The issue of teacher’s performance has become a central point which is interesting to discuss by many people today. The fact shows that most teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, do not participate in coaching students effectively. This research employed qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and principals at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The results showed that low levels of teacher’s performance to student development is influenced by internal factors, namely the ability and motivation of teachers and the external factors are influenced by the physical working environment , and principal’s management. Teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, have not been fully able to motivate, nurture, and guide students in order to achieve effective learning.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

Remidial merupakan suatu bentuk pengajaran yang bersifat menyembuhkan atau membetulkan, atau pengajaran yang membuat menjadi baik. Saat ini sebagaian siswa yang belum mencapai kriterial ketuntasan minimal sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan upaya guru PPKn dalam melakukan proses remedial siswa dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi upaya guru PPKn dalam melakukan remedial untuk mencapai KKM  kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 3 Dompu. Jenis penelitin menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang pakai yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknik untuk memperoleh keabsahan data.Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa dalam proses remedial guru melakukan upaya-upaya yang di berikan kepada siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM, upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru seperti memberikan motivasi, membimbing siswa, memberikan umpan balik, dan memberikan perhatian yang lebih. Faktor yang mempengaruhi upaya guru dalam proses remedial yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari siswa yang tidak mau mengikuti remedial dan kurangnya kesiapan guru di dalam terlaksananya remedial. Faktor eksernal ada di dalam keluarga dan lingkungan, adanya faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan siswa dan dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa.Remidial is a form of teaching that is healing or correct, or teaching that makes it good. At present some students who have not achieved the minimum completeness criteria need improvement. The purpose of this study was to explain the efforts of PPKn teachers in conducting student remedial processes and what factors influenced the efforts of PPKn teachers in conducting remedials to reach class VIIIB KKM in Dompu 3 Public Middle School. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and students. The researcher used triangulation techniques to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study illustrate that in the remedial process the teacher makes efforts that are given to students who get grades under the KKM, the efforts made by the teacher such as giving motivation, guiding students, giving feedback, and giving more attention. Factors that influence teacher efforts in remedial processes are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of students who do not want to follow remedial and lack of teacher readiness in the implementation of remedial. External factors exist in the family and the environment, the existence of these factors can influence the development of students and can affect students' learning interest.

