Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 97 orang karyawan yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dan pengujian t-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal secara individual atau pun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari Padang. Kata Kunci: Job Motivation, Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between intensity of using social media with interpersonal communication. The initial hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive significant relationship between the intensity of using social media with interpersonal communication. The population in this study amounted to 474 students. The sample selection using stratified random sampling with proportional allocation method and the result of class X 33 students, class XI 33 students and class XII 34 students. Data collection use scale, interview, and documentation. Method of data analysis using prerequisite analysis test (normality test and linierity test) and hypothesis test using pearson’s product moment correlation. Based on the results obtained statistical calculation of corrrelation coefficient (rxy) = 0.057 with p = 0.574 ( p> 0.05), the concluded of this study there is no relationship positive significant between the intensity of using social media with interpersonal communication of students SMAN 1 Depok Sleman D.I Yogyakarta.Keyword: Interpersonal Communication, Intensity Of Using Social MediaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan komunikasi interpersonal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 474 siswa. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling metode alokasi proporsional dengan hasil kelas X 33 siswa, kelas XI 33 siswa dan kelas XII 34 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan pengujian prasyarat analisis (uji normalitas dan uji linieritas) dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik didapatkan perolehan koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0.057 dengan p = 0.574 ( p > 0.05 ), artinya tidak ada hubungan positif signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMAN 1 Depok Sleman D.I Yogyakarta.

This Study aimed to examine and analyze the interact Leadership Style and Work Stress of employees job satisfaction in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar. Data collecting by using primary data obtained from the result questionnaires spread. Population in this study is all the employees in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar amount 110 employees remain, samples stipulation using stratified random sampling by using Slovin formulation technic on 10% precision so that obtainable 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technic with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The result of this study prove that Leadership Style indicated by leader take positive effects and significant to Employess job satisfaction, while on testing the influence of work stress to job satisfaction found that work stress of employees is low but it is not giving the real effect to increase employees job satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the intervening effect of occupational stress on leadership style and job performance. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling, questionnaire survey was employed and distributed to the employees of utility industries in Malaysia and a total of 175 employees participated.  The regression results showed that: (1) it is partially supported for a significant association between leadership style and job performance, (2) it is partially supported for a significant association between leadership style and occupational stress. Contrary to expectation, there have no intervening effect of occupational stress on the association between leadership style and job performance.  One probable explanation could be that the occupational stress level itself was found low among respondents.  Respondents highlighted they have the work-related stress but perhaps due to most of them are healthy, educated, lack in working experience, or due to they are yuppies, (that is indicating they are in young age, ambitious, and hunger for challenging tasks), they did not perceive the stress as the actual stress as felt by the other group of age. Thus, the result suggested that occupational stress as an intervening role among the yuppies group is not a relevant issue in discussing job performance. In future study, other factors should be considered to increase about the explanation on job performance.

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui  hubungan antara  gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah, baik secara sendiri sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi kerja guru MA sw asta se- Kabupaten  Lombok  Tengah.  Sampel  penelitian  sebanyak  97  guru  dari  3062 populasi yang ditentukan melalui teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Strata yang   dimaksud   adalah   guru  yang  sudah  sertifikasi  dan  belum.  Sedangkan proportional yang dimaksud  adalah dengan persentase dan untuk random dilakukan dengan  pengundian.  Variabel  bebas  dalam  penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan budaya organisasi sekolah (X2), sedangkan variabel   terikatnya    adalah   motivasi   kerja   guru   (Y).   Data   dikumpulkan menggunakan angket motivasi kerja guru untuk variabel (Y), angket gaya kepemimpinan  untuk  variabel (X1) dan angket budaya organisasi untuk variabel (X2) dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahw a terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya  organisasi  sekolah,  baik  secara  sendiri-sendiri  maupun secara  bersama- sama dengan motivasi kerja guru MA sw asta sekabupaten Lombok Tengah.  AbstractThe purpose of this study w as to investigate the relationship betw een leadership style and organizational culture headmaster of the school, both individually and jointly  w ith private  MA teacher w ork motivation throughout Central Lombok regency. The research sample as many as 97 teachers from the 3062 population is determined through proportional stratified random sampling technique. Strata is a teacher w ho has been certified and has not. While the question is proportional to the percentage and to do w ith the random draw . The independent variables in this study is the principal's leadership style (X1) and school organizational culture (X2), w hile the dependent variable is a teacher w ork motivation (Y). Data w ere collected using a questionnaire for the teacher w ork motivation variable (Y), leadership style questionnaire for the variable (X1) and organizational culture questionnaire for the variable  (X2) w ith Likert scale.  Hypothesis  testing  using  regression analysis and correlation techniques. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is a positive  and  significant  correlation  betw een leadership  style and  organizational culture  headmaster of the school, either individually or jointly w ith private MA teacher w ork motivation Central Lombok Sekabupaten. Keywords : Organizational Culture , Leadership Style , Employee Motivation

