018/2019 Academic Year which consisted of 18 students, consisting of 8 girls and 10 boys. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that there is an increase in the average percentage of cognitive development in recognizing the symbol of numbers in children in group A1 of 15.25%. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of cognitive development in recognizing the symbol of child numbers in the first cycle of 65.25% with the criteria being medium to 80.50% in cycle II with high criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match learning model can improve cognitive development in recognizing the symbolic number of children in Group A1 TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja Academic Year  2018/2019 Keywords: Make a match, Cognitive Development, Number Symbols

There are still many young children whose ability to recognize number symbols has not developed optimally. This study aims to analyze the make a match learning model on cognitive development in recognizing number symbols in group A Kindergarten child. This research was classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles of action. The subjects of this study were group A1 kindergarten students, totaling 18 students, consisting of 8 girls and 10 boys. The observation method was used to collect data on cognitive development in recognizing number symbols. The instrument used in this study was an observation sheet. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study showed that there was an increase in the average percentage of cognitive development in recognizing number symbols in group A1 children of 15.25%. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of cognitive development in recognizing children's number symbols in the first cycle of 65.25% with moderate criteria to 80.50% in the second cycle with high criteria. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match learning model can improve cognitive development in recognizing the number symbols of children in group A.

This classroom action research was motivated by the low ability of students in terms of understanding concepts and problem solving abilities. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Number Head Together learning model with teaching aids to improve concept understanding and problem-solving abilities on the subject matter of building cubes and block of class VIII-C students of Darul Ulum Middle School 2017/2018 academic year held on April 16, 2018 to 9 May 2018. The type of research used was classroom action research with 2 cycles, consisting of 3 meetings in each cycle. The stages of each cycle include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques and tools in this study used descriptive analysis techniques for data in the form of student work documents, lists of values and observations. The results showed that with the Number Head Together cooperative learning model with teaching aids there was a conducive learning atmosphere so that the ability to understand concepts and students' problem solving abilities increased, from the results of the study, it was known that the first cycle to the second cycle had an increase in the learning cycle. students reached 66.6% while in the second cycle there was an increase with a percentage of success reaching 86.6%. It was concluded that the NHT learning model could improve concept understanding and problem solving abilities.

This action research aims: (1) to improve the science learning outcomes of VIIA class students in the even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Manggis in the academic year 2017/2018 by applying the learning investigation (GI) learning model assisted by learning videos. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 30 students in class VIIA, and the object of this study was the science learning outcomes. This action research is planned to be carried out in two cycles. Learning outcomes data were collected using multiple choice tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) The natural science learning outcomes of the VIIA class in the second semester increased in the first cycle by an average of 70, 70% absorption, with a 50% grade completeness, and an average cycle II of 77, 77 absorption %, with 86.6% class completeness. With the achievement of an average of 77 Natural Science learning outcomes, it means that it is above the established success level of 70, so that the action is considered successful. Thus it can be said that the application of the learning investigation (GI) group learning model assisted by learning videos can improve the learning outcomes of natural science students in class VIIA an even number at SMPN 1 Manggis in the academic year 2017/2018.

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

Cognitive interpreted the intellectual potential consisting of stages of knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, evaluation. Cognitive means issues involving the ability to develop rational skills (reason). This study aims to determine the improvement of cognitive development of children in recognizing the form after applied method of playing Mobile Robot in kindergarten. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Population in the sampling amounted to 20 children. Research data on cognitive development in recognizing form and creativity collected by observation method. The data of the research were analyzed by using descriptive statistic analysis method and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of data analysis show that there is an increase in cognitive development in recognizing the form and creativity after the application of the method of playing Mobile Robot One way to increase creativity in children in kindergarten is by playing mobile robot therapy. Mobile robot media is an activity to control and regulate the movement of the robot that involves and requires coordination between the eyes, hands, and concentration. It is necessary to approach and use mobile robot in the effectiveness of cognitive improvement in children. Mobile robot as a medium that becomes a play therapy device with mobile robot capability that can move and move from one place to another by following the pattern of lines that have been designed. The main purpose of this research is to design creativity according to the level of complexity of mobile robot use for children. In addition to the use of mobile robot as a medium of play therapy there is also analysis in research using Pre experimental design. Data collection to assess cognitive in children, collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Rank Wilcoxon test.