Dalam mengerjakan permasalahan matematika, pasti ada yang mengalami suatu hambatan dalam proses pemecahannya yang menyebabkan terjadinya suatu kesalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan tahapan Newman pada materi bangun datar segiempat dan penyebab mereka melakukan kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 dari 32 siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 2 Nganjuk yang dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan saat tes tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita tentang bangun datar segiempat, yaitu (1) kesalahan dalam membaca soal, (2) kesalahan dalam memahami soal, (3) kesalahan dalam mentransformasi soal, (4) kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses, dan (5) kesalahan dalam menuliskan jawaban akhir. Penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan tersebut adalah siswa kurang teliti dalam membaca dan mengerjakan soal, belum paham materi dan belum terbiasa mengerjakan soal cerita dengan tahapan Newman. Kata kunci: analisis, kesalahan, soal cerita, tahapan newman, bangun datar segiempat.  In working on mathematical problems , there must be someone(s) who got some obstacles in the process of solving it which causes an error in the learning process. This research aims to describe students errors according to Newman’s Error Analysis in solving rectangular word problem and why they are doing that. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the written test and interview method. The research subjects were 3 of 32 students from class 8­th-D Public Middle School 2 Nganjuk which is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test. The results of this research shows that the students made some errors in solving mathematics involving rectangular word problems such as reading error, comperhension error, transformation error, process skill error and encoding error. The reason students make these mistakes are (1) students are not careful in reading and working on problems, (2) students doesn't understand the material, (3) and students are not usual to working on word problems using the Newman’s  method. Abstract The research objectives are: 1) To find out the factors that cause Non Performing Financing in murabaha financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. 2) To find out the Solution for Emphasis on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) Level on Murabaha Financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. The type of research the author uses here is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) Factors That Cause Non-Performing Financing are internal factors that arise from the bank with limited employee owned and new employees, while the internal factors of the customer, namely bankruptcy, incompetent in business, the filing of a business or collateral is not his, customers who use open funds in planning, as well as customers who are not responsible because of personal family factors. While external factors result from natural disasters, government regulations and conditions that are not in accordance with the plan. 2) Emphasis Solutions is carried out by applying a financing analysis consisting of a guarantee approach, character, repayment capability, feasibility study, and an approach to bank functions. Coupled with the application of the financing analysis principle of 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy. Keywords: Non-Performing Financing, Murabahah Financing, Emphasis Solutions   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab Non Performing Financing pembiayaan murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. 2) Untuk mengetahui Solusi Tingkat Penekanan pada Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada Pembiayaan Murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan disini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Faktor Penyebab Non Performing Financing adalah faktor internal yang muncul dari bank dengan terbatasnya pegawai yang dimiliki dan pegawai baru, sedangkan faktor internal nasabah yaitu kebangkrutan, tidak cakap dalam berbisnis, pengajuan usaha atau agunan bukan miliknya, nasabah yang menggunakan dana terbuka dalam perencanaan, maupun nasabah yang tidak bertanggung jawab karena faktor pribadi keluarga. Sedangkan faktor eksternal disebabkan oleh bencana alam, regulasi dan kondisi pemerintah yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. 2) Solusi penekanan dilakukan dengan menerapkan analisis pembiayaan yang terdiri dari pendekatan penjaminan, karakter, kemampuan pembayaran kembali, studi kelayakan, dan pendekatan fungsi bank. Ditambah dengan penerapan prinsip analisa pembiayaan 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, dan kondisi perekonomian. Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari atas banyaknya kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita matematika menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan. Kesalahan siswa harus segera dipecahkan agar tidak terulang dan mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Pemecahan ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui dimana letak kesalahan yang terjadi, jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan dan faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis letak dan jenis kesalahan serta faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa menggunakan tahapan pemecahan pemecahan masalah Polya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Tes tulis yang diberikan berupa soal cerita matematika pada materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Subjek penelitian yaitu 3 siswa dipilih dari 36 siswa XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 1 Cerme. Subjek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan pada saat tes tulis, kemudian diwawancarai. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita dengan materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel, terjadi kesalahan pada masing-masing indikator dalam tahapan pemecahan masalah Polya, di antaranya (1) kesalahan dalam pemahaman soal, (2) kesalahan dalam perencanaan penyelesaian, (3) kesalahan dalam pelaksanaan rencana penyelesaian, dan (4) kesalahan dalam pemeriksaan kembali. Siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam bentuk kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip, dan kesalahan operasi. Faktor penyebab kesalahan siswa yaitu tidak memahami makna soal, lemahnya pemahaman konsep, tidak fokus dalam pengerjaan, lingkungan dan cara belajar siswa. Dari letak, jenis dan faktor penyebab kesalahan yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik sebagai pertimbangan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran agar kesalahan serupa tidak terulang. Abstract This research is motivated by the number of difficulties students faced while solving mathematics story problem which causes errors. Student’s error needs to be solved immediately to not affecting the learning result. To solve them, we needs to identified location of the errors occur, types of mistakes are made, and what are the causes. This research use a qualitative-descriptive approach. This research aims to analyze the location, type of errors, and the causes using Polya’s problem-solving steps. To collect data, this research using written test and interview methods. The written test is in the form of mathematics story problem involving the linear equation of three variables. The research subjects were 3 of 36 students from class 11th Science 4 State Highschool of Cerme. Research subject is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test then interviewed. The result of this research shows that in order to solve problems, errors occurs on each Polya’s problem-solving steps indicators, such as (1) errors in understanding the problem, (2) errors in devising a plan, (3) errors in carrying out the plan, and (4) errors in looking back. The type of errors made by students were concept error, principle error, and operation error. The factors are not understand the problem, low concept, not focus, cognitive factors, and their learning environment. The result of this research can be used for teachers to make their teaching plan to avoid the same error occurs. Keywords: analysis, errors, story problems, Polya’s problem-solving, spltv.

The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that affect mathematics learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 01 Nanga Merakai Academic Year 2019/2020. This research uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study research form.  The research sample consisted of 16 student of class 5th at public elementary school 01 Nanga Merakai. Data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis through several stages of data collection, data persentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) Inhibiting factors affecting mathematics learning outcomes were divided into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. (2)  Supporting factors for mathematics learning outcomes, the research results are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors.

This study aims to reveal the teachers' creativity in the learning process. Teacher's creativity is the skills to have such as skills in making teaching materials, carrying out learning in class properly, learning methods that are relevant to the material, appropriate learning media, quality learning resources related to the discussion, etc. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, and the research subjects are teachers in schools who expected to have creativity in the form of quality skills.