<p>This research was conducted from the student low level toward student problem solving strategies. The student problem solving strategies were affected by motivation problem to resolve and interpersonal communication. This research was intended to describe: (1) the motivation of students in problem solving, (2) student interpersonal communication, (3) the student problem solving strategies, (4) the contribution of the motivation problem to resolve  toward student problem solving strategies (5) the contribution of the interpersonal communication toward student problem solving strategies, and (6) the contribution of the motivation problem to resolve and interpersonal communication toward student problem solving strategies.This correlational descriptive research applied quantitative methods. The population of this research were 601 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman on grade XI and XII, also 240 students there were chosen by proportional stratified random sampling technique.</p>

This research is motivated by the problems students face regarding interpersonal communication in school. Self-confidence and parental social support are considered factors that could facilitate this problem. The purpose of this study therefore was to determine the extent to which self-confidence and social support of parents contribute to interpersonal communication. This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method and the population assessed were 73 students of SMP N 4 Batusangkarf selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were self-confidence, parental social support and interpersonal communication. Data was collected using the Likert scale model and analyzed using multiple regression method. The results show a significant (58.1%) relationship between self-confidence and social support of parents with interpersonal communication.

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi dua arah untuk membangun hubungan relasi dan mencapai tujuan yang sama. Dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat terbentuk komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara siswa dengan siswa ataupun guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa SMAN X Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 167 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik stratified random sampling dan analisis hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis hipotesis data, diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar R= 0.568 dengan p=0.000, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konsep diri dan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa SMAN X. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi konsep diri, maka semakin efektif komunikasi interpersonal, sebaliknya semakin rendah konsep diri maka semakin tidak efektif komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa SMAN X Aceh Besar. nterpersonal communication is two-way communication to build relationships and achieve the same goals. In building interpersonal communication to students, there are obstacles that prevent effective interpersonal communication between students and students or teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication in students of SMAN X Aceh Besar. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 167 people. The samples were determined by using stratified random sampling technique and hypothesis analysis using Pearson correlation analysis. Based on the data hypothesis analysis, a correlation coefficient of R = 0.568 with p = 0.000 was obtained, which indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between selfconcept and interpersonal communication among high school students. This indicates that the higher the self-concept, the more effective interpersonal communication. On the other hand, the lower the self-concept, the less effective interpersonal communication is for students of SMAN X Aceh Besar.

This study aims to determine the effect of the apparatus competence, leadership style, Tri Hita Karana culture and society participation on the effectiveness of village fund management. The sample of this study were taken from 100 villages in Tabanan Regency with the number of respondents as many as 300 respondents.   The method for determining the sample were the proportionate stratified random sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows that the apparatus competence, leadership style, and society participation have a positive effect on the effectiveness of village fund management. Meanwhile the Tri Hita Karana culture not significantly affect the effectiveness of village fund management. This indicate that the better the apparatus competence, leadership style, and society participation, the better the effectiveness of village fund management..