The obejectives of this research are to know the improvement  of the students’ achievement in poetry mastery and their perception regarding to the semiotic method in teaching and learning poetry in  English Education Department, Languages and Art Faculty of State University of Medan. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the research are the fifth semester of 37 students of 2013/2014 academic year. The data are collected by test in order to know the students’ achievment in poetry mastery. The students’ perception toward the implementation of the semiotic method for teaching and learning poetry is collected by questionaire. The data are analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result of research shows that (1) the average score of the students’ achievement of poetry mastery is (71.75) or it increases (11,59) point from pre-test (60.16) and (2) in general, the students’ perception toward the semiotic method for teaching and learning poetry are good and positive.

This research is motivated by the development of children's language, especially in letter recognition. Language development requires more optimal guidance because as a child's capital to enter elementary school education. Therefore this study aims to improve the ability to recognize the language of letters applied using Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models assisted by letter card media in the TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja B3 group in 2018/2019. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles, the subject of research was the TK Kartika Singaraja VII-3 Singaraja B3 group, which consisted of 27 children, consisting of 9 girls and 18 boys. The object of research is the child's language ability to recognize letters. Data collection in this study was conducted with observation media. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that an average increase in the percentage of language ability to recognize letters in the B3 group is 25.7%. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of the ability of the language to recognize child letters in the first cycle of 55.31% with low criteria being 81.01% in cycle II with high criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models assisted by letter card media can improve the ability of the language to recognize the letters of the children of B3 TK Kartika Singaraja group in the first semester of 2018/2019

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to improve improve story fraction problem solving skill among 4<sup>th</sup> grade students of SDN 3 Sembukan Sidoharjo Wonogiri in the academic year 2019/ 2020 by applying Problem Based Learning model. The research conducted was a Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research implemented in two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting</em><em>. </em><em>The research result show that application of Problem Based Learning model can improve student’s story fraction problem solving skill. The average </em><em>of</em><em> </em><em>story fraction problem solving skill in the pre-cycle 55.93; cycle I 74.79; and cycle II 84.38. While classical completeness in pra-cycle was 4 students (26.67%), cycle I was 12 students (80%), cycle II was 15 students (100%)</em><em>. </em><em>The conclusion is application of Problem Based Learning model can improve story fraction problem solving skill among 4<sup>th</sup> grade students of SDN 3 Sembukan Sidoharjo Wonogiri in the academic year 2019/ 2020.</em></p>

<div class="WordSection1"><p>The purpose of this study was to increasing students motivation to study biology with implementation of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy through increased motivation to learn.This research was a classroom action research through the implementation of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy. The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of four phases, namely planning, implementation actions (acting), observation, and reflection. The subject were students in grade VIII D SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta academic year 2010/2011. The sources of data derived from teacher and student information, places and events of the ongoing learning activities, and documentation. The techniques and data collection tool used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data was analysized techniques with descriptive analysis techniques. The data validation used  triangulation techniques.The result proved that the implementation of the classroom action research through the application of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy write could be improving the motivation of learning biology in grade VIII D SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta.. Based on observations, questionnaires and interviews. The percentage of each indicator is based on students motivation observation sheets, precycle 39,05%, first cycle 69,52% and second cycle 89,52%. Based on these results, it could be concluced that the implementation of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy was increasing the students motivation to learning Biology in grade VIII D SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta academic year 2010/2011.</p><p align="center"> </p><p class="0jTULISANKATAKUNCIKEYWORDS">Key Words: learning strategy Think Talk Write, learn motivation on biology</p></div>
