Another specific goal is to help create prosperity and comfort in community life. Through this service activity the target team is partners producing products that are safe, hygienic, healthy and halal. The expected target in this activity is the target partners to have new knowledge and skills and utilization of science and technology, including creative marketing through social media (one of which is open stalls), packaging improvements and product diversification to provide product added value, able to compile simple financial reports and managerial business, in order to optimize production, so that there is an increase in income and welfare for partners and the surrounding environment. Through this Community Partnership Program, it is expected that the knowledge, motivation and enthusiasm of partners will increase. This activity is at least able to increase the spirit of entrepreneurship in household business members BAROKAH and RAHMAH.

CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.

Community Partnership Program Through Chayote  Based Handling Innovation and E-Commerce Training to Improve the EconomyAbstract. The purpose of this community development program is to increase the ability and creativity of housewives in creating a product that can later be sold and improve the economy in Lingkungan XI Kelurahan Suka Maju, Kecamatan Medan Johor Sumatera Utara. The team provides training in the form of processing products from chayote to become syrup,candy, jam and chips. In addition to processing products, partners are also introduced and taught how to prepare simple financial reports such as the calculation of cost of goods manufactured, cost of goods sold, and estimated profit and loss to control finances. After the product training process, partners are also taught the marketing process by maximizing technology through digital e-commerce platforms, one of which is shoppe to market their products to be more widely known. The results obtained after the training program show that there is community satisfaction as a partner for the empowerment program. This is also marked by the increased ability of partners in terms of making products from chayote, as well as being able to market it through digital marketing platforms through e-commerce so as to increase sources of incomeKeywords: Chayote, e-commerce, Medan Johor.Abstrak. Tujuan dari program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan serta kreatifitas ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menciptakan suatu produk yang nantinya dapat dijual dan meningkatkan ekonomi di Lingkungan XI Kelurahan Suka Maju Kecamatan Medan Utara.Tim memberikan pelatihan berupa pengolahan produk dari labu siam untuk dijadikan sirop, permen, selai dan keripik(stick labu). Selain mengolah produk, mitra juga diperkenalkan serta diajarkan cara menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana seperti perhitungan harga pokok produksi, harga pokok penjualan, serta estimasi untung rugi untuk mengontrol keuangan. Setelah proses pelatihan pembuatan produk, mitra juga diajarkan proses marketing dengan memaksimalkan teknologi melalui platform digital e-commerce salah satunya shoppe untuk memasarkan produk mereka agar lebih dikenal luas. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah program pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adanya kepuasan masyarakat selaku mitra terhadap program pemberdayaan. Hal ini juga ditandai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam hal membuat produk dari labu siam, serta mampu memasarkannya melalui platform digital marketing melalui e-commerce sehingga dapat menambah sumber penghasilan.Kata Kunci: Labu siam, e-commerce, Medan Johor.

Community Partnership Program electric stirrer and storefront products for donuts, bread cakes and traditionalcakes have been implemented at business partners H. Harawiah and Toko Ujung in Kupang's Penfui market. Activitiesinclude the assembly of electric stirrers and cake display cases, training on the use and workings of tools, the process ofoperation and maintenance of electric stirrers and donut product storage window, assistance and reporting activities. Electric stirrer is a square steel plate, steel stirring rod, stirrer container, stirrer and electric dynamo. Stirrer specifications of dough capacity of 2-5 kg, dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 53cm, stainless steel, 350 watts of power and 900-1200 rpm. The productstorage window is a 5mm aluminum and glass rod, dimensions of 100 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm. The method of implementation isthe provision of materials, the design and manufacturing of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of tools by theteam, simulation of tools, counseling at partner locations and contributing to production resilience and mentoring activities.This community service output provides added value in terms of production, time and speed in mass production, and inhygienic and clean storage. Increase added value and selling value of donut cake products, fried bread cakes, traditional cakeswith a capacity of 2-5 kg driven by electricity, labor efficiency, increase partner productivity by producing 10-15 kg of breadper day or a mixture of 400 - 700 donuts, fried bread cake, traditional cake. Interviews with business partners receive a grossprofit of IDR 375,000.00 - 500,000.00 per day or 11,250,000.00 - 15,000,000.00 per month. Also partners put in a displaycabinet from this program

The sea fish caught by fishermen which are abundant in the province of East Nusa Tenggara have become one of the endless marine products, especially for groups of marine workers to be managed and utilized to produce value of goods that are of great selling value so that they can provide added value in income and increase the economy of marine workers, especially groups. the main catchers are fishermen and their families. Every day fishermen sell their catch fish both traditionally and with the use of machines and technology to second consumers in large volumes and with various types of fish. occasionally, the marketed fish is completely sold out to a second consumer, as a result it has to be stored or preserved in other forms that can long time such as being made into salted fish or dried fish. Another method taken is processing the fish caught by sea workers into other products that can be sold and are durable in the form of product diversification. This partnership program is expected to be an alternative fulfillment of family nutrition, especially animal protein, which is attractive to housewives and fishing families. Also increasing the added value, knowledge, use and processing of animal protein sources which can increase the nutritional value, texture, processing and products as a form application of university for science and technology, resulting products can be a form of effort to increase the income of fishermen's families so that the community of marine workers can be helped in economic problems.

