The various television shows can now be easily accessed by children for 24 hours without the need for parental controls. Television shows that are presented are of various types, ranging from educational shows, cartoons to soap operas. This article aims to map out television shows that are of favored by elementary school students. The approach of this research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were elementary school students from grade I to grade VI. The data of this study were collected by using interview and observation methods. The data analysis of this study used an interactive method. The results of this study shows that television shows that are of favored by elementary school students are: Spongebob, Upin & Ipin, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Doraemon, Munki and Trunk, Si Bolang, On The Spot, Anak Langit, Tukang Ojek Pengkolan. It can be concluded that television shows that are favored by elementary school students are cartoon shows that have the power of imagination and creativity. There is a need for parental control when children watch television, especially on television shows in which the are elements of violence and bullying.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah jawaban tes perbuatan pantun karya siswa kelas V SD. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah validitas data dan realibilitas data. Analisis data diperoleh dari aspek-aspek kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas V SD yang menunjukkan bahwa (1)8 siwa yang mendapatkan kategori penilaian sangat baik dengan hasil persentase 30,76%, (2) 6 siswa yang mendapatkan kategori penilaian baik dengan hasil persentase 23,07%, (3) 2 siswa yang mendapatkan kategori penilaian cukup dengan hasil persentase 07,69%, (4) 6 siswa yang mendapatkan kategori penilaian kurang dengan hasil persentase 23,07%, dan (5) 4 siswa yang mendapatkan kategori penilaian gagal dengan hasil persentase 15,38%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa rata-rata nilai siswa dalam menulis pantun yaitu 70 dengan kategori baik. Kata kunci : analisis, menulis pantunAbstractThis study aims to describe aspects of the ability to write rhymes for fifth-grade elementary school students. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the data in this study is the answer to the act of rhyme test by the fifth-grade elementary school students. Data analysis techniques used are data validity and data reliability. Data analysis was obtained from aspects of the ability to write rhymes for fifth-grade elementary school students which showed that (1) 8 students who received very good assessment categories with the percentage results of 30.76%, (2) 6 students who got good assessment categories with percentage results of 23, 07%, (3) 2 students who get enough assessment categories with percentage results 07.69%, (4) 6 students who get less assessment categories with percentage results of 23.07%, and (5) 4 students who get assessment categories failed with a percentage of 15.38%. The conclusion from this study that the average value of students in writing rhymes is 70 with a good category. Keywords: analysis, poetry writing

Literacy is one way to build and develop children's thinking skills that are important for students. However, students' literacy habits are still low. Therefore, schools as one of the three educational centers should implement a literacy culture to improve children's thinking skills. This study aims to examine information about the application of literacy culture in schools and to apply literacy using children's stories for students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that literacy activities in schools had been implemented with literacy fifteen minutes before the lesson started and used every corner of the school as a reading corner, while the implementation of literacy using storybooks was done by inviting students to read books with various story titles. Based on these results, it can be concluded that elementary schools already have a good literacy program and the application of literacy using storybooks can invite students to retell the story content and the moral values of the story. This research implies that schools should optimize their role as one of the three educational centers to build and develop literacy habits for elementary school students.

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kemampuan Kids Athletics Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan atau menyelidiki suatu keadaan yang sebenarnya . Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar Kota Di Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian adalah empat sekolah dasar yaitu SDN 19, SDN 74, SDN 02, dan SDN 01 sebanyak 129 siswa. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kanga’s excape, lompat katak, lempar turbo dan formula 1, pada instrumen ini pelaksanaan tes Kids Athletics dilakukan 2 kesempatan ,hasil baik dar kedua kesempatan diambil sebagai skor terbaik yang diperoleh masin-masing teste.  Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan Kids athletics SDN 19 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (46,7%), sedangkan anak perempuan  berkategori sedang (36,4%). Pada SDN 74 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (56,25%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori kurang (53,8%). Pada SDN 02 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (55%). Pada SDN 01 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90,9%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (58,3%). ABSTRACT Reading comprehension is a competence that everyone has to possess. It can broaden human’s insight in that we will not be left behind as time goes so fast. One of the teachers’ efforts as to enhance the reading comprehension competence is to apply a learning model that is able to explore a lot of students’ potency. The learning model considered to be capable of developing the students’ creative-thinking is a generative model. Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that the process of reading-comprehension learning runs well in full activity of students. The students’ tendency to the learning of reading comprehension using such a model is positive in the means of 75.10%. The generative learning model succeeds in enhancing the students’ competence of reading comprehension. The means of score before the treatment is only 53.80%, whereas after the treatment it gets 72% in which the index gain is 0.41 and it is categorized into mediocre. There is difference of reading-comprehension competence between the use of generative learning model and conventional model. It is proven by t-test, indicating that t-observed is higher than t-table. Therefore, the generative learning model is effective and reasonable to use for the teachers in the improvement of stduents’ reading-comprehension competence.

