This resarch aims to analyse income and house hold welfare of Etawa goat milk farmers in Sungai Langka Village, Gedong Tataan of Pesawaran District. The location was chosen purposively by the consideration that most farmers are Etawa goat. Primary and secondary data were collected in May - August 2018. Data are analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The research results showed that Etawa goat milk farming provided monthly income of Rp1,283,800.00. The farming is profitable with the R / C value of 3.17 over cash cost and 1.28 over total cost. Farmers’ welfare is included in prosperous category.Key words :Etawa goat, farmers, income, milk

This research aims to determine the analyze cost, revenue, income and economic of scale of onion farming. This research was conducted in Metro City which is chosen purposively in which total number of respondents are 33 farmers who are chosen using saturation sampling. Primary and secondary data were collected in November 2017–Mei 2018. The research data are analyzed byincome analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with Cobb-Douglass production function. The results of this research showed that onion farming at first cultivation season and second cultivation season was profitable for farmers in Metro City, R/C value of total cost was about 1.43 and 1.53. Economic of scale of onion farming in Metro City was increasing return to scale,meaningthat there was an increase of the profit caused by an increase of total production.Keywords: economic of scale,income,onion farming

The purpose of this research is to study the income and added value of banana chips agroindustry.  The research location was chosen purposively at Sungai Langka village Pesawaran District by consideration that Banana Chips Agroindustry at Sungai Langka village was active routinely produce and also has a potential to be developed. Respondents were  the owners of banana chips agroindustries. The data were collected in Desember 2017 and analyzed by a quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that the income based on total cost per month of banana chips agroindustry was Rp1,366,46.,67.  Banana Chips Agroindustry was viable because it has positive added value amounted Rp3,758.26/kg raw material and favorable for its R/C  value of more than one which are 1.37 at cash cost and 1.35 at total cost.Key words: added value, agroindustry, banana chips, income

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa itu dakwah Bil Qalam dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram dalam dakwah Bil Qalam. Dakwah tidak harus dengan berdiri di atas mimbar, ada banyak metode yan dapat dilakukan dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah. Dakwah Bil Qalam merupakan metode dakwah yang menggunakan tulisan dalam menyampaikan sebuah pesan dakwah. Di era digital saat ini, dakwah virtual melalui media sosial Instagram menjadi jalan agar estafet dakwah yang dilakukan Rasulullah SAW tidak terputus begitu saja. Metode dakwah Bil Qalam melalui Instagram dapat berupa caption pada unggahan gambar atau video dan tulisan pada instagram story. Dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitiaan kualitatif diinterperetasikan oleh peneliti sehingga hasil penelitian sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran, pandangan, dan pengetahuan peneliti. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dan data sekunder seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel dakwah yang diperoleh dari internet.Kata kunci: Dakwah Bil Qalam, Media sosial, Instagram.AbstractThis study aims to find out what is Da'wah Bil Qalam and describe how to use Instagram social media in Da'wah Bil Qalam. Da'wah does not have to stand on the stand, there are many methods that can be used in conveying the message of da'wah. Da'wah Bil Qalam is a method of da'wah that uses writing in conveying a message of da'wah. In today's digital era, virtual preaching through social media Instagram is a way for the preaching relay conducted by Rasulullah SAW to not be interrupted. The method of preaching Bil Qalam through Instagram can be in the form of a caption on the upload of images or videos and writing on instagram stories. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. The qualitative research data is interpreted by the researcher so that the research results are strongly influenced by the thoughts, views, and knowledge of the researcher. Data collected in the form of primary data are interviews and secondary data such as books, journals and propaganda articles obtained from the internet.Keywords: Da'wah Bil Qalam, Social media, Instagram.