<p>Ustaz Abdul Somad kembali menjadi sorotan khalayak karena dakwahnya yang kontroversial. Pada akhir Agustus 2019, video ceramah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang diunggah pada tahun 2016 yang berjudul “Hukum Melihat Salib” sempat viral di media sosial karena dianggap mengandung unsur Suku, Agama, Ras, dan Antargolongan (SARA). Video pendek yang berisi jawaban Ustaz Abdul Somad atas pertanyaan jamaah, mengandung konten yang menyinggung tentang salib sehingga menimbulkan respon negatif dari umat nonmuslim. Selain itu, ada video ceramah lain yang berjudul “Hukum Menonton Film Korea” yang juga menimbulkan respon negative bagi para penggemar KPop atau KPopers. Tulisan ini fokus pada bagaimana etika komunikasi dakwah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang dibangun berdasarkan perspektif Al Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah dua video ceramah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang berjudul “Hukum menonton Film Korea” dan “Hukum Melihat Salib”. Sementara objek penelitian ini ialah retorika Ustaz Abdul Somad dalam video-video tersebut. Hasilnya, ceramah dalam kedua video tersebut mengandung prinsip etika komunikasi dalam Al Quran, dengan catatan ceramah tersebut dilakukan pada kelompok terbatas. Etika Al Quran yang dimaksud adalah prinsip bicara tegas dan jujur. Namun, jika dalam konteks media sosial yang bersifat general atau umum, maka pesan dakwahnya tidak sesuai dengan salah satu kode etik dakwah serta dinilai tidak efektif.</p><p> </p><p><em>Ustaz Abdul Somad returned to the media spotlight because of his preaching that triggered a negative response by other groups. At the end of August 2019, Ustaz Abdul Somad's video lecture uploaded in 2016 entitled "Hukum Melihat Salib" was viral on social media because it was considered to contain SARA elements. In the video footage, there is content that is offensive about the cross, giving rise to negative responses from non-Muslim communities. In addition, the lecture video entitled "Hukum Menonton Film Korea" also caused a negative response for KPopers. Therefore, this paper focuses on how the ethics of Ustaz Abdul Somad's missionary communication are built on the perspective of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. His research subjects used Ustaz Abdul Somad's video lecture entitled "Hukum Menonton Film Korea" and "Hukum Melihat Salib". While the object of this research is the rhetoric of Ustad Abdul Somad in the videos. As a result, both videos contain ethical principles of communication in the Koran, if the lecture is aimed at a particular group. Unlike the case in social media that is universal (anyone, anytime and anywhere can be accessed), then the message of preaching is not </em><em>following</em><em> </em><em>one of the preaching code of ethics and has not been effective. </em></p>

In this era of truant behavior becomes a bad habit of students so that guidance and counseling strategies are needed that are able to overcome these behaviors. The purpose of this study is to prove the factors underlying students who often play truant and to explain the behavior patterns of students who often play truant. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques with students in various circles as research subjects. The results of this study state that there are a number of underlying factors such as internal factors, namely oneself and external factors, namely family factors, and school factors with truant behavior patterns, which are playing playstation or internet, hanging out, hanging out, hanging out with friends who play truant. Truant behavior results in academic and student behavior every day. If students do not take part in the academics conducted on that day, students experience lagging in learning and result in students not understanding the learning material. The results of this study serve as input for students to be more disciplined in participating in learning and not have a sustainable impact.

Abstract The methods of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an which have so far not provided and alternative solution to the huffāẓ to maintain the recitation of the Qur'an easily, practically, systematically, flexibly and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, so that not a few huffs have difficulty in maintaining their memorization. Ma'had Tahfiẓul Qur'an Abu Bakr Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta offers a method of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an easily, practical, systematic, flexible and in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the famī bisyauqin method. This research is a study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out in Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research subjects are mudir ma’had and huffāẓ. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an at huffāẓ in the ma'had tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash -Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.   Keywords: Fami Bisyauqin's method, Maintaining the Hafalan al-Qur'an, Huffāẓ   Abstrak Metode-metode memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān yang ada selama ini belum memberikan solusi alternatif kepada para huffāẓ untuk mempertahankan hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW. Ma’had Tahfiẓul Qur’an Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta menawarkan metode dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān  secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW, yaitu metode famī bisyauqin. Peneletian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mudir ma’had dan huffāẓ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi metode famī bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān pada huffāẓ di ma’had tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
