This study aims to analyze the ability of non-civil servant religious counselors in Central Sumba Regency in applying communication techniques. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source in this study is the head of the KUA and Islamic religious counselors and fostered citizens. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview and document analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that (1) the understanding of religious instructors about good communication techniques was not yet maximal (2) the ability of religious instructors to implement informative communication techniques was already good (3) the ability of religious instructors to implement persuasive communication techniques was quite good (4) the ability of religious instructors in applying coercive communication techniques is not optimal.

Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. As good citizens, when we gather among fellow language users who have different regional languages, we must always use Indonesian as a language of unity. This study aims to describe how the language behavior between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative and how the language behavior barriers between Buton and Buru tribe employees at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative in Namlea Buru Maluku Regency. This qualitative descriptive study examines linguistic phenomena. The data source in this study is the utterances used between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe in the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative which contains the regional languages of the two tribes. The method of data collection is done through non-participant observation. While the technique of data collection is done through the technique of referring to skillful engagements, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data that has been classified is then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study revealed that the language behavior between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative was initially not very good considering they communicated with each other in their respective languages but over time this could be overcome so that between the Buton tribes and the Buru tribe cooperated well. Subsequent findings of language barriers between Buton and Buru tribes employees at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative influenced their respective regional languages, between the two tribes unable to understand each other because the two tribes used their respective regional languages. when interacting.  Sebagai warga negara yang baik, ketika kita berkumpul antara sesama pengguna bahasa yang saling berbeda bahasa daerah, kita harus selalu menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa persatuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea dan bagaimana hambatan-hambatan perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea di Namlea Kabupaten Buru, Maluku. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini mengkaji tentang fenomena kebahasaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan-tuturan yang digunakan antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea yang mengandung bahasa daerah kedua suku tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi nonpartisipasi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Data yang sudah diklasifikasi kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif.            Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea pada awalnya kurang begitu baik mengingat mereka saling berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa daerah masing-masing, namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu hal tersebut bisa teratasi sehingga antara suku Buton dan suku Buru terjalin kerja sama dengan baik. Temuan berikutnya hambatan-hambatan  yang terjadi dalam perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea yaitu pengaruh bahasa daerah masing-masing antara kedua suku tersebut tidak bisa saling memahami karena kedua suku tersebut menggunakan bahasa daerah mereka masing-masing ketika berinteraksi.

The purpose of this investigation was to see how the consequences that arose after the conflict between online ojek and convensional ojek, The theory used in analyzing this research is conflict theory from Lewis A. Coser. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive type and the choice of irformation is purpose sampling. Data collection is by means of observation, interviews with data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman. The reseults of the investigation show that arise after the conflict between online ojek and conventional ojek are (1) Tight Solidarity; (2) Territorial Boundaries; (3) Compromises and New Norms.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. This research is motivated by a theory that combines daily reality and the reality behind it and tries to find daily reality, but on the other hand it also tries to discover what is behind daily reality. The problem under study is how romanticism in the poems of Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The purpose of this study is to describe romanticism in the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source of this research, namely the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The research instrument was the researcher himself, with data collection techniques carried out by reading and writing techniques. The technique is carried out in the following sequence (1) reading poetry, (2) recording the entire data obtained from the reading results, and (3) identifying the problem points according to the scope of the study. Data analysis techniques are processed through an expressive approach that focuses attention on the authors of literary works. The results showed that there was an equivalent and opposition in the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. Equivalent can be found in aspects of love that lead to: (1) passion, (2) liking, (3) remembering and thinking in the heart, (4) distress, (5) worry, and (6) sadness. Meanwhile, the Opposition can be found in aspects of expression in the form of: (1) thoughts with feelings, (2) men with women, (3) likes with grief, and (4) sweet with bitter. Equivalent and opposition in the poem Surat Cinta by Rendra as a whole develops the integrity of meaning in poetry.

The subject of the study in this study are: 1) The form of the problems caused in providing maple PAI reinforcement conducted by the teacher, 2) How to overcome the problems faced by the teacher in providing PAI map reinforcement. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a type of descriptive data analysis. This data collection is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The informants from this study were principals, teachers and some students in the research location. The technique used to check data credibility is the extension of the presence of researchers and in-depth observation and triagulation. The results show that the problems caused in providing reinforcement are a) learning methods that are considered less varied by the teachers, b) learning media that are considered to be less qualified, c) internal and external factors of students which are the problems of PBM's success, d) Uneven human and natural resource problems. Whereas ways to overcome these problems include: a) including MGMP program teachers, b) Making maximum use of learning media, c) Conducting good communication networks for all parties, d) Pairing between the smart and the less intelligent.

The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect
