Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran teams games tournaments berbantuan power point dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional pada kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2016 / 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 83 orang. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelompok siswa kelas VIII B yang berjumlah 41 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelompok siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 42 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi siswa dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji–t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung1,991 dan ttabel (pada taraf signifikansi 5%) = 9,727. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung> ttabel, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang signifikan antara kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran Teams Games Tournaments berbantuan power point dan kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional. Dilihat dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi kelompok eksperimen adalah 32,63 lebih besar dari rata-rata hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi kelompok kontrol adalah 28,37, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournaments berbantuan Power Point Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournaments, hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. This means that t(count) > t(table), so that it can be interpreted that there is significant difference in the learning result of information and communication technology between groups that follow Teams Games Tournament training assisted by power point and groups that follow the learning with conventional model.Observed from the calculation of average learning outcomes ofexperimental group of information and communication technology is 32.63 greater than the average learning outcomes of control group of information technology and communication 28.37, so it can be concluded that the implementation of Teams Games Tournamentslearning models assisted by Power Pointto the learning result of students’ grade VIII.keyword : Teams Games Tournaments learning, information and communication technology learning result.

This study aimed to determine the effect of student learning outcomes by applying the learningmodel Think Pair Share (TPS) on the archipelago song class VIII-I in SMP YP PembangunanGalang of the Academic Year 2016/2017.This type of research is True experimental design with pretest-Psottest Control GroupDesign. The population in the study were all second semester VIII class consisting of 3 classes.Sampling was done by random sampling. Sample chosen is a class VIII-I as the experimental classlearning model Think Pair Share, amounting to 30 people and VIII-II as a control group withconventional learning models which amounted to 32 people. The instrument used in this studyused multiple-choice test of 25 questions with four possible answers that have validator. Thestatistics are used to test the hypothesis of this study is to test t, As a prerequisite test used to testthe normality and homogeneity.Based on the post-test and analysis of data obtained an average value of 78.26experimental group and the average value of the control group 66. From the results of hypothesistesting, it turns out the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Testing the hypothesis in researchusing hypothesis testing t-test two parties and of the calculation of the statistics obtained by value t= 4.60 t the next price compared to the price ttabel with significance level of 5% was obtainedtable = 2.0 then t ≥ t table or - t ≤ - t table is ≥ 2.0 or -4.60 4.60 ≤ -2.0. Then the results of testinghypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Based on data analysis and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing, theconclusion of this study was no significant difference in the use of learning model Think PairShare (TPS) to the learning outcomes obtained by students on track archipelago VIII-I in SMP YPPembangunan Galang of the Academic Year 2016/2017.

These paper have purposed to know the difference of result between the students that have learned by using IT and the students who had subject follow by using conventional learning method in dimension three subject. The research method used in this study is an experimental method using Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of students who get learning by using ICT media is higher than the average learning outcomes of students who get learning by using conventional learning models on the three-dimensional material.

This paper studies whether and how information and communication technology (ICT) changes self-construal and cultural values in a developing country. Ethiopian children were given laptops in the context of an ICT for development scheme. We compared children who used laptops (n = 69) with a control group without laptops (n = 76) and a second control group of children whose laptop had broken down (n = 24). Results confirmed that after 1 year of laptop usage, the children’s self-concept had become more independent and children endorsed individualist values more strongly. Interestingly, the impact of laptop usage on cultural values was mediated by self-construal (moderated mediation). Importantly, modernization did not “crowd out” traditional culture: ICT usage was not associated with a reduction in traditional expressions (interdependent self-construal, collectivist values). Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The society of Indonesia faces problem of cultural crisis, especially the younger generation who prefer foreign culture rather than the local culture. This research aimed to find a way to conserve local culture by combining local culture with the development of information and communication technology. The method used in this study is content crowdsourcing because it requires the help of all society member to fill the content and data that will be managed later in large volumes. Therefore, it will use cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS). This research has successfully developed a portal called ibudaya that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content, such as in the format of video, pictures, pdf, Word, and Power Point. This research has successfully developed a portal that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content. The cultural portal can be accessed through the link address http://iBudaya.applikasi.online/. This portal will be further refined in terms of cultural content procurement, where the content is in the form of videos, pictures and folklore texts.