Teaching materials and online learning outcomes that are less than optimal affect the learning process. Students need visualization that can help concrete understanding of the material, especially in implementing online learning. This study aimed to develop interactive multimedia learning in science subjects according to the validation of expert tests and individual trials. This development research applies the DDD-E model (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). The method used to collect data is a questionnaire equipped with observations and interviews. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The subject of this development research is interactive learning multimedia. Then a review is carried out from subject content expert validators, instructional design experts, learning media experts, and individual trials on students. The results of data analysis based on validation by subject matter content experts obtained a percentage score of 96.15% with very good qualifications, instructional design experts obtained a score percentage of 87.5% with good qualifications, learning media experts obtained a percentage score of 93.00% with very good qualifications, and the results of the review of 3 students in individual trials obtained a percentage score of 91.66% with very good qualifications. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the interactive learning multimedia developed is very feasible in science learning for sixth-grade elementary school students.

The art of creative thinking needs to develop and taught to students because by thinking creativity, students are able to solve the problem they have, the students become more independent, creating reliable and talented human resources, and skillful in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the creative thinking ability in the mathematic aspect of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students. The data collection was done by giving four questions of students' creative thinking ability on KPK and FPB materials along with with interview the students. The research was done to 31 students of class IVC. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Creative thinking ability is important in Era 4.0 where the development of knowledge becomes really fast. The average achievement of every creative thinking indicator is fluency 45,8% and flexibility 58,3%, whereas originality and elaboration indicator reaches 33,3%. The conclusion from this research is that the creative thinking ability of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students need to improve

Life in the 21st century requires a variety of skills that an individual must master in order to become a successful person in life. Skills in managing finances are needed. Therefore, the need for financial literacy knowledge is taught early, especially in schools so that it will accumulate into adulthood. This article aimed to explain the importance of financial literacy knowledge for elementary school students in the 21st century. Data collection used observation, literature study, and documentation. Data sources from informants and documents. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis of interactive models. The findings showed that students at elementary schools prefer to buy objects that are desired rather than needed. This shows the importance of financial literacy knowledge for elementary school students. This is supported by the results of a literature study that financial literacy knowledge will be useful in managing students' finances for now and in the future. Therefore, it is expected that the role of the teacher in providing teaching material about financial literacy in accordance with the stages of student development.

This study aimed to find out the different of efectiveness of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Jigsaw learning model on problem solving ability of 6th grade students. This study compared which has a greater effect on problem solving ability of 6th grade students. This study was a quasy experiment. The subjects of this study were 6th grade elementary school students in Ngadirojo Kidul, Wonogiri, Indonesia. Data collection used were pretest and post test technique. Data analysis used was Anova with T-test where previously preceded by prerequisite test (homogenity test and normality test). The result of this study is there is difference between TPS learning model and Jigsaw learning model. TPS learning model has a greater influence in improving problem solving ability of 6th grade elementary school students.

The purpose of this research is to apply STEAM learning to develop the creativity level of Elementary School Students in the Outermost Disadvantaged Regions of Indonesia. The application of loose parts in STEAM learning is considered capable of developing the creativity of elementary school children. This type of research includes field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were the fourth graders of SD Inpres Oeteta, Sulamu District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is that STEAM learning can develop students' skills in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematical. using materials available in the environment. In addition, STEAM learning is able to make children have creativity in ways of thinking, solving problems and being able to think scientifically.
