In order to enhance the students' learning activities on thematic learning at SDN 36 Cengkeh, Padang. Classroom action research conducted. Objectives to be achieved by the researchers is to increase the activity of teachers and students during the learning takes place by using the Matrix Model VCT approach. This study consisted of two cycles with data analysis techniques qualitative and quantitative descriptive implemented through three stages: planning, action and observation, reflection. The data collection was assisted by VB classroom teachers using teacher and student activity sheets. The results showed that the activity of teachers increased by 6% from 78% in the first cycle to 84% in the second cycle. While the student activity increased by 9% from 75% in the first cycle to 84% in the second cycle.

The use of instructional media really helps teachers develop and deepen the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The use of instructional media that varies appropriately can affect student learning activities, interests and motivation. Therefore, learning media that are not boring are needed. One of them is with game-based media, such as crossword puzzles. Based on the background and study of the theory, this research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the validity of the crossword puzzle media on the thematic learning of my ideals for grade IV at MI Al-Busyro? (2) What is the practicality of the crossword media in the thematic learning theme of my ideals grade IV at MI Al Busyro? (3) What is the effectiveness of the crossword puzzle media on the thematic learning of my ideals for grade IV at MI Al Busyro ?. The objectives in this study are (1) Knowing the validity of the crossword puzzle media on the thematic learning theme of my ideals grade IV at MI Al Busyro? (2) Knowing the practicality of the crossword media in the thematic learning theme of my ideals grade IV at MI Al Busyro? (3) Knowing the effectiveness of the crossword puzzle media in the thematic learning theme of my ideals grade IV at MI Al Busyro ?. This research is a type of research or development known as Research and Development (R&D). This research was conducted in MI Al-Busyro class IV. The instrument used in the form of a validation sheet to measure validity, questionnaire responses of teachers and students to measure the level of practicality, and items to measure the level of effectiveness through student tests. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the validity analysis, (1) The crossword puzzle media developed are in the very valid category with a value of 90.5%. (2) The results of the teacher's response questionnaire were 93% and the results of the student's questionnaire responses were 90% and each was in the very good category. (3) The percentage of student graduation is more than 85%. Thus, it can be concluded that the developed crossword puzzle media meet valid, practical and effective categories.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDN Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Perencanaan pembelajaran tematik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tematik. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah guru kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini disimpulkan bahwa supervisi kelompok dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas di SDN Tlambah 2 Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang.   Kata kunci: kolaboratif, kompetensi, tematik     Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the competency of teachers in SDN Tlambah 2, Karangpenang Sampang District, Spreading thematic learning planning in improving the quality of thematic learning. Research subjects in this action research are low grade teachers in Tlambah 2 Public Elementary School, Karangpenang Sampang District. School action research means it is carried out in two cycles, using the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection in each cycle. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Currently some areas of Indonesia are being developed Badan Usaha Milik Petani (BUMP) as a form of institutional agribusiness, especially in the central area of rice production. Karawang regency is one of the regions in Indonesia who have great potential in rice production. BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is one that stands in the Karawang regency, West Java. This research aims to identify environmental external factors into opportunities and threats as well as the company's internal environmental factors that the company's strengths and weaknesses, formulate alternative strategies that the company can run according to environmental conditions and analyze the company's strategic priorities that can be run by enterprises in accordance with the company's environmental conditions. Data analysis was carried out qualitative and quantitative descriptive with EFE matrix-IFE, IE Matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. EFE matrix evaluation results in a score of 3.148 indicates that the BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi respond both opportunities and threats that exist in the industry well. Based on the matrix IFE total weighted score is 3.684. The results obtained from processing QSPM priority strategies that can be run by BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is improving the quality of services to members through the existing facilities and infrastructure as well as government policies and others who support the business with the highest value that is equal to TAS 7.147. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of sustainable behavior towards Environmental students of SMA Negeri 3 Ponorogo as a national adiwiyata as a form of EfSD. This research was designed as a quantitative descriptive study. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Ponorogo. The subjects were students are in SMA N 3 Ponorogo. The data collection technique that researchers used in this study was a questionnaire. The instrument in this study was the NEP questionnaire. Data analysis in this study was carried out using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the questionnaire are known that students' readiness of sustainable behavior on each indicator has shown good results. The limits to growth component shows the results of an understanding of the limitations of the earth in providing natural resources that students have mastered. The anti-anthropocentrism component shows that no student has a high ego towards the environment. The balance of nature component shows students have no potential to damage nature in the future. In the anti-exemptionalism component students can already be responsible for the environment. The eco-crisis component shows that students can already understand about the environmental damage mostly caused by humans.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This research aim to improve the learning activities, and achievements of the theme of the clean and healthy living mathematical content of the elements of the flat building by utilizing image media assisted training methods before and after learning. This research is a classroom action research so that the research is limited to class II MIN 4 with a total of 30 students. Data is taken through four steps, namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection. Whereas the object is the use of assisted training methods in image media can improve the activities and achievement of learning themes of clean and healthy life mathematical content of the elements of the flat building. The data source of this study is the teacher and students of class II MIN 4 Gunungkidul. Data validation techniques using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques used are deskripstif qualitative and quantitative. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that thematic learning on the theme of clean living and healthy mathematical content of the elements of the flat building using the image media assisted training method can increase activity and learning achievement in class II MIN 4 Gunungkidul Wonosari Subdistrict, Gunungkidul District 1 semester 2018/2019 lessons.

