Variation skills are one of the skills a teacher must possess. These skills include variation in teaching (teaching style), interaction patterns of learning and variation in the use of learning media. These three variations, if implemented, will create an effective learning atmosphere and can create good interaction and communication between teacher and students and provide students with positive perceptions of the teacher. To improve this, the teacher must improve teaching variation skills, this will increase students' positive perceptions of the teacher. Based on these thoughts, this paper is an effort to trace students' perceptions of the variation of teaching religious teachers at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. This discussion was conducted using a descriptive approach by applying questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results of this discussion indicate the level of student perceptions of the variation of teaching religious teachers at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru is categorized quite well with the percentage obtained at 65.96%.

The issue of teacher’s performance has become a central point which is interesting to discuss by many people today. The fact shows that most teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, do not participate in coaching students effectively. This research employed qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and principals at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The results showed that low levels of teacher’s performance to student development is influenced by internal factors, namely the ability and motivation of teachers and the external factors are influenced by the physical working environment , and principal’s management. Teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, have not been fully able to motivate, nurture, and guide students in order to achieve effective learning.

In a teaching learning process, students  are expected to have high interest and enthusiasm in the classroom. Teachers who have the competencies would be able to create  conditions for effective learning, fun and effective classroom management. Student perceptions of teachers in the learning process would indirectly mean that the student has had interest in these subjects. Through the perpection that teachers are teaching students to have a solid competence as a teacher and a professional will be able to evoke the spirit of learning that impact student learning outcomes in both. The purpose of this study was to determine  how students perceptions of competence and its relationship to students learning outcomes.Subjects in this study are students – a class XI IPS  students at SMA Negeri 2 Jambi City which is used as a sample of 50 students. In the process of data  collection, carried out a total spread of 31 items questionnaire wich questions that are relevant indicators of what the objectives of this study. Then after it’s collected questionnaires analyzed by using the formula categories and the categories that have been determined. And to determine its relationship with the goal should learn, questionnaires analyzed by manual and by using the SPSS 16.0 computer applications.From the research found that student perceptions of teacher competence is highest  percentage of students percepstions about the competence of the teacher’s personality which amounted to 83,5 % and categorized very well. As for the indicator of student perceptions about of competence of another teacher for : students percepstions about the competence of the teacher’s pedagogic (73,76%) students percepstions about the competence of the teacher’s professional (83%) and students percepstions about the competence of the teacher’s social (78,2%). Next, coefficient of relationship students percepstions about the competence of the teacher’s with a favorable economic  study results obtained rxy = 0,511. Therefore we can conclude that there is a relationship between variables X and  variables Y  and is included in the interpretation.

Students have faced or done unusual things one of which is the act of bullying. As individuals who are in the early adult group, students should already have a correct and precise understanding of bullying. However, there are still many bullying incidents that occur among students. This research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The respondents were new students in the academic year 2020/2021 at one of the universities in Jakarta which has 513 students. The collection method uses Likert scale model which is distributed through google form. Data analysis was carried out using percentiles to describe the categories of perceptions that new students have of bullying. Based on hypothetical data (89,3%) and empirical (50,49%) indicates that the majority of new students have a neutral perceptions of bullying. That means the majority of new students give inconsistent assessments of aggressive behaviors repeated by individuals or groups against weak individuals. The next conclusion based on hypothetical data (0%) and empirical (28,65%) shows that there are still new students who have a bad perception of bullying or it can be interpreted that there are still students who are wrong in making judgment against bullying.

This research aims to explain the importance of teacher professionalism in terms of pedagogy owned by an educator. By mastering pedagogical competencies, educators or teachers can achieve learning objectives perfectly. With this challenge, an educator must complete all aspects of learning, methods, strategies, techniques and models into a complete unity. The type of research used in this research with quantitative descriptive approach, data collection that researchers use is observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. to master pedagogical competencies there are several that we must know including: (1) Able to know the practicality and potential of learners (2) Able to understand the theory and principles of effective learning (3) Able to design and develop curriculum (4) able to carry out educational learning (5) utilizing learning technology (6) Able to communicate effectively to learners (7) able to evaluate the results of teaching and learning. From the pedagogical competencies above, it is expected that teachers can apply all in Arabic language learning, thus the learners will indirectly be motivated to learn Arabic. With the results of research conducted in pondok Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an Puding Besar class IX there is a linear relationship between students' perception of teacher professionalism reviewed from the competence of pedagogic teachers to the motivation of learning Arabic by 51.4%.