The aim of this studies were to determine the efficiency or feasibility of cabbage farming income, income earned by farmers in one growing season. Research locations in Beji Village, Junrejo Subdistrict, the number of respondents were 30 cabbage farmers which were used as research samples. The data used primary data and secondary data. Method of analysis, namely the analysis of income Pd = TR - TC, analysis of costs TC = FC + VC, analysis of acceptance TR = Py. Y and analysis of the feasibility of R / C farming. The results obtained with a total revenue of Rp. 53,473,500.00; the variable cost is IDR 11,807,025.00; flat fee of IDR. 3,010,000.00; total cost of IDR. 14,817,025.00; the average income earned by cabbage farmers is IDR. 14,817,025.00; and obtained R / C value of 2.61 which means that each expenditure of IDR. 100.- will receive IDR. 261.00. Thus the cabbage farming in Beji Village is feasible to be cultivated because R / C> 1 means that the farming is profitable. Therefore, this farm is worth continuing.

The aim to be achieved in this study is to analyze the quality and productivity costs of case studies at the Islamic University of 45 Bekasi. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The location of the study was conducted at the Islamic University of 45 Bekasi. The data used is secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic University of 45 Bekasi in the academic year 2013/2014. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. The highest quality cost discussion results are prevention costs at the cost of seminars and training for lecturers as much as Rp. 450,561,400, -. The lowest quality cost is the assessment fee at the cost of lecturer accreditation of Rp. 1,925,000, -. The percentage of quality costs is 2.1% smaller than the fairness of the total quality costs of 2.5%. The realization of the output of new student admissions was obtained in the 2013/2014 school year as many as 1,339 people. Total students 6,364 people. The study period is more than 4 years and has not graduated as many as 992 people. Failure costs as much as 16% of total students. Realization of financial output was achieved in the amount of Rp. 39,384,232,556, - ​​Input Rp. 35,606,307,800, - used to obtain output. Company productivity is efficient because output is greater than input. Company productivity is effective because the company achieves financial goals by obtaining a surplus of Rp. 3,777,924,756, - The conclusion that can be drawn is that quality costs are able to obtain output in the form of income exceeding its input value so that productivity is efficient and effective and surplus.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. The purpose of this study was to find out the function of cold storage in stabilizing fish prices in Ambon City, analyzing optimal production levels of various types of dominant fish, and analyzing the level of efficiency of utilization of cold storage and auxiliary machinery. This study uses the survey method. Primary data collection through questionnaires is built empirically while secondary data is obtained from several agencies related to this study. The research sample was drawn by exhausting sampling, amounting to 6 cold storage units in Ambon City. The role of cold storage to stabilize fish prices was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the quantitative techniques used included analysis of optimization of cold storage production with linear programming and analysis of the efficiency of utilization of cold storage. The results of the study show that cold storage has not played a role properly to stabilize fish prices in Ambon City. To achieve optimal use of production factors, the cold storage management needs to reduce the raw material by 24,915.9 kg / month; 7 HOK / month workforce; cold storage storage space capacity of 2.09 kg / month; and demand for flying fish 1,402.6 kg / month, while the use of production factors efficiently (fully utulized) is the capacity of the freezing machine, demand for tuna, skipjack, and cob. The level of technical efficiency of the utilization of cold storage facilities is reached, the total use of installed capacity must be proportional to the capacity used.

This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Samber Datar Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan, efesiensi usaha R/C dan untuk mengetahui BEP produksi dan BEP harga pada usaha Agroindustri Keripik Tempe Djokam di Desa Sumber Datar Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendapatan keripik tempe djokam Rp 425.327/produksi dengan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 574.673, yang terdiri dari biaya tetap dan biaya tidak tetap, nilai R/C sebesar 1,74, artinya setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan 1 rupiah maka diperoleh penerimaan sebesar 1,74 rupiah atau keuntungan sebesar 0,74 rupiah dan Break Even Poin produksi dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 574,673, maka harus memproduksi sebanyak 11,49 Kg dengan harga jualnya Rp 50.000, agar mencapai titik impas. Break Even Poin harga  dengan biaya sebesar Rp 574.673 maka Agroindustri Keripik Tempe harus memproduksi sebanyak 20 Kg dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 28.733, supaya mencapai titik impasnya.Kata Kunci : Agroindustri; Keripik Tempe; Pendapatan; R/C Ratio; BEP ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Samber Datar Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District. This study aims to determine the amount of revenue, efficiency of the R / C business and to determine the production BEP and price BEP in the Agroindustry of Tempe Djokam chips in Sumber Datar Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi District.