Abstract: Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities, namely Tuk'ah's mother pastry entrepreneurs who produce cookies on the basis of orders, except on holidays. The equipment used by Partners is very simple and many have been damaged, as well as a place to produce, therefore some equipment is needed in accordance with production capacity and some training both in managerial and product terms. Pastry entrepreneurs have high potential to be developed because pastries are one of the favorite cakes among all people and the marketing area is still around. This community service activity aims to increase production capacity and increase family income. The method applied in this partnership program is training, mentoring and monitoring so that partners continue to grow and be able to compete with similar businesses. The results of this community partnership program are procurement of tools to support the production process, improvement of production sites and training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in variants of pastries. It is hoped that the PKM Program (Community Partnership Program) will be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger pastry business and increase family income. The Stimulus Community Partnership Program (SCPP) activities aims to support oyster mushroom farmers in Jember by improving skills and knowledge for diversifying oyster mushroom processing, building networks and markets, stimulating capital, and improving business managerial which are the main problems of partners in developing their businesses and economies. The SCPP activity method uses capacity building with a community driven development approach which is based on activities that are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor in the context of added value products and oyster mushroom business management including marketing to increase income and partner economy. The results of SCPP are in the form of improving partners' skills in processing oyster mushrooms into 5 prospective products that are needed by the market. In addition, increasing skills in business management starting from planning, organizing partne r members, evaluating product quality, simple bookkeeping, opening online/offline market access as well as strengthening capital in the procurement of production infrastructure are the next outputs of the service activities carried out. This program has been able to solve partner problems in improving the skills of diversifying oyster mushroom processing into processed products that have high prospects in the market. Improved business management and access to new markets, especially online, as well as injections of capital into fresh energy for partners and members to develop their businesses and economies.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a “Soba Padu” UKM. The objectives to be achieved in this service activity are (1) providing management / financial management assistance in making simple bookkeeping to partners and (2) providing promotional media and marketing / selling products in the form of a website as well as conducting training on the use of online sales websites to UKM partners "Soba Padu" in Bongomeme Village, Gorontalo District. Specific targets to be achieved are: (1) Availability of online sales website for UKM partners “Soba Padu” (2) There is simple bookkeeping produced by UKM  partners “Soba Padu”. To achieve these specific goals and targets the method used is through training and mentoring to UKM partners “Soba Padu” with lecture and demonstration techniques and practice. The end results of this Community Service activity are (1) the promotion of products produced by UKM through online sales websites, (2) increased sales of products from UKM "Soba Padu" and (3) creation of regular financial management in accordance with the principles correct financial management.

The aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to increase community income through increased quality and quantity of shrimp paste production. This Partnership Program is business group of shrimp paste (rebon) in Bonang Village, Lasem Subdistrict, Rembang Regency with partners of shrimp paste craftsmen. The method carried out in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is accompaniment to the group in understanding about the drying machine and get the information of capital provider. The realization of a drying machine that aims to ensure the continuity of the production process without having dependency by weather conditions and limited drying area. By using a shrimp paste drying machine, the group of shrimp paste craftsmen can still produce even in rainy and cloudy weather condition. The group of craftsmen can make product diversification, which is making ready-made cooked shrimp paste and be more hygienic by using shrimp paste drying machine.

The purpose of the Community Partnership Program is to jointly develop a freshwater fishing business. Developing a fish breeding system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system that will be adapted to the needs and conditions of the land. Provide training, direction, and marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish. Prevent damage to the surrounding environment due to excavation to be made into bricks. The methods of implementing Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are lectures, simulations, discussions, and questions and answers through training in developing a freshwater fishery business, a fish maintenance system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system, marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish, and counseling prevent environmental damage to the surrounding land due to excavation to be made of bricks to the community of South Galesong sub-district Takalar district. The trainees gained knowledge about the Utilization of Former Galian Bricks and their Impact on the environment, introduction of catfish farming techniques (Maintenance of seedlings to Sellability), introduction of catfish culture techniques (Marketing Management and Prospects), Manufacturing of Tarpaulin & Cement Ponds. Based on the results achieved, the implementation of training to residents (farmers) Parambambe Village, Galesong District, Takalar District can be successful because the percentage of training indicators can be achieved with a high score. So that at the end of the Camat training and the local government wishes to carry out the retraining of Takalar district.

Community Forest Program with nutmeg commodities, since the year 2010 followed by about 80% of farmers of Tanjung Jati Village, East Kotaagung District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. Now nutmeg plants have begun to bear fruit, but the processing of the fruits is limited to drying of mace, seeds, and flesh, while the price of nutmeg flesh is still very low (wet Rp.2.000/kg or dry Rp.7.000/kg). This Community Service aims to provide short-term solutions to build a nutmeg processing business into candied, syrup, candy, dodol, wajik, wingko nutmeg flavour products, to increase the added value of the product. The object is Berkah Jaya Farmer Group and Khanggom Dipati Women Farmer Group from Banjar Sari Hamlet, Tanjung Jati Village. The Community Partnership Program is implemented with the following stages: nutmeg post-harvest handling, increased value added of processed nutmeg, business management training, business financial administration training, packaging design training and product promotion, product marketing assistance, consultation and guidance without limit. The running business is the production and sale of candied nutmegs with BEP 1.8 while other processed businesses have not yet received an adequate market.