This research is a classroom action research which aimed to improve the ability to master the vocabulary of animal names using UNO media assisted by augmented reality. The subject was an autistic student who had problems mastering the vocabulary of animal names at SLB Autisma Dian Amanah Yogyakarta. The research design used the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. Data collection techniques used tests and observation. Learning outcomes test and student activity observation sheets were used as instruments. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study UNO assisted with augmented reality improved the process and learning outcomes of animal name vocabulary in autistic students. The improvement process was supported by steps expaining and demonstraring ANIMO cards. Observing, shuffling, opening, and matching the color of the card. throwing on the base of the drawing. Mentioning the name and place of life of the animal. Increased learning outcomes in pre-action scored 36.7. Post-action I scored 60 and Post-cycle action II increased to 86.7.

Teacher’s teaching methods that are conventional to be one of the causes of low student science process skills, to do research that aims to determine the effectiveness of the model applies the IDLguided in improving student’s science process skills. The specific aims of this study were to describe: (1) feasibility RPP, (2) student’s science process skills, (3) student learning outcomes, (4) the response of students towards learning. The research method is action research. The subjects were 39 students of class XI IPA 1 MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used observation, achievement test, questionnaire, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques of qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The findings of the study are (1) RPP feasibility in the first cycle by 73,68%, 84,87% for the second cycle and third cycle of 92,11% (2) student’s science process skills include doing experiments properly, write down observations, analyzed the data, and make conclusions. In general, the first and second cycle has criteria pretty good, and the increase in cycle III with both criteria (3) student learning outcomes in the classical increase of 67,57% (still incomplete) in the first cycle, to 87,18% (complete) on cycle II, and 100% (complete) in the third cycle (4) the response of students towards learning generally categorized either. The conclusion of this research is the application of the IDL-guided effective in improving student’s science process skills class XI IPA 1 MAN 3 Banjarmasin on impulse and momentum teaching materials.

Achievement motivation is expected to be owned by students, these variables have a role in encouraging students in the learning process to gain achievement. But low achievement motivation becomes a serious problem for students. So that counseling techniques are needed to increase student achievement motivation. This study aims to improve achievement motivation of grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul through psychodrama techniques. This study was action research carried out in five cycles using Kemmis and Taggart model. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 10 grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul. The type of action taken was psychodrama technique which consisted of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and discussion. The data collection methods used was the scale, observation and interview. The instrument used in this study was the scale of achievement motivation, observation guides and interview guides. The success in this study was 80% of the subjects have high achievement motivation. The analysis of the data used in this research was the analysis of is quantitative descriptive. The results show that the technique psychodramas which included preparation, implementation, and discussion can improve achievement motivation of grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul. Namun motivasi berprestasi rendah menjadi permasalahan serius pada siswa. Sehingga diperlukan teknik konseling untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul melalui teknik psikodrama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan dalam lima siklus menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Setiap siklusnya terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul. Jenis tindakan yang dilakukan adalah teknik psikodrama yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan diskusi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala, observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah skala motivasi berprestasi, pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 % dari subjek memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik psikodrama yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan diskusi dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul. Kata Kunci: psikodrama; motivasi berprestasi; penelitian tindakan.

Concentration is how the child focuses on doing things so that the work can be done within a certain time. While weaving is arranged to sort the arranged sheets in the form of bamboo, paper, rattan, animal skin, or patchwork. This research is motivated by children on 5-6 years old who are still low concentration, especially on children's concentration skills and learning activities is limited to the children's work sheet. In this study the authors propose the problem formulation is whether the weaving patchwork activities can improve the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. This research used Class Action Research (PTK) in a participative collaborative that aims to improve the concentration of children through patchy weaving activities on children 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. The subjects in this study are 8 children, consisting of 4 men and 4 women. The Object in this study is to increase the concentration of children through weaving patchwork activities. The method used in data collection in this study is observation and documentation, while the techniques and data analysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results can be seen from the observation of the development in each cycle that in the first cycle average of good value only by 79% and in the second cycle average of 87% with an increase of 8% so that the percentage increase in the concentration of children through children weaving patchwork activities exceed indicator of success is good. It can be concluded that with patchwork weaving activities can increase the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District Kutai Kartanegara, year of academic 2017/2018.
