This research is motivated by the results of observations which show that the activities and writing skills of narrative essays by Grade IV students of Santaka Elementary School Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency are still low. This is indicated by the low understanding of students in learning narrative essay writing skills and student activities that are classified as passive during learning. The purpose of this research is to improve the activities and writing skills of students' narrative essays by applying the Concept Sentence learning model. The research method used is PTK with Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This research consisted of two cycles with 23 students. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the increase in student activity is seen from the average pre-cycle learning outcomes reaching 39%, then increasing in the first cycle after using the Concept Sentence model with an average of 70% and the second cycle reaching 83%. This shows an increase in student activity in learning to write narrative essays. The narrative essay writing skills in the initial conditions reached 26%, then increased in the first cycle with an average of 65% and in the second cycle reached 87%. This shows that the students' narrative essay writing skills have increased in each cycle with the application of the Concept Sentence model.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students of grade IV of SD Negeri 024 Munsalo Kopahthrough "application of learning model card sort". This study uses classroom action research that is an actionresearch done with the aim of improving learning outcomes in the classroom. The purpose of this study is tosolve real problems, teachers in their professional development activities are examined about teacher activity,student activities based on very good category, good, enough, and less, which is studied is the result of learningCivics. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that: The average activity of firstcycle cycle I meeting is 66.67 with enough category, the second meeting 70,83 with enough category. In thesecond cycle of the first meeting 83.33 with good category, the second meeting 87.53 with good category. Whilethe average of student activity on the first cycle of the first meeting 62.5 with enough category, the secondmeeting 66.67 with Enough category. In the second cycle of the first meeting 79.17 with good category, at thesecond meeting 83.33 with good category. On the learning outcomes the average acquisition of UAS I is 70.20.on UAS II with an average of 90.25. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the learning model of cardsort can improve the learning outcomes of Civics students grade IV of SD Negeri 024 Munsalo Kopah.

This research is motivated by the learning result of Social Sciences of Grade VI SD Negeri 022 Jaya Mukti KotaDumai which is still very low. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences students.From the data analysis there is an increase of both teacher activity, student activity, and student learning result,that is teacher activity at meeting 1 cycle I percentage is 65% (enough) and at meeting 2 increase to 80%(good). In the second cycle of meeting 3 it increases again to 90% (very good) and at meeting 4 increases to95% (very good). Judging from the student activity also increased from the 1st meeting of cycle I was 60%(enough) and at meeting 2 increased to 70% (good). In the second cycle of meeting 3 it increased to 85% (verygood) and at the 4th meeting to 95% (very good). Judging from student learning outcomes, the average basicscore 63 increased to 75 in the first cycle of increase 12 points later in cycle II increased to 95 in cycle II largeincrease of 20 points. From the data analysis there is an increase both from teacher activity, student activity,and student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that the Improved Learning Model concept map can improvethe learning outcomes of IPS students of class VI SD Negeri 022 Jaya Mukti Kota Dumai.

This study aims to determine; (1) teacher activities after applying the open ended problems learning model in class XI TBSM SMKN 1 Kurun, (2) student activities after applying the open ended problems learning model in class XI TBSM SMKN 1 Kurun, (3) student responses after applying the open ended problems learning model on the double clutch system lesson, and (4) learning outcomes of class XI TBSM SMKN 1 Kurun, after following the open ended problems learning model on the double clutch system lesson. This research is descriptive quantitative, this research took the subject of class students XI TBSM SMKN 1 Kurun chosen as the subject of research. The instrument used is a test of cognitive learning outcomes, student activity sheet, teacher activity sheet, and student response questionnaires. As well as student learning outcomes related to cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The results of data analysis showed that overall student activity was carried out well. The completeness of the classically tested cognitive learning outcomes of students in 13 people (92,85%) and 1 student has not yet finished (2,94%), so classically the results of student learning using open ended problems models are said to be successful

The purpose of this study is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This research method using descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VIID SMP Negeri 13 Tegal. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This is evidenced by the data in the first cycle with an average value of 70.97 and those who completed 58.04% increased the average value of 81.23 and those who completed were 87.10% in the second cycle. This increase is also accompanied by changes in behavior, students are more active, and respect others in doing tasks.