Orientation: Engaged employees are regarded as extremely valuable in today’s unstable economic environment. However, despite spending large amounts of money on the improvement of employee engagement, the effect thereof is seldom determined. This study was about determining the impact of team dialogue sessions on the enhancement of employee engagement in a large information and communication technology company over a 2-year period.Research purpose: This study focused on determining the improvement of employee engagement through an organisation development intervention. The intervention was based on a social constructionist perspective, namely, team dialoguing, and was facilitated over a period of two years.Motivation for the study: Although the matter regarding the improvement of employee engagement seems to be extensively discussed in the literature, research on the use of interventions to enhance employee engagement is to a large extent still lacking. Based on a theoretical integration, it was argued that team dialoguing could improve employee engagement.Research design, approach and method: This was a quantitative study, employing a quasi-experimental design. An experimental group was exposed to an organisation development intervention of team dialogues over a 2-year period and then compared to a control group that had not been exposed to the intervention.Main findings: Although with a small effect size, it was discovered that facilitating team dialogue sessions had a positive impact on employee engagement, more specifically on the exercise of discretionary effort, intention to remain, rational commitment, communication and supervisory support as dimensions.Practical and managerial implications: The practical implication of this study is that the engagement of employees can be enhanced by involving the direct supervisor and his or her team in dialoguing sessions.Contribution or value-add: The study contributed to the literature on employee engagement by reporting on the implementation of an intervention over a period of two years to enhance employee engagement.

This study is aimed find out significant difference of natural science learning outcomes of students who follow peer tutor and do not follow peer tutor. This study is quasi experimental study especially non-equivalent post tes only kontrol groip design. The population of this study was the entire of IV grade students in Gugus II Santalia Kubutambahan District. The sample was determined by using random sampling technique. The sample was IV grade students if SDN 2 Kubutambahan was chosen as experimental group and class IV SDN 4 Kubutambahan as control group. The data was teken by using multiple choice test. The data obtained were analized by using descriptive statistical analysis and inrerential statistic t-test with the formula of polled variance. The results showed the lessons with peer tutor and the group of students who do not follow peer tutor. the findings are peer tutor makes the students motivated, trained, and active to espress their option. furthermore, peer tutor provides an opportunity for the students to exchange ideas, and their work together. in addition, learning with peer titor becomes fluent communicating

This research aimed at finding out the significant difference of science learning outcomes among the group of students who were taught by Quantum learning model aided three dimensional media and the group of students who were taught by conventional learning model on fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was a quasi-experimental research with the non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this research was the entire fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018 which amounted to 175 people. The sample of this research was fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Wanagiri which was selected as the experimental group and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Wanagiri which was selected as the control group. The obtained data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The result of this research showed there was a significant difference of science learning outcomes among the group of students who were taught by Quantum learning model-aided three-dimensional media and the group of students who were taught by conventional learning model on fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018. Therefore, it can be concluded that Quantum learning model aided three dimensional media has a positive effect on fifth grade students’ learning outcomes at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan (1) tata cara guru mengajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali (2) media pembelajaran berbasis ICT bisa meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali, (3) pendapat siswa kelas X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis ICT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menyimak pidarta basa Bali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Objek penelitian adalah proses pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dan peningkatan kemampuan siswa menyimak pidarta basa Bali. Ada tiga tahap yang di lakukan dalam metode pengumpulan data antara lain, metode observasi, tes, dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) teknik guru mengajar menggunakan media berbasis ICT sudah sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran, media ini berupa power point, gambar, video, suara, itu yang membuat siswa semangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. (2) media berbasis ICT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali, hal ini bisa di lihat dari peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I yaitu 73,86 menjadi 79,96 pada siklus II. Jadi dari penggunaan media berbasis ICT dapat meningkat menjadi 6,1% (3) siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis ICT, hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan skor rerata pada siklus I yaitu 25,46 dan 28,06 pada siklus II. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kata kunci: berbasis ICT, menyimak, pidato bahasa Bali

Nowadays biology teachers should be professional, ICT and information competent, and they must be able to create diverse teaching scenarios and apply modern technology, enabling students to acquire the knowledge and develop the competences needed for life in the 21st century. With the aim of determining the degree of implementation of information and communication technology in the educational process, a research was conducted on a sample of 65 biology teachers from the Split-Dalmatia County. The results show that biology teachers insufficiently apply ICT tools, and on the work they most commonly use Power Point presentations and their permutations. Length of teachers working experience and the types of schools in which they work are not factors frequently use of ICT tools in the educational process. The results can be the encouragement to transform the initial education of future biology teachers and guidelines for the necessary additional professional training of teachers practitioners and strengthening their ICT skills.

The development of information and communication technology continues to increase along with the increasing human needs, without exception in education. This method of community service uses three stages: the program preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the final step. Participants who took part in this activity were 20 physical education teachers from Kebomas District. The result of this service is that the teacher can make a product in the form of a quiz in the PowerPoint program.AbstrakTeknologi informasi dan komunikasi memiliki perkembangan yang meningkat  yang beriringan dengan peningkatan kebutuhan manusia termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakantiga tahap kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan program, pelaksanaan dan akhir. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 guru pendidikan jasmani yang berasal dari Kecamatan Kebomas. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu guru mampu membuat produk berbentuk kuis dalam program power point.