Modernization also causes a shift in interaction patterns and changes in values in society. There are still many people who do not have ethics in the campus environment, such as speaking impolitely with peers or with elders. This research was conducted to find out how to ethically speak student language to lecturers in the Sociology Department. This Research uses qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This data collection technique is done by means of interviews. The informants of this study were lecturers of the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences based on the criteria. The criteria used are different ages, namely senior lecturers and junior lecturers. In addition, informants were also obtained from active sociology students and came from different generations. The result of this study is that one of the factors that influence the language ethics of students is the difference of age between students and lecturers that not too far, so that students think of lecturers as their own friends, which makes them free to speak according to their wishes without thinking about who the interlocutor is and the solution for handling bad ethics is by holding activities that explain the importance of good ethics at campus since new students are in the campus environment. Modernisasi juga menimbulkan pergeseran pola interaksi dan berubahnya nilai-nilai dalam masyarakat. Masih banyak manusia yang tidak ber-etika di lingkungan kampus seperti cara berbicara yang kurang sopan baik dengan teman sebaya ataupun dengan yang lebih tua. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui cara beretika dalam berbahasa mahasiswa kepada dosen yang ada di Jurusan Sosiologi. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Informan penelitian ini adalah dosen jurusan Sosiologi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dengan berdasarkan kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah umur yang berbeda yakni dosen senior dan dosen junior. Selain itu, informan juga didapatkan dari beberapa mahasiswa aktif dan berasal dari berbeda-beda angkatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi etika berbahasa mahasiswa adalah adanya perbedaan usia yang tidak terlalu jauh antara mahasiswa dengan dosen, sehingga para mahasiswa menganggap dosen seperti temannya sendiri yang membuat mereka bebas berbahasa sesuai dengan kemauannya tanpa memikirkan siapa lawan bicaranya dan solusi untuk menangani etika yang kurang baik adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan yang menjelaskan pentingnya beretika yang baik di kampus sejak mahasiswa baru berada di lingkungan kampus.

Education system which using international class system and regular class system inflict many types of problems and issues that arise. The problems that arise create the interaction patterns that frequently form a deficient interaction patterns. This research aims to know how the interaction patterns which occur in international class and regular class in High School of Yayasan Pendidikan Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah and how to overcome the occurrence the social jealousy among them. This research use qualitative research with descriptive approach. The subjects of the research are International class students, and regular class students, teacher, foundation manager as the main information source. The findings show that there are differences in interactions that occur between regular and international class students. The school form interaction with incorporate the students through activities and programs at school and generate the students in International  Class and Regular Class be more effectual to interaction thus the social jealousy among them would be disappear, therefore the interaction which occur be more intense and effective.

<p><em>Teaching style is the reflection of individualism in the art of teaching. All excellent teachers unfold before the students their unique teaching methods, teaching techniques and teaching beliefs which result in effective learning outcome. This paper is based on a course which I audit during my visiting in the US. Through the observation of classroom lecture, analysis of after-class notes and interviews with the teacher</em><em>’ </em><em>a comparative study of classroom teaching style between Chinese and American teachers is conducted as well as the possible factors behind it. The findings of the paper will positively promote the creativity and innovation of the Chinese College English teachers who will make a reflection on their own teaching and make every effort to formulate their own teaching style in order to achieve a higher standard of college English teaching and at the same time promote college English learning.</em></p>

The monotonous teaching style and cooking have made students ineligible for learning. While choosing the right teaching style is the key to an effective learning process. The purpose of this study was to examine the teaching style of teachers in learning the Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Kendari. The method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the dominant teaching style used by teachers of the Qur'an in MAN 1 Kendari is that all the teachers of al-Al-Hadis use the classical teaching style. However, all teachers issue or integrate classical teaching styles with other teaching styles. Namely using a classical teaching style that is combined with interactional teaching styles and technological teaching styles that are combined with interactional teaching styles

The problem of this study is the participants' low understanding of learning models and their application in the classroom, especially for Madrasah teachers. The low mastery ability and application of learning models directly influence the lack of effective learning process, and the low interest in learning students. Teacher curriculum demands are required to apply classroom learning models, according to the demands of the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find out the participants' understanding of the material of learning models through the application of learning models in the Education and Training Learning Models. This research is a field reserch qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Participants in Training Model Learning Models for Madrasah Teachers in Bekasi City, West Java. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the mastery of the participants' learning models material improved. This can be seen from the increase in posttest scores from pretest: The lowest value of pretest 12 posttest 28, the highest value of pretest 68 posttest 88, and the average value of pretest 40.93 and posttest 69.47. Kata Kunci: Model-Model Pembelajaran, Guru Madrasah, Pretest, Postest.

Cultural diversity in society, the workplace and classrooms is more or less is a global phenomenon. The multi-cultural classroom provides an opportunity for students from different cultures to bring their enormous range of experiences, knowledge, perspectives and insights to the learning – if the process is enabled. Many firms around the globe are expanding their businesses beyond domestic markets. These trends indicate that many individuals are likely to study or work in multicultural environments domestically and abroad. Research suggests that faculty and trainers adapt their teaching style and classroom policies to accommodate multicultural learners. Disconnections may arise, however, regarding the willingness to include these accommodations. This chapter explores various issues which faculty and students face regarding adjustments in teaching style, content, and policies to adapt to multicultural learners. Specific recommendations to meet the challenges of multicultural learning are also provided.