The objectives of this study are: 1) to know the implementation of cooperative learning model of STAD type in mathematics learning in class V students in SDI Blidit, Waigete, Sikka Regency, 2) to find out the improvement of students' learning outcomes after applying cooperative learning model of STAD type on mathematics learning in class V students in SDI Blidit, Waigete, Sikka Regency. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by using a qualitative approach. The subject in this study was the V-grade SDI Blidit student, numbering 20 students. The techniques of data collection in this study were observation, interview, test and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis and the discussion of the results can be concluded that the results of the study of class V students in mathematics after implementation the cooperative learning model of STAD type in cycle I has not reached the complete learning. It can be seen from the number of students who reached the KKM or minimal completeness criteria is 6 people (60.5%) of 20 students, while in cycle II has undergone an increase by an overall percentage of 86%. Teacher and student activities also increased from cycle I to cycle II; (56.15%) in cycle I and (84.61%) in cycle II with its criteria is very good. While the student activity cycle I (50%) and cycle II (87.7%) are in excellent criteria. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that students are motivated when learning materials are implemented using the STAD type Cooperative learning model.

Improving Students' Learning Outcomes on Social Arithmetic Material Through Teams Games Tournament Learning Model. This study aims to describe the TGT learning steps that can improve the learning outcomes of social arithmetic material in class VII of PGRI 01 Singosari Middle School. This research is qualitative research with a type of classroom action research (CAR). Data sources were students of class VII D SMP PGRI 01 Singosari as many as 27 students. The procedure for collecting data in this study are (1) Observation, (2) Tests, and (3) Documentation. Stages of data analysis include reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Examination of the validity of the data used includes (1) persistence of observation, (2) triangulation, and (3) peer examination. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher and student activity from pre-action to action I and action II. The observation results of teacher activities in action I reached a percentage of 86.23%, in action II, it increased to 95.45% with a very good category. Furthermore, the observation results of student activities in action I reached a percentage of 79.3% and in action II, it increased to 91.73%. The percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in pre-action was 40.74%, the percentage of completeness of action I was 66.67%, and the percentage of completeness of action II was 85.18%. Thus the increase in learning outcomes from the action I to action II is 18.51%.

<p><em>This study aims to find out how to design a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model for description writing skills. The research method used are“The Research and Development Method of Borg &amp; Gall”. The teaching materials develop six learning meetings based on the analysis of elementary school studentsneed in grade IV in Indramayu. The validation of teaching material product design was carried out by four expert teams as validators which produced a score of 86.45% with very good assessment criteria. The readability of the book test results by students obtained a score of 89. The results of the product trials obtained very good criteria, the practicality response of teachers 91.67% and the practicality response of students 86.57%. The conclusion is, the teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model for description writing skills are valid and practical to use.</em></p>

This research was conducted because it was found that there were problems in the Indonesian language subject for grade II students of Bhoanawa 2 Impres Elementary School which showed very low Indonesian learning outcomes. The formulations of the problems in this study are: 1) Does learning through a contextual approach by utilizing animal image media can improve writing writing skills ?; 2) Can a contextual approach using animal pictures media increase student activity? The data collection methods used were: observation, interview, test and documentation. The subjects in this study were all students in grade II of the Bhoanawa 2 Impres Elementary School, totaling 17 people. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The results showed that the increase in writing skills in writing was 29%, or only 5 out of 17 students who were able to write well, which could achieve a greater value of 67. The results of cycle I increased to 47.05% (less) because of 17 students 8 students who managed to get a score above the value of the Minimum Completeness Criteria, and in cycle II an increase of 88.23% (very good), of the 17 students sampled there were 5 students in the very good category and 10 students in the good category.

The purpose of this study is to improve student accounting learning outcomes through the Explicit Instruction learning model. The research method used is Experiment. The research sample is 31 students with the instrument used is a written test in the form of pre-test and post-test. From the results of data analysis, it is known that an increase in student learning outcomes that can be seen through the pre-test reached 58.1% as many as 18 people then increased to 87.1% as many as 27 people in the post test. Thus, it can be concluded that the Explicit Instruction learning model can improve student learning outcomes because it can motivate students and be active in classroom learning.

Student’ activities play an important role in classroom learning activities. Student activities also affect student learning achievement, if the child is active then the possibility of achievement is also good. Unfortunately,  not all students are active in learning activities. The problem of low student activity occurs at State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The lack of students who ask questions or express opinions showed the activities of students were classified as low. This problem may disturb learning process and can affect student achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student activity through the Student Teams Achievement Division model assisted by Utaku media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The instrument used was a student activity observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed an increase on students’ learning activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74 and in the second cycle increased to 85. Based on the results of CAR conducted in forth grade of State Elementary School 2 of Medini it can be concluded that the use of the STAD model assisted by Utaku media can increase student activity.
